Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lighting device for the interior of a vehicle, in particular for generating a reading light, comprising at least one light generating unit, which is designed for arrangement in the region of the interior of the vehicle. Furthermore, the invention is directed to a vehicle with such a lighting device.
- DE 102012017 276 A1 describes a lighting device for the interior of a vehicle with a light generating unit, which can be controlled automatically.
- the control takes place on the basis of acquired data about the ambient brightness, wherein the data acquisition is performed by means of a camera.
- discrete LEDs are switched on in the vehicle, which can be located overall in a matrix arrangement.
- the control of the LEDs is carried out via a control device.
- the system allows illumination of a discrete area in the interior of a vehicle, the light-emitting diodes may have only a limited sharpness due to their design, so that a stray light is unavoidable. However, it is desirable to illuminate the interior of a vehicle with a brightly defined, light-contoured lighting area.
- DE 10 2009024 894 A1 describes a projection display with at least one light source and regularly arranged optical channels.
- the optical channels contain at least one field lens, each associated with an object structure to be imaged, and at least one projection lens, and upon transillumination of the plurality of optical channels, the plurality of mutually identical object structures are superimposed on a projection plane.
- WO2014206626 A1 describes a motor vehicle with an ambient illumination device for generating a light distribution on the ground in the vicinity of the motor vehicle, wherein the surrounding illumination device has one or more projection modules for generating the light distribution, wherein a respective projection module comprises at least one light source and an array of projection optics, which from the light of the at least one light source generates at least a part of the light distribution.
- the object of the invention is the development of a lighting device for the interior of a vehicle, with the at least one light-contoured lighting area in the interior of the vehicle can be generated.
- the invention includes the technical teaching that the light generating unit comprises at least one micro-lens array.
- the inventive design of a light generating unit with a micro-lens array allows the illumination of discrete lighting areas in the interior of a vehicle with very high light intensity and very high contour sharpness.
- the high light intensity may be desired, for example, as a reading light, and due to the high contour sharpness of the light produces little to no stray light, and the light of the light generating unit according to the invention is perceived as very high quality and improves the overall ambience in the vehicle.
- we are not permanently disturbed by the low to lack of scattering of the driver while driving the vehicle as this is not dazzled by the interior light in the vehicle, especially at night driving and less distracted.
- the light generating unit has at least one light-emitting diode, which is set up for the transillumination of the micro-lens array, and wherein a bundle lens is arranged between the light-emitting diode and the micro-lens array.
- the pencil lens serves to collimate the light of the light emitting diode, so that the micro lens array is substantially completely illuminated by approximately parallel light beams.
- the micro-lens array has an MLA slide system which can be projected into the interior of the vehicle as a light-contoured illumination area.
- the MLA slide system describes a slide arranged in the image plane of the respective lenses of the microlens array with a contouring that is imaged in the interior of the vehicle by projection.
- each of the lenses of the micro-lens array is assigned its own MLA slide, so that the high light intensity is created by a superimposition of the respective individual intensities of the transilluminated lenses of the micro-lens array.
- each of the light generating units is designed to generate a discrete lighting area in the interior of the vehicle.
- Each of the Uchterzeugungsakuen this has its own LED, a separate pencil lens and possibly a separate micro-lens array.
- a plurality of light-generating units with a plurality of light-emitting diodes and a plurality of associated bundle lenses have a common micro-lens array which is discrete with the individual light-emitting diodes Areas is illuminated.
- the area between the light-emitting diodes can be separated, for example, with corresponding separating elements so that the illumination of neighboring areas remains prevented.
- the plurality of light generating units can be set up with advantage for individual electrical operation, so that discrete, light-contoured lighting areas can be generated independently of one another in the interior of the vehicle. Likewise, it is conceivable to tune in the brightness of the plurality of light-emitting diodes so that a traveling light-emitting area is created in the interior of the vehicle. Of course, there is also the possibility that several luminous regions overlap or at least merge into one another and can have different brightnesses relative to one another.
- the lighting device with the plurality of light generating units can be controlled so that only required areas are illuminated. For example, if a vehicle occupant engages a door pocket of the vehicle and the detection unit outputs this action to the control unit, it is conceivable that only one associated light generation unit is activated, which illuminates the area of the door pocket.
- the plurality of light-generating units it is possible with further advantage to produce a moving lighting area in the interior of the vehicle, which follows, for example, the movement of vehicle occupants.
- the moving luminous area has a sharp edge of light, while the MLA slides of the MLA slide system do not basically have to have a contour that is identical to one another and that is projected into the interior as a luminous area. It is also conceivable to assign different groups of MLA slides to different lens areas in the micro-lens array.
- the lighting device is achieved when the MLA slide system is designed such that the producible lighting area is at least partially generated around a vehicle occupant, so that the MLA slide system so is formed such that the producible light region shadows at least a body region of a vehicle occupant.
- the lighting area is formed so that only one area in front of the body, for example, in front of the head or in front of the torso of a vehicle occupant is illuminated, the head or the trunk remains shadowed.
- the invention further relates to a vehicle having an interior exhibiting a lighting device with at least one light-generating unit comprising at least one micro-lens array.
- the lighting device is integrated, for example, in a roof module of the vehicle, or the light unit is integrated in a door mirror of the vehicle, with several arrangements of lighting devices with the inventive design in an interior of a vehicle are possible.
- a light generating unit for the interior lighting of a vehicle with a micro-lens array is in any spot geometry, since the contouring of the MLA-Dlas is not limited.
- a high degree of homogeneity can be achieved within the luminous region, and intensity maxima, as are known from conventional illuminations, are avoided by the use of micro-lens arrays.

- the micro-lens array 12 is illuminated with substantially parallel light beams, and a plurality of MLA slide systems 18, which are shown only uniformly in the micro lens array 12, are respectively connected via an associated lens of the microphone Lens array 12 illuminated.
