技术领域
本公开涉及电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种USB插座连接器及具有其的电子设备。
背景技术
电子设备之间的通信一般是通过电连接器的连接来传递电信号,例如目前较为常使用的通用串行总线(Universal Serial bus,USB)电连接器。2014年USB协会推出了USB Type-C接口的电连接器,该USB Type-C接口具有可供插头连接器正反向插接的优点,目前整个手机行业趋势于将USB Type-C接口替换现有手机上Micro USB接口,从而使USB Type-C接口成为行业标准化接口。
如图1所示,为了符合USB协会规范的USB接口的强度,现有的USB Type-C接口2’在连接端子外增加有保护壳体21’,以保证插头连接器3’在X向和Z向摇摆时USB Type-C接口2’内连接端子的强度。然而,由于增加了保护壳体21’,使得手机在设计过程中难度增加,甚至在设计超薄手机时无法满足手机设计要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开实施例提出了一种新型结构的USB插座连接器及具有其的电子设备以解决上述技术问题。
为了到达上述目的,本公开实施例所采用的技术方案为:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提出了一种USB插座连接器,设置于电子设备内、供与插头连接器插接,所述电子设备的设备壳体上设置有供所述插头连接器插入的插接孔,所述USB插座连接器包括:基座,以及连接端子组件;
其中,所述基座固定于所述设备壳体上,且所述基座上设置有对应于所述插接孔的收容槽,所述连接端子组件装配于所述收容槽内。
可选的,所述基座与所述设备壳体一体成型设置。
可选的,所述连接端子组件包括绝缘本体,装配于所述绝缘本体上的连接端子,装配于所述连接端子内、供增强所述连接端子刚性的第一补强片,卡接于所述连接端子根部的第二补强片,以及设置于所述连接端子根部、与所述连接端子电连接的PCB板。
可选的,所述绝缘本体的两侧分别向外延伸有连接部,所述基座上对应地设置有配合所述连接部通过连接件连接的安装孔。
可选的,所述连接端子包括上排连接端子和下排连接端子,所述上排连接端子与所述下排连接端子以点对称设置,所述第一补强片设置于所述上排连接端子与所述下排连接端子之间。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提出了一种电子设备,包括设备壳体,以及USB插座连接器;所述设备壳体上设置有供所述插头连接器插入的插接孔,所述USB插座连接器供与所述插头连接器插接,所述USB插座连接器包括:基座,以及连接端子组件;
其中,所述基座固定于所述设备壳体上,且所述基座上设置有对应于 所述插接孔的收容槽,所述连接端子组件装配于所述收容槽内。
可选的,所述基座与所述设备壳体一体成型设置。
可选的,所述连接端子组件包括绝缘本体,装配于所述绝缘本体上的连接端子,装配于所述连接端子内、供增强所述连接端子刚性的第一补强片,卡接于所述连接端子根部的第二补强片,以及设置于所述连接端子根部、与所述连接端子电连接的PCB板。
可选的,所述绝缘本体的两侧分别向外延伸有连接部,所述基座上对应地设置有配合所述连接部通过连接件连接的安装孔。
可选的,所述连接端子包括上排连接端子和下排连接端子,所述上排连接端子与所述下排连接端子以点对称设置,所述第一补强片设置于所述上排连接端子与所述下排连接端子之间。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:本公开实施例设计了一种USB插座连接器及具有其的电子设备,通过固定在设备壳体上的基座代替现有技术中使用的保护壳体,使保护壳体与设备壳体合二为一,在符合USB Type-C协议的前提下,节省了手机厚度上的空间,从而为超薄电子设备的设计提供了更多可利用的空间。

如图2至图7所示,本公开实施例中结合图示以应用在手机上的USB插座连接器为例详细描述。本公开实施例的USB插座连接器2设置于电子设备(未图示)内、供与插头连接器插接(未图示),电子设备的设备壳体11(图中仅示例性地展示出设备壳体的一部分)上设置有供插头连接器插入的插接孔111,该USB插座连接器2对应在电子设备的设备壳体11的插接孔111处。其中,该USB插座连接器2包括:基座21,以及连接端子组件22。进一步地,该基座21固定于设备壳体11上,且基座21上设置有对应于插接孔111的收容槽211,连接端子组件22装配于收容槽211内。优选地,基座21与设备壳体11一体成型设置,为对应在插接孔111处从设备壳体11的内侧面延伸出来。如此以通过稳固的基座21具有收容槽211的特点,代替现有技术中的保护壳体,以保证插头连接器在上下、左右方向摇摆时USB插座连接器2内连接端子的强度。另外,本公开实施例的基座21设置在设备壳体11的内侧面,不会占用设备壳体11厚度方向上的空间,符合电子设备朝向更小更薄的方向发展目的。
再次参照图2所示,本公开实施例的连接端子组件包括绝缘本体221,装配于绝缘本体221上的连接端子222,装配于连接端子222内、供增强连接端子222刚性的第一补强片223,卡接于连接端子222根部的第二补强片224,以及设置于连接端子222根部、与连接端子222电连接的PCB板(Printed Circuit Board,印刷电路板)225,该PCB板225与电子设备的主板通信连接,从而其他电子设备通过与该USB插座连接器2连接以实现与外界进行信息交互。其中,连接端子222包括上排连接端子和下排连接端子,上排连接端子与下排连接端子以点对称设置,如此设置以使USB插座连接器2可供插头正反插接连接器,给用户带来更多的便利性。在本公开的一较佳实施例中,第一补强片223设置于上排连接端子与下排连接端子 之间,用以辅助固定上排连接端子和下排连接端子,从而可以增强上排连接端子和下排连接端子的强度。
进一步地,本公开实施例绝缘本体221的两侧分别向外延伸有连接部226,该基座21上对应地设置有配合连接部226通过连接件连接的安装孔212。具体地,该连接部226为一通孔,本公开实施例的连接件可选用螺钉、铆钉等,通过该连接件贯穿连接部226并固定连接在安装孔212上,从而使连接端子组件整体固定在基座21上,该基座21则起到保护连接端子组件的作用。本公开实施例中,利用连接端子组件配合装配在基座21内的方式组成USB插座连接器2,在制造过程中减少了工艺步骤及难度,并且易于装配于电子设备上。
在本公开的实施例中,通过设置于设备壳体11上的基座21保护连接端子组件,该基座21上的收容槽211为插头连接器提供一稳固的连接孔,同时消除了现有保护壳体,即也可以理解为该保护壳体与设备壳体11设计为合二为一,从而节约了电子设备厚度上的空间,为超薄电子设备的设计提供更多可利用的空间。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,还提出一种电子设备,该电子设备包括设备壳体11,以及如上述的USB插座连接器2。其中,该设备壳体11上设置有供插头连接器插入的插接孔111,USB插座连接器2供与插头连接器插接,该USB插座连接器2的具体结构和功能参见上述USB插座连接器所描述,在此就不再赘述。其中,该电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理等等。
本公开实施例设计了一种USB插座连接器及具有其的电子设备,通过固定在设备壳体上的基座代替现有技术中使用的保护壳体,使保护壳体与设备壳体合二为一,在符合USB Type-C协议的前提下,节省了手机厚度上的空间,从而为超薄电子设备的设计提供了更多可利用的空间。

应当理解的是,本公开实施例并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的精确结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本公开实施例的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。
工业实用性
本公开实施例设计了一种USB插座连接器及具有其的电子设备,通过固定在设备壳体上的基座代替现有技术中使用的保护壳体,使保护壳体与设备壳体合二为一,在符合USB Type-C协议的前提下,节省了手机厚度上的空间,从而为超薄电子设备的设计提供了更多可利用的空间。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种USB插座连接器,设置于电子设备内、供与插头连接器插接,所述电子设备的设备壳体上设置有供所述插头连接器插入的插接孔,所述USB插座连接器包括:基座,以及连接端子组件;
    其中,所述基座固定于所述设备壳体上,且所述基座上设置有对应于所述插接孔的收容槽,所述连接端子组件装配于所述收容槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的USB插座连接器,其中,所述基座与所述设备壳体一体成型设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的USB插座连接器,其中,所述连接端子组件包括绝缘本体,装配于所述绝缘本体上的连接端子,装配于所述连接端子内、供增强所述连接端子刚性的第一补强片,卡接于所述连接端子根部的第二补强片,以及设置于所述连接端子根部、与所述连接端子电连接的PCB板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的USB插座连接器,其中,所述绝缘本体的两侧分别向外延伸有连接部,所述基座上对应地设置有配合所述连接部通过连接件连接的安装孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的USB插座连接器,其中,所述连接端子包括上排连接端子和下排连接端子,所述上排连接端子与所述下排连接端子以点对称设置,所述第一补强片设置于所述上排连接端子与所述下排连接端子之间。
  6. 一种电子设备,包括设备壳体,以及USB插座连接器;所述设备壳体上设置有供插头连接器插入的插接孔,所述USB插座连接器供与所述插头连接器插接,所述USB插座连接器包括:基座,以及连接端子组件;
    其中,所述基座固定于所述设备壳体上,且所述基座上设置有对应 于所述插接孔的收容槽,所述连接端子组件装配于所述收容槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其中,所述基座与所述设备壳体一体成型设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其中,所述连接端子组件包括绝缘本体,装配于所述绝缘本体上的连接端子,装配于所述连接端子内、供增强所述连接端子刚性的第一补强片,卡接于所述连接端子根部的第二补强片,以及设置于所述连接端子根部、与所述连接端子电连接的PCB板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述绝缘本体的两侧分别向外延伸有连接部,所述基座上对应地设置有配合所述连接部通过连接件连接的安装孔。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述连接端子包括上排连接端子和下排连接端子,所述上排连接端子与所述下排连接端子以点对称设置,所述第一补强片设置于所述上排连接端子与所述下排连接端子之间。
