本实施例中,在开机或者关机时间,在手机显示屏的三分之一位置(也可以为一行)或更大位置、甚至全屏显示广告内容,所述广告显示模块可以是以动态链接库形式,通过编辑手机的注册表文件实现启动加载的。之后从手机本地存储器指定路径下的广告数据文件中读取广告信息,最后显示广告。所述广告显示模块启动后注册关于手机系统通话线路相关事件的回调通知函数;在该回调通知函数里分别处理来电事件和用户操作手机事件。所述广告显示模块在截获来电事件和用户操作手机事件时,中断本次广告播放,进入用户正常使用模式。当手机联网上(WIFI或3G)可以对广告内容进行更新,例如每天下载5个广告,每个广告在手机开机到用户启动其他操作之间的时段内轮流播放,直至用户按动其它操作。广告内容可以具有多组目录,用户可以根据自己的需要确定是否需要进入到下一组目录,并且具有统计功能,手机上的管理软件可以对用户的点击次数进行统计和分析,并将数据上传至服务器。
本实施例中,还包括广告更新方法:当用户手机联入互联网时,通过无线射频模块建立该手机与广告发布服务器的连接,通过广告发布服务器将广告下载到所述手机,因为手机存储容量有限,所以在这里限定一定周期内只下载5条广告,当然,这也可以根据不同情况改变这个一次下载的广告数量。这里的不同情况包括当前用户手机的存储容量或者当前下载广告内容的大小。所述一定周期可以让用户设定或者在出厂时定制好,比如一天24小时只下载一次。为了不影响用户的使用且不让用户感到反感,该下载是通过所述广告播放软件的后端程序实现的,并且下载完毕后会给所述广告发布服务器返回一条通知消息。所述广告发布服务器通过业务运营商终端接收广告内容提供商提供的最新广告。
在上述手机更新广告数据的方法可以是将新接收的广告数据替换原广告数据;或者在手机中存储多条广告数据,每接收一条新的广告数据后,删除最早存储的广告数据。
本实施例中,在广告播放过程中,当用户对某一广告感兴趣时,可以通过手机的输入装置如触控笔或手指触摸或键盘点击选择当前广告;广告播放客户端或软件响应于所述用户的选择,由广告发布服务器提供附加信息;由所述广告发布服务器跟踪所述选择和附加信息。所述提供附加信息的步骤包括响应于所述用户的选择,连接手机与第二服务器的步骤。即用户可以是从广告发布服务器获取附加信息或者直接链接到当前广告的web网页,同时,如果附加信息中包含有手机号码,用户还可以直接点击拨打该手机号码。
或者,当用户响应该广告发送对附加信息的请求时,利用第二服务器。广告发布服务器将对下载信息的控制直接传递到第二服务器。第二服务器将所请求的广告信息传递到广告发布服务器,于是广告发布服务器将信息下载到手机。第二服务器属于所被点击选择的广告的产品或服务的制造商或属于广告内容提供商。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在开通多媒体广告相关业务后,还包括一个将所述手机自动与该手机内的SIM卡绑定的步骤,以用来用户更换手机后继续能使用此业务的便利,有效保障用户、广告商及运营商的利益。
在该实施例中,还可以是,不局限于在手机开机或关机时播放广告,在任意时刻,只要手机广告播放客户端或软件联入移动互联网获取在线更新广告;手机广告播放客户端或软件将获取的在线更新广告显示到软件或手机界面的任意位置或播放音频广告;手机功能软件在运行过程中不断通过移动互联网获取在线即时更新广告并以静态或滚动的方式定时或随机交替显示或播放。只要不影响到客户的正常使用即可。
实施本发明,由于广告的显示和播放只是在开机或关机时进行的,根本不会影响用户的正常工作和生活。只在手机中保存最新的广告数据或自动更新广告数据,对手机存储器资源的占用最小。
图2是本发明所提供的一种手机播放广告的显示示意图。其中201是手机,该手机是可以联网的,具有一较大的显示屏202,并有一按键203,其中在显示屏202上部的204即为广告播放预留的位置。

图3所述实施例中的一种手机精准定位广告播放方法,包括以下步骤:
S101,用户手机预先建立广告播放业务,在该手机上安装一广告播放客户端或软件;
S102,根据所述用户手机的IP地址或通过卫星定位系统识别该用户所在区域,并发送给定位服务器;

在本实施例中,能够根据用户的手机IP地址或通过卫星定位系统如GPS或中国自主研发的或北斗卫星导航系统识别用户所在的地区,并显示相应的广告,这样的广告具有强烈的地区性,能提高用户的针对性,满足用户的需求并能对广告主的商品起到更好的宣传作用。而定位到最后一公里的多媒体广告可谓更加精准,如商场、超市、百货类客户对此类推广尤其感兴趣,还有就是社区广告及通知。
其中的手机定位是通过手机和无线网络的配合,确定移动用户的实际位置信息(经度、纬度等坐标数据,包括三维数据),通过SMS(一种存储和转发服务,即短消息)、MMS(Multimedia
Messaging
Service的缩写,中文译为多媒体短信服务,即移动的彩信)、语音发给用户或以此为基础提供某种增值服务或技术;或者是通过卫星定位系统和个人终端的应用。
本实施例中可以通过多种方式实现手机定位,一种是基于GPS或北斗卫星导航系统的定位,一种是基于移动运营网的基站的定位。基于GPS或北斗卫星导航系统的定位方式是利用手机上的GPS或北斗卫星导航系统的定位模块将自己的位置信号发送到定位后台来实现手机定位的。一种是基站定位,是利用基站对手机的距离的测算距离来确定手机位置的。后者不需要手机具有GPS或北斗卫星导航系统定位能力,但是精度很大程度依赖于基站的分布及覆盖范围的大小,有时误差会超过一公里。前者定位精度较高。因此,进一步优选的,本实施例中可以将这两种定位方式的优点结合起来,用通讯基站信息来辅助GPS或北斗卫星导航系统的模块进行手机定位,在GPS或北斗卫星导航系统的模块启动搜星阶段,通过基站定位来确定定位手机的大概位置,通过预存在手机中的GPS或北斗卫星导航系统的卫星星历图,可以快速搜星,把搜星阶段的时间由2-3分钟,缩短到10秒钟左右。这样做的好处有:在室内没有GPS或北斗卫星导航系统的信号的地方利用基站定位来提供位置信息,缩小定位盲区;与纯GPS或北斗卫星导航系统和纯基站定位相比,有更高的精度,一般可精确到10米。这样更有利于本发明目的的实现。
其中,对于用户的选择,第一是预注册用户,可以发送相关广告信息,具有更高的折扣优惠;另一类是进入到特定区域的手机用户,例如商场或超市,对进入到商场或超市一定距离的手机用户发送相关广告信息,用户可以获得打折优惠。相关的商品信息可以通过手机客户端的多媒体广告客户端或软件中的交流模块进行实时转发或发表推荐意见,该用户可以获得累积的优惠或商品交换条件,甚至是现金;

在该实施例中,在任意时刻,只要手机精准定位广告播放客户端或软件联入移动互联网获取在线更新广告;手机精准定位广告播放客户端或软件将获取的在线更新广告显示到软件或手机界面的任意位置或播放音频广告;手机功能软件在运行过程中不断通过移动互联网获取在线即时更新广告并以静态或滚动的方式定时或随机交替显示或播放。只要不影响到客户的正常使用即可。

注册用户在手机操作界面对于此广告可以选择跳过或进行互动(实质上是问答,是一个信息提取、或精化的过程);如果跳过的话,此广告对于此用户的回馈只是一般收益;如果进行互动的话,进行回答的内容的多少,来决定给予此用户的收益,这个收益远高于普通的收益(如按时间或流量的广告回报收益)。
广告文件的生成方法如下:广告主按照规定的广告格式要求准备广告信息素材即广告文件和反馈文件,确定各文件之间的关联,选择主题词类别,输入广告信息所针对的产品或服务名称、广告主名称,选择广告信息传播时间和反馈人次限制、目标受众的条件等设定信息,确认后便可生成包含广告片、反馈项、标注信息三部分内容的完整的广告信息;注册用户手机与数据服务器的网络连接,通过无线网络发送至注册用户的手机软件客户端,将广告信息保存;数据服务器的数据管理系统根据广告信息的标注信息收录于广告信息数据库的相应位置,同时更新数据索引、客户记录等与之相关的数据信息。
另外,广告主也可不对反馈项进行个性化设定,而选择本发明系统默认的符合广告信息类别的通用反馈项。
消费者在浏览广告信息时下达播放指令,手机软件将弹出浏览窗口播放所选定的广告信息,窗口位置可随意拖动,而且若不暂停或终止会始终处于被激活状态。
浏览子系统中包括浏览计时的功能,计时功能的作用主要是配合反馈功能的使用,在特定时间激活与广告片内容直接相关的反馈项,或者广告信息文件设定必须确保浏览一定时间,比如广告片完整的播放一遍的时间才能激活反馈文件。
消费者在浏览过程中或浏览结束后,手机软件会提示消费者填写反馈信息,反馈项通常是选择题目,也可能有少量文字填充项目。消费者填选完毕后,手机软件将把与该广告信息有关的标有消费者反馈信息的反馈项汇总提请消费者查验,消费者确认后,手机软件将自动连接所述数据库服务器提交反馈信息。提交反馈信息后,手机软件将不运行消费者对同一广告文件进行反馈。
特定广告信息的反馈期告一段落或完全结束后,服务器端将根据所有提交的反馈信息,结合反馈者的基本资料及行为特征等个性化信息,进行分类整理、统计分析,生成标准格式的广告信息反馈统计图表;反馈信息如有非标准化的文字内容则根据消费者特征分类整理后直接附于反馈统计图标之后;若有需要广告主进一步回应的反馈信息将被分类整理,并附上特定消费者允许提供的联系方法或通过该手机软件与特定消费者联系的方法。反馈统计图表、文字内容以及标准化反馈项三部分形成完整的广告信息反馈报告存放于相应的数据库中。
反馈信息经汇总分析整理后生成反馈报告并送达至广告主一端,广告主根据反馈报告对提供反馈信息的受众作出进一步的回应。
对于消费者的浏览反馈,计费模块将计算出相应报酬,汇总并按一定比例加成后要求广告主支付,加成部分成为运营商的服务收费,而报酬部分则根据相关薪酬管理办法付给消费者。
其中,为了提高某类广告的特定消费者针对性,上述的互动式广告是限量发送的或者是针对某一些特别用户发送的,例如只在CBD商务区,或者只针对电脑发烧友用户,或者财经高端用户等;或者根据回答此个广告的用户的数量来决定反馈给用户的收益的多少,具体的讲,对于某一广告只有一定数量的现金或对应折扣,参加回答的用户越少,则每个参加的用户收到的收益就越多,反之则越少。
更进一步的,还可以进行问题的难易程序区分收益多少或调查问卷返点;互动式广告形式,越深入折扣越多。

消费者数据维护是指对已注册消费者相关数据资料的日常更新和整理。数据更新包括消费者个人资料的更新和消费者历史记录的更新。个人资料的更新权限在消费者一方;对消费者历史记录的更新则由消费者管理系统通过与其他相关功能的联通而自动完成。数据整理是指对已注册消费者相关数据资料的统计、汇总和分析,根据消费者的全部历史记录生成相应的统计、汇总和分析文件,从而便于数据查询和应用。
操作系统承担对各应用程序的管理协调以及网络通信的控制与实现。

本实施例中,还包括广告更新方法:当用户手机联入互联网时,通过无线射频模块建立该手机与广告发布服务器的连接,通过广告发布服务器将广告下载到所述手机,因为手机存储容量有限,所以在这里限定一定周期内只下载5条广告,当然,这也可以根据不同情况改变这个一次下载的广告数量。这里的不同情况包括当前用户手机的存储容量或者当前下载广告内容的大小。所述一定周期可以让用户设定或者在出厂时定制好,比如一天24小时只下载一次。为了不影响用户的使用且不让用户感到反感,该下载是通过所述广告播放软件的后端程序实现的,并且下载完毕后会给所述广告发布服务器返回一条通知消息。所述广告发布服务器通过业务运营商终端接收广告内容提供商提供的最新广告。
在上述手机更新广告数据的方法可以是将新接收的广告数据替换原广告数据;或者在手机中存储多条广告数据,每接收一条新的广告数据后,删除最早存储的广告数据。
本实施例中,在广告播放过程中,当用户对某一广告感兴趣时,可以通过手机的输入装置如触控笔或手指触摸或键盘点击选择当前广告;广告播放客户端或软件响应于所述用户的选择。用户可以是从广告发布服务器获取附加信息或者直接链接到当前广告的web网页,同时,如果附加信息中包含有手机号码,用户还可以直接点击拨打该手机号码。
在该实施例中,在任意时刻,只要手机广告播放客户端或软件联入移动互联网获取在线更新广告;手机广告播放客户端或软件将获取的在线更新广告显示到软件或手机界面的任意位置或播放音频广告;手机功能软件在运行过程中不断通过移动互联网获取在线即时更新广告并以静态或滚动的方式定时或随机交替显示或播放。只要不影响到客户的正常使用即可。
实施例四:
如图5所示,本实施例提供的手机广告互动系统,是基于无线网络的信息通讯系统,就目前而言,是基于3G网络的手机,以及未来基于更高网络速率的智能宽带手机。
无论是什么形式的通讯系统,涉及到该发明,都应当具有一个用户管理中心,这个中心具有用户管理和信息管理、发布的功能,以及一些其它附加的功能,用户具有一个终端也是必不可少的,即用户手机,用户终端可以自用户管理中心下载或上传信息,这个信息包括广告信息以及其它注册用户信息等,因为是手机用户,必须具有多个注册用户,可以以手机号、身份证等真实个人信息注册,做为注册标识,注册标识与手机即用户终端相匹配。
上述只是一个发布广告信息的基础平台,更重要的是在用户的手机上还具有一个专门设置的程序,也就是用户终端具有广告播放管理客户端;所要播放的广告内容都是通过这个广告播放管理客户端来实现的。
广告播放管理客户端为一优先运行程序,开机即启动,除待机状态以外,优先于任何其它应用程序运行,在启动其它应用程序前并保持展示状态在显示屏幕预定位置,这样,广告播放管理客户端用户在每一次的操作之前都可以至少看到一次广告内容。
由于广告内容需要随时更新与替换,在手机即广告播放管理客户端在联网时,无论是3G网络还是WIFI,都自动切换到相应的网络模式进行自动查询与交互操作,通过网络自广告管理中心获取与更新广告内容。
另外,更具有特色的,对于一些特定的用户,例如集团用户或者专业广告发布用户,在具备协议、信用保证或保证金的情况下,用户可以自广告播放管理客户端上传广告内容,上传的广告内容为该广告播放管理客户端注册用户自己编排的,在经过用户管理中心的审核和确认后,可以在系统内的其它广告播放管理客户端播放。
在本实施例中,为了获得更好的效果,所述的广告播放管理客户端即手机最好具有显著界面,屏幕越大效果会越好一些,而通过广告播放管理客户端所播放的广告内容所占据也区域也会更大一些,这个区域一般所占据手机显示屏的预定显示区域,例如在屏幕的上方,特别是上访的空白显示区域。
为了展示更多的广告内容,又考虑到不同用户的喜好和需求,在广告播放管理客户端所播放广告内容不仅具有一个首页,而且具有多级目录(次级页面)或链接,当用户对于某一页展示内容感兴趣时,可以打开次级页面或链接进行更详细的查询。
如前所述,广告内容轮流转换播放,并自动更新,这些是通过广告播放管理客户端来自动设置来完成的。
为了使广告展示效果更好,需要对用户的浏览习惯进行统计和分析,因此,本发明所涉及的广告播放管理客户端具有统计模块,可以对用户的操作参数进行记录与分析,例如,对某一类内容的爱好,浏览的次数较多,那么在以后的广告下载与排序中就会优先播放相关的广告内容。
为更好地实现上述的目的,广告播放管理客户端具有下载模块,可以参照上述统计模块的数据对下一次的下载进行选择和优化。
还有,本实施例的广告播放管理客户端还具有播放模块,可以参照上述统计模块的数据对所下载的内容进行优化排序播放,对用户喜好的内容优先播放,以及跳过前次播放的内容,自下一个新的内容可以播放。
用户在上载信息以及广告内容时,还应当加以控制和管理,防止出现法律或不允许的内容出现,因此,广告管理中心具有审核模块,可以对广告内容进行审核。
因而,本发明所述的实施例的基本操作流程是:
1) 开机后首先启动广告播放管理客户端;
2) 至少播放一次已经下载的广告内容;
3) 完成步骤2后,如果需要了解更多内容,播放此条广告的下一级目录内容或下一条广告;
4)
完成步骤2或3后,如果需要进行手机其它正常操作,可以离开播放界面,进行手机其它正常操作;
5)
完成上述3、4任一操作后,可以进入到待机状态,直至进入到工作状态,继续播放广告内容,并且所播放的广告内容与前次播放内容不同;
6)
完成上述3、4任一操作后,可以进入到关机状态,直至进入到开机和启动广告播放管理客户端状态,继续播放广告内容,并且所播放的广告内容与前次播放内容不同。
这样,就实现了本发明的目的,使其具有低成本、针对性强、内容丰富、传播用户多的优点,同时,对于用户的行为可以进行初步的统计与分析,可以做到精准广告的投放。
Claims (10)
- 一种手机广告播放方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一,用户手机预先建立广告播放业务,在该手机上安装一广告播放客户端或软件;步骤二,当上述手机联入网络时,通过广告发布服务器获取在线更新广告,并存储到该手机中预留的本地存储器中的广告数据文件中;步骤三,在上述用户手机开机或关机时,启动所述广告播放客户端或软件,提取广告数据文件中的相应广告信息,提取的广告信息包括文字、图片、声音或视频;步骤四,根据预设播放时间,在该手机显示屏预留空间中播放广告,所述预留空间为该手机显示屏的一部分,播放过程中,如果出现播放中止情况,则关闭当前广告播放,进入正常的用户使用模式,如果出现用户选择感兴趣广告的情况,则点击选择,则会打开该广告的链接,进而通过在手机整个显示屏上展现的方式让用户获取更多该广告的信息;步骤五,所述客户端软件中的统计模块会统计当前用户一定时间内下载、播放、点击查看的广告数量,并将所述统计数据发送到该广告发布服务器;步骤六,该用户根据该存储的广告消费获得奖励;步骤七,所述客户端软件中的交流模块,让该用户获得进一步的奖励,所述交流模块包括该用户将当前广告转发或发表推荐信息,获得累积的优惠。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机广告播放方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤一中,预先建立广告播放业务是业务运营商预先定制的或用户发送请求后,通过业务运营商审核后建立的。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机广告播放方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,当上述手机联入网络时,还会根据所述用户手机的IP地址或通过卫星定位系统识别该用户所在区域,并发送给定位服务器,该定位服务器根据该定位信息从广告数据库中提取该区域的广告信息,通过广告发布服务器获取更新广告,所述区域广告信息包括该手机用户当前所称地理位置一定范围内的商场、超市、餐饮、娱乐、社区广告及通知,所述广告数据库还根据该广告的广告主所处的地理位置信息进行分类存储。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的一种手机广告播放方法,其特征在于:所述特定用户手机通过用户预先注册成为注册用户,具有更高的折扣优惠,用户手机通过注册预先建立广告播放业务,服务器端收集注册用户的相关个人资料形成用户数据库,广告主将符合格式要求的具有多级菜单的广告文件投放于所述服务器端的广告数据库,由管理者通过无线网络向所述注册用户手机发布此类广告,若用户对当前播放的广告感兴趣,点击选择,在设定播放时间到来时,所述广告播放客户端或软件提示该注册用户填写反馈信息,该注册用户填选完毕并确认后,将自动连接所述服务器提交该反馈信息,所述反馈信息经汇总分析整理后生成反馈报告,广告主根据该反馈报告对提供所述反馈信息的受众作出进一步的回应,根据广告播放和反馈情况对特定注册用户提供奖励。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机广告播放方法,其特征在于:所述播放中止情况包括:来电呼叫、短信显示、用户拨号、用户上网这些正常的手机功能开始使用。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机广告播放方法,其特征在于:所述广告发布服务器接收业务运营商提供的广告信息,并向业务运营商提供所述统计数据。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种手机广告播放方法,其特征在于:所述业务运营商根据该统计数据对下次播放进行优化及排序。
- 一种手机广告互动系统,是基于无线网络的信息通讯系统,其特征在于,用于如权利要求1至7项任一项所述的手机广告播放方法,具有一个用户管理中心,用户终端可以自此下载或上传信息;具有多个注册用户,并具有与注册标识匹配的用户终端;用户终端具有广告播放管理客户端;广告播放管理客户端开机即启动,除待机状态以外,优先于任何其它应用程序运行,在启动其它程序前并保持展示状态在显示屏幕预定位置;广告播放管理客户端在联网时,自广告管理中心获取与更新广告内容;用户可以上传广告内容并播放。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种手机广告互动系统,其特征在于,所述的广告播放管理客户端具有显著界面,占据手机显示屏的预定显示区域,所述的预定区域为空白显示区域,广告播放管理客户端所播放广告内容具有多级目录或超级链接,所述的广告内容轮流转换播放,并自动更新,广告播放管理客户端具有统计模块,可以对用户的操作参数进行记录与分析,广告播放管理客户端具有下载模块,可以参照上述统计模块的数据对下一次的下载进行选择和优化,广告播放管理客户端具有播放模块,可以参照上述统计模块的数据对所下载的内容进行优化排序播放,广告管理中心具有审核模块,可以对广告内容进行审核。
- 如权利要求9所述的一种手机广告互动系统,其特征在于,其基本操作流程是:步骤一,开机后首先启动广告播放管理客户端;步骤二,至少播放一次已经下载的广告内容;步骤三,完成步骤二后,如果需要了解更多内容,播放此条广告的下一级目录内容或下一条广告;步骤四,完成步骤二或三后,如果需要进行手机其它正常操作,可以离开播放界面,进行手机其它正常操作;步骤五,完成上述三、四任一操作后,可以进入到待机状态,直至进入到工作状态,继续播放广告内容,并且所播放的广告内容与前次播放内容不同;步骤六,完成上述三、四任一操作后,可以进入到关机状态,直至进入到开机和启动广告播放管理客户端状态,继续播放广告内容,并且所播放的广告内容与前次播放内容不同。
