Abstract

La présente invention concerne un nouveau système de nano-imagerie optique utilisant une particule transparente en tant que lentille optique de manière à obtenir une nano-imagerie à super-résolution. En particulier, la présente invention concerne une membrane permettant de retenir une microsphère. La présente invention concerne la membrane et son application en nano-imagerie à super-résolution. Dans un de ses aspects, l'invention concerne une membrane comportant une première surface et une seconde surface, les première et seconde surfaces étant opposées l'une à l'autre, la membrane comprenant : (a) une ouverture pénétrant la membrane et dimensionnée de manière à retenir une microsphère, l'ouverture étant conique, la taille de l'ouverture sur la première surface étant plus grande que la taille de l'ouverture sur la seconde surface.
