Definitions
- the invention relates to the field of coated abrasives, in particular to a degradable recycled cloth substrate and a preparation method thereof.
- the substrate is one of the three components of the coated abrasive and is the carrier of the abrasive and the binder.
- the base of the coated abrasive has the following requirements: strong bonding ability to the adhesive, flexibility, tensile strength, small elongation and surface smoothing.
- domestic coated abrasives are mainly made of some coarse-grained and low-precision abrasive belt products, which have a large gap with the world counterparts, and it is difficult to meet the precision requirements of metal product processing.
- the matrix made of polyester fiber is difficult to be degraded under natural environmental conditions, and it is difficult to handle the recycling problem, causing pollution to the environment, and the synthetic fiber-dependent oil.
- the resources are gradually depleted, and the supply gap of textile fiber raw materials is very large. It is necessary to make full use of biomass resources, crop waste resources and waste textile recycling resources to further develop new visions of fiber raw materials.
- the scientific and technological personnel of scientific research units have continuously researched and explored and developed new high-quality, degradable coated abrasive bases. Although some progress has been made in technology, there are still no actual applications. Overcoming technical problems.
- the object of the present invention is to overcome the above deficiencies, and to provide a substrate which can be degraded and recycled and reused, and the substrate made of Tencel fiber (domestic trade name, internationally known as lyocell fiber) has high thermal deformation point, and is in use.
- the elongation rate is small, it is not easy to wrinkle, and the surface is flat. It can be recycled after the product fails, completely dissolved and reused by amine oxide, and can be degraded by microorganisms in the soil under natural environmental conditions, no toxic substances are generated, space is occupied, environmental pollution is avoided, and the raw material of Tencel is conifer.
- the main wood pulp is a renewable resource.
- the technical solution adopted by the invention to solve the technical problem is that the warp yarn, the weft yarn and the slurry are contained, and the warp yarn and the weft yarn are made of the tencel fiber as the raw material, and the original cloth is made by the weaving method, and the original cloth is processed by the process.
- a slurry is formed on both sides to form a cloth substrate.
- the degradable recycled cloth substrate is produced as follows:
- the rayon yarn is used as a raw material to be purely spun into a yarn
- the Tencel yarn is used as a warp and weft yarn to woven a raw fabric of a degradable substrate on a loom.
- Warp and weft density root / cm 20.5-40 warp and weft number (dtex) 295-150
- the original cloth passes through a shaving machine to remove surface impurities, brush off the dust and yarn ends of the fabric surface, and erect the pile to singe.
- the shaved original cloth is passed through a singeing machine to remove the surface fluff of the fabric, so that the surface of the fabric is smooth.
- the fabric after being immersed in the alkali solution is placed in a steam environment of 90-100 ° C for 2-3 hours to decompose the slurry;
- the cleaned fabric is dried by a dryer.
- the setting temperature is 195 ⁇ 5°C.
- the fabric is back sizing with phenolic resin and acrylic resin, and the fabric is sizing with rubber latex, and sizing by squeegee.
- the dried fabric is calendered by a calender to make the surface of the substrate flat, the film and the fabric are pressed and firmed, and the elongation is lowered.
- the principle adopted by the present invention to solve the technical problem is that the Tencel raw material is derived from wood and can be naturally regenerated. After the product fails, it can be biodegraded without polluting the environment.
- the heat resistance temperature of Tencel fiber can reach up to 300 degrees, and it has strong tensile and deformation resistance after being treated by sizing and other processes. It is resistant to high temperature, is not easily deformed, and has a very low elongation during use.
- the invention has the beneficial effects that the cloth substrate has better heat resistance, has small elongation in use, is not easy to wrinkle, and has high surface flatness. After the product is ineffective, it can be recycled and reused. Under natural environmental conditions, the microbial degradation in the soil will not produce toxic substances, avoiding pollution to the environment, and the raw material of Tencel fiber is coniferous wood, which is renewable and low in cost.
- Figure 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of a degradable recycled cloth substrate.
- the warp yarn 1 and the weft yarn 2 are made of Tencel fiber as a raw material, and the original fabric is obtained by a woven weaving method, and then processed into a substrate by a post-processing, and the original cloth has a slurry 3 on both sides.
- the degradable recycled substrate is prepared as follows:
- the raw yarn is spun into a yarn by using the Tencel fiber as a raw material, and the above-mentioned yarn is used as a raw fabric of a warp and weft yarn woven into a degradable substrate on a loom.
- Warp and weft density root / cm 20.5-40 warp and weft number (dtex) 295-150
- the original cloth is passed through a shaving machine to remove surface impurities, brush the surface dust and yarn ends of the fabric, and the pile is erected for singeing.
- the shaved original cloth is passed through a singeing machine to remove the surface fluff of the fabric, so that the surface of the fabric is smooth.
- the fabric after being immersed in the alkali solution is placed in a steam environment of 90-100 ° C for 2-3 hours to decompose the slurry;
- the cleaned fabric is dried by a dryer.
- the back side of the fabric is sizing with phenolic resin and acrylic resin
- the front side of the fabric is sizing with rubber latex, and sizing by squeegee.
- the dried fabric is calendered by a calender to make the surface of the substrate flat, and the film and fabric are squeezed to reduce the elongation.
- Tencel raw materials come from wood and can be naturally regenerated. The production process is mature and the cost is the same as cotton. After use, it can be biodegraded and recycled for reuse. The recovery rate of the oxidizing agent used for oxidizing agents is over 99%, which will not pollute the environment in recycling production.
- the heat resistance temperature of Tencel fiber can reach 300 degrees, and it has stronger tensile, deformation and high temperature resistance after sizing and calendering. The stenting and calendering can reduce the elongation during use. . After the product is deactivated, it can be quickly aged under the natural environment conditions, sunlight and microorganisms, and degraded by microorganisms in the soil, which will not produce toxic substances and avoid polluting the environment.
