Description
本申请要求在2015年8月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510491151.6、发明名称为“一种车座升降装置及自行车”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及自行车技术领域,尤其涉及一种车座升降装置及自行车。
自行车作为一种绿色环保的出行工具,其骑乘时的舒适性和便利性是影响用户体验的重要因素。
其中,自行车的车座必须要与骑乘者的身高相匹配,因此,不同身高的人在骑乘自行车时需要将自行车的车座调节到不同的高度。
但是,目前在人们骑乘者对自行车的车座进行高度调节时,首先骑乘者首先需要下车,然后借助扳手等工具将锁定车座杆和车座管的螺栓松动,然后将后,对车座的位置高度进行调节调高或者调低,然后之后骑乘者在再上车做坐到车座上感受车座的高度是否合适,不合适的话则需要再次下车调节车座高度直至车座的高度合适,最后骑乘者还需下车用扳手将螺栓紧固,才能完成对车座高度的调节,这样不仅费时费力而且还需要借助工具完成。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种车座升降装置及自行车,该车座升降装置能够简化骑乘者对车座的高度进行调节的操作。
本发明实施例提供一种车座升降装置,包括:
气缸,所述气缸包括缸体、活塞杆以及活塞杆锁定机构,其中,所述缸体和所述活塞杆中的一个安装于车体,另一个安装于车座;当所述活塞
杆锁定机构处于锁紧位时锁定所述活塞杆与所述缸体之间的相对位置;
第一气源装置,第一气源装置的出气口与所述缸体的进气口连通以控制所述缸体内气压;
控制模块,所述控制模块与所述第一气源装置以及所述活塞杆锁定机构信号连接、以控制所述第一气源装置与所述活塞杆锁定机构动作。
本发明实施例提供一种自行车,包括车体与车座,还包括上述实施例中提供的车座升降装置,其中:
车座升降装置的缸体和活塞杆中的一个安装于车体,另一个安装于车座。
本发明实施例提供的车座升降装置及自行车中,骑乘者在需要对车座的高度进行调节时,骑乘者可以坐在车座上通过控制模块控制活塞杆锁定机构由锁紧位切换至解锁位,同时控制第一气源装置调节气缸的活塞杆的外伸长度,进而实现对车座高度的调节,当骑乘者感受到车座的高度满足要求时,控制第一气源装置的工作状态以停止气缸的动作,同时,控制活塞杆锁定机构由解锁位切换至锁紧位,以锁定气缸的活塞杆与缸体之间的相对位置,进而实现对车座高度的锁定,快捷方便。

请参考图1,本发明实施例提供一种车座升降装置,可以包括:
气缸3,气缸3包括缸体32、活塞杆31以及活塞杆锁定机构33,其中,缸体32和活塞杆31中的一个安装于自行车的车体,另一个安装于自行车的车座2;当活塞杆锁定机构33处于锁紧位时锁定活塞杆31与缸体32之间的相对位置;
出气口与缸体的进气口连通以控制缸体32内气压的第一气源装置4;
与第一气源装置4以及活塞杆锁定机构33信号连接、以控制第一气源装置4与活塞杆锁定机构33动作的控制模块5。
本发明实施例提供的车座升降装置及自行车中,骑乘者在需要对车座2的高度进行调节时,骑乘者可以坐在车座2上通过控制模块5控制活塞杆锁定机构33由锁紧位切换至解锁位,同时控制第一气源装置4调节气缸3的活塞杆31的外伸长度,进而实现对车座2高度的调节,当骑乘者感受到车座2的高度满足要求时,控制第一气源装置4的工作状态以停止气缸3的动作,同时,控制活塞杆锁定机构33由解锁位切换至锁紧位,以锁定气缸3的活塞杆31与缸体32之间的相对位置,进而实现对车座2高度的锁定,快捷方便。
一种具体实施方式中,上述车座升降装置的气缸3中,缸体33固定于车体,自行车的车座2安装于活塞杆31的外伸端,如图1中所示。当然,还可以是将活塞杆的外伸端固定于车体,自行车的车座安装于缸体(图中未示出)。
在上述各实施方式的基础上,如图2和图3所示,车座升降装置中的活塞杆锁定机构可以包括:
设置于活塞杆31处于缸体32内部位上的环形凹槽;
安装于环形凹槽内的多个锁定块331,各锁定块331朝向活塞杆31伸出端的侧面与环形凹槽的侧壁相抵且滑动配合;当活塞杆锁定机构33处于解锁位时,如图2所示,每一个锁定块331缩回至环形凹槽内;当活塞杆锁定机构33处于锁紧位时,如图3所示,各锁定块331探出环形凹槽且与缸体32的内壁相抵;
驱动锁定块331动作的第一驱动机构,第一驱动机构与控制模块信号连接。
一种具体实施方式中,如图2和图3所示,活塞杆31设置环形凹槽的部位具有中空结构,且第一驱动机构包括:
安装于活塞杆31中空结构内的驱动电机334,驱动电机334的输出轴上同轴固定有螺纹丝杠336;
套设于活塞杆31上、且位于环形凹槽内的驱动环333,驱动环333与环形凹槽的槽底滑动配合;
与锁定块331一一对应的传动杆332,每一个传动杆332的一端与驱动环333铰接,另一端与其对应的锁定块331铰接;
位于中空结构内、且与螺纹丝杠螺纹配合的滑块338,中空结构的侧壁上设有多个沿活塞杆轴心线方向延伸的槽孔335;
与槽孔335一一对应的连接杆337,每一个连接杆337的一端与滑块338固定连接、且另一端穿过槽孔335后与驱动环333固定连接,当驱动电机334动作时驱动滑块338以及驱动环333沿活塞杆31的轴心线移动,进而驱动锁定块331在环形凹槽的侧壁上滑动伸出或缩回环形凹槽。
如图2和图3所示方位,活塞杆锁定机构33处于解锁位时如图2所示,此时各锁定块331与缸体32的内壁不接触,进而不能锁定活塞杆31与缸体32之间的相对位置,此时,活塞杆31能够在第一气源装置4的驱动下动作,进而对自行车车座2的高度进行调节;当活塞杆锁定机构33处于锁紧位时如图3所示,驱动环333在驱动电机334的驱动下沿活塞杆31的轴心线向上滑动,进而驱动各锁定块331探出环形凹槽与缸体32的内壁相抵,进而将活塞杆31与缸体32的相对位置进行锁定,进而确定了车座2的高度。
一种具体实施方式中,为了减小各锁定块331与缸体32内壁相抵时对缸体32内壁造成损伤,每一个锁定块331可以包括刚性部和柔性部,且每一个锁定块331中,柔性部位于刚性部背离环形凹槽槽底的一侧、且固定于刚性部。
进一步,为了提高各锁定块331锁定上述活塞杆31和缸体32时的稳定性,多个锁定块331沿活塞杆31的轴心线的周向均匀分布。
为了增大各锁定块331与缸体32相抵时的接触面积,一种具体实施方式中,当活塞杆锁定机构33处于解锁位时,多个锁定块331缩回至环形凹槽后相互拼接形成一封闭环形结构。
当然,上述车座升降装置中的活塞杆锁定机构33还可以为其他的结构形式,如,活塞杆锁定机构33还可以包括:
设置于缸体体壁、且开口位于缸体内壁的容纳槽;
设置于容纳槽内、且套设于活塞杆外侧的环形气囊结构,当环形气囊内充入设定量的气体后,环形气囊充满容纳槽且抱紧活塞杆;
与环形气囊内部连通的第二气源装置。
环形气囊能够在第二气源装置的控制下膨胀或者收缩,进而能够实现对缸体32和活塞杆31的锁定和接触锁定。
本发明实施例还提供了一种自行车,该自行车包括车体,还包括上述实施方式中提供的任意一种车座升降装置。
具有上述车座升降装置的自行车,骑乘者能够方便快捷地对自行车的车座的高度进行调节。

- 一种车座升降装置,其特征在于,包括:气缸,所述气缸包括缸体、活塞杆以及活塞杆锁定机构,其中,所述缸体和所述活塞杆中的一个安装于车体,另一个安装于车座;当所述活塞杆锁定机构处于锁紧位时锁定所述活塞杆与所述缸体之间的相对位置;第一气源装置,第一气源装置的出气口与所述缸体的进气口连通以控制所述缸体内气压;控制模块,所述控制模块与所述第一气源装置以及所述活塞杆锁定机构信号连接、以控制所述第一气源装置与所述活塞杆锁定机构动作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车座升降装置,其特征在于,所述气缸中,所述缸体固定于所述车体,所述车座安装于所述活塞杆的外伸端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车座升降装置,其特征在于,所述气缸中,所述活塞杆的外伸端固定于所述车体,所述自行车的车座安装于所述缸体。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的车座升降装置,其特征在于,所述活塞杆锁定机构包括:设置于所述活塞杆处于缸体内部位上的环形凹槽;安装于所述环形凹槽内的多个锁定块,各所述锁定块朝向所述活塞杆伸出端的侧面与所述环形凹槽的侧壁相抵且滑动配合;当所述活塞杆锁定机构处于解锁位时,每一个所述锁定块缩回至所述环形凹槽内;当所述活塞杆锁定机构处于锁紧位时,各所述锁定块探出所述环形凹槽且与缸体的内壁相抵;驱动所述锁定块动作的第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构与所述控制模块信号连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的车座升降装置,其特征在于,所述活塞杆设置所述环形凹槽的部位具有中空结构,且所述第一驱动机构包括:安装于所述活塞杆中空结构内的驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出轴上同轴固定有螺纹丝杠;套设于所述活塞杆上、且位于所述环形凹槽内的驱动环,所述驱动环与所述环形凹槽的槽底滑动配合;与所述锁定块一一对应的传动杆,每一个传动杆的一端与所述驱动环铰接,另一端与其对应的锁定块铰接;位于所述中空结构内、且与所述螺纹丝杠螺纹配合的滑块,所述中空结 构的侧壁上设有多个沿所述活塞杆轴心线方向延伸的槽孔;与所述槽孔一一对应的连接杆,每一个所述连接杆的一端与所述滑块固定连接、且另一端穿过所述槽孔后与所述驱动环固定连接,当所述驱动电机动作时驱动所述滑块以及所述驱动环沿活塞杆的轴心线移动,进而驱动锁定块在环形凹槽的侧壁上滑动伸出或缩回所述环形凹槽。
- 根据权利要求4所述的车座升降装置,其特征在于,每一个所述锁定块包括刚性部和柔性部,且每一个所述锁定块中,所述柔性部位于所述刚性部背离所述环形凹槽槽底的一侧、且固定于所述刚性部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的车座升降装置,其特征在于,多个所述锁定块沿所述活塞杆的轴心线的周向均匀分布。

- 根据权利要求1所述的车座升降装置,其特征在于,所述活塞杆锁定机构包括:设置于所述缸体体壁、且开口位于所述缸体内壁的容纳槽;设置于所述容纳槽内、且套设于所述活塞杆外侧的环形气囊结构,当所述环形气囊内充入设定量的气体后,所述环形气囊充满所述容纳槽且抱紧所述活塞杆;与所述环形气囊内部连通的第二气源装置。
- 一种自行车,包括车体与车座,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的车座升降装置,其中:所述车座升降装置的缸体和活塞杆中的一个安装于车体,另一个安装于车座。
