Description

一种抛光机 技术领域
本发明涉及抛光设备技术领域,具体涉及一种抛光机。
背景技术
抛光是使用物理机械或化学药品降低物体表面粗糙度的工艺。抛光技术主要在精密机械和光学工业中使用。抛光后的工件表面光滑具有良好的反射效果。工件抛光后会减少厚度并容易划伤,必须使用细丝绒布,麂皮,天鹅毛和专用清洗剂清洁表面。
随着科技的发展以及人们对生活质量的提高,人们对美的要求也越来越高,生活中多数用品均经过抛光工序,使其外观更加美观。
现如今,抛光机已步入各行各业中,在物件抛光时,都是通过抛光机机头的砂轮进行对物件的抛光,在抛光过程中,对物件都是朝着一个方向进行抛光,由于物件的结构因素,从而常常需要朝着多方向进行抛光。现有的抛光机多数在对物件抛光时,机头只能朝着一个方向进行抛光,当完成一个方向的抛光工作时,需要将物件重新移动方位,从而使抛光机机头与物件在同一方向上,这样一来,不仅浪费了大量的时间,同时也降低了工作效率;少数的抛光机能自动变换抛光方向,但其结构复杂,运行成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种抛光机,它结构简单。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种抛光机,它包括底座,设置在底座上的旋转座,所述旋转座上端通过转轴铰接有支撑臂和驱动臂,所述支撑臂的一端通过转轴一与固定板的一端相连,所述固定板的右端连接有抛光臂,抛光臂的顶端安装有砂轮和转盘,所述砂轮和转盘通过锥形轴与抛光臂相连,固定板上还安装一台驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端安装有主动转盘,所述主动转盘通过皮带与转盘相连,所述驱动臂 通过连杆与固定板的一端相连接,所述连杆分别通过转轴二与驱动臂和固定板相连,所述旋转座通过气缸与驱动臂相连。
其中,所述支撑臂的一侧设有气动弹簧,气动弹簧的一端固定在旋转座顶端,另一端固定在转轴一上,可对支撑臂施加作用力,确保支撑臂正常摆动,同时还能减轻驱动臂的负荷。
其中,所述抛光臂的顶端设有长条安装孔,长条安装孔内设有多个相连的凹槽,可对主动转盘和转盘之间的距离进行微调,以是皮带获得合适的张紧力。
其中,所述安装座与旋转座之间设有垫片。
其中,所述旋转座下端设有旋转柱。
其中,所述安装座上端面均匀安装有四个小气缸,旋转座旋转到合适的位置时,小气缸向上顶使得旋转座与安装座位置相对固定,防止在抛光时旋转座因机器震动而产生摆动,影响抛光质量。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的抛光机在抛光作业时,抛光臂通过驱动臂摆动带动支撑臂和固定板运动来完成下降和抬起动作,并由旋转座调整对所要抛光物件的抛光方向,安装座上端面均匀安装有四个小气缸,旋转座旋转到合适的位置时,小气缸向上顶使得旋转座与安装座相对位置固定,使得抛光时机器工作稳定。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-4所示,一种抛光机,它包括底座1,设置在底座1上的旋转座2,旋转座2上端通过转轴3铰接有支撑臂4和驱动臂5,支撑臂4的一端通过转轴一6与固定板7的一端相连,固定板7的右端连接有抛光臂8,抛光臂8的顶端安装有砂轮9和转盘10,砂轮9和转盘10通过锥形轴11安装在抛光臂8的一端,固定板7上还安装一台驱动电机12,驱动电机12的输出端安装有主动转盘13,主动转盘13通过皮带14与转盘10相连,驱动臂5通过连杆15与固定板7的一端相连接,连杆15分别通过转轴二16与驱动臂5和固定板7相连,旋转座2通过气缸17与驱动臂5相连。
支撑臂4的一侧设有气动弹簧18,气动弹簧18的一端固定在旋转座2顶端,另一端固定在转轴一6上,可对支撑臂4施加作用力,确保支撑臂4正常摆动,同时还能减轻驱动臂5的负荷。
抛光臂8的顶端设有长条安装孔19,长条安装孔19内设有多个相连的凹槽20,可对主动转盘13和转盘10之间的距离进行微调,以是皮带14获得合适的张紧力。
安装座1与旋转座2之间设有垫片21。
旋转座2下端设有旋转柱22。
安装座1上端面均匀安装有四个小气缸23,旋转座2旋转到合适的位置时,小气缸23向上顶使得旋转座2与安装座1相对位置固定,防止在抛光时旋转座因机器震动而产生摆动,影响抛光质量。
气缸17伸长,对驱动臂5产生驱动力使得驱动臂5以转轴3为中心进行摆动,同时驱动臂5通过连杆15对固定板7的一端施加作用力,固定板7带动抛光臂8进行上下运动;同时,固定板7与气动弹簧18一起对支撑臂4产生作用力,使得支撑臂4以转轴3为中心进行摆动,这样可对某一方向的物体进行抛光,抛光臂8通过旋转座2的旋转可以改变抛光方向。

  1. 一种抛光机,其中,包括底座和设置在所述底座上的旋转座,所述旋转座上端通过转轴铰接有支撑臂和驱动臂,所述支撑臂的一端通过转轴一与固定板的一端相连,所述固定板的右端连接有抛光臂,抛光臂的顶端安装有砂轮和转盘,所述砂轮和转盘通过锥形轴与抛光臂相连,固定板上还安装一台驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端安装有主动转盘,所述主动转盘通过皮带与转盘相连,所述驱动臂通过连杆与固定板的一端相连接,所述旋转座通过气缸与驱动臂相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种抛光机,其中,所述支撑臂的一侧设有气动弹簧,气动弹簧的一端固定在旋转座顶端,气动弹簧的另一端固定在转轴一上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种抛光机,其中,所述抛光臂的顶端设有长条安装孔,长条安装孔内设有多个相连的凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种抛光机,其中,所述安装座与旋转座之间设有垫片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种抛光机,其中,所述旋转座下端设有旋转柱。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种抛光机,其中,所述安装座上端面均匀安装有四个小气缸。
