Description
本申请要求中国专利申请号为“201510443131.1”、申请日为“2015-07-24”、申请名称为“显示屏组件、终端前盖及终端”的优先权。
本发明涉及显示屏领域,尤其涉及一种显示屏组件、终端前盖及终端。
传统手机的显示屏组件由盖板和显示屏组成,盖板层叠于显示屏上,盖板的内表面一般分为油墨区和显示区两部分,油墨区是在盖板的内表面周缘涂设油墨层而形成,油墨层用来遮蔽显示屏边缘的无法显示图像的区域,而显示区则是盖板能够有效显示出显示屏图像的区域,通常油墨区在盖板的外观面上并不能显示任何图像,进而使得显示区占盖板外观面的比例无法提高,进而不能获得更大的显示屏,因而不符合人体工学。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种显示屏组件,增加了显示区的占比。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述显示屏组件的终端前盖。
本发明的再一个目的在于提出一种具有上述终端前盖的终端。
根据本发明第一方面的显示屏组件,包括:显示屏,所述显示屏包括显示面,所述显示面具有显示区和非显示区,所述非显示区环绕所述显示区;导光板,所述导光板设在所述显示屏的邻近所述显示面的一侧,所述导光板覆盖所述非显示区,所述导光板的外侧边缘设有光源,所述光源用于点亮所述导光板;触控板,所述触控板设在所述导光板的远离所述显示屏的一侧,且所述触控板覆盖所述导光板,所述触控板上设有虚拟按键;以及盖板,所述盖板设在所述触控板的远离所述导光板的一侧,所述盖板包括透光部和遮光带,所述遮光带环绕所述透光部,所述遮光带包括按键区和设在所述按键区周围的遮蔽区,所述按键区与所述虚拟按键对应,所述光源发出的光适于透过所述导光板、所述按键区和所述透光部,所述遮蔽区遮蔽透过所述导光板的光。
根据本发明的显示屏组件,通过所述导光板对应覆盖非显示区,并利用光源点亮导光板,同时利用包括按键区和设置于按键区周围的遮蔽区的遮光带,按键区透过导光板的光线,并对应触控板的虚拟按键设置,遮蔽区遮蔽导光板的光线,从而可以将显示屏的非显示区进行利用,进而可以有效增大显示屏组件显示区,符合人体工学。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述盖板和所述触控板之间设有油墨层,所述油墨层对应所述遮光带的所述遮蔽区。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述按键区设有按键图形码,所述按键图形码标识所述
虚拟按键。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述导光板与所述显示屏之间设有光学胶层。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述显示屏组件还包括条形光源驱动板,所述光源驱动板邻近所述导光板的外侧边缘,所述光源包括多个LED灯珠,所述多个LED灯珠设在所述光源驱动板上,所述多个LED灯珠沿所述导光板的长度方向排列且朝向所述导光板发光。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述盖板的远离所述触控板的一侧表面的边缘呈圆弧形。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述盖板的圆弧形边缘在所述盖板的邻近所述触控板的一侧表面上的投影对应所述显示屏的所述非显示区。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述导光板具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面邻近所述显示屏且所述第二表面邻近所述触控板,其中所述第一表面和所述第二表面形成为相互平行的平面,或所述第二表面形成为圆弧面。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述触控板与所述盖板一体成型。

根据本发明第三方面的终端,包括根据本发明上述第二方面的终端前盖;后盖,所述后盖设在所述终端前盖的后侧,所述后盖设有收容腔,所述收容腔的开口端位于所述后盖的外观面上,所述终端前盖封盖所述开口端;以及控制组件,所述显示屏和所述控制组件收容于所述收容腔内,所述控制组件电连接所述显示屏,所述控制组件用于控制所述显示屏。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述终端为手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、电子阅读器、电子相册或显示器。

下面参考图1和图2描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的显示屏组件100。
如图1和图2所示,根据本发明第一方面实施例的显示屏组件100,包括显示屏10、导光板20、触控板30和盖板40。
如图1和图2所示,显示屏10、导光板20、触控板30和盖板40依次层叠,显示屏10包括显示面11,显示面11具有显示区111和非显示区112,非显示区112环绕显示区111。导光板20设在显示屏10的邻近显示面11的一侧(例如,图1和图2中的上侧),导光板20覆盖非显示区112,导光板20的外侧边缘设有光源20a,光源用于点亮导光板20。
显示面11设置于显示屏10靠近导光板20一侧,显示区111为显示屏10可以有效显示出图像信息的区域,非显示区112为显示屏10不能显示出图像信息的区域,通常非显示区112用作电路连接,或设置背光灯,或者用于对显示屏10的液晶层进行封装。显示屏10可以是LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶平面显示器)液晶屏,也可以是LCM(LCD Module,液晶显示模组)组件。显示屏10也可以是广泛应用的触控屏,例如显示屏10可以是触控层嵌入到液晶像素中的in-cell触控屏,也可以是触控层设置于液晶像素上的on-cell触控屏,还可以是触控层全贴合于盖板的全贴合触控屏。
触控板30设在导光板20的远离显示屏10的一侧(例如,图1和图2中的上侧),触控板30覆盖导光板20,触控板30设有虚拟按键(图未示出)。盖板40设在触控板30的远离导光板20的一侧,盖板40包括透光部41和围合于透光部41周侧(即环绕透光部41)的遮光带42,光源20a发出的光适于透过导光板20、按键区421和透光部41,透光部41对应透过显示区111的光线,遮光带42包括按键区421和设在按键区421周围的遮蔽区422,按键区421透过导光板20的光线,并对应触控板30的虚拟按键设置(即按键区421与虚拟按键对应),遮蔽区422遮蔽导光板20的光线。
根据本发明实施例的显示屏组件100,通过导光板20对应覆盖非显示区112,并利用光源20a点亮导光板20,同时利用遮光带42包括按键区421和设置于按键区421周围的遮蔽区422,按键区421透过导光板20的光线,并对应触控板30的虚拟按键设置,遮蔽区422遮蔽导光板20的光线,从而可以将显示屏10的非显示区112进行利用,节省了显示屏组件100设置按键的使用空间,进而可以有效增大显示屏组件100显示区,符合人体工学。可以理解的是,显示屏组件100用于终端设备上,该终端设备可以是手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、电子阅读器、电子相册、显示器等。
导光板20具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,第一表面邻近显示屏10,且第二表面邻近触控板30,其中第一表面和第二表面形成为相互平行的平面,或第二表面形成为圆弧面。例如,如图1所示,导光板20呈环状,导光板20包括相对设置的底面21(即第一表面)和顶面22(即第二表面)、以及设置于底面21和顶面22之间的外侧面23,底面21对应贴合于显示面11的非显示区112,顶面22贴合于触控板30。外侧面23对应于显示面11的边缘,外侧面23接收光源20a的光线,从而导光20被点亮,进而顶面22可以发光。顶面22发射的光线可以透过触控板30、以及透过按键区421,进而使得按键区421发光可见。从而使得按键区421可以标识出触控板30的虚拟按键,进而将显示屏11的非显示区112进行利用,以接收触控指令。本实施方式中,顶面22平行于底面21,从而可以减小导光板20的厚度。在其他实施方式中,顶面22可以是圆弧面,从而使得顶面22的发光区域更大,增加按键区421的面积。
本实施方式中,触控板30可以是集成于盖板40内,即触控板30一体于盖板40,即触控板30与盖板40一体成型。触控板30对应覆盖导光板20,以及覆盖显示屏10的显示区111。进而使得触控板30对应于非显示区112和显示区111均可以实现触控指令的输入。虚拟按键的数目可以是多个,多个虚拟按键可以实现多个不同按键指令的输入。在其他实施方式中,触控板30呈环状,触控板30仅对应覆盖于导光板20。
本实施方式中,盖板40采用玻璃材质,盖板40的横截面平行于显示屏10的显示面11。盖板40为矩形板件。盖板40包括相对设置的外表面40a和内表面40b。外表面40a朝向使用者,作为盖板40的外观面,内表面40b背离使用者,内表面40b对应覆盖导光板20和显示区111。盖板40的透光部41增强显示屏10的透光性,增强显示屏组件100的视觉效果。遮光带42遮盖导光板20,即遮盖显示屏10的非显示区112,从而避免非显示区112影响视觉效果。盖板40还包括固定于外表面40a和内表面40b之间的侧壁43。侧壁43可以固定于终端设备的壳体上。盖板40为透明的硬质板件,盖板40对显示屏11起到良好的保护作用,并且实现良好的透光作用。
进一步地,盖板40和触控板30之间设有油墨层42a,油墨层42a对应遮光带42的遮蔽区422。如图1和图2所示,盖板40包括靠近触控板30的内表面40b,内表面40b对应遮光带42的遮蔽区422设置油墨层42a。具体地,油墨层42a采用丝网印刷技术印刷于内表面40b上。利用油墨层42a的不透光性,实现对非显示区11的遮盖,并且使得导光板20的部分光线不能透过。通常油墨层42a呈黑色,油墨层42a使得遮光带42呈黑色。在其他
情况下,油墨层42a也可以是采用白色油墨。
进一步地,按键区422设有按键图形码(未标示),按键图形码标识虚拟按键。具体地,按键图形码为设置于油墨层42a之间的空白区,多个按键区422可以对应设置多个不同的按键图形码,每一按键图形码均可以表示不能功能的按键。在导光板20被点亮时,导光板20的光线透过按键图形码,从而使得按键图形码发光,从而在盖板40的外观面上,可以看到按键图形码所标识的图案,进而可以标识出相应的虚拟按键,进而可以利用相应的虚拟按键实现指令输入。
进一步地,导光板20与显示屏10之间设置光学胶层20b。利用光学胶层20b实现导光板20粘接于显示屏10上,一方面增强显示屏组件100的稳固结构,另一方面利用导光板20直接贴合于显示屏10,达到显示屏10与导光板20无间隙,从而使得显示面11上无灰尘,无杂质,增强显示屏组件100的显示效果。
进一步地,显示屏组件100还包括条形光源驱动板50,光源驱动板50邻近于导光板20外侧边缘,光源20a包括多个LED灯珠(未图示),多个LED灯珠设置于光源驱动板50上,并沿导光板20的长度方向排列,且朝向导光板20发光。具体的,光源驱动板50上设置驱动电路,在显示屏组件100应用于终端设备时,光源驱动板50电连接控制组件,通过控制组件获得电流信号,从而驱动光源20a发光。本实施方式中,光源驱动板50邻近导光板20的外侧面23,多个LED灯珠贴合于光源驱动板50靠近导光板20一面,多个LED灯珠的光线透过外侧面23,经导光板20扩散后,从顶面22射出。在其他实施方式中,还可以是导光板20的边缘露出于显示面11,光源驱动板50邻近于底面21露出显示屏10处。光源20a的光线透过底面21,从顶面22射出。
进一步地,盖板40的远离触控板30的一侧表面的边缘呈圆弧形。盖板40包括相对内表面40b设置的外表面40a,外表面40a的边缘呈圆弧弯曲。具体地,外表面40a的边缘包括呈圆弧弯曲的弧面40c,弧面40c在内表面40b的正投影区域部分对应于显示屏10的非显示区112。从而利用弧面40c可以改变油墨层42a的光线透过盖板40的折射角,进而可以透过盖板40观察油墨层42a变窄,使得显示屏组件100的显示区11在视觉上获得更大尺寸。
本发明还提供一种终端前盖200,终端前盖200包括显示屏组件100,终端前盖200还包括边框60,边框60固定于盖板40的边缘。
本实施方式中,边框60可以采用塑胶制成,边框60厚度可以做到较薄,以不影响显示屏组件100的显示区111有效显示面积。边框60可以稳固显示屏组件100,而且在显示屏10为触控显示屏时,边框20还可以是弱极性物质,边框20除了展现良好的绝缘效果,还可以是达到传递指纹感应电场的作用。边框60包括内侧面61,盖板40的外侧壁43固定于内侧面61上。
进一步地,盖板40和边框60一体成型。具体地,通过压辊成型,获得盖板40的玻璃原材料板件,经过切割工艺获得盖板40。将盖板40放置于注塑模具的模腔内,进而经过注塑成型工艺,使得边框60一体注塑于盖板40上。从而使得外侧壁43与内侧面61更好的
贴合,盖板40的外表面40a和边框60的外观面在同一模腔内,外表面40a和边框60的外观面可形成光滑表面,同时边框60与盖板40的结构更稳固。在其他实施方式中,若边框60采用金属材质,还可以是将盖板40放置于成型模具的模腔内,向成型模具内注射液态金属,从而使得边框60与盖板40一体成型。
进一步地,边框60内侧设置凹槽62,凹槽62内容纳光源20a。具体地,凹槽62开设于内侧面61上,光源驱动板50和光源20a均固定于凹槽62内,凹槽62的侧壁阻止光源20a的光线朝边框60,以及边框60和盖板40之间的缝隙照射,从而凹槽62可以防止光源20a漏光,进而提升终端前盖100的使用性能。本实施方式中,光源驱动板50卡合于凹槽62的侧壁。在其他实施方式中,光源驱动板50还可以是贴合于凹槽62的侧壁。
本发明还提供一种终端(未图示),终端包括终端前盖200,终端还包括后盖(未图示)以及控制组件(未图示),后盖设有一收容腔(未图示),收容腔的开口端位于后盖的外观面上,终端前盖200封盖开口端,显示屏10和控制组件收容于收容腔内,控制组件电连接显示屏10和光源驱动板50,以控制显示屏10和光源20a。可以理解的是终端为终端设备可以是手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、电子阅读器、电子相册、显示器等。
本发明的显示屏组件和终端,通过导光板对应覆盖非显示区,并利用光源点亮导光板,同时利用遮光带包括按键区和设置于按键区周围的遮蔽区,按键区透过导光板的光线,并对应触控板的虚拟按键设置,遮蔽区遮蔽导光板的光线,从而可以将显示屏的非显示区进行利用,进而可以有效增大显示屏组件显示区,符合人体工学。

Claims (19)
- 一种显示屏组件,其特征在于,包括:显示屏,所述显示屏包括显示面,所述显示面具有显示区和非显示区,所述非显示区环绕所述显示区;导光板,所述导光板设在所述显示屏的邻近所述显示面的一侧,所述导光板覆盖所述非显示区,所述导光板的外侧边缘设有光源,所述光源用于点亮所述导光板;触控板,所述触控板设在所述导光板的远离所述显示屏的一侧,且所述触控板覆盖所述导光板,所述触控板上设有虚拟按键;以及盖板,所述盖板设在所述触控板的远离所述导光板的一侧,所述盖板包括透光部和遮光带,所述遮光带环绕所述透光部,所述遮光带包括按键区和设在所述按键区周围的遮蔽区,所述按键区与所述虚拟按键对应,所述光源发出的光适于透过所述导光板、所述按键区和所述透光部,所述遮蔽区遮蔽透过所述导光板的光。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述盖板和所述触控板之间设有油墨层,所述油墨层对应所述遮光带的所述遮蔽区。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述按键区设有按键图形码,所述按键图形码标识所述虚拟按键。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述导光板与所述显示屏之间设有光学胶层。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述显示屏组件还包括条形光源驱动板,所述光源驱动板邻近所述导光板的外侧边缘,所述光源包括多个LED灯珠,所述多个LED灯珠设在所述光源驱动板上,所述多个LED灯珠沿所述导光板的长度方向排列且朝向所述导光板发光。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述盖板的远离所述触控板的一侧表面的边缘呈圆弧形。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述盖板的圆弧形边缘在所述盖板的邻近所述触控板的一侧表面上的投影对应所述显示屏的所述非显示区。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述导光板具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面邻近所述显示屏且所述第二表面邻近所述触控板,其中所述第一表面和所述第二表面形成为相互平行的平面,或所述第二表面形成为圆弧面。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述触控板与所述盖板一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述盖板为玻璃板。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述显示屏为LCD 液晶屏、LCM组件或触控屏。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,当所述显示屏为触控屏时,所述显示屏为in-cell触控屏、on-cell触控屏或全贴合触控屏。
- 一种终端前盖,其特征在于,包括:根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的显示屏组件;和边框,所述边框固定在所述盖板的周缘。
- 根据权利要求13所述的终端前盖,其特征在于,所述盖板和所述边框一体成型。
- 根据权利要求13或14所述的终端前盖,其特征在于,所述边框内侧设有凹槽,所述光源容纳在所述凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求13-15中任一项所述的终端前盖,其特征在于,所述边框为塑胶件或金属件。
- 根据权利要求13-15中任一项所述的终端前盖,其特征在于,所述边框为弱极性物质件。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:根据权利要求13-17中任一项所述的终端前盖;后盖,所述后盖设在所述终端前盖的后侧,所述后盖设有收容腔,所述收容腔的开口端位于所述后盖的外观面上,所述终端前盖封盖所述开口端;以及控制组件,所述显示屏和所述控制组件收容于所述收容腔内,所述控制组件电连接所述显示屏,所述控制组件用于控制所述显示屏。
