地铁现有信息发布分为2大类,一类为静态信息,主要使用灯箱和贴纸。另一类是动态信息,利用地铁车厢内、站台、站厅和通道中的LCD或LED屏幕发布。动态信息所使用的常规电子设备受到物理特性的制约和地铁运营安全的限制,不能放置在乘客停留时间最长、关注力强的站台玻璃屏蔽门(隔断)上。因此,可变透明度的投影玻璃(膜)显示技术是目前最理想的显示技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述传统显示技术在屏蔽门应用上的不足,结合地铁对安全运营严格的需要,在保证安全前提下实现玻璃屏蔽门上的信息显示和互动。

另外,中控系统还与安全防护系统中的物理紧急控制器连接,物理紧急控制器用于当中控系统由于某些部件失灵或其他原因而导致不能实现自动控制时,使用手动控制接通屏幕电源,从而使调光投影屏幕变得透明,使地铁上的人能够看清外部状况,避免发生危险。
屏幕显示装置1采用调光投影膜或调光投影玻璃作为投影屏幕,只需要控制系统1控制电源的通断就可在调光膜上实现透明与否的切换,其中:
1)自贴型调光投影膜可直接在现有玻璃隔断上贴膜,适合在已经建成的玻璃隔断上使用,表面经过硬化处理,达到3H硬度,便于维护保养。
2)新建地铁站的玻璃隔断可以使用调光投影玻璃,性能和自贴型调光投影膜一致,强度更高,易于保养维护。
调光投影膜和调光投影玻璃的结构如图3所示:调光投影膜或调光投影玻璃的结构是中间为PDLC层,外夹两层ITO导电层,再外边夹两层PET层。调光投影膜和调光投影玻璃的透明和不透明状态切换的原理如图4所示:当调光投影膜或调光投影玻璃断电时(关闭状态),液晶分子无序取向,导致材料微观折射率失配,从而产生强烈的光散射,此时调光投影膜或调光投影玻璃的外观为乳白色不透明状态;当调光投影膜或调光投影玻璃通电时(开启状态),在电场作用下,液晶分子有序排列,材料折射率趋于一致,光辐射受到大幅抑制,此时调光膜外观呈无色透明状态。
调光投影膜和调光投影玻璃的性能参数如下表所示:

屏幕显示装置1使用专用的调光投影膜或调光投影玻璃,成像效果卓越,画面柔和、无耀眼亮斑,适合用于地铁玻璃隔断。
投影仪3安装在地铁隧道内侧壁的上方,安装稳固,可免维护。投影仪3采用工程型高亮度、高清投影机,投影机可使用主流的DLP或是LCOS显示技术,技术规格为不小于1080p分辨率,亮度为4000流明以上,标准制式满足16∶9,16∶10或4∶3,光源可使用汞灯或激光灯,灯泡寿命不小于2,000小时。
本发明提供的一种用于地铁玻璃屏蔽门上的信息及广告投影成像装置在保障安全的前提下充分利用站台玻璃隔断,可以让地铁站台的玻璃隔断呈现高清画质的影像,使玻璃隔断成为大型可视化的广告载体,播放动态影像以吸引候车乘客的注意力,从而实现良好的广告效果,创造经济利益。当地铁即将进站时,可以在玻璃隔断上为乘客播放地铁即将进站的提示信息,当地铁进站时可以让玻璃隔断恢复透明,保证地铁工作人员和乘客拥有良好的视界,保障地铁运行安全,紧密契合地铁安全运营的需要。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于地铁玻璃屏蔽门上的投影成像装置,其特征在于,包括中控系统、信号感知系统、信息传输系统、显示系统、声音系统和安全防护系统;中控系统分别与信号感知系统、信息传输系统、显示系统、声音系统和安全防护系统连接;
    所述安全防护系统包括站台人群密集度感应器、屏幕亮度感应器、投影机姿态传感器和物理紧急切换控制器;
    所述站台人群密集度感应器用于检测站台人群密集度,并将检测结果通过信息传输系统反馈给中控系统;
    所述屏幕亮度传感器用于提供显示系统的亮度校准信息,并将检测结果通过信息传输系统反馈给中控系统;
    所述姿态传感器用于提供投影机姿态调整信息,并将调整信息通过信息传输系统反馈给中控系统;
    所述物理紧急控制器还与所述显示系统的电源连接,用于人为控制显示系统的打开与关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于地铁玻璃屏蔽门上的投影成像装置,其特征在于,所述投影成像装置还包括互动系统,其通过信息传输系统与中控系统连接,所述互动系统包括多点触摸屏,所述多点触摸屏采用贴附工艺安装在站台一侧的显示系统上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于地铁玻璃屏蔽门上的投影成像装置,其特征在于,所述信号感知系统包括列车触发传感器和地铁运营信号传输器;其中:
    所述列车触发传感器安装于站台两侧隧道内,为所述显示系统的开、关提供触发指令;所述列车触发传感器选自红外、激光、电磁、声频、压力、位移或风速传感器;
    所述地铁运营信号传输器用于传输由地铁运营控制中心统一提供的列车进出站PIS信息、系统授时信息和紧急预警控制信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于地铁玻璃屏蔽门上的投影成像装置,其特征在于,所述中控系统包括:嵌入式控制主机、控制协议和控制接口;
    所述嵌入式控制主机采用工业级的处理平台和配套的操作系统;
    所述控制协议包括:TCP_IP协议、RS-232协议、RS-422协议、RS-485协议、MOD BUS协议或CAN协议等;
    所述控制接口包括:RJ45接口、IR接口、IO接口或Relay接口等。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于地铁玻璃屏蔽门上的投影成像装置,其特征在于,所述信息传输系统包含控制信息传送器和图像信息传送器,采用的传输方式包括双绞线、光纤、射频线缆、WIFI和无线射频输送方式。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于地铁玻璃屏蔽门上的投影成像装置,其特征在于,所述显示系统包括投影机和屏幕显示装置,所述投影机为高清投影机,清晰度不低于2K,安装在站台轨行区内;所述屏幕显示装置为双层玻璃夹层结构,中间层为调光膜,或者采用静电吸附的方式将调光膜贴合在现有屏蔽门玻璃上,调光膜与电源相连接,通过打开和关闭电源实现调光膜的雾态和透明态。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于地铁玻璃屏蔽门上的投影成像装置,其特征在于,所述声音系统包括:功率放大器和界面贴合式发声单元;所述功率放大器使用定压和定阻输出形式;所述发声单元使用贴附工艺,附着在轨行区一侧的屏蔽门玻璃上。
  8. 一种利用权利要求1-7中任一项所述的投影成像装置进行投影成像的方法,其特征在于,
    当信号感知系统将无列车进站信号反馈给中控系统时,且站台人群密集度感应器将有候车乘客的信息反馈给中控系统后,中控系统启动显示系统、声音系统和/或互动系统运行,此时屏幕显示装置接通电源,调光膜呈雾态,投影机将图像投射到雾态的屏幕显示装置上;
    当信号感知系统将列车进站信号反馈给中控系统时或者站台人群密集度感应器探测结果高于设置的安全值上限后,中控系统将停止显示系统、声音系统和/或互动系统运行,此时屏幕显示装置的电源断开,调光膜呈透明态,投影机停止工作,地铁屏蔽门上的玻璃恢复原状。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,显示系统工作时,屏幕亮度传感器通过信息传输系统将环境光感数据反馈给中控系统,并通过中控系统自动调节显示画面亮度,提高画面舒适感。
