一种U型钢板折弯机,包括L型安装板(1)、设置在L型安装板(1)内侧的支撑部件及驱动部件,支撑部件主要由挡板(2)和L型工作台(4)组成,待加工工件设置在两者之间,驱动部件设置在支撑部件上部,主要通过两个油缸(8,9)驱动。该折弯机的驱动部件采用油缸,体积小且作用力大,通过两个油缸的先后作用,使钢板实现折弯,然后电机(6)转动驱动方形滚板(12)转动,对另一侧钢板进行折弯,两个步骤使U型钢板(10)一次成型,加工质量好且效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种折弯机,特别涉及一种U型钢板折弯机。
背景技术
折弯机是一种能够对薄板进行折弯的机器,对某些构件可以一次折弯而成,加工方便。
U型钢板是常用的一种装置配件,常用折弯的方法形成,但对于小且薄的钢板折弯加工,一般采用机械顶压的方法,加工质量差,且不能一次成型,加工效率低;因此急需研制一种加工质量好且效率高的U型钢板折弯机,经检索,未发现与本发明相同或相似的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种加工质量好且效率高的U型钢板折弯机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种U型钢板折弯机,其创新点在于:包括L型安装板、设置在L型安装板内侧的支撑部件及驱动部件;
所述支撑部件包括设置在L型安装板一侧的挡板、与挡板并列设置的支撑杆、L型工作台及支撑架;所述挡板垂直于L型安装板的长轴方向,并与L型工作台内侧相对;所述L型工作台的水平面板上端呈圆弧形,竖直面板中部有一圆形通孔;所述支撑杆设置在挡板和L型安装板中间;
所述驱动部件包括电机、与电机轴连接的方形滚板、设置在支撑部件上端的油缸A及油缸B;所述电机设置在L型工作台的外部侧壁上,底端通过支撑架支撑,电机轴插接配合在圆形通孔内;所述方形滚板水平设置在L型工作台的内侧,中部有一滚轴,滚轴一端与电机轴连接,另一端与支撑杆连接;所述油缸A水平安装在L型安装板的竖直面板上,并设置在挡板上部,油缸B竖直安装在L型安装板的竖直面板上,并设置在L型工作台的上部。
进一步的,所述挡板与支撑杆之间的距离与U型钢板的厚度相同。
进一步的,所述方形滚板上端外侧设置一挡块。
本发明的优点在于:
(1)U型钢板折弯机主要包括L型安装板、支撑部件及驱动部件,驱动部件主要采用油缸,体积小且作用力大,通过两个油缸的先后作用,使钢板实现折弯,然后电机转动驱动方形滚板转动,对另一侧钢板进行折弯,两个步骤使U型板一次成型,加工质量好且效率高。
(2)挡板与支撑杆之间的距离与U型钢板的厚度相同,用于放置钢板,加工过程不出现晃动。
(3)方形滚板上端外侧设置一挡块,带动加工的钢板一起转动,是两者同步运动。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明公开了一种U型钢板折弯机,包括L型安装板1、设置在L型安装板1内侧的支撑部件及驱动部件。
支撑部件包括设置在L型安装板1一侧的挡板2、与挡板2并列设置的支撑杆3、L型工作台4及支撑架6;挡板2垂直于L型安装板1的长轴方向,并与L型工作台4内侧相对;L型工作台4的水平面板上端呈圆弧形,竖直面板中部有一圆形通孔;支撑杆3设置在挡板2和L型安装板1中间,该支撑杆3与挡板2之间的距离与U型钢板10的厚度相同。
驱动部件包括电机6、与电机轴连接的方形滚板12、设置在支撑部件上端的油缸A8及油缸B9;电机设置在L型工作台4的外部侧壁上,底端通过支撑架6支撑,电机轴插接配合在圆形通孔内;方形滚板12水平设置在L型工作台4的内侧,中部有一滚轴7,滚轴7一端与电机轴连接,另一端与支撑杆3连接,该方形滚板12上端外侧设置一挡块13;所述油缸A8水平安装在L型安装板1的竖直面板上,并设置在挡板2上部,油缸B9竖直安装在L型安装板的竖直面板上,并设置在L型工作台4的上部。
U型钢板折弯机工作时,首先将待加工钢板放置在挡板2和支撑杆3之间,一端超出挡板2和方形滚板12上端,然后油缸A8工作使钢板超出一端向下弯曲,弯曲端到达油缸B9下端时,油缸B9开始工作,使钢板压至水平状;接着电机向内层旋转180 º ,L型工作台4上端的圆弧面既不阻碍方形滚板12旋转,又起到了支撑作用,然后油缸A8和油缸B9继续对另一端钢板进行折弯,当压至平行后,U型钢板10即加工完成。

  1. 一种U型钢板折弯机,其特征在于:包括L型安装板、设置在L型安装板内侧的支撑部件及驱动部件;
    所述支撑部件包括设置在L型安装板一侧的挡板、与挡板并列设置的支撑杆、L型工作台及支撑架;所述挡板垂直于L型安装板的长轴方向,并与L型工作台内侧相对;所述L型工作台的水平面板上端呈圆弧形,竖直面板中部有一圆形通孔;所述支撑杆设置在挡板和L型安装板中间;
    所述驱动部件包括电机、与电机轴连接的方形滚板、设置在支撑部件上端的油缸A及油缸B;所述电机设置在L型工作台的外部侧壁上,底端通过支撑架支撑,电机轴插接配合在圆形通孔内;所述方形滚板水平设置在L型工作台的内侧,中部有一滚轴,滚轴一端与电机轴连接,另一端与支撑杆连接;所述油缸A水平安装在L型安装板的竖直面板上,并设置在挡板上部,油缸B竖直安装在L型安装板的竖直面板上,并设置在L型工作台的上部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种U型钢板折弯机,其特征在于:所述挡板与支撑杆之间的距离与U型钢板的厚度相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种U型钢板折弯机,其特征在于:所述方形滚板上端外侧设置一挡块。
