受话器是一种能够实现电声能转化的器件,广泛应用于手机、电话等电子终端装置中。常规的受话器结构,一般包括磁路系统、振动系统以及收容磁路系统和振动系统的外部壳体,外部壳体通常又包括相互配合的上壳、中壳和下壳,振动系统的振膜将受话器分为前声腔和后声腔两个腔体,其中,前声腔一般为振膜、中壳和上壳的空间,而后声腔一般为振膜、中壳和下壳的空间,而下壳与磁路系统的盆架则成为了受话器产品主要的后腔壳体。
目前的传统技术方案中,下壳通常为塑胶壳体,产品组配过程中,需要首先通过超声熔接将塑胶下壳固定在中、上壳组件上,然后将盆架用胶水粘结在中、下壳组件上,不难看出,当下壳与盆架为两个分体式的部件时,产品组装过程不能一次装配完毕,而是需要两个步骤完成组装,难免会增加产品生产过程中的工序和工时,导致产品生产成本上升。鉴于此,需要提供一种新型的结构设计,使后腔壳体一体化,进而实现一步到位式组装。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种受话器,通过对盆架与下壳结构的改进,使其能够一次性完成后腔壳体的组配,简化生产工艺,节省工时,节约生产成本。

通过上述技术方案,将现有的导磁件与受话器下壳的分体式结构改进为二者一体注塑成型,分别以导磁件31和塑胶件32的形态注塑结合,形成一体式的第三壳体3,在产品的组配过程中,不需要分为两个步骤分别组配下壳和导磁件,而是可以一步式完成,从而简化了产品的生产工艺,节省了生产成本。

优选的,对于受话器整体而言,振膜5将受话器分割成前腔和后腔两个腔体,由于振膜5固定于第二壳体2上,因此,振膜5、第二壳体2与第一壳体1的空间形成前腔,振膜5、第二壳体2与第三壳体3的空间形成后腔。也就是说,本技术方案使得现有技术中作为后腔壳体的下壳与导磁件(盆架)成为一体式结构。
优选的,导磁件32为不锈钢材质。
优选的,参阅图5所示,本实施方式的振膜5为硅胶膜,与第二壳体2一体注塑成型,由于硅胶材料本身具有较好的柔顺型、耐温性以及机械性能,故本实施方式采用硅胶膜一方面可有效调节振膜折环部分的顺性,提高产品听音良率,另一方面弹性较强,可在一定程度上增大振膜的振动幅度,同时在工作 中不易变形,能够克服折环部分因温度变化而出现的软化现象,提高产品可靠性良率。
优选的,如图5所示,本实施方式中,补强部6结合于振膜5的下侧,补强部6为下凹的结构,在增强产品高频性能的同时有利于降低产品的厚度。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种受话器,包括外部壳体;所述外部壳体包括自上而下相互配合的第一壳体、第二壳体和第三壳体,其特征在于:所述第三壳体为一体式结构,包括导磁件以及与所述导磁件一体注塑成型的塑胶件;所述导磁件上粘结固定有磁铁和华司;所述导磁件、所述磁铁以及所述华司共同构成所述受话器的磁路系统;所述第三壳体通过所述塑胶件与所述第二壳体超声熔接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第三壳体为矩形的框体结构,所述塑胶件位于所述第三壳体的四个角部区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第三壳体包括底壁和两个侧壁;所述第三壳体的导磁件包括基部和自所述基部的一组对边垂直向靠近所述第二壳体的方向延伸而成的两个侧部;所述塑胶件结合于所述基部和所述侧部之间,与所述基部构成所述第三壳体的底壁,与所述侧部构成所述第三壳体的侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:还包括振动系统;所述振动系统包括振膜;所述振膜将所述受话器分割成前腔和后腔两个腔体;所述振膜、所述第二壳体与所述第一壳体的空间形成所述前腔;所述振膜、所述第二壳体与所述第三壳体的空间形成所述后腔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述导磁件为不锈钢材质。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述振动系统固定于所述第二壳体上;所述振膜为硅胶膜,与所述第二壳体一体注塑成型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述振膜的下侧粘结有音圈;所述振膜的下侧还结合有补强部;所述补强部为下凹的结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述磁铁包括粘结于所述导磁件表面中心位置的中心磁铁以及设置于所述中心磁铁对侧的一组边磁铁;所述华司包括覆盖于所述中心磁铁表面的中心华司以及覆盖于所述边磁铁表面的边华司。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第一壳体上结合有连接外部电路的弹簧。
