서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 수요자 단말(10)에 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 제공하는데, 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램은 업소의 창업자/운영자와 창업자와 수요의사를 표시한 수요자를 실시간으로 연결하는 프로그램으로서, 수요자와 창업자 및 기존 업소 운영자 간 O2O(Online to Offline) 서비스를 제공하는 통로 역할을 한다.
일 실시예로 수요자 단말(10)은 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 업소 및 취급품목을 선택하여 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)에 주문 요청을 전송한다. 또한 수요자 단말(10)은 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 수요자가 희망하는 업소 또는 취급품목이 기등록된 업소/취급품목에 없는 경우 수요자 의사를 전달할 수 있다.
서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 수요자 단말(10)에서 주문 요청을 수신하면, 주문 요청에 따라 기등록 업소에 대상 취급품목을 생산하도록 요청한다.
상권 정보 제공시스템은 결제 서버(미도시)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 결제 서버는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)로부터 수신한 청구 비용에 따라 수요자 단말(10)로 결제 요청을 보내고, 수요자 단말(10)에서의 결제수단에 따른 결제를 수신한다. 결제 서버는 수신자 단말에서의 결제가 완료되면 결제 결과를 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)에 전송한다.
결제 서버(20)는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)로부터 수신한 청구 비용에 따라 수요자 단말(10)로 결제 요청을 보내고, 수요자 단말(10)에서의 결제수단에 따른 결제를 수신한다. 결제 서버(20)는 수신자 단말에서의 결제가 완료되면 결제 결과를 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)에 전송한다. 결제 서버(20)는 일 실시예에 따라 별도로 마련되어 금융 업무가 가능한 통신사 서버, 온라인 결제가 가능한 금융 서버 등일 수 있다. 결제 서버(20)는 다른 실시예에 따라 금융 업무가 가능한 모듈로서 업소 단말(40) 또는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)에 포함될 수도 있다.

또한, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 업소 단말(40)로부터 업소 현황 정보를 수신하여 주문 배달 등의 실시간 추적 현황, 대기시간, 예약현황 등을 모니터링할 수 있다. 수요자 단말(10)은 업소 검색시 상기 모니터링 상황을 반영한 업소 리스트를 표시할 수 있다.

이때 수요자 의사는 수요자에 의해 직접 작성된 것일 수도 있고, 다른 실시예에 따라 타 수요자의 의사표시에 동의한 것일 수도 있고 또 다른 실시예에 따라 업소 추천 리스트 중 어느 하나에 동의한 것일 수도 있다.
또한 수요자 의사는 수요자가 검색한 키워드를 기초로 상권 정보 제공 서버(50)에서 수요자를 위해 추천하는 적어도 하나 이상의 유사 메뉴 또는 유사 업종 중에서 선택된 것일 수도 있다.
본 명세서에서 '수요자 의사'는 상권 불편신고, 업소 개설요청, 업종 개설요청 또는 수요자 희망의견 등으로 호칭될 수도 있는데, 수요자의 의사를 상권 정보 시스템에 표시 또는 반영하는 것이면, 상기 용어에 한정되지 아니하고, 다양한 표현으로 표현될 수 있음은 자명하다 할 것이다.
도 2는 도 1에 도시한 상권 정보 제공 시스템의 상권 정보 제공 방법을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 2를 참고하면, 수요자 단말(10)은 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램에서의 로그인을 통해 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)에 접속한다(S10). 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 로그인 정보로부터 수요자 단말(10)의 위치 정보를 수신할 수 있다(S10).
수요자는 수요자 단말(10)에서 업소 및 취급품목을 검색할 수 있다(S11). 이때 수요자 단말(10)에는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)와 연동하기 위한 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램이 설치되어 있는 것을 전제로 한다. 수요자가 수요자 단말(10)을 통해 희망 업소명 또는 업종, 취급품목을 선택하여 주문 요청을 하면(S12), 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 주문에 따른 희망 업소명 또는 업종, 취급 품목이 희망 지역 내 기등록된 업소 정보에 있는지 검색하고, 일치하는 업소가 있으면 해당 업소 단말(40)로 생산 요청(S13)을 전송한다. 그러나 희망 업소명 또는 업종, 취급 품목이 기 등록된 업소 정보에 없거나, 희망 지역 내 기등록된 업소가 없는 경우, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 희망업소 불일치 알림을 상권정보 제공서버(50)로 전송한다(S14).
상권정보 제공서버(50)는 희망업소 불일치 알림에 기초하여, 주문 요청을 전송한 수요자 단말(10)로 수요자 의사 신청 여부를 묻는 메시지를 전송한다(S15).
수요자는 희망 지역에 희망 업소 또는 업종 및 그 취급품목에 대한 서비스를 개설 요청을 원할 경우, 수요자 의사를 신청하고(S16), 수요자 의사 내역을 작성한다(S17).
그러나 수요자가 수요자 의사의 작성을 원하지 않는 경우(S16) 다른 희망 업소 또는 업종 및 취급품목을 재검색하도록 한다(S11).
본 명세서에서 수요자 의사는 수요자에 의해 직접 작성된 것일 수도 있고, 다른 실시예에 따라 타 수요자의 신고에 동의한 것일 수도 있고 또 다른 실시예에 따라 업소 추천 리스트 중 어느 하나에 동의한 것일 수도 있다. 또한 수요자 의사는 수요자가 검색한 키워드를 기초로 상권정보 제공서버(50)에서 수요자를 위해 추천하는 적어도 하나 이상의 유사 메뉴 또는 유사 업종 중에서 선택된 것일 수도 있다. 설명의 편의를 위해 수요자 의사 내역은 도 3 이하에서 구체적으로 설명한다.
상권정보 제공서버(50)는 수요자 단말(10)에서 작성된 수요자 의사를 수신하여(S18), 정보를 분석하여 항목별 주요 키워드를 추출한다. 예를 들면, 수요자 의사에 포함된 수요자 정보, 업종, 업소명 또는 신청 지역, 품목, 서비스 사항, 수요자 희망의견 등을 추출한다(S19).
추출된 정보는 상권 정보 빅데이터에 반영되도록 기저장된 상권 정보 빅데이터를 업데이트한다(S20).
상권 정보 빅데이터는 창업자 또는 기존 업소 운영자의 요청에 상응하여 컨설팅을 위한 상권 정보의 기초로 활용된다. 즉, 상권정보 제공서버는 창업자 또는 기존 업소 운영자의 요청에 따라 맞춤 상권 정보를 제공할 수 있는데, 맞춤 상권 정보는 일 실시예에 따라 새로이 창업하려는 창업자에게는 수요자 의사에 따른 최적 창업 지역, 품목 등일 수 있고, 다른 실시예에 따라 기존 업소 운영자에게는 수요자 의사에 따른 서비스 개선 사항, 추가 또는 수정 취급 품목 등일 수 있다.
도 3은 수요자 단말에서 작성하는 수요자 의사를 수집하는 방식의 일 실시예를 도시한 그림이다.
수요자는 도 3(a)에 도시된 바와 같이, 수요자 단말에서 희망 업종, 희망 업소명, 희망 지역을 검색한 후, 이어서 나타나는 취급품목 리스트 중에서 적어도 하나를 선택하여 주문 요청을 할 수 있다.
그러나, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버에 희망 업소가 기등록되어 있는 곳이 아니거나, 희망 지역 내에 희망 업소명 또는 희망 업종이 검색되지 않는 경우 경우 또는 희망 업소에 원하는 품목이 검색되지 않는 경우, 도 3(b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 검색 실패 결과를 알리는 창이 나타날 수 있다.
수요자가 희망 업소가 희망 지역 내에 개설 또는 희망 업소에 원하는 품목이 추가 또는 서비스 개선되기를 희망하여, 개설 요청(또는 수요자 의사)를 신청한 경우, 도 3(c)에 도시된 바와 같이, 수요자 단말에는 수요자 의사 작성 창이 나타난다. 수요자가 수요자 의사 작성 창에서 희망 업소명, 희망 업종, 신청 지역 및 신고 의견(희망 의견) 중 적어도 하나를 작성한 후, 개인정보의 사용을 동의하고 신청을 완료하면, 해당 수요자 의사는 상권 정보 제공 서버로 전송되어 상권 정보 빅데이터의 기초로 활용된다. 신고 의견에는 개설 요청을 희망하는 추가 품목, 개선되어야 하는 서비스 사항 등을 더 포함될 수 있다.
이때 사용 동의를 요하는 개인정보는 수요자의 연령, 성별, 신고 위치, 상기 서비스 어플리케이션의 이용 로그 정보, 소셜네트워크 정보 등으로서, 사용 동의는 상권 정보 빅데이터의 기초로 활용하는 것에 대한 동의를 구하는 것이면서, 또한 추후 수요자 의사에 의한 업소가 개설되었을 때 보상 서비스을 받기 위한 정보 활용 또는 개설될 업소의 창업자에게 마케팅 정보로 이용하기 위한 정보 활용에 대한 동의를 포함한다.
도 4는 수요자 단말에서 작성하는 수요자 의사를 수집하는 방식의 다른 일 실시예를 도시한 그림이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 수요자는 수요자 단말에서 희망 업종, 희망 업소명 또는 희망메뉴(또는 품목)을 검색할 수 있다. 이때 서비스 어플리케이션 서버는 이미 등록된 업종 리스트, 업소 리스트 또는 메뉴(품목) 리스트 증 어느 하나를 수요자 단말에 제공할 수 있다.
도시된 바와 같이, 상권 정보 제공 서버는 수요자 의사 신청에 동의한 수요자 단말에서 요청한 검색 키워드를 기초로 검색 결과를 보여준다. 구체적으로 설명하면, 업종으로 검색한 경우 해당하는 업종과 관련된 업소 리스트를 제공하고, 업소명으로 검색하면 해당하는 업소명과 일치 또는 유사한 업소 리스트를 제공한다. 또한 메뉴(품목)으로 검색하면 해당 메뉴와 관련된 업소 리스트를 제공할 수 있다.
상권 정보 제공 서버는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버와 연동하여 키워드에 대한 검색 결과로서 업소명, 해당 업소에서 취급하는 주요 품목 및 수요자 단말의 GPS 위치 또는 설정 위치에서의 거리 등의 상권 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 도시하지는 아니하였으나, 리스트에서는 검색 결과의 각 업소별로 연락처, 지도 등의 위치정보, 고객평가 등의 상권 정보를 함께 제공할 수 있다.
예를 들어 '치킨'을 메뉴(품목)로 하는 검색어를 입력한 경우, 상권 정보 제공 서버는 수요자 단말의 GPS 위치 또는 설정 위치인 '경기도 화성시 능동'에서 일정 거리 반경 이내에 위치하는 치킨을 취급하는 업소들에 대한 리스트를 표시할 수 있다. 이때 수요자는 수요자 단말에 설치된 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램에서 검색되는 지역, 거리 반경의 설정 등을 변경하며 검색할 수 있다.
수요자가 수요자 단말에 표시된 업종 리스트, 업소 리스트 또는 메뉴(품목) 리스트 중 어느 하나의 리스트에서 업종, 업소 또는 메뉴(품목) 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 '개설요청' 버튼을 누르면, 상권정보 제공서버(50)는 개설 요청을 수요자 의사로 간주하여 상권 정보 빅데이터의 기초로 활용한다. 일 실시예로 수요자가 선택하는 개설요청은 현재 위치 또는 설정 위치에서 거리가 먼 업소에 대한 개설신청일 수 있다.
본 실시예는 도 3과 달리 희망 업소명, 희망 업종, 신청 지역 및 신고 의견(희망 의견) 중 적어도 하나를 일일이 작성하지 않고 수요자 의사를 표시하는 차이가 있다
도 5는 수요자 단말에서 작성하는 타수요자의 의사 수집을 위한 URL 주소 생성 창을 설명하기 위한 그림이다. 설명의 편의를 위하여 도 3과의 차이점을 위주로 설명한다.
도 5(a) 및 도 5(b)를 참조하면, 도 3(a) 및 도 3(b)에서 설명한 바와 같이, 검색 실패 결과를 알리는 창이 나타나면, 수요자가 희망 업소가 희망 지역 내에 개설되기를 희망하여, 수요자 의사를 신청할 수 있다.
수요자가 수요자 의사의 내용을 다 작성하여 완료버튼을 누르면, 상권 정보 제공서버(50)는 수신된 수요자 의사에 대한 URL 주소를 생성할 수 있다. 상권 정보 제공서버(50)가 생성된 URL 주소를 포함한 알림 메시지를 수요자 단말로 전송하면, 수요자는 작성한 수요자 의사에 대한 업소 개설을 촉진하기 위해, 해당 URL 주소를 친구나 지인들이 가입해 있는 인터넷 카페, 블로그 또는 소셜네트워크 서비스에 공유할 수 있다.
일 실시예로 상기 수요자의 친구나 지인들 중 적어도 한 명이 SMS, 이메일, 인터넷 카페, 블로그 등을 통해 공유된 URL 주소를 클릭하면, 상권 정보 제공서버(50)는 클릭한 자의 단말에 기본 정보(성명, 성별, 연령, 연락처, 주소 등)을 입력하는 창을 띄워서, 동일한 수요자 의사를 할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
다른 실시예로 상기 수요자의 친구나 지인들 중 적어도 한 명이 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통해 공유된 URL 주소 또는 URL 주소에 연관된 선호도 표시 메뉴를 클릭하면, 클릭한 자의 소셜 네트워크 로그인 정보와 연동하여 동일한 수요자 의사를 수신할 수도 있다.
그 결과, 업소명 또는 업종, 취급 품목, 신청 지역 등이 일치하는 수요자 의사가 기설정된 임계횟수 이상 수신된 경우, 상권 정보 제공 서버는 상기 신청 지역 내 상기 업소 및 그 취급 품목을 연관시켜 가중치를 부여한 빅데이터를 형성하고, 추후 가중치가 반영된 상권 정보 빅데이터에 기초한 맞춤 상권 정보를 생성하여 창업자에게 제공할 수 있다.
한편 수요자는 작성한 수요자 의사와 공통된 다른 수요자의 수요자 의사가 누적되어 기설정된 임계횟수 이상이 되고, 추후 관련 업소 개설이 되면, 개설된 업소로부터 사은품 지급 등의 보상 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 이때 보상 서비스는 창업자가 상권 정보 제공 서버를 통해 받은 맞춤 상권 정보에 기초하여 업소를 개설한 경우, 해당 업소 개설을 요청한 수요자들에게 향후 업소의 이용을 독려하기 위해 제공하는 사은품, 상품권 또는 적립 포인트 등일 수 있다.
창업자는 상권 정보 제공 서버(50)로부터 해당 업소 개설을 요청한 수요자들의 기본 정보(이름, 성별, 연락처, 주소 등)를 받아 개설한 업소를 홍보하기 위한 자료로 활용할 수 있다.
도 6은 복수의 수요자 단말로부터 수신된 수요자 의사 수집 내역 리스트를 도시한 그림이다.
도 6을 참고하면, 수요자는 기설정된 메뉴에서 적어도 하나의 수요자 의사에 대한 리스트를 확인할 수 있다. 수요자 의사 리스트는 수요자의 신고 내역 리스트 보기 설정에 따라, 일 예로 지역별(예를 들어, 경기도 화성시 능동에 속하는 개설 요청)로 타 수요자의 수요자 의사까지 더해진 총 요청수 순서로 보여질 수도 있고, 다른 예로 수요자 의사 중 지역을 무시하고 전국 범위로 하여 총 요청수 순서에 따라 보여질 수도 있다.
수요자가 수요자 단말(10)에 표시된 수요자 의사 리스트에서 어느 하나의 수요자 의사를 선택하면, 상권 정보 제공 서버(50)는 선택된 수요자 의사에 대한 상세한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이때 상세한 정보로 업소명, 업소특징, 취급품목에 대한 메뉴 및 가격, 기존 이용자 상품평, 수요자들의 의견, 상기 수요자 의사로 설정된 지역에서 가장 가까운 거리에 있는 동일업소 또는 동종업소의 위치 정보 또는 상기 수요자 의사에 따른 업소 개설시 상기 의사 표시를 한 수요자에게 제공되는 보상서비스 내용 등이 포함될 수 있다.
수요자는 일 실시예에 따라 도 3 내지 도 5와 같이 스스로 수요자 의사를 작성할 수도 있으나 다른 실시예에 따라 타 수요자들이 이미 작성한 수요자 의사 리스트를 확인하여 수요자 자신의 의사와 일치되는 수요자 의사에 동의 의사를 표시할 수도 있다. 그 결과 요청 수가 많아질수록 상권 정보 빅데이터를 기초로 하는 창업 데이터 생성시 상기 수요자 의사에 대한 가중치가 높게 반영될 수 있다.
타 수요자의 수요자 의사에 대해서는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 “좋아요”를 클릭하여 동의 의사를 표시할 수도 있고, 지인들의 의사표시 참여를 유도하기 위해 “URL 주소 복사”를 클릭하여 자신의 SMS, 이메일, 인터넷 카페, 블로그 등을 통해 공유함으로써 요청 수를 더 늘릴 수 있다.
도 7은 업소 측의 개설 홍보 신청에 따라 수요자 단말에 보여지는 추천 정보 업소 내역 리스트의 일 실시예를 도시한 그림이고, 도 8은 업소 측의 개설 홍보 신청에 따라 수요자 단말에 보여지는 추천 정보 업소 내역 리스트의 다른 실시예를 도시한 그림이다.
상권 정보 제공 서버(50)는 수요자에 의해 직접 작성된 수요자 의사 뿐만 아니라 업소 측에서 작성한 업소 소개 정보에 대한 수요자 반응 수를 카운트하여 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성 및 업데이트할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 프랜차이즈 본사 등에서 상권 정보 제공 서버에 업소의 상세정보를 팝업창 형태(Preview)로 제공할 수 있다. 이때 업소의 상세정보는 업소명, 업소특징, 취급품목에 대한 메뉴 및 가격, 기존 이용자 상품평, 상기 수요자 의사 표시를 한 수요자들의 의견, 상기 수요자 의사로 설정된 지역에서 가장 가까운 거리에 있는 동일업소 또는 동종업소의 위치 정보 또는 상기 수요자 의사에 따른 업소 개설시 상기 신고를 한 수요자에게 제공되는 보상서비스 내용 등이 포함될 수 있다.
일 실시예로 수요자는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 수요자 단말의 접속 위치 또는 검색 지역에 따른 지역에 없는 프랜차이즈에 대한 추천 업소 리스트를 볼 수 있다. 이 때 일 실시예로 수요자가 “경기도 화성시 능동”에 속하는 추천 업소 리스트에서 어느 하나의 추천 업소를 클릭하면 팝업창으로 해당 업소의 간략 정보(예를 들면 홍보 페이지)를 미리보기할 수 있고, 다시 클릭하여 상기 업소의 상세정보를 확인할 수 있다. 다른 실시예로 수요자는 어느 하나의 추천 업소를 선택하면 해당 업소의 상세정보를 즉시 확인할 수도 있다.
수요자는 추천 업소 리스트를 검색하여 수요자 자신의 의사와 일치되는 추천 업소 광고에 동의 의사를 표시할 수도 있다. 그 결과 요청 수가 많아질수록 상권 정보 빅데이터를 기초로 하는 창업 데이터 생성시 상기 추천 업소 동의 수(도 6의 “좋아요” 클릭 수) 또한 수요자 의사 요청 수와 함께 카운트되어 가중치가 높게 반영될 수 있다.
다른 실시예로 수요자는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 수요자 단말이 상기 프랜차이즈의 체인점이 없는 지역을 검색하거나 상기 수요자 단말의 GPS 또는 IP 추적에 따른 접속 위치가 상기 프랜차이즈의 체인점이 없는 지역에 위치한 경우, 상기 프랜차이즈 본사 등에서 제공된 업소 정보 및 보상 서비스 등의 내용이 포함된 광고에 노출될 수 있다. 이때 광고는 추천 업소 리스트 하단에 각 업소별 홍보 배너 형태(B)로 제공될 수 있고, 홍보 배너의 순서(B1 내지 B6)는 수요자 단말의 접속 위치 또는 검색 지역으로부터의 거리, 수요자 동의 수, 업소의 서비스 이용 등급 등에 따라 순차적으로 배열될 수 있다.
한편 홍보 배너 공간의 일 측면에는 프랜차이즈 자체의 광고배너(AD) 등이 함께 배열될 수 있다.
도 9는 수요자 의사를 수집하는 방식의 또다른 실시예를 도시한 그림이다.
도 7 및 도 8과 달리, 수요자의 검색 키워드를 기초로, 키워드와 유사한 유사메뉴 또는 유사업종을 복수 개 나열한 다음 그 중 선택된 어느 하나의 유사메뉴 또는 유사업종을 수요자의 의사로서 수집할 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 수요자가 '호호치킨'을 검색하였으나 검색 결과에 없다면, 상권 정보 제공 시스템은 '호호 치킨'이 취급할 것으로 추정되는 “불닭, 파닭, 찜닭” 등을 유사메뉴로 추천할 수 있고, '호호 치킨'과 상호명이 유사하다고 추정되는 “모모 치킨, 나나치킨, 가가불닭” 등을 유사업소로 추천할 수 있다. 이때 수요자는 유사메뉴인 “불닭, 파닭, 찜닭” 중 어느 하나를 선택하거나 유사업소인 “모모 치킨, 나나치킨, 가가불닭” 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 상권 정보 제공 시스템에 수요자 의사를 전송할 수 있다.
도 10 및 도 11은 수요자 의사를 수집하는 방식의 또다른 실시예를 도시한 그림이다.
도 3 내지 도 9에서 설명하는 수요자 의사 수집 방식과 달리, 상권 정보 제공 시스템(1)은 설문 조사 형태로 수요자 의사를 수집할 수 있다.
예를 들어 도 10 및 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 수요자가 서비스 어플리케이션에서 희망 업소 '호호 치킨'을 검색하였는데, 기등록된 업소 정보가 없는 경우, 상권 정보 제공 서버는 수요자 의사 수집 동의에 따라 설문 조사 내역을 수요자 단말에 표시할 수 있다.
설문 조사 내역은 수요자 단말의 GPS 위치 또는 검색 설정 지역을 기준으로 최우선 희망 업소, 최우선 희망 업종, 최우선 취급메뉴(품목) 등을 조사하는 설문 내용을 포함할 수 있다. 또한 서비스 어플리케이션 서버에 기등록된 업소가 다른 업소 또는 다른 업종으로 변경시 최적 업소 또는 최적 업종에 대한 수요자 의사를 묻는 설문 내용을 포함할 수 있다. 이때 각 설문은 상권 정보 제공 시스템에서 소정의 기준에 따라 설정하는 선택항목 외에, 수요자의 자유기재(도 10 및 도 11에 도시된 '기타'메뉴) 항목을 더 포함할 수 있다.
그 결과 상권 정보 제공 시스템은 수요자의 다양한 선택권을 제공함으로써 수요자 의사 수집을 더 효율적으로 취합할 수 있다.
도 12는 수요자 의사를 수집하는 방식의 또 다른 실시예를 도시한 그림이다.
상권 정보 제공 시스템(1)은 검색 결과의 형태로 수요자 의사를 수집할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 수요자가 검색 포털 사이트 또는 서비스 어플리케이션에서 특정 업종과 관련된 내용을 검색할 경우 상권 정보 제공 시스템(1)은 사용자 단말기의 포털 사이트 어플리케이션 또는 서비스 어플리케이션과 연동하여 해당 업종과 관련된 타 수요자들의 수요자 의사를 추출하여 검색 결과로서 업소 개설 요청리스트를 제공할 수 있다. 사용자 단말기를 소지한 수요자는 검색하려던 해당 업종 또는 기타 관심 업종이 있는 경우 해당 업소 개설 요청 리스트에서 수요자 의사로서 동의(또는 좋아요) 표시를 클릭하여 수요자 의사 표시에 동참할 수 있다.
도 12를 참조하면, 수요자가 'A지역 맛집'으로 검색하는 경우 상권 정보 제공 시스템은 A지역에 위치한 음식점들 및 상기 음식점들과 관련된 업소 개설 요청 리스트를 검색 결과로 사용자 단말기를 통해 보여준다. 이때 업소 개설 요청 리스트는 타 수요자들의 개설 요청 수, 검색 지역으로부터 얼마나 가까운지, 업종 유사도 등에 따른 가중치에 따라 순서대로 나열된 업소 개설 요청 리스트일 수 있다.
일 실시예로 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이, A지역 맛집의 업소 개설 요청 리스트에는 타 수요자들의 업소 개설 요청 수에 따라 OO 등갈비, ABC, EFG, HIJ, KLM 업소의 순서로 업소 개설 요청 리스트가 제공될 수 있다. 수요자가 리스트 중 어느 하나의 업소명을 클릭하면, (b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 업소 상세정보, 타 수요자의 의견, 기타 정보 등 상세 설명을 확인할 수 있다. 이때 업소 상세정보에는 해당 업소의 기본 정보 및 업소만의 장점 및 특징, 메뉴 및 가격, 프랜차이즈인 경우 타지역 프랜차이즈 이용 후기 또는 가게 오픈시 제공 혜택 또는 이벤트와 같은 정보게 제공될 수 있다. 그리고 수요자는 업소 상세정보를 확인하여 동의 의사를 클릭함으로써 업소 개설에 대한 수요자 의사를 나타낼 수 있다.
또는 수요자가 약국,병원 또는 우체국 같은 생활 편의 시설 또는 학원 등의 교육시설과 관련된 검색을 하는 경우에도, 상권 정보 제공 시스템은 해당 생활 편의 시설 또는 교육 시설 등을 검색 지점으로부터의 거리에 따라 순서대로 나열된 업소 리스트 및 해당 업종의 업소 개설 요청 리스트를 함께 제공할 수 있다.
또는 수요자가 물품을 사기 위해 "B지역 화분"과 같이 검색하면, 상권 정보 제공 시스템은 B지역에 속한 해당 물품(화분)을 파는 상점을 근거리 순서로 업소 리스트를 제공하면서, 해당 업종의 업소 개설 요청 리스트를 함께 제공할 수 있다.
도 13 및 도 14는 도 1에 도시한 상권 정보 제공 시스템의 상권 정보 제공 방법의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 흐름도이다. 도 15는 도 13의 실시예에 따라 수요자가 입력하는 업소 관련 정보 입력창의 일 실시예이다.
설명의 편의를 위해, 도 2에서 S10 내지 S16의 수요자 의사 작성 이전의 단계에 대해서는 설명을 생략하고, 수요자 의사 작성의 보다 구체적인 일 실시예로서 차이점을 위주로 설명한다.
도 13 및 도 14을 참조하면, 제1 수요자는 제1 수요자 단말(10-1)에서 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 실행하고, 원하는 업소 또는 품목을 검색할 수 있다(S101). 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 수신된 업소 또는 품목명에 대한 검색을 수행하고(S102) 그 검색 결과를 제1 수요자 단말(10-1)로 전송한다.
제1 수요자는 검색 결과를 확인하여 원하는 결과를 얻는 경우, 즉, 검색어에 맞는 업소 또는 품목이 있는 경우(S103), 해당 업소 또는 품목에 대한 서비스를 요청한다(S104). 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 제1 수요자 단말(10-1)로부터 수신한 해당 업소 또는 품목에 대한 서비스에 기초하여 결제 서버(미도시) 및 업소 단말(40)과 연동하여 제1 수요자에게 결제 요청 전송 및 해당 서비스를 제공한다.
한편 제1 수요자는 검색 결과를 확인하여 원하는 결과를 얻지 못하는 경우, 즉, 검색어에 맞는 업소 또는 품목이 없는 경우(S103), 검색어가 프랜차이즈명인지 개별업소명인지 확인한다(S105). 이때 프랜차이즈는 공정거래위원회에 등록된 프랜차이즈 등록업소 또는 업소 데이터베이스에 가맹점 개설이 가능한 것으로 등록된 업소이고, 개별업소는 프랜차이즈 업소 외에 가맹점 개설가능여부에 대한 정보가 없는 업소나, 공정거래위원회에 프랜차이즈로 등록되지 않은 업소(예를 들면 개인이 운영하는 맛집 등)를 말한다.
제1 수요자 단말(10-1)에서 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램은 검색어가 프랜차이즈명으로 판단될 경우, 가맹점 개설 요청으로 인식하고 상권정보 제공서버(50)로 전송한다(S106). 상권정보 제공서버(50)는 가맹점 개설 요청에 기초하여 업소 기준 개설 요청 공개 정보를 작성한다(S117). 작성된 업소 기준 개설 요청은 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 이용하는 제2 수요자의 제2 수요자 단말(10-2)에서 열람할 수 있다(S118).
제1 수요자 단말(10-1)에서 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램은 검색어가 개별업소명으로 판단될 경우, 단말기 화면에 업소 관련 정보 입력창을 로딩하여 제1 수요자가 업소 관련 정보를 추가로 입력하도록 하고, 입력된 업소 관련 정보에 기초하여 업소 개설 요청을 상권정보 제공서버(50)로 전송한다(S107)
이때 제1 수요자가 입력한 업소 관련 정보는 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이, 업소명, 주요품목, 특징, 위치 및 대표 사진 등일 수 있다. 일 예로 제1 수요자가 황태해장국으로 유명한 '동우해장국'에 대해 수요자 의사로서 업소 개설 요청을 할 경우, 대표 사진, 업소명 '동우해장국,' 주요품목 '황태해장국,' 특징 ' 국물이 설렁탕 국물처럼 뽀얗고 진한,' 위치 '서울 영등포구 여의도..' 등을 추가로 입력할 수 있다.
상권정보 제공서버(50)는 입력된 업소 관련 정보에 기초하여 업소 개설 요청을 업소 정보 데이터베이스에서 검색한다(S108). 이때 업소 정보 데이터베이스는 일 실시예에 따라 서비스 어플리케이션 서버에 있는 업소 정보 데이터베이스일 수도 있고, 다른 실시예에 따라 상권정보 제공서버에 있는 업소 정보 저장부일 수도 있고, 업소 정보 데이터베이스와 업소 정보 저장부는 서로 연동되어 업소 정보를 업데이트할 수도 있다. 또 다른 실시예에 따라 업소 정보 데이터베이스는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버와 상권정보 제공서버가 공유하는 별도의 데이터베이스 모듈로 존재할 수 있다. 본 실시예에서는 설명의 편의를 위해, 상권정보 제공 서버에 있는 업소 정보 저장부라고 가정하자.
업소 정보 데이터베이스는 기등록된 개별업소 및 프랜차이즈 중 검색 요청된 업소가 있는지 검색하고(S109), 상권정보 제공서버(50)는 검색 결과에 기초하여 검색 요청된 업소가 가맹점 개설이 가능한지 확인한다(S110).
가맹점 개설이 가능한 경우 제1 수요자 단말(10-1)에서 수신된 입력 정보를 반영하여 해당 업소 정보를 추가하고 업데이트 한다(S111).
한편 가맹점 개설이 불가능한 경우 검색 요청된 업소명에 대한 추천업소 검색한다(S112). 업소 정보 데이터베이스는 개설요청의 업소명과 동일 또는 유사한 품목을 제공하는 업소들을 검색하여 그 업소 리스트를 추출하고(S113), 상권정보 제공서버(50)는 업소 정보 데이터베이스에서 수신한 검색 결과를 기초로 추천업소 리스트를 작성하고, 이를 제1 수요자 단말(10-1)로 전송한다(S114).
제1 수요자가 제1 수요자 단말(10-1)에 표시되는 추천업소 리스트에서 어느 하나를 선택한 경우, 상권정보 제공서버(50)는 선택된 업소에 대한 업소 기준 개설 요청으로 판단하고, 타수요자들에게 공개하기 위한, 업소 기준 개설 요청 공개 정보를 작성한다(S117). 공개 정보로 작성된 업소 기준 개설 요청은 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 이용하는 제2 수요자의 제2 수요자 단말(10-2)에서 열람할 수 있다(S118).
제1 수요자가 제1 수요자 단말(10-1)에 표시되는 추천업소 리스트에서 어느 하나를 선택하지 않은 경우, 상권정보 제공서버(50)는 개설 요청한 업소가 아니라 그 품목에 대한 품목 기준 개설 요청으로 판단하고, 타수요자들에게 공개하기 위한, 품목 기준 개설 요청 공개 정보를 작성한다(S119). 공개 정보로 작성된 품목 기준 개설 요청은 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 이용하는 제2 수요자의 제2 수요자 단말(10-2)에서 열람할 수 있다(S118).
제2 수요자는 제2 수요자 단말(10-2)에서 업소 기준 개설 요청 리스트 또는 품목 기준 개설 요청 리스트를 열람하고, 그 중 어느 하나의 개설요청에 동의 의사를 표시할 수 있다. 상권정보 제공서버(50)는 제2 수요자 단말로부터 선택된 업소 기준 개설 요청 또는 품목 기준 개설 요청에 대한 동의 의사 표시를 수신하면, 이를 제2 수요자의 수요자 의사 정보로 반영하고(S122), 상권 정보 빅데이터로 업데이트한다. 이때 동의 의사 표시는 도 6 및 도 7에서 설명한 것과 같이, 수요자 의사로서 동일한 내용의 업소 개설 요청 수가 많아지는 것이므로, 상권 정보 빅데이터로서 동의 의사 표시가 많아질수록 가중치가 높게 평가될 수 있다.
한편, 제2 수요자는 제2 수요자 단말(10-2)에서 업소 기준 개설 요청 리스트 또는 품목 기준 개설 요청 리스트를 열람하고, 그 중 어느 하나의 개설요청에 원하는 내용이 없으면, 원하는 개설 요청을 발견할 때까지 추가적으로 업소/품목 기준 개설요청을 더 열람할 수 있다(S124).
그 결과, 본 실시예에 따른 수요자 의사에 따른 개설 요청은 수요자 의사 표시에 의해 계속 업데이트되어 더 많은 수요자들에게 해당 업소에 대한 정보를 더 풍부하게 제공하는 효과가 있다.
도 16은 도 1에 도시한 상권 정보 제공 시스템의 상권 정보 제공 방법의 또다른 실시예를 나타낸 흐름도이고, 도 17은 도 16의 실시예에 따라 수요자가 입력하는 품목 관련 정보 입력창의 일 실시예이다.

제1 수요자 단말(10-1)은 검색어가 품목 기준으로 작성된 것으로 판단되면, 화면에 품목 관련 정보 입력창을 표시하여, 제1 수요자가 추가 정보를 입력하도록 하고, 추가 입력된 정보를 기초로 개설 요청을 상권정보 제공서버(50)로 전송한다.

상권정보 제공서버(50)는 업소 정보 데이터베이스에서 개설요청과 동일 또는 유사한 품목을 제공하는 업소 리스트를 추출하여(S209) 추천업소 리스트를 작성하고, 이를 제1 수요자 단말(10-1)로 전송한다(S210). S210 이하의 단계(B)는 도 13 내지 도 14에서 설명한 B 이하의 단계와 동일하므로, 설명을 생략한다.
이 경우 도 13 내지 도 15의 실시예와 달리, 수요자가 원하는 품목만 입력하고 개설 요청이 가능하다는 차이가 있다. 예를 들어 원하는 지역 상권 내에 북어국 집이 없다면, 특정 업체를 지칭하지 않고 특정 스타일의 북어국을 제공하는 업소가 개설되기를 요청할 수 있는 것이다.

업소 정보 데이터베이스(102)는 주문 요청 및 생산 요청과 관련된 업소에 대한 정보를 저장한다. 상권정보 제공서버(50)의 맞춤 상권 정보를 통해 창업 컨설팅을 받은 업소 창업자의 자동 등록, 기 운영 중인 업소 운영자의 오프라인 신청 또는 업소 단말(40)을 통한 온라인 신청을 통해 등록된 업소의 업소명, 취급 품목 리스트, 주소, 연락처 등을 저장한다.
업소에 대한 정보는 국내 프랜차이즈 가게명 전체에 대한 정보 또는 소상공인 시장진흥공단에서 제공하는 가게 정보 등을 포함할 수 있고, 각 가게에서 취급하는 품목은 상기 업소 정보에 연동하여 치킨, 피자, 족발보쌈, 한식, 분식, 유명 프랜차이즈 카테고리 등으로 그룹핑하여 저장한다. 또한 다른 실시예에 따라 업소에 대한 정보는 각 업소를 단위 지역별로 그룹핑할 수도 있다. 본 명세서에서 단위 지역이라 함은 시,군,구,동 등으로 구분한 행정구역 단위일 수도 있고, 아파트 단지 또는 마을의 거주구역 단위일 수도 있다.
일 실시예로, 요식업의 경우 창업하는 가게의 테이블 구성, 좌석 수(수용 가능 인원 수), 취급 품목으로써 판매하는 메뉴 및 메뉴별 가격, 배달주문 가능 여부 및 배달 주문 가능 시 메뉴별 배달 완료 소요 시간, 포장주문 가능 여부 및 포장 주문 가능 시 포장 완료시까지 소요 시간, 좌석 예약을 수신할지 여부 확인, 배달주문 및 포장주문 시 시간당 주문수신 가능 횟수, 배달주문 수신이 가능한 지역 등을 업소 정보로 저장할 수 있다.
다른 실시예로, 장소 임대업의 경우 객실 수(회의실 수) 및 객실별 수용가능 인원, 이용 가능한 부대 시설, 객실별 이용 가격 및 이용 가능 부대시설 가격 등을 업소 정보로 저장할 수 있다.

결제 정보 데이터베이스(104)는 결제 서버와 연동하여 수요자 로그인 정보에 기초하여 기등록된 수요자의 결제 정보, 결제를 위한 보안 프로그램, 결제 프로세스에 따른 각종 프로그램 등을 저장한다.
주문 정보 데이터베이스(105)는 수요자 단말(10)에서 수신된 주문 요청에 대한 정보를 임시로 저장한다.
제2 송수신부(106)는 수요자 단말(10), 업소 단말(40), 결제 서버(미도시) 및 상권정보 제공서버(50)와 메시지를 송수신한다.

결제 정보 DB는 결제 서버와 연동하여 수요자 로그인 정보에 기초하여 기등록된 수요자의 결제 정보, 결제를 위한 보안 프로그램, 결제 프로세스에 따른 각종 프로그램 등을 저장한다.
주문 정보 DB는 수요자 단말(10)에서 수신된 주문 요청에 대한 정보를 임시로 저장한다.
신고 정보 DB는 상기 수요자 의사 정보, 상기 수요자 희망의견 및 상기 수요자 의사 정보에 대한 로그 정보를 저장한다. 이때 수요자 의사 정보에 대한 로그 정보는 업종 또는 업소명, 취급품목, 상기 불편신고 지역이 일치하는 상기 수요자 의사 표시의 횟수 및 타 수요자에 의한 수요자 의사 접수 내역을 의미한다.
상권 정보 빅데이터 DB는 상권 정보 제공서버로부터 수신한 상권 정보 빅데이터를 저장하거나, 추후 창업자가 요청하는 맞춤 상권 정보를 저장한다.
서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100”)는 제1 송수신부(106'), 제1제어부(107'), 정보 추출부(108), 서비스 요청부(109), 결제부(110)를 포함한다.
제1 송수신부(106')는 수요자 단말(10), 업소 단말(40), 결제 서버(미도시), 데이터베이스 서버(20) 및 상권정보 제공서버(50)와 메시지를 송수신한다.
제1 제어부(107')는 수요자 단말(10)로부터 주문 요청을 수신하면 데이터베이스 서버(20)의 주문 정보 DB(미도시)에 임시로 저장하고, 주문 요청을 전송한 수요자의 로그인 정보를 데이터베이스 서버(20)의 수요자정보 DB(21)에 등록된 수요자 정보와 대조하여 확인하고, 주문 요청에 포함된 주문 대상 업소 및 그 취급품목을 업소 정보 DB(22)에 기등록된 업소 리스트 및 그 취급품목 리스트와 비교한다.
정보 추출부(108)는 데이터베이스 서버(20)로부터 상기 설명한 바와 같은 제1 제어부(107')가 필요한 정보를 요청하거나, 데이터베이스 서버(20)에 저장할 정보를 추출하여 제1 송수신부(106')를 통해 요청 또는 전송한다. 그 결과 서비스 어플리케이션 서버는 데이터베이스 서버(20)로부터 해당 정보를 송수신하여 수요자의 서비스 요청에 따른 서비스를 제공하거나, 주문요청에 대한 희망업소 불일치 알림을 상권정보 제공서버(50”)로 전송한다.
서비스 요청부(109)는 주문 요청이 업소 정보 DB(22)에 기등록된 곳인 경우, 제1 제어부(107')는 결제 정보 DB(미도시)에 등록된 정보로 결제 서버(미도시)와 연동하여 수요자 단말(10)로 결제요청을 전송한다. 수요자 단말(10)의 결제에 따라 결제 서버로부터 결제 결과를 수신하면, 서비스 요청부는 주문한 업소의 업소 단말(40)로 취급 품목에 대한 생산 요청을 전송한다. 또는 주문 요청이 업소 정보 DB(22)에 기등록된 곳이 아닌 경우 또는 주문 요청에 따른 취급품목이 없는 경우, 상권정보 제공서버(50)에 주문요청에 대한 희망업소 불일치 알림을 전송한다.
결제부(110)는 일 실시예에 따라 주문 요청이 업소 정보 DB(22)에 기등록된 곳인 경우, 결제 정보 DB(미도시)에 등록된 정보로 결제 서버(미도시)와 연동하여 수요자 단말(10)로 결제요청을 전송하고, 수요자 단말(10)의 결제에 따라 결제 서버로부터 결제 결과를 수신한다.
상권정보 제공서버(50”)는 정보 분석부(52'), 상권정보 관리부(53'), 제2제어부(54'), 제2 송수신부(55'), 부가서비스 제공부(56')를 포함한다.
제2 제어부(54')는 정보 분석부(52'), 상권 정보 관리부(53'), 제2 송수신부(55')의 동작을 제어한다.
제2 제어부(54')는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)로부터 주문요청에 대한 불일치 알림을 수신하면, 수요자 의사 신청 여부를 묻는 메시지를 수요자 단말(10)로 전송한다.
수요자 단말(10)로부터 상기 신청에 따른 동의 및 수요자 의사를 회신받으면, 제2 제어부(54')는 정보 분석부(52')로 전송하여, 수요자 의사의 내용을 분석한다.
정보 분석부(52')는 수요자 의사를 기초로 상기 수요자 정보, 상기 업종, 상기 업소명 또는 상기 신청 지역, 상기 수요자 희망의견 등을 추출한다.
제2 송수신부(55')는 수요자 단말(10), 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100), 데이터베이스 서버(20)와 연결되어 제2 송수신부(55')를 통해 메시지를 송수신한다.
상권 정보 관리부(53')는 추출된 정보를 기초로 업소 정보, 부동산 정보, 수요자 정보, 수요자 의사 정보와 조합하여 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성한다. 추후 창업자가 컨설팅을 요청하는 경우, 창업자의 요청 기준에 따라 상권 정보 빅데이터를 이용하여 창업 컨설팅을 위한 맞춤 상권 정보를 생성한다. 이때 상권 정보 빅데이터 또는 맞춤 상권 정보는 데이터베이스 서버(20)로 전송되어 저장된다.
일 실시예에 따라 상권정보 제공서버(50”)는 부가 서비스 제공부(56')를 더 포함할 수 있다.
부가 서비스 제공부(56')는 업소명 또는 업종, 취급 품목, 신청 지역 등이 일치하는 수요자 의사가 기설정된 임계횟수 이상 수신된 경우, 상기 수요자 의사를 작성한 상기 수요자에게 제공하기 위한 보상 서비스 정보를 저장하여, 상기 보상 서비스 정보를 제공하는 푸쉬 알림을 상기 수요자 단말(10)로 전달한다.
도 20은 도 18에 도시한 업소정보 데이터 베이스를 보다 구체적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 20을 참조하면, 업소 정보 데이터베이스(102)는 주문 관리부(201), 결제부(202), 매출 관리부(203), 재고 관리부(204), 매입 관리부(205)를 포함한다.
주문 관리부(201)는 수요자 단말(10)로부터의 주문 요청에 상응하는 주문 내역을 카테고리별로 기록하고 실시간 주문 현황 및 대기 시간을 업데이트한다. 일 예로 주문된 취급 품목을 송부(배달)하는 방법에 따라 테이블 주문, 일반 주문, 배달 주문, 포장 주문 등으로 주문 내역을 분류할 수 있다.
또한 주문 관리부(201)는 업소 단말(40)로부터 업소 현황 정보를 수신하여 실시간 추적 현황, 대기시간, 예약현황 등을 모니터링할 수 있다.
결제부(202)는 주문 요청에 상응하는 청구비용을 산정하여 결제 서버(20)로 상기 청구비용을 알려준다. 즉, 주문 내역에 포함된 취급품목 및 수량에 따라 각각 비용을 계산하여 총 청구비용을 산정하고, 주문 내역에 대한 청구비용을 결제 서버(20)에 전달하여 수요자 단말(10)에서 온라인 결제가 이루어지도록 한다. 또는 결제부(202)는 업소 단말(40)로 주문 내역에 대한 청구비용을 전달하여, 수요자가 업소에서 신용카드, 현금결제 또는 상품권, 기프티콘, 모바일 머니 등 다른 결제 수단을 이용한 오프라인 결제가 가능하도록 한다.
매출 관리부(203)는 주문 내역 중 결제 서버(20)를 통해 청구비용이 결제된 주문 내역을 기록하고 저장한다. 매출 관리부(203)는 결제 서버(20)를 통해 결제된 청구 비용뿐만 아니라, 업소에서 수행한 오프라인 결제내역까지 기록하고 저장할 수 있다.
재고 관리부(204)는 업소의 원재료 내역 중 결제 완료된 상기 주문 내역에 따라 소진된 원재료 또는 취급품목을 차감하여 남아 있는 원재료 및 취급품목 현황을 모니터링한다.
매입 관리부(205)는 업소에서 사들이는 원재료들을 매입한 내역 및 비용지출 등을 기록하고 저장한다.
한편, 업소 정보 데이터베이스(102)는 이벤트 관리부(206)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이벤트 관리부(206)는 업소에서 진행하는 이벤트 내용을 등록하고, 상기 이벤트 내용을 상기 수요자 단말에 제공한다. 이때 등록되는 이벤트 내용은 업소에서 소정의 기간 동안 진행되는 할인, 할인 쿠폰, 특정 메뉴 제공, 사은품 제공 등 수요자를 대상으로 하는 홍보성 이벤트 내용을 말한다. 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 등록된 이벤트 내용을 수요자 단말(10)에 해당 지역 이벤트 업소 리스트 등의 형태로 제공하거나 이벤트를 설정한 업소를 우선 검색하게 하는 등의 방법으로 수요자 단말에 우선 노출할 수 있다.
도 21은 도 1에 도시한 상권 정보 제공 서버의 최적 창업 지역 설정 방법을 나타낸 흐름도이고, 도 22는 도 21에 도시한 최적 창업 지역을 설명하기 위한 지도이다.
일례로, 최적 창업 지역을 설정하는 경우를 설명하면, 도 21에 도시된 바와 같이, 상권 정보 제공서버는 상권 정보 빅데이터에 기초하여, 동일한 업소개설 요청을 한 수요자 의사를 먼저 소단위 지역별로 그룹핑한다(S100). 이때 그룹핑되는 지역 단위는 시,군,구,동 등의 행정구역 단위일 수도 있고, 아파트 단지, 동, 마을 등의 거주자 편의에 따른 지역 단위일 수도 있다.
상권정보 제공서버는 그룹핑된 수요자 의사를 분석한다(S110). 보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 상권정보 제공서버는 상권 정보 빅데이터 생성시 추출된 항목별 주요 키워드에 따라 수요자 의사를 분석한다. 항목별 주요 키워드는 수요자 의사에 포함된 수요자 정보, 업종, 업소명 또는 신청 지역, 품목, 서비스 사항, 수요자 희망의견 등일 수 있다.
일 실시예로, 지역별로 그룹핑된 수요자 의사는 2차적으로 업종, 업소명, 품목 등에 따라 다시 그룹핑될 수 있다.
상권정보 제공서버는 분석결과에 기초하여 최적 창업 지역을 설정하여(S120) 창업자에게 제공할 수 있다. 최적 창업 지역은 수요자 의사, 거리, 교통수단 또는 비용 등을 고려한 지역일 수 있다. 일례로 도 22에 도시된 바와 같이, 동일 업종, 업소명, 품목 및 지역을 기초로 수요자 의사가 수요 1권역 내지 수요 3권역으로 그룹핑된 경우, 해당 업종의 수요자를 수용할 수 있는 최소 거리(예를 들면, 교통 이용을 통해 수요자가 이동의사가 있는 거리범위, 해당 업종의 배달 가능 범위 또는 프랜차이즈 개설의 최소 거리 간격 등)과 비교하여, 창업자의 이익이 최대화될 수 있는 곳(별표 지역)을 최적 창업 지역으로 설정할 수 있다.
도 23은 도 1에 도시한 서비스 어플리케이션 서버의 판매 관리 제공 방법을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 23을 참조하면, 수요자는 수요자 단말(10)의 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램에서의 로그인을 통해 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)에 접속한다. 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 로그인 정보로부터 수요자 단말(10)의 접속 위치 정보를 수신할 수 있다(S31).
수요자는 수요자 단말(10)에서 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 실행하여 주문을 희망하는 업소 및 취급품목을 검색할 수 있다(S32). 이때 수요자는 주문하고자 하는 품목을 생산하는 업소의 대기시간, 또는 시간별 이용가능 여부 등을 고려하여 검색 범위를 설정할 수 있으며, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 등록된 업소에서 상기 설정된 검색 범위에 상응하는 업소리스트를 제공하여 수요자가 편리하게 선택하도록 할 수 있다.(예 : 품목명 치킨, 배달 가능시간 30분 이내 선택 후 검색 또는 품목명 갈비, 선택시간 18:00, 인원수 10명 예약가능 업소 검색)
수요자가 수요자 단말(10)을 통해 희망 업소명 또는 업종, 취급품목을 선택하여 주문 요청을 하면(S33), 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 주문에 따른 희망 업소명 또는 업종, 취급 품목이 희망 지역 내 기등록된 업소 정보에 있는지 검색한다(S34). 기등록된 업소 정보와 일치하는 업소가 있으면 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 수신자 단말로부터 수신한 주문 요청을 분석하여(S35) 업소명, 취급 품목 및 기타 구체적 사항에 대한 주문 내역을 확인하고, 주문 내역에 따른 청구 비용을 산정하여 결제 서버(20)로 전송한다.
일 실시예에 따라 수요자는 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 주문 요청시 O2O(Online to Offline) 서비스로서 창업자에게 희망 품목에 대한 개별 문의를 할 수 있다. 창업자는 수요자의 개별 문의에 적극적으로 대응하여 업소 운영에 대한 고객 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
결제 서버(20)는 수요자 단말(10)에 청구 비용에 대한 결제 요청을 전송하고(S37), 수요자 단말에서 결제 수단으로 결제가 이루어지면(S38), 그 결제 결과를 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)로 전송한다(S39).
서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 결제 완료된 주문 내역을 업소 단말(40)로 전송하고, 업소에서는 업소 단말(40)에서 수신된 주문 내역에 따라 해당 주문품목을 생산한다. 주문품목은 다양한 실시예에 따라 업소 자체에서 생성하는 상품일 수도 있고, 업소에서 제공하는 서비스일 수도 있으며, 또는 업소와 연계된 타업체에 아웃소싱하여 생산되는 상품 또는 서비스일 수 있다. 이때 수신한 주문 내역, 예약 내역 또는 생산 중인 주문 품목에 대한 업소의 현황은 실시간 모니터링되며 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)로 실시간 전송되고(S41) 또한 수요자 단말(10)로 실시간 주문 내역, 예약 내역 또는 생산 중인 주문 품목에 대한 현황이 업소 현황 정보로서 업소 단말(40)에서 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)로 전송될 수 있다(S42).
업소에서 주문 품목의 생산을 완료하면 업소 단말(40)에서 수요자 단말(10)로 생산완료된 주문 품목을 송부하고(S43), 수요자 단말(10)로 제공 또는 수요자에게 배달하여 수요자가 주문 품목을 수령하도록 한다(S44).
업소 단말(40)은 결제 완료되어 송부된 주문 품목과 관련하여, 매입/매출, 재고관리 등을 일괄적으로 수행할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 창업자가 해당 주문 품목의 원재료 구입 등에 따른 매입, 주문 품목 소진에 따른 매출 및 재고관리 등을 업소 단말(40)에 입력하여 총괄적으로 관리함으로써, 업소 운영에 필요한 시간과 노동 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
또한 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 업소 단말(40)로부터 수신하는 업소 현황 정보에 기초하여 수요자에게 주문 요청 가능여부, 수령 대기 시간, 예약 상황 등을 보여줄 수 있어, 수요자의 업소 이용 편의성을 향상시킬 뿐 아니라, 창업자의 업소 운영 성과를 증진시킬 수 있다.
도 24은 수요자의 주문요청을 받기 위해 수요자 단말에 보여지는 해당 지역 내 업소 리스트의 일 실시예를 도시한 그림이다.
서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 수요자 단말(10)에 특정 지점에서 소정의 반경 내에 위치하여 등록된 업소 리스트를 제공할 수 있다. 특정 지점은 수요자 단말(10)의 접속 위치 정보 또는 수요자가 설정한 위치일 수 있다.
제공되는 업소 리스트는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)에 등록된 업소 리스트로서, 일 실시예에 따라 상권정보 제공서버(50)의 상권 정보 빅데이터에 따라 컨설팅한 후 창업된 업소들일 수 있다. 또한 다른 실시예에 따라기존 업소 정보, 즉, 국내 프랜차이즈 가게명 전체에 대한 정보 또는 소상공인 시장진흥공단에서 제공하는 가게 정보 등일 수 있다.
업소 리스트에는 취급품목에 따른 카테고리(종류), 업소명, 취금품목에 대한 간단한 설명 및 배달 가능여부, 주문 방식, 예약 가능여부 등 주문 요청에 대한 간단한 설명을 포함할 수 있다.
업소 리스트는 검색창에 입력되는 키워드를 중심으로 나열될 수 있다. 예를 들면 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 '갈비'라는 검색어를 입력한 경우 '갈비'를 취급품목으로 하면서 특정 지점인 '경기도 화성시 능동' 중심으로 소정의 반경 내 위치하는 업소 리스트를 제공할 수 있다. 제공된 업소 리스트 내역에 대한 수요자 만족도가 높으면, 해당 목록에 대해 '좋아요' 버튼을 눌러 수요자 의사를 표시할 수 있고, 상권정보 제공서버(50)는 이를 수요자 의사로서 상권 정보 빅데이터에 반영할 수 있다.
도 25는 수요자의 주문요청에 따라 수요자 단말에 보여지는 예약 내용 확인 화면이고, 도 26은 수요자의 주문요청에 따라 수요자 단말에 보여지는 방문 예약 내용 확인 화면의 일 실시예이다.
수요자가 수요자 단말(10)에서 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 업소, 취급품목 및 기타사항을 표시하여 주문 요청을 하면, 도 25에 도시된 바와 같이 주문 요청사항에 대한 예약 내용 확인 정보를 수요자 단말(10)에 제공할 수 있다.
예를 들어 수요자가 '수원왕갈비'라는 업소의 '생갈비 1인분' 및 '갈비찜 1인분'을 주문요청한 경우, 업소 단말(40)이 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)에 제공한 업소 현황 정보에 기초하여, 수요자 단말에 해당 수요자의 현재 대기 번호 및 대기 시간을 알려줄 수 있다.
수요자는 주문 요청 사항에 대한 상기 정보를 확인하여, 주문 방식(배달 주문, 포장주문, 방문예약)을 선택할 수 있다.
수요자가 방문 예약을 선택한 경우, 도 26에 도시된 바와 같이 수요자는 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램에서 방문 예정 시간을 설정할 수 있다. 방문 예약 선택을 보다 용이하게 하기 위해, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 수요자 단말에 업소 현황 정보에 기초하여, 예약 가능 인원 정보를 함께 제공할 수 있다.
이때 주문 요청 사항에 취급 품목의 수요(도 26의 예약 인원 수)를 함께 표시하여 주문 요청할 수 있다.
또한 수요자는 선택된 주문 요청 사항에 상응하는 서비스를 제공받은 후, 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램에서 도 25에 도시된 바와 같이 이용 후기 또는 서비스 개선 요청을 작성할 수 있다.

한편, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)는 요식업인 경우 도 26과 달리 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 좌석배치도와 함께 주문 현황을 수요자 단말(10)에 제공할 수 있다. 이 경우 수요자는 좌석배치 및 특정 시간대의 업소의 주문 현황을 고려하여 타수요자와 중복되지 않도록 주문 요청을 할 수 있다.

업소 창업자는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)와 연동되는 업소 단말(40)을 통해, 온라인 및 오프라인 상으로 수요자로부터 수신한 주문 요청을 확인할 수 있다.
확인되는 주문 요청은 시간 순으로 나열된 리스트 형태로 제공될 수도 있고, 도 28에 도시된 바와 같이 테이블 좌석 배치마다 나열된 형태로 제공될 수도 있다. 이때 테이블 좌석 중 어느 하나를 선택하면, 업소 창업자는 업소 단말에서 각 테이블마다 예약된 현황을 미리보기(Preview)로 보거나 팝업 창으로 확인 할 수 있다.
도 29에 도시된 바와 같이, 업소 단말(40)은 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)와 연동하여 창업자에게 각 테이블마다의 주문 내역 및 시간대별 예약 현황을 표시할 수 있다.
이때 표시되는 테이블 예약 현황은 수요자가 수요자 단말을 통해 이미 결제한 건이면 결제 완료 표시를 하고(2번 테이블), 수요자가 방문 예약으로 주문 요청은 하였으나 결제는 오프라인으로 할 경우, 다양한 결제 수단에 따른 결제를 할 수 있도록 업소 단말에 결제 관련 메뉴(신용카드 결제, 현금 결제, 온라인 결제 등)를 제공한다(1번 테이블).
또한, 도 30에 도시된 바와 같이, 업소 단말(40)은 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(100)와 연동하여 창업자에게 배달 주문 내역 및 배달 주문 현황을 표시할 수 있다.
도 31은 도 25의 업소에 대한 서비스 개선 요청 화면의 일 실시예이다.
수요자는 수요자 단말(10)의 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램에서 이용후기 또는 서비스 개선 요청을 작성할 수 있다.
도시하지는 아니하였으나, 이용후기로는 제공받은 주문 요청 내역에 대한 취급 품목의 양과 질 평가, 서비스 만족 지수 평가 등을 평점으로 작성할 수 있으며, 직접 의견을 작성하는 기타의견항목을 포함할 수 있다.
수요자는 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 상품 또는 메뉴 추가, 서비스 개선요청, 가격 인하 요청, 품질 개선 요청, 위치 이전 요청 등 업소 운영자 또는 창업자에게 제시할 수 있는 다양한 의견을 제안할 수 있다.
상권 정보 제공서버는 상기 의견을 제안한 수요자에 대하여 보상 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록, 해당 수요자 의사에 상응하는 업소를 개설 또는 메뉴 추가/서비스를 개선한 업소 운영자에게 해당 수요자 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
일 실시예로 도 31에 도시된 바와 같이 추가 희망 품목에 대한 개설요청(매운 갈비찜 메뉴 추가), 가격에 대한 의견, 기존 취급 품목에 대한 의견(갈비를 더 주세요) 등을 표시할 수 있다. 이때 '신규 개선 요청' 버튼을 눌러 직접 이용 후기 또는 기타 의견을 작성하거나 또는 타수요자가 기존에 작성한 의견 리스트에 좋아요 메뉴를 클릭함으로써 동의하는 방식으로 수요자 의사를 표시할 수 있다.
그 결과, 본 발명의 상권 정보 제공 시스템에 따르면, 창업자는 본 발명의 상권정보 제공서버(50)에서 제공되는 상권 정보 빅데이터에 기초한 컨설팅 서비스를 받음으로써, 창업하려는 희망 업종 또는 희망 업소(브랜드)의 실질적인 수요를 미리 파악하여 창업 성공율을 높일 수 있다.
또한, 실질 수요자의 상권 정보 관련 의사가 반영된 상권 정보 빅데이터를 기초로 설계한 최적 입지의 상권 정보를 창업자에게 제공함으로써 창업자의 창업 성공율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

도 32를 참조하면, 상권 정보 제공 시스템은 수요자 단말(11), 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21), 결제 서버(41), 업소 정보 서버(210), 사용자 정보 서버(220) 및 상권 정보 제공서버(300)를 포함한다.
도 32 및 33을 참조하면, 도 1과 달리 업소 정보 서버(210) 및 사용자 정보 서버(220)가 추가된다.
업소 정보 서버(210)는 위치 정보 관리부(211) 및 업소 정보 관리부(212)를 포함할 수 있다. 업소 정보 관리부(212)는 국내 프랜차이즈 가게명 전체에 대한 정보 또는 소상공인시장진흥공단에서 제공하는 가게 정보 등을 포함한 업소 정보를 저장할 수 있고, 각 가게에서 취급하는 품목은 상기 업소 정보에 연동하여 치킨, 피자, 족발보쌈, 한식, 분식, 유명 프랜차이즈 카테고리 등으로 그룹핑하여 저장한다. 위치 정보 관리부(211)는 상기 업소 정보의 주소를 기초로 지리적 분포 정보를 저장하여 관리한다. 이때 업종 특성에 따라 동일 업소 간에 이격되어야 하는 기설정된 최소 단위 거리 정보를 포함하여 저장할 수 있다.
사용자 정보 서버(220)는 사용자 정보 관리부(221), 신고 정보 관리부(222), 위치 정보 관리부(223)를 포함할 수 있다. 사용자 정보 관리부(221)는 수요자 단말(11)을 사용하는 사용자의 기본 정보, 예를 들면 연령, 성별, 신고 위치, 상기 서비스 어플리케이션의 이용 로그 정보, 소셜네트워크 정보 등을 저장하여 관리한다.
신고 정보 관리부(222)는 수요자 단말(11)로부터 수신한 수요자 의사, 그 로그 정보 및 상권 정보 제공 서버에서 생성한 URL 정보를 저장한다.
위치 정보 관리부(223)는 수요자 단말(11)의 GPS 위성(31)에 의해 추적된 위치, 불편신고 지역 또는 거주 정보 등을 저장한다.
상권 정보 제공서버(300)는 업소 정보 분석부(321), 위치 정보 분석부(322), 통합 정보 분석부(323), 제어부(310), 송수신부(320), 저장부(350)를 포함한다.
송수신부(320)는 수요자 단말(11), 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21), 업소 정보 서버(210), 사용자 정보 서버(220)와 연결되어 각종 메시지를 송수신한다. 보다 구체적을 설명하면, 수요자 단말로부터 수요자 의사를 수신하거나 상기 수요자 단말로 푸쉬 알림을 전송한다. 또한 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)로부터 희망 업소 불일치 알림을 수신하거나, 업소 정보 서버 또는 사용자 정보 서버로부터 등록 업소 정보 또는 등록 사용자 정보를 수신할 수 있다.
업소 정보 분석부(321)는 수요자 단말로부터 수신한 수요자 의사로부터 개설 요청을 희망하는 업종 또는 업소명, 취급품목 등을 추출한다.
위치 정보 분석부(322)는 수요자 단말로부터 수신한 수요자 의사로부터 불편신고 지역을 추출하거나 수신자 단말의 위치 정보를 추출하여 지역 정보, 지도 정보를 기초로 창업 컨설팅 데이터를 위한 최적 위치 조건을 분석한다.
통합 정보 분석부(323)는 업소 정보 분석부(321) 및 위치 정보 분석부(322)의 분석 결과를 반영하여 불편신고 지역 또는 수신자 단말의 위치를 기준으로 일정 반경 내 개설을 요청한 업소명 또는 동일 업종의 존재 여부에 대한 정보, 공통된 수요자 의사의 로그 정보, 수요자 분포 정보, 부동산 정보 및 지도 정보 등을 포함하는 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성한다. 또한, 통합 정보 분석부(323)는 추후 창업자가 컨설팅을 요청하는 경우, 창업자의 요청 기준에 따라 상권 정보 빅데이터를 이용하여 창업 컨설팅을 위한 상권 정보를 생성한다.
저장부(350)는 상권 정보 빅데이터 및 보상서비스 정보를 저장한다.
저장부(350)는 사용자 정보 데이터베이스(351), 신고 정보 데이터베이스(352), 업소 정보 데이터베이스(353) 및 위치 정보 데이터베이스(354)를 포함한다.
사용자 정보 데이터베이스(351)는 사용자 정보 서버(220)와 연동하여, 상기 수요자 의사를 전송한 상기 수요자 단말의 사용자 정보를 저장한다.
신고 정보 데이터베이스(352)는 사용자 정보 서버(220)와 연동하여, 상기 수요자 의사 및 그 로그 정보를 저장한다.

제어부(310)는 송수신부(320), 업소 정보 분석부(321), 위치 정보 분석부(322), 통합 정보 분석부(323) 및 저장부(350) 간의 동작을 제어한다. 또한 제어부(310)는 상기 수요자 의사가 수신자 단말로부터 수신되면, 이에 상응하는 URL 주소를 생성하여, 송수신부(320)를 통해 수신자 단말(11)로 URL 주소를 알려준다.
도 34는 도 32의 상권 정보 제공 시스템의 상권 정보 제공 방법의 일 실시예를 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 34를 참조하면, 먼저 수요자 단말(11)이 서비스 어플리케이션에 로그인하면, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)는 수요자 단말(11)로부터 수요자 정보 및 그 위치 정보를 수신한다(S30).
서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)는 업소 정보 서버(210)와 연동하여 상기 위치 정보가 속하는 지역 내의 등록 업소 정보를 요청하고, 업소 정보 서버(210)는 해당 지역 내의 등록 업소 정보를 추출하여(S31) 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)로 전송한다(S32). 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)는 사용자 정보 서버(220)와 연동하여 상기 수요자 단말을 사용하는 사용자의 정보를 요청하고, 사용자 정보 서버(220)는 서비스 어플리케이션을 이용하는 기등록 사용자(수요자) 정보를 추출하여(S33) 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)로 전송한다(S34).
서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)는 업소 정보 서버 및 사용자 정보 서버로부터 수신한 수요자 정보, 수요자 위치 정보 및 등록 업소 정보를 확인하여, 수요자 정보에 등록 업소, 취급 품목 및 지역이 매핑되는 등록 업소 정보를 수신자 단말(11)로 전송한다(S35).
그러나 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)는 수요자 정보에 등록 업소, 취급 품목 및 지역이 매핑되는 등록 업소 정보가 없으면, 상권 정보 제공 서버(300)에 희망 업소 불일치 알림을 전송하여(S36), 상권 정보 제공 서버(300)가 수요자 단말(11)에 수요자 의사 신청여부를 묻는 메시지를 전송하도록 한다(S37).
사용자는 수요자 단말(11)에서 수요자 의사 신청에 동의한 경우 일실시예에 따라 해당 내용을 작성하여 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)로 전송한다. 서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)로 전송되는 메시지는, 다른 실시예에 따라 타 수요자의 신청에 동의한 것일 수도 있고 또다른 실시예에 따라 업소 추천 리스트 중 어느 하나에 동의한 것일 수도 있다. 또한 수요자 의사는 수요자가 검색한 키워드를 기초로 상권 정보 시스템에서 수요자를 위해 추천하는 적어도 하나 이상의 유사 메뉴 또는 유사 업종 중에서 선택된 것일 수도 있다.
서비스 어플리케이션 서버(21)는 수신된 수요자 의사로부터 업소명, 업종 및 그 취급품목 등을 포함한 업소 정보 및 사용자 기본 정보를 포함한 수요자 정보를 추출하고(S40), 각각 업소 정보 서버(210)와 사용자 정보 서버(220)로 전송한다(S41,42).
업소 정보 서버(210)는 수요자 의사가 반영된 업소 정보를 분석하여 상권 정보 제공 서버(300)로 전송하고(S43), 사용자 정보 서버(220)는 수요자 의사를 한 사용자에 대한 수요자 정보를 분석하여 상권 정보 제공 서버(300)로 전송한다(S44).
상권 정보 제공 서버(300)는 분석 결과를 반영하여 신청 지역 또는 수신자 단말의 위치를 기준으로 일정 반경 내 개설을 요청한 업소명 또는 동일 업종의 존재 여부에 대한 정보, 공통된 수요자 의사의 로그 정보, 수요자 분포 정보, 부동산 정보 및 지도 정보 등을 포함하는 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성한다. 또한, 추후 창업자가 컨설팅을 요청하는 경우, 창업자의 요청 기준에 따라 상권 정보 빅데이터를 이용하여 창업 컨설팅을 위한 맞춤 상권 정보를 생성한다.
도 35는 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따른 상권 정보 제공 시스템을 나타낸 블럭도이다.
도 35를 참고하면, 도 1 또는 도 32와 달리 상권 정보 제공시스템은 수요자 단말(12), GPS 위성(32), 업소 단말(42) 및 서비스 제공 서버(400)를 포함한다.
즉, 도 1 또는 도 32의 상권정보 제공서버 및 서비스 어플리케이션 서버는 하나의 서비스 제공서버의 일부로서 구현될 수 있다. 이 경우, 서비스 어플리케이션 제공부(401)는 도 1 또는 도 32의 서비스 어플리케이션 서버의 역할과 동일하다. 또한 상권 정보 제공부(402)도 도 1 또는 도 32의 상권 정보 제공서버의 역할과 동일하다. 다만, DB(403)가 서비스 어플리케이션 제공부(401)와 상권 정보 제공부(402)에 공유되는 구성요소로서, 각 제공부에 필요한 정보 또는 저장해야 할 정보는 DB(403)에 저장하여 운용될 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 데이터베이스부(이하 DB라 한다, 403)는 수요자 정보, 업소 정보, 부동산 정보, 위치 정보 등을 포함한다.
수요자 정보는 수요자 의사를 작성한 수요자에 대한 연령, 성별, 신고 위치, 상기 서비스 어플리케이션의 이용 로그 정보, 소셜네트워크 정보 등을 포함한다.
업소정보는 업소명, 업소 취급품목 리스트, 업소 위치, 업소 연락처 등을 포함한 등록 업소 정보를 저장한다.
부동산 정보는 시설 정보를 포함한 지리적 위치 정보 및 상기 지역 정보를 반영한 지도 정보 등을 포함한다.
위치 정보는 지역 정보, 보다 구체적으로 설명하면 건물의 위치, 용도, 입점 업체 정보 및 건물 분포, 도로 정보, 논,밭, 산이나 강, 하천 등의 지리적 정보를 저장하며, 또한 프랜차이즈 지주회사가 보유한 프랜차이즈 점포의 분포 정보, 공공시설 및 산업시설 분포 정보, 인구 분포 정보 등을 지리적 정보에 매핑하여 함께 저장할 수 있다.
또한, DB(403)는 결제 정보, 주문 정보, 신고 내역, 상권 정보 빅데이터 등을 더 포함할 수 있다.
결제 정보는 결제 서버와 연동하여 수요자 로그인 정보에 기초하여 기등록된 수요자의 결제 정보, 결제를 위한 보안 프로그램, 결제 프로세스에 따른 각종 프로그램 등을 저장한다. 주문 정보는 수요자 단말(10)에서 수신된 주문 요청에 대한 정보를 임시로 저장한다. 신고 정보는 상기 수요자 의사 정보, 상기 수요자 희망의견 및 상기 수요자 의사 정보에 대한 로그 정보를 저장한다. 이때 수요자 의사 정보에 대한 로그 정보는 업종 또는 업소명, 취급품목, 상기 불편신고 지역이 일치하는 상기 수요자 의사 표시의 횟수 및 타 수요자에 의한 수요자 의사 접수 내역을 의미한다. 상권 정보 빅데이터는 상권 정보 제공서버로부터 수신한 상권 정보 빅데이터를 저장하거나, 추후 창업자가 요청하는 맞춤 상권 정보를 저장한다.
서비스 어플리케이션 제공부(401)는 수요자 단말(12)에 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 제공하는데, 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램은 업소의 창업자/운영자와 창업자와 수요의사를 표시한 수요자를 실시간으로 연결하는 프로그램으로서, 수요자와 창업자 및 기존 업소 운영자 간 O2O(Online to Offline) 서비스를 제공하는 통로 역할을 한다.
일 실시예로 수요자 단말(12)은 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 업소 및 취급품목을 선택하여 서비스 어플리케이션 제공부(401)에 주문 요청을 전송한다. 또한 수요자 단말(12)은 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 수요자가 희망하는 업소 또는 취급품목이 기등록된 업소/취급품목에 없는 경우 수요자 의사를 전달할 수 있다.
서비스 어플리케이션 제공부(401)는 수요자 단말(12)에서 주문 요청을 수신하면, 주문 요청에 따라 기등록 업소의 업소 단말(42)로 대상 취급품목을 생산하도록 요청한다.
서비스 어플리케이션 제공부(401)는 주문 요청에 따른 결제 결과에 따라 기등록 업소에 대한 대상 취급품목의 생산요청을 업소 단말(40)로 전송한다. 생산 요청을 수신한 업소에서는 대상 취급품목을 생산하여 주문 요청을 발주한 수요자에게 대상 취급품목을 배달한다.
서비스 어플리케이션 제공부(401)는 수요자 단말(12)에서 수신한 주문 요청이 DB(403)에 기등록된 업소 또는 대상 취급품목 리스트에 없는 경우, 상권정보 제공부(402)에 알린다.
또한, 서비스 어플리케이션 제공부(401)는 업소 단말(42)로부터 업소 현황 정보를 수신하여 주문 배달 등의 실시간 추적 현황, 대기시간, 예약현황 등을 모니터링할 수 있다. 수요자 단말(12)은 업소 검색시 상기 모니터링 상황을 반영한 업소 리스트를 표시할 수 있다.
상권 정보 제공부(402)는 수요자 단말(12)에 수요자 의사 신청 여부를 묻는 메시지를 전송하고, 수요자 단말(12)로부터 상기 신청에 따른 수요자 의사 내역을 수신하면 이를 기초로 수요자 정보, 업종, 업소명 또는 신청 지역, 수요자 희망의견 중 적어도 하나를 추출하여 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성하여 DB(403)에 저장한다. 그리고 창업자의 컨설팅 요청에 대응하기 위해 상권 정보 빅데이터를 이용하여 창업 컨설팅을 위한 맞춤 상권 정보를 생성한다. 맞춤 상권 정보는 일 실시예에 따라 새로이 창업하려는 창업자에게는 수요자 의사에 따른 최적 창업 지역, 품목 등일 수 있고, 다른 실시예에 따라 기존 업소 운영자에게는 수요자 의사에 따른 서비스 개선 사항, 추가 또는 수정 취급 품목 등일 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 상권정보 제공부(402)는 DB(403)에 등록된 업소 또는 취급품목 중에 수요자가 희망하는 업소 또는 취급품목이 없는 경우, 수요자 단말(12)로 수요자 의사 신청 여부를 묻는 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 수요자 단말(12)로부터 상기 신청에 따른 수요자 의사 내역을 수신하면 이를 기초로 수요자 정보, 업종, 업소명 또는 신청 지역, 수요자 희망의견 중 적어도 하나를 추출하여 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성한다.
그리고 창업자의 컨설팅 요청에 대응하기 위해 상권 정보 빅데이터를 이용하여 창업 컨설팅을 위한 맞춤 상권 정보를 생성하여 DB(403)에 저장한다.
이때 수요자 의사는 수요자에 의해 직접 작성된 것일 수도 있고, 다른 실시예에 따라 타 수요자의 의사표시에 동의한 것일 수도 있고 또다른 실시예에 따라 업소 추천 리스트 중 어느 하나에 동의한 것일 수도 있다.
또한 수요자 의사는 수요자가 검색한 키워드를 기초로 상권 정보 제공부(402)에서 수요자를 위해 추천하는 적어도 하나 이상의 유사 메뉴 또는 유사 업종 중에서 선택된 것일 수도 있다.
본 명세서에서 '수요자 의사'는 상권 불편신고, 업소 개설요청, 업종 개설요청 또는 수요자 희망의견 등으로 호칭될 수도 있는데, 수요자의 의사를 상권 정보 시스템에 표시 또는 반영하는 것이면, 상기 용어에 한정되지 아니하고, 다양한 표현으로 표현될 수 있음은 자명하다 할 것이다.
송수신부(404)는 수요자 단말(12), GPS 위성(32) 및 업소 단말(42)과 정보를 송수신한다.
제어부(405)는 서비스 어플리케이션 제공부(401), 상권 정보 제공부(402), DB(403), 송수신부(404) 등 각 구성요소의 동작을 제어한다.본 발명의 실시예들의 상권 정보 제공 시스템에 따르면, 단순히 수요자들의 이용 패턴 정보 및 가입 정보, 등록 업소 정보만을 기준으로 설계한 상권의 최적 입지 조건을 제공하는 것과 달리, 대상 업종 또는 대상 업소에 대한 실질적인 수요자의 수요를 파악할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
그 결과, 창업자는 본 발명의 상권 정보 제공 시스템에서 제공되는 상권 정보 빅데이터에 기초한 컨설팅 서비스를 받음으로써, 창업하려는 희망 업종 또는 희망 업소(브랜드)의 실질적인 수요를 미리 파악하여 창업 성공율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 보상 서비스를 활용함으로써 수요자 의사를 작성한 사용자들을 예비 수요자로 하여 추후 업소 개설을 더 쉽게 알리는 마케팅 효과까지 누릴 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 일 실시 예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 등록청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 어플리케이션 서비스의 이용 중 수집된 수요자의 상권 정보 관련 의사를 기존 상권 정보와 결합하여 설계한 최적 입지의 상권 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

  1. 서비스 어플리케이션을 제공하는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버;
    상기 서비스 어플리케이션을 이용하는 수요자에 의해 작성된 수요자 의사를 전송하는 수요자 단말; 및
    상기 수요자 의사를 기초로 수요자 정보, 업종, 업소명 또는 신청 지역, 수요자 희망의견 중 적어도 하나를 추출하여 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성하고, 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터에 기초하여 창업자 또는 업소 운영자의 요청에 상응하는 맞춤 상권 정보를 생성하는 상권 정보 제공 서버를 포함하는 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수요자 의사는
    업소 기준 또는 품목 기준으로 작성된 업소 개설 요청이거나 타 수요자에 의해 작성된 업소 개설 요청에 동의한 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상권 정보 제공 서버는
    업소 정보, 부동산 정보, 수요자 정보, 상기 수요자 의사 정보 또는 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터 중 적어도 하나를 저장하는 저장부;
    상기 수요자 의사를 기초로 상기 수요자 정보, 상기 업종, 상기 업소명 또는 신청 지역, 상기 수요자 희망의견 중 적어도 하나를 추출하는 정보 분석부; 및
    추출된 정보를 기초로 상기 업소 정보, 부동산 정보, 수요자 정보, 상기 수요자 의사 정보와 조합하여 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성하는 상권 정보 관리부를 포함하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.

  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상권 정보 제공 서버는
    상기 업소명 또는 업종, 취급 품목, 상기 신청 지역 등이 일치하는 수요자 의사가 기설정된 임계횟수 이상 수신된 경우, 상기 수요자 의사를 작성한 상기 수요자에게 제공하기 위한 보상 서비스 정보를 저장하여, 상기 보상 서비스 정보를 제공하는 푸쉬 알림을 상기 수요자 단말로 전달하는 부가 서비스 제공부를 더 포함하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.

    상기 수요자 의사에 기초한 최적 창업 지역, 품목을 포함하여 창업자를 위한 상권 정보인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.

    상기 수요자 의사에 기초한 서비스 개선 사항, 추가 또는 수정 취급 품목을 포함하여 기존 업소 운영자를 위한 상권 정보인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.

    상기 상권 정보 빅데이터에 기초하여, 상기 수요자 의사를 소단위 지역별로 그룹핑하여 분석한 결과 최적 창업 지역을 설정하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.

    상기 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 입력된 검색어가 기등록된 업소 정보가 아니면서 프랜차이즈 업소인 경우, 상기 수요자 의사를 가맹점 개설 요청으로서 상기 업소 기준으로 작성된 업소 개설 요청으로 분석하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상권 정보 제공 서버는
    상기 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 입력된 검색어가 기등록된 업소 정보가 아니면서 개별 업소인 경우, 상기 수요자에 의해 추가 입력된 업소 관련 정보를 반영하여 상기 수요자 의사를 상기 업소 기준으로 작성된 업소 개설 요청으로 분석하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상권 정보 제공 서버는
    상기 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 통해 입력된 검색어가 기등록된 품목 정보가 아닌 경우, 상기 수요자에 의해 추가 입력된 품목 관련 정보를 반영하여 상기 수요자 의사를 상기 품목 기준으로 작성된 업소 개설 요청으로 분석하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상권정보 제공서버는
    상기 업소 개설 요청을 분석하여 개설 요청된 업소 또는 품목을 검색하고, 상기 개설 요청된 업소 또는 품목과 동일 또는 유사한 품목을 제공하는 추천 업소 리스트를 수신하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 상권정보 제공서버는
    상기 수요자 단말에 제공한 상기 추천 업소 리스트에서 선택된 업소가 있는 경우 업소 기준에 따른 업소 개설 요청으로 작성하여 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터에 반영하고, 타 수요자 단말에 열람토록 하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 상권정보 제공서버는
    상기 수요자 단말에 제공한 상기 추천 업소 리스트에서 선택된 업소가 없는 경우 품목 기준에 따른 업소 개설 요청으로 작성하여 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터에 반영하고, 타 수요자 단말에 열람토록 하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  17. 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 상기 상권정보 제공서버는
    상기 타 수요자 단말에서 열람된 업소 개설 요청에 대해 동의 의사를 수신하면, 상기 타 수요자에 의해 작성된 수요자 의사로서 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터에 반영하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 어플리케이션 서버는
    상기 업소 단말로부터 수신하여 실시간 추적 현황, 대기시간, 예약현황 등을 모니터링하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 어플리케이션 서버는
    상기 수요자 단말에서 검색된 업소의 취급 품목에 대한 대기 시간, 주문 요청시 실시간 추적 상황을 상기 업소 단말로부터 수신받아 상기 수요자 단말에 제공하는, 상권 정보 제공 시스템.
  20. 수요자 단말 및 서비스 어플리케이션 서버와 연동하는 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법에 있어서,
    상기 수요자 단말로부터 수요자 의사를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 수요자 의사로부터 수요자의 연령, 성별, 연락처, 신청 지역, 업종 또는 업소명, 취급품목 등을 포함한 정보를 분석하는 단계;
    상기 분석된 정보를 기저장된 상권 정보 빅데이터에 반영하여 업데이트하는 단계; 및
    상기 업데이트된 상권 정보 빅데이터를 기초로 창업자가 요청하는 업종, 업소 또는 희망 지역 등을 기준으로 맞춤 상권 정보를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터는
    상기 신청 지역을 기준으로 동일 업소명 또는 동일 업종이 일정 범위 내 존재 여부에 대한 정보, 공통된 수요자 의사의 로그 정보, 수요자 분포 정보, 부동산 정보 및 지도 정보 등을 포함하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 상권 정보 제공 방법은
    상기 수요자 의사를 작성한 수요자에게 제공하는 보상서비스에 대한 정보를 저장하여,
    상기 업소명 또는 업종, 신청 지역 및 취급품목 등이 공통되는 상기 수요자 의사가 기설정된 임계횟수 이상 수신되어 상기 수요자 의사에 기초한 업소가 개설된 경우, 상기 보상서비스 제공에 대한 푸쉬 알림을 상기 수요자에게 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 수신하는 단계는
    상기 수요자 의사에 대한 웹페이지의 URL 주소 생성하는 단계;
    상기 수요자의 공유 요청에 따라 상기 URL 주소를 SMS, 이메일, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 등에 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 SMS, 이메일, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 등에 제공된 상기 URL 주소에 의하여 접속한 타 수요자가 상기 수요자 의사에 동의한 경우, 상기 수요자 의사의 로그 정보에 반영하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  24. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 수신하는 단계는
    기설정된 설문 내역을 상기 수요자 단말에 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 수요자 단말로부터 상기 설문 내역에 대한 응답 결과를 수신하는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  25. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 맞춤 상권 정보는
    상기 상권 정보 빅데이터에 기초하여, 상기 수요자 의사를 소단위 지역별로 그룹핑하여 분석한 결과 최적 창업 지역을 설정하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 최적 창업 지역은
    상기 수요자 의사의 지역별 그룹핑 결과와 해당 업종의 수요자를 수용할 수 있는 최소 거리를 비교하여, 창업자의 최대이익이 산출되는 지역인, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  27. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 수요자 의사 수신 단계 이후에
    상기 수요자 단말에 입력된 검색어가 상기 데이터베이스 서버에 기등록된 업소 정보가 아니면서 프랜차이즈 업소인 경우, 상기 수요자 의사를 가맹점 개설 요청으로서 상기 업소 기준으로 작성된 업소 개설 요청으로 분석하고,
    상기 수요자 단말에 입력된 검색어가 상기 데이터베이스 서버에 기등록된 업소 정보가 아니면서 개별 업소인 경우, 상기 수요자에 의해 추가 입력된 업소 관련 정보를 반영하여 상기 데이터베이스 서버에 저장하고, 상기 수요자 의사를 상기 업소 기준으로 작성된 업소 개설 요청으로 분석하며,
    상기 수요자 단말에 입력된 검색어가 기등록된 품목 정보가 아닌 경우, 상기 수요자에 의해 추가 입력된 품목 관련 정보를 반영하여 상기 데이터베이스 서버에 저장하고, 상기 수요자 의사를 상기 품목 기준으로 작성된 업소 개설 요청으로 분석하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성하는 단계는
    상기 업소 개설 요청을 분석하여 상기 데이터베이스 서버에서 개설 요청된 업소 또는 품목을 검색하고, 검색결과로서 상기 개설 요청된 업소 또는 품목과 동일 또는 유사한 품목을 제공하는 추천 업소 리스트를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 추천 업소 리스트를 상기 수요자 단말에 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터를 생성하는 단계는
    상기 추천 업소 리스트에서 선택된 업소가 있는 경우 업소 기준에 따른 업소 개설 요청으로 작성하여 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터에 반영하고, 타 수요자 단말에 열람토록 하고,
    상기 추천 업소 리스트에서 선택된 업소가 없는 경우 품목 기준에 따른 업소 개설 요청으로 작성하여 상기 상권 정보 빅데이터에 반영하고, 타 수요자 단말에 열람토록 하는 것인, 상권 정보 제공 서버의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  30. 서비스 어플리케이션 서버 및 상권 제공 서버에 연결된 수요자 단말의 상권 정보 제공 방법에 있어서,
    상기 서비스 어플리케이션 서버가 제공하는 서비스 어플리케이션에 접속하여 희망 업소 및 희망 취급품목에 대한 주문 요청을 하는 단계;
    상기 서비스 어플리케이션에 상기 희망 업소 및 희망 취급품목이 없는 경우, 상기 서비스 어플리케이션 서버로부터 수요자 의사 여부를 묻는 메시지를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 메시지에 회신하여 희망 업소명 또는 희망 업종, 신청 지역, 수요자 희망 의견, 고객 정보 활용 동의 의사 등을 포함한 수요자 의사를 상기 상권 정보 제공 서버로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 수요자 단말의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  31. 제30항에 있어서, 상기 상권 정보 제공 방법은
    상기 상권 정보 제공 서버에 상기 수요자 의사를 SMS, 이메일, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 등에 게재하기 위한 URL생성요청을 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 URL 주소를 상기 상권 정보 제공 서버와 연동하여 상기 SMS, 이메일, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 등에 게재하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인, 수요자 단말의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  32. 제30항에 있어서,
    상기 상권 정보 제공 서버로부터 상기 수요자 의사에 기초한 업소 개설에 대한 보상서비스 푸쉬 알림을 수신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인, 수요자 단말의 상권 정보 제공 방법.
  33. 수요자 단말에서 서비스 어플리케이션 프로그램을 이용하는 수요자 개개인의 정보를 저장하는 사용자 정보 데이터베이스;
    상기 수요자 단말에서 수신한 주문 요청을 저장하는 주문 정보 데이터베이스;
    상기 주문 요청에 상응하는 청구비용을 산정하여 결제 서버로 전송하는 결제 정보 데이터베이스; 및
    상기 결제 서버에서 수신한 결제 결과에 따라 상기 주문 요청에 따른 주문 내역을 업소 단말로 전송하고, 상기 업소 단말로부터 수신하여 실시간 추적 현황, 대기시간, 예약현황 등을 모니터링하여 상기 수요자 단말에 전송하는 업소 정보 데이터베이스를 포함하는 서비스 어플리케이션 서버.
  34. 제33항에 있어서, 상기 업소 정보 데이터베이스는
    상기 주문 요청에 상응하는 주문 내역을 카테고리별로 기록하고 실시간 주문 현황 및 대기 시간을 업데이트하는 주문 관리부;
    상기 주문 요청에 상응하는 청구비용을 산정하여 상기 결제 서버로 상기 청구비용을 알려주는 결제부;
    상기 주문 내역 중 상기 청구비용이 결제된 주문 내역을 기록하고 저장하는 매출 관리부;
    업소의 원재료 내역 중 상기 주문 내역에 따라 소진된 원재료를 차감하여 남아 있는 원재료 현황을 모니터링 하는 재고 관리부; 및
    상기 원재료를 매입한 내역을 기록하고 저장하는 매입 관리부를 포함하는, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버.
  35. 제33항에 있어서, 상기 업소 정보 데이터베이스는
    상기 업소에서 진행하는 이벤트 내용을 등록하고, 상기 이벤트 내용을 상기 수요자 단말에 제공하는 이벤트 관리부를 더 포함하는, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버.
  36. 수요자 단말로부터 주문 요청을 수신받는 단계;
    상기 주문 요청에 따른 업소 취급품목이 존재하는 경우, 상기 주문 요청의 주문 내역에 상응하는 청구비용을 산정하고 결제 서버로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 주문 요청에 상응하는 업소 취급품목이 존재하지 않는 경우 상권정보 제공서버와 연동하여 수요자 의사를 요청하는 단계;
    상기 결제 서버로부터 수신한 결제 결과에 따라 업소 단말로 상기 주문 내역을 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 업소 단말로부터 수신하여 실시간 추적 현황, 대기시간, 예약현황 등을 모니터링하여 상기 수요자 단말에 전송하는 단계를 포함하는, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버의 동작 방법.
  37. 제36항에 있어서,
    상기 업소 단말로부터 수신한 이벤트 내용을 등록하는 단계; 및
    상기 수요자 단말에 업소 리스트를 제공하는 경우 상기 이벤트가 진행 중인 업소를 상기 수요자 단말에 우선순위를 부여하여 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 어플리케이션 서버의 동작 방법.
