Abstract
一种可提供稳定夹持功能的夹吊器。第一夹持组(20)安装于基板(10)的一侧,且该第一夹持组可开合用以夹持一工件;该第一夹持组包含第一夹臂(22)及第二夹臂(24),该第一夹臂与该第二夹臂相对且各自枢设在基板(10)上,该第一夹臂的底端具有横置状的第一U形部(62),该第二夹臂的底部具有横置状的第二U形部(64),该第一U形部的开口与该第二U形部的开口相对。第一夹持组能对一工件提供多点夹持作用且达到稳定的夹持效果。
Description
本发明是关于一种吊具,特别是涉及一种可提供稳定夹持功能的夹吊器。
一般对于质量轻、体积小的工件的表面加工,例如对工件表面进行喷漆上色或是其他类似的加工程序,可利用适当的夹吊器来夹持及移动工件。
中国台湾第M402879号专利案揭露一种吊架装置,其是一吊架座上设有一吊夹,该吊夹具有相对的第一夹部及第二夹部,该第一、第二夹部各其有夹臂及触动臂,在夹臂及触动臂间则设有轴接部,该第一、第二夹部以轴接部可转动地轴设在吊架座上。当吊架经过一触动装置时,会触动吊夹之触动臂,使夹臂打开;吊架通过触动装置后,吊夹之夹臂恢复到夹持位置。
值得注意的是,该第一、第二夹部的端部都仅是单一端点,所以第一、第二夹部相靠仅以相对的二个端点提供夹持作用,故对工件不能提供稳定的夹持效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可提供稳定夹持功能的夹吊器,特别是用以连接于一输送装置且随该输送装置移动的夹吊器。
为达上述的目的与功效,本发明是这样实现的,一种可提供稳定夹持功能的夹吊器,是一第一夹持组安装于一基板的一侧,且该第一夹持组可开合用以夹持一工件,其特征在于:该第一夹持组是包含一第一夹臂及一第二夹臂,该第一夹臂与该第二夹臂相对且各自枢设在该基板,该第一夹臂的底端具有横置状的一第一U形部,该第二夹臂的底部具有横置状的一第二U形部,该第一U形部的开口与该第二U形部的开口相对。
进一步的,该第一夹臂的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第一推动部,该第二夹臂的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第二推动部,藉由推动该第一推动部及该第二推动部可使该第一夹臂与第二夹臂相对地呈张开状。
进一步的,更包含一第二夹持组,该第二夹持组是安装在该基板的另一侧且平行该第一夹持组,该第二夹持组是包含一第三夹臂及一第四夹臂,该第三夹臂与该第四夹臂相对且各自枢设在该基板,该第三夹臂的底端具有横置状的一第三U形部,该第四夹臂的底部具有横置状的一第四U形部,该第三U形部的开口与该第四U形部的开口相对。
进一步的,该第三夹臂的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第三推动部,该第四夹臂的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第四推动部,藉由推动该第三推动部及该第四推动部可使该第三夹臂与第四夹臂相对地呈张开状。
进一步的,更包含一第一定位轴、一第二定位轴及一第一辅助挡杆,其中该第一定位轴安装在该第一夹臂的一端,该第二定位轴安装在该第二夹臂的一端,该第一辅助挡杆是配置在该基板且相对该第一夹持组的一端,且该第一辅助挡杆用以止挡位在该第一夹臂一端的该第一定位轴及位在该第二夹臂一端的该第二定位轴。
进一步的,更包含一第三定位轴、一第四定位轴及一第二辅助挡杆,其中该第三定位轴安装在该第三夹臂的一端,该第四定位轴安装在该第四夹臂的一端,该第二辅助挡杆是配置在该基板且相对该第二夹持组的一端,且该第二辅助挡杆用以止挡位在该第三夹臂一端的该第三定位轴及位在该第四夹臂一端的该第四定位轴。
如此一来,该第一夹臂与该第二夹臂相靠,可对该工件提供多点夹持作用,进而稳定地夹持该工件。
本发明具有能够对一工件提供多点夹持作用,藉此达到稳定的夹持效果。

请参阅图1、图2所示,图中揭露一夹吊器包含一基板(10)及一第一夹持组(20)。该第一夹持组(20)是安装于该基板(10)的一侧,且该第一夹持组(20)可开合用以夹持一工件(未显示)。
进一步,该第一夹持组(20)是包含枢设在该基板(10)。一弹簧(28)一第一夹臂(22)及一第二夹臂(24)。该第一夹臂(22)与该第二夹臂(24)是相对且各自搭配一枢接轴(26)是配置在该第一夹臂(22)与该第二夹臂(24)之间,且该弹簧(28)的二端各自连接该第一夹臂(22)与该第二夹臂(24)。
该第一夹臂(22)的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第一推动部(30)。该第二夹臂(24)的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第二推动部(32)。
又一第一定位轴(34)是安装在该第一夹臂(22)的一端。一第二定位轴(36)安装在该第二夹臂(24)的一端。一第一辅助挡杆(38)是配置在该基板(10)且相对该第一夹持组(20)的一端。该第一辅助挡杆(38)是可用以止挡位在该第一夹臂(22)一端的该第一定位轴(34)及位在该第二夹臂(24)一端的该第二定位轴(36)。
值得注意的是,该第一夹臂(32)的底端具有横置状的一第一U形部(60),该第二夹臂(24)的底部具有横置状的一第二U形部(62)。该第一U形部(60)的
开口相对该第二U形部(62)的开口。
请参阅图3所示,藉由适当的推动装置(例如气压缸,未显示)推抵该第一推动部(30)及该第二推动部(32),进而推动该第一夹臂(22)与该第二夹臂(24)各自以枢接轴(26)为转动轴而转动,如此该第一夹臂(22)与该第二夹臂(24)可相对地呈张开状。
请再参阅图2所示,当释放作用在该第一推动部(30)与该第二推动部(32)上的作用力,该第一夹臂(22)与该第二夹臂(24)在该弹簧(28)的作用下,可以回复至初始位置。进一步,该第一U形部(60)与该第二U形部(62)得以相邻或接触。如此一工件位于该第一夹臂(22)与该第二夹臂(24)之间,可受该第一U形部(60)与该第二U形部(62)的夹持而获致稳定的定位效果。
请参阅图4、图5所示,本发明的另一实施例是包含一第二夹持组(40)。该第二夹持组(40)安装在该基板(10)的另一侧且平行该第一夹持组(20)。进一步,该第二夹持组(40)包含一第三夹臂(42)及一第四夹臂(44)。该第三夹臂(42)与该第四夹臂(44)相对且各自枢设在该基板(10),且一弹簧(46)连接该第三夹臂(42)与该第四夹臂(44)。又该第三夹臂(42)的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第三推动部(48),该第四夹臂(44)的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第四推动部(50)。
又一第三定位轴(52)安装在该第三夹臂(42)的一端,一第四定位轴(54)安装在该第四夹臂(44)的一端,一第二辅助挡杆(56)配置在该基板(10)且相对该第二夹持组(40)的一端,且该第二辅助挡杆(56)用以止挡位在该第三夹臂(42)一端的该第三定位轴(52)及位在该第四夹臂(44)一端的该第四定位轴(54)。
值得注意的是,该第三夹臂(42)的底端具有横置状的一第三U形部(64),该第四夹臂的底部具有横置状的一第四U形部(66),该第三U形部(64)的开口与该第四U形部(66)的开口相对。
同前一实施例的操作方同,藉由适当的推动装置推动该第三推动部(48)及该第四推动部(50)即可使该第三夹臂(42)与该第四夹臂(44)相对地呈张开状。而释放该推动装置的作用力,则该第三夹臂(42)与该第四夹臂(44)在该弹簧(46)的作用下可回复至初始位置。
值得注意的是,该工件在该第一夹持组(20)与该第二夹持组(40)的夹持作
用下,是可受相对的该第一U形部(60)与该第二U形部(62)的夹持,以及受相对的该第三U形部(64)与该第四U形部(66)的夹持,故该工件受到多点夹持作用,可获致稳定的定位效果。

- 一种可提供稳定夹持功能的夹吊器,是一第一夹持组安装于一基板的一侧,且该第一夹持组可开合用以夹持一工件,其特征在于:该第一夹持组是包含一第一夹臂及一第二夹臂,该第一夹臂与该第二夹臂相对且各自枢设在该基板,该第一夹臂的底端具有横置状的一第一U形部,该第二夹臂的底部具有横置状的一第二U形部,该第一U形部的开口与该第二U形部的开口相对。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可提供稳定夹持功能的夹吊器,其特征为该第一夹臂的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第一推动部,该第二夹臂的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第二推动部,藉由推动该第一推动部及该第二推动部可使该第一夹臂与第二夹臂相对地呈张开状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可提供稳定夹持功能的夹吊器,其特征为更包含一第二夹持组,该第二夹持组是安装在该基板的另一侧且平行该第一夹持组,该第二夹持组是包含一第三夹臂及一第四夹臂,该第三夹臂与该第四夹臂相对且各自枢设在该基板,该第三夹臂的底端具有横置状的一第三U形部,该第四夹臂的底部具有横置状的一第四U形部,该第三U形部的开口与该第四U形部的开口相对。
