技术领域
本公开涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种耳机插座及其应用的移动终端。
背景技术
现如今,为了提升用户语音通话以及媒体播放的品质,耳机插座已经成为了集成在移动终端的重要零件之一。然而,随着移动终端越做越薄,因机身空间较为有限,耳机插座一般均采取一体式的塑胶支架,这使得体积相对较大的耳机插座本体占用了机壳本体绝大部分空间,机壳已经没有足够的空间来保护耳机插座并对其进行结构支撑,传统的塑胶支架的耳机插座无法满足严苛的强度可靠性要求。如何在超薄移动终端上实现高强度可靠性的耳机插座成为一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本公开的一个目的在于提供了一种耳机插座,其结构简单,具有高强度可靠性。
本公开所述的一种耳机插座的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种耳机插座,包括用于固定支撑耳机插头的第一插接件和第二插接件,所述第一插接件和/或第二插接件上设有用于固定所述耳机插座的安装部,所述第一插接件还包括一耳机插入口和由所述耳机插入口向内延伸形成的第一插入通道,所述第二插接件还包括设于第一插入通道延伸方向上的第二插入通道。
本公开的另一个目的在于提供了一种移动终端。
本公开所述的一种移动终端的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种移动终端,包括一移动终端本体和设于移动终端本体内的一耳机插座,所述耳机插座包括用于固定支撑耳机插头的第一插接件和第二插接件,所述第一插接件和/或第二插接件上设有用于固定所述耳机插座的安装部,所述第一插接件还包括一耳机插入口和由所述耳机插入口向内延伸形成的第一插入通道,所述第二插接件还包括设于第一插入通道延伸方向上的第二插入通道。
本公开所述的一种耳机插座及其应用的移动终端与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、通过将耳机插座由现有的一体式设计变更为包括第一插接件和第二插接件的分体式设计,不同的插接件可固定在移动终端的不同结构上,且各插接件均有各自的受力点对耳机插头进行有效的、单独的支撑,整体结构强度更高;
2、通过将耳机插座分体式设计,能在移动终端轻薄化的前提下有效的保证耳机插座的结构强度,适用范围较现有的一体式耳机插座更广,具有更好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示的一种耳机插座,包括用于固定支撑耳机插头的第一插接件1和第二插接件2,所述第一插接件1和/或第二插接件2上设有用于固定所述耳机插座的安装部,所述第一插接件还包括一耳机插入口11和由所述耳机插入口向内延伸形成的第一插入通道12,所述第二插接件还包括设于第一插入通道12延伸方向上的第二插入通道21。在耳机插入方向上,所述第一插件1靠外,第二插件2靠内。
所述第一插接件由所述第一插入通道12向内延伸形成第一缺口13和第二缺口14,所述第一缺口13和第二缺口14均位于第一插入通道12和第二插入通道21之间,第二插接件于所述第一缺口13处形成至少一第一定位块22、于所述第二缺口14处形成至少一第二定位块23。通过设置第一缺口、第二缺口以及与其相对应的第一定位块和第二定位块,可有效降低第一插接件和第二插接件的装配难度,同时该结构可加入防呆设计,有利于批量大规模生产。
所述第一定位块22和第二定位块23上均设有与耳机插头匹配的支撑面24。支撑面24能辅助第一插入通道12和第二插入通道21对耳机插头进行支撑,进一步增强了耳机插座的结构可靠性。
所述第二插接件2于第一定位块22内形成第一容置槽25,于第二定位块23内形成第二容置槽26。
所述第一插入通道12和第二插入通道21用于容置耳机插头,第一容置缝25和第二容置缝26用于设置与耳机插头上各端子对应的卡座。在本实施例中,所述第一容置缝对应设置负责MIC输入的卡座,所述第二容置缝对应设置负责右声道输出的卡座,第二插接部靠近耳机插头端部处还设有用于容置负责左声道输出卡座的容置腔27。
所述第一插接件1为金属材质,通过粉末冶金或CNC或AM加工工艺制备。所述第一插接件1为金属材质,使其具有更强的抗外力能力,结构稳固性更高。
所述第二插接件2为塑胶材质。
所述第一插接件包括第一安装部,所述第一安装部为供螺钉固定的通孔,所述第二插接件包括第二安装部,所述第二插接件通过贴片的方式固定在印刷电路板上。
本公开实施例提供的分体式耳机插件设计,不同的插接件可固定在移动终端的不同结构上,各插接件均有各自的受力点对耳机插头进行有效的、单独的支撑,整体结构强度增高。
如图5所示,一种移动终端,包括一移动终端本体和设于移动终端本体内的一耳机插座,所述第一插接件1和/或第二插接件2上设有用于固定所述耳机插座的安装部,所述耳机插座还包括用于固定支撑耳机插头3的第一插接件1和第二插接件2,所述第一插接件1还包括一耳机插入口和由所述耳机插入口向内延伸形成的第一插入通道,所述第二插接件2包括设于第一插入通道延伸方向上的第二插入通道。
所述第一插接件1为金属材质,通过粉末冶金或CNC或AM加工工艺制备。
所述移动终端本体包括壳体和设于壳体内的印刷电路板4,所述第一插接件1上设有第一安装部,第一插接件1通过第一安装部固定在所述壳体上,所述第二插接件2上设有第二安装部,第二插接件2通过第二安装部固定在所述印刷电路板4上。通过将各插接件固定在移动终端的不同结构上,有利于实现各插接件对耳机插座的独立支撑,进一步提高了耳机插座的结构可靠性。
所述壳体包括一中壳5,第一插接件通过第一安装部固定在所述中壳5上。
第一安装部为设于第一插入通道附近的若干通孔。在本实施例中,所述第一安装部包括设于第一插入通道两侧的第一通孔15和第二通孔16,还包括设于第二通孔16下方的第三通孔17,所述第一通孔15和第二通孔16的连线与第二通孔16和第三通孔17的连线之间的夹角等于或基本等于90度,以增加螺钉对第一插接件的紧固能力,提高第一插接件的结构稳固性。
所述第二插接件通过贴片的方式固定在印刷电路板4上。
在本实施例中,所述耳机插座可以为3.5mm耳机插座或各种常用耳机插 座。本实施例提供的移动终端可以为手机,平台电脑,以及其他提供耳机功能的移动电子设备。
实施例二:
与实施例一的不同的是,如图6和图7所示,所述第一插接件不仅包括设于第一插入通道两侧的第一通孔15和第二通孔16,还包括设于第一通道一侧的卡勾18,所述第一通孔15和第二通孔16仍可用于所述中壳固定连接,所述卡勾18可位于第一通孔上部用于与移动终端壳体上的凹槽或卡扣配合以辅助第一通孔15和第二通孔16对第一插接件进行固定。
如上所述是结合具体内容提供的一种实施方式,并不认定本公开的具体实施只局限于这些说明。如所述耳机接口不仅限于只包括第一插接件和第二插接件,还可包括具有第三插入通道的第三插接件,所述第一容置缝、第二容置缝中设置的卡座并不仅限于本实施例公开的组合等。凡与本公开方法、结构等近似、雷同,或是对于实用新型构思前提下做出若干技术推演或替换,都应当视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种耳机插座,包括用于固定支撑耳机插头的第一插接件和第二插接件,所述第一插接件和/或第二插接件上设有用于固定所述耳机插座的安装部,所述第一插接件还包括一耳机插入口和由所述耳机插入口向内延伸形成的第一插入通道,所述第二插接件还包括设于第一插入通道延伸方向上的第二插入通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机插座,其中:所述第一插接件由所述第一插入通道向内延伸形成第一缺口和第二缺口,所述第一缺口和第二缺口均位于第一插入通道和第二插入通道之间,第二插接件于所述第一缺口处形成至少一第一定位块、于所述第二缺口处形成至少一第二定位块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机插座,其中:所述第一定位块和第二定位块上均设有与耳机插头匹配的支撑面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的耳机插座,其中:所述第二插接件于第一定位块内形成第一容置槽,于第二定位块内形成第二容置槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4之一所述的耳机插座,其中:所述第一插接件为金属材质,通过粉末冶金或CNC或AM加工工艺制备。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4之一所述的耳机插座,其中:所述第二插接件为塑胶材质。
  7. 一种移动终端,包括一移动终端本体和设于移动终端本体内的一耳机插座,其中:所述耳机插座包括用于固定支撑耳机插头的第一插接件和第二插接件,所述第一插接件和/或第二插接件上设有用于固定所述耳机插座的安装部,所述第一插接件还包括一耳机插入口和由所述耳机插入口向内延伸形成的第一插入通道,所述第二插接件还包括设于第一插入通道延伸方向上的第二插入通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中:所述移动终端本体包括壳体和设于壳体内的印刷电路板,所述第一插接件上设有第一安装部,第一插接件通过第一安装部固定在所述壳体上,所述第二插接件上设有第二安装部, 第二插接件通过第二安装部固定在所述印刷电路板上。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的移动终端,其中:所述壳体包括一中壳,第一插接件通过第一安装部固定在所述中壳上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中:第一安装部为设于第一插入通道附近的若干通孔。
