Description

实现线下收银多元化结算及支付管理方法和支付管理系统 技术领域
本发明提供的方法涉及商业流通中、特别是线下完成交易结算的场合。
背景技术
在互联网技术迅速发展的当前,不仅仅传统的商业模式面临着冲击,传统的商业模式运营过程中结算渠道也面临巨大的挑战。即使是业已成熟的银联标准下的专用POS机也无法应对日益复杂的局面。传统POS机因其功能性的局限、界面结构的简单化已经没有能力借助简单的改造来兼容随着金融改革的大潮迅猛发展而涌现出的商业结算模式和各种金融服务机构付款模式。现代商业结算用的凭证、已经形成了百花争艳的局面。所用结算凭证均需要通过银管理部门的严格审查、安全性检测,并配有严格的企业标准。在使用过程中对已经投入商业运作的凭证均采用的严格的检查、核对、认证流程、以保证结算过程的安全。与此同时,也造成了商家收银设备的繁杂和操作业务的混乱。进行统一、便利的改造面临者困难重重。究其原因,金融终端设备的封闭性和智能终端设备专属性与互联网共存、共用、交叉化存在深刻的矛盾。所以,流通领域中,特别是另售商户和消费者迫切希望能在同一地点和设备上能实现正常结算,而不必考虑自己持有的金融帐户凭证是否可以通用。
现有的线下交易中,结算方式总体可分为现金(包括购物卡)、银联卡和第三方支付。所谓第三方支付通常是指使用银联标准以外的金融机构的付款凭证进行结算。如何通过智能化的管理进而实现统筹的收银操作,或者是借助于独立的收银设备,对任意支付方式进行处理。已经成为流通行业中引人瞩目的客题。
另外,目前,支付收款方式主要有银行卡刷卡、拍卡、插卡收款、第三方账户无卡收款、现金收款、二维码支付、甚至光波、声波支付等多种收款方式,而传统的POS机可以实现支付,但它是利用银行卡刷卡支付,支付过程如下:
当顾客(银行卡支有者)需要通过POS机进行支付时,POS机持有者(商户)需要在POS机上对交易的信息进行基本的设置,如支付金额。
顾客将银行卡在POS机上刷卡,并输入银行卡的支付密码。
POS生成支付帐单发送到银联,银联通过银行实现支付,并返回支付结果到POS机,打印凭据,完成支付。
目前,POS机根据读取银行卡的方式不同,分为不同的POS机,如目前使用最普遍的采用读卡器读取银联卡或者信用卡的POS机,读卡器的结构不同,如刷卡、拍卡、插卡 等也就有不同的POS机,另外,采用第三方账户无卡收款、现金收款、二维码支付、甚至光波、声波支付等多种收款方式也需要采用不同的收款终端,且目前所有的收款终端还不具备对客户进行管理的功能。不能满足目前商户对支付系统的要求。特别是目前对客户管理要求越来越高,比如不同的客户有不同的优惠额度等,在目前的POS机收款时,很难实现这些优惠方案的管理。
发明内容
本发明提出一种适应于多种结算模式下实现规范化清算的方法。借助于方法指引形成的智能化结算终端设备有助于改变设备的繁多、操作程序烦琐的问题。借助于云存储平台的海量存储和智能化管理模块的认证和调用公共资源可以方便地实现线下收银多元化结算。
本发明基于收银系统的结构中包括了配备有智能化管理模块的中央处理单元。系统中包括多元化结算凭证信息采集模块和结算报文上传模块、选定的云存储平台和设置数据通讯接口模块,与结算模式配套的通讯协议模块、报文编辑模块和结算模式执行路径提示模块,选通显示屏管理模块,操作键盘模块、中间存储器和结算单据输出模块。
本方法的具体执行步骤中包括:
1)交易信息录入:包括系统主机启动和交易信息录入、并借助智能化管理模块(2)整理成包括产品规格明细、单价、交易额在内的交易请求报表、在选通显示屏上显示和转储进中间存储器(3),由智能化管理模块(2)提出交易模式选择;
2)选通结算模式:将本系统可以兼容的结算方式以分类列表显示在选通显示屏上,采用触摸选通决定结算模式选择、并在选通显示屏上提示规范化操作信息,按照提示信息操作后系统进入准备状态;
3)连接云存储平台的通道,实现结算模式准备:以所选用结算模式运行为基准、云存储平台中相对应存储区域至系统中间存储器(3)建立通讯链路,随机调用选定结算模式下的注册认证数据、程序运行中的支撑数据、和本次交易相关渠道的协议约定数据;
4)启动所选结算模式、编辑成结算请求报文:从智能化管理模块(2)中选出与所选结算模式对应的子模块进入运行,汇总认证结果、提取结算凭证的代码、同时选通与清分中心的通讯链路;编辑步骤包括付款凭证代码的提取、付款账户代码及规范性的确认、优惠协议信息的核对,由智能化管理模块(2)编辑后形成结算请求报文;
5)上传结算请求报文:智能化管理模块(2)将结算请求的报文,经系统专用的通讯方式传送到清分中心主机,等待对请求结算报文的进一步认定和处理的反馈信息:
6)消费者对反馈信息认定:智能化管理模块(2)将认定反馈的清算报文处理成结最终结算 信息显示在选通显示屏上,提示消费者以本次交易结算约定方式输入确认信息,同时上传;7)清算单据的打印与存储:智能化管理模块(2)收到清分中心“交易成功”的信息后,提取相关信息、打印交易凭证、储存交易过程记录在指定的存储器,并在选通显示屏上显示。
下面对以上方法的具体步骤做进一步的解释。
智能化管理模块(2)结构中包括银联卡结算子模块(2-1)、第三方结算子模块(2-2)、预付卡结算子模块(2-3);结算数据录集模块(2-4);编辑报文模块(2-5);授权管理员删、加、修改模块(2-6);根据用户选择的结算模式具体启动相应模块或启动必要修改后再启动相应结算模块。
选通显示屏管理模块(8)结构中包括交易清单子模块(8-1),交易支付模式选择表子模块(8-2),选择结算模式操作步骤提示子模块(8-3);以上信息在显示屏上可以集中分区显示,或分项全屏显示。
以上步骤3)中实现结算模式准备中包括支付子模式确认、支付子集形成和两个阶段:
1)第一阶段支付通道配置:按照标准的数据协议对选中的清算模式下的支付通道进行配置;
对第一阶段结算信息和对本次交易模式下的通讯协议解析,实现结算信息与结算模式的对接,并提取本次交易金额,支付凭证代码,收款商户代码,然后组包加密成符合本次交易和结算方式的标准的报文存储在中间存储器(3)中;
2)第二阶段本次结算指令子集的形成:
提取标准结算报文,加入包括结算终端的IP地址在内的通行密钥,编辑汇集成为本次结算模式下的的执行指令子集,存储在中间存储器(3)中;
第三方结算子模块(2-2)结构中包括借助二维码作为结算凭证的支付宝结算分模块、和借助二维码或NFC实施结算的翼支付结算分模块。
预付卡结算子模块(2-3)中包括有本次结算模式下的的执行指令子集,当启动预付卡结算子模块(2-3)和验证注册卡号,发卡单位、消费记录余额对于本次消费请求为合法、有效之后即刻启动。
选通显示屏上提示规范化结算操作信息包括:
a.你所选择的结算模式的付款凭证是:银联卡、二维码、光标码IC卡、翼支付数字信息、条形码信息,
b.请将所选结算凭证种类后面设置括弧内注入“yes”,然后输入“↙”命令,
c.确认交易信息请输(摄)入结算密钥。
本方法步骤4)的提取结算凭证的代码时要先选通该结算模式与结算凭证信息采集模块(11)管理下相匹配的信息采集电路接口。
结算凭证信息采集模块(11)管理下的信息采集电路接口包括:银联卡专用接口(11-1)、二维码摄入接口(11-2)、光标码识别接口(11-3)、IC卡读入接口(11-4),授权管理员身份卡读入接口(11-i),翼支付数字信息接口、条形码信息接口。
授权管理员删、加、修改模块(2-6)结构中包括管理员的身份和权限的认定子模块。
本方法实施后的有益效果在于结束线下结算单一模式,成为多元化全方位结算局面,以适应于流通领域的需要。
需要特别强调的是,本方法的关键是在微处理单元下设置智能化管理模块。借此扩展传统POS机的功能。可以实现在PC、平板电脑、传统pos机或其他基础硬件条件下;形成独立的收银设备。例如智能支付盒子等,智能支付盒子在使用时,只需将其分别与传统POS机、或PC机或平板电脑等智能操作终端连接上智能管理模块、即可对任意支付方式执行收银处理。
本技术方案中的收银管理模块与传统POS机基本硬件结构、云平台存储器、金融机构以有线或无线的方式直接连接。智能化管理模能够接管部分POS机收银功能,弱化现有的POS机收银功能,将其简单作为验收付款工具使用。关键的资金走向均通过互联网由智能化管理模块来管理。因此,不但超越了银联的局限,可进行第三方支付,还可以兼容多种线下支付实现即时性多方结算。
本发明中的收银系统,是与本方法相配套的硬件配置性匹配。是配置了智能化模块的智能POS机。鉴于综合了多种结算凭证信息的认证模式和注册模式,智能管理模块为发展迅猛的结算模式留有充分的余地。大量的信息数据的管理过程是应用成熟的、公知的数据包;需要同时面对的又是大量的经过验证和注册的智能POS机。因此所设置的公用云存储平台,就非常的必要和相当的关键。借助于智能化管理模块对智能化POS机的管理过程,形成了一个完整、步骤严格的多元化收银结算方法,采集信息的接口也简单转化为一个结算信息的采集工具,从而实现了通过互联网来完成线下多元化结算下的资源共享。此外,管理模块直接支持各类第三方支付和包括现金支付在内的多种购物卡结算,以及有渠道方参与下的及时结算活动和各种商业活动优惠优惠的加入结算,是对流通行业发展的重大促进。
本发明还针对目前POS机不具备对客户进行管理的功能。不能满足目前商户对支付 系统的要求,提供一种支付通信方法及支付系统。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种支付管理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A、商户收款终端将至少包括交易金额和商户编号的数据包传递给后台的管理系统;
步骤B、后台的管理系统将收到的数据包解析后存在服务器数据库,生成至少具有订单编号和交易金额的订单信息返回给商户收款终端;
步骤C、商户收款终端获取客户是否拥有优惠凭证,如果客户拥有优惠凭证,则将优惠凭证传递给后台的管理系统;后台的管理系统检索优惠凭证,如果该优惠凭证是真实有效的,则更新订单信息返回给商户收款终端;否则直接进入步骤D;
步骤D、商户收款终端获取客户支付方式,若客户采用现金支付,则收取现金,如果客户采用帐户支付方式,则获取客户的支付帐号和授权,利用客户所采用的帐户的支付流程实现收款;
步骤E、商户收款终端更新订单信息后,将更新后的订单信息发送到后台的管理系统,由后台的管理系统更新客户管理数据库,其中,商户收款终端更新订单信息时,对于采用帐户支付方式的客户至少在订单信息中加入该客户的支付帐号,对于采用现金支付的客户如果拥有优惠凭证,则至少在订单信息中加入该客户的优惠凭证号,对于采用现金支付的客户没有优惠凭证的,则商户收款终端更新订单信息时,可以在订单信息中加不增加任何内容。
该支付管理方法中:商户收款终端与后台的管理系统之间传送的信息封装成json数据包。在步骤E中商户收款终端更新订单信息时,还在订单信息中加入该客户购买的商品或者服务详单。所述的步骤D中,客户采用帐户支付方式时所使用的帐号包括银行帐号和非银行帐号。获取客户的支付帐号方式至少包括:利用读卡器读取客户的银联卡或者信用卡;或者利用与客户手持移动终端通信的方式从客户手持移动终端中获取客户的支付帐号的方式。
本发明还提供一种实现上述的支付管理方法的支付管理系统,包括收款终端和与所述的收款终端通信的后台的管理系统,所述的收款终端上设置有获取客户支付帐号的装置、与帐户支付系统进行通信以实现帐户支付的系统;所述的后台的管理系统内包括与所述的收款终端通信的通信系统、客户管理模块、订单信息生成模块、优惠信息管理模块、客户数据库;
所述的订单信息生成模块与通信系统相连;
所述的客户管理模块与通信系统相连,接收由收款终端发送来的客户管理信息并对客户数据库进行管理;
所述的优惠信息管理模块包括检索优惠凭证的检索模块,更新订单信息的订单信息更新模块。
其中:所述的获取客户支付帐号的装置包括:非接触读卡器、磁卡读卡器、IC卡读卡器、条码阅读器、二维码阅读器、光波接收器、声波接收器。
与帐户支付系统进行通信以实现帐户支付的系统包括银行卡支付系统、非银行帐户支付系统、预付卡支付系统。
所述的优惠信息管理模块中还包括银行卡用户优惠管理模块。
本发明的支付通信方法中,收款终端具备各种收款方式,且利用后台的管理系统对客户进行管理,满足商户的需要。

下面结合附图以及不同结算方式下的结算过程进一步说明本方法的实施过程是如何完成的。
1)消费者选择银联卡结算
使用银联卡时的通讯、报文按照规范的通讯协议,对银联卡进行解析、认定、结算分账的标准数据格式已经完整的存储在本系统的存储单元中。通过消费者银联卡的刷卡过程可以获取到交易付款方的关键信息,包括开户银行、付款卡号,收款商户代码及开户账号。本方法实施的步骤如下:
①当本系统接收输入的交易信息,按照智能化管理模块(2)发出指令的将交易信息汇总、编辑成报表格式,在显示屏展现交易报表的同时,展现待选结算模式列表。操作员触摸选通银联卡结算模式。
②按照通显示屏上显示的银联卡结算模式规范化操作提示信息,在银联卡专用接口(11-1)插入结算凭证,将银联卡结算子模块(2-1)调入内存,进入准备执行状态。
③进入银联卡结算子模块(2-1)运行,连接云存储平台与中间存储器的数据传输通道,将相关银联卡结算模式下的注册认证数据、程序运行中的支撑数据、和本次交易相关渠道的协议约定数据调入暂存、备用;
④启动银联卡结算模式、调取相关数据编辑成银联标准下的结算请求报文。汇总认证结果、提取结算凭证的代码、同时借助与清分中心建立的通讯链路,将本次结算所需付款凭证代码、付款账户代码及规范性的确认结果、本次交易附加的优惠协议信息,编入结算请求报文。
⑤上传结算请求报文:将以上步骤中形成的请求结算报文,传送到清分中心主机,等待对请求结算报文的进一步认定和处理的反馈信息。
⑥认定反馈的清算报文处理成符合银联标准的结算信息显示在选通显示屏上,提示消费者以输入银联卡密钥的形式确认本次交易,上传。
⑦“交易成功”的反馈信息后,提取相关信息、打印交易凭证、储存交易过程记录在指定的存储器。
2)消费者选择第三方支付中的支付宝方式
支付宝是国家金融管理部门批准执业的机构和付款方式。核准后的通讯、结算报文按照规范的通讯协议标准执行。本结算系统的开发设计者与支付宝后台管理系统已经签定了对接协议;通讯按支付宝标准协议传输数据,由本设备终端发起交易,从结算报文中解析出关键信息交易金额,支付宝帐号或收款商户代码。用户交易相互确认后,支付宝系统会按双方协议标准返回交易成功信息到本结算管理系统。所有维持通讯合法、安全和规范的信息和数据保存在云存储平台中,以供数量众多的智能终端机结算中调取运用。消费者选择本方法实施结算时的步骤如下:

③进入二维码的支付宝结算分模块运行,连接云存储平台与中间存储器的数据传输通道,将相关二维码的支付宝结算分模块运行模式下的注册认证数据、程序运行中的支撑数据、和本次交易相关渠道的协议约定数据调入暂存、备用;
④启动二维码的支付宝结算分模块下结算模式、调取相关数据编辑成以上模式下的结算请求报文。汇总认证结果、提取结算凭证的代码、同时接通与清分中心建立的通讯链路,将本次结算所需付款凭证二维码、付款账户代码及规范性的确认结果、本次交易附加的优惠协议信息,编入结算请求报文。
⑤上传结算请求报文:将以上步骤中形成的请求结算报文,传送到清分中心主机,等待对请求结算报文的进一步认定和处理的反馈信息。
⑥将认定反馈的清算报文以及处理成符合支付宝标准的二维码、显示在选通显示屏上,提示消费者以手机拍二维码形式确认本次交易,上传。
⑦“交易成功”的反馈信息收到后,提取相关信息、打印交易凭证、储存交易过程记录在指定的存储器,本次交易结束。
3)消费者选择预付卡结算模式
预付卡结算实际上是一种现金结算的模式。现代的零售业越来越多的采用预付卡的形式,以形成流动资金在商户的沉淀、结算过程的简化和绝对安全。更重要的是可以通过预付卡直接绑定渠道方的利益、直接、即时兑现刺激了渠道方和消费方的积极性、使商家的销售额增涨。因此倍受活跃在商业零售业中拥有固定客户群的渠道方欢迎。
消费者选择本方法实施结算时的步骤如下:
①当本系统接收输入的交易信息,发出指令的将交易信息汇总、编辑成报表格式,在显示屏展现交易报表的同时,展现待选结算模式列表。操作员触摸选通预付卡结算子模块(2-3)。
②按照显示屏上显示的银联卡结算模式规范化操作提示信息,在预付卡专用接口(11-3)置入预付卡,确认后进入准备执行状态。
③进入预付卡结算子模块(2-3)运行,连接云存储平台与中间存储器的数据传输通 道,将相关以上预付卡注册认证数据、程序运行中的支撑数据、和本次交易相关渠道的协议约定数据调入暂存、备用;
④启动预付卡结算子模块下结算模式、调取相关数据编辑成以上模式下的结算清单。汇总认证结果、提取结算凭证的代码、编入结算清单。
⑤将结算清单直接显示在通显示屏上。
⑥确认本次交易。
⑦提取相关信息、打印交易凭证、储存交易过程记录在指定的存储器,本次交易结束。
实施例1,如图3所示,本实施例是一种具备多种支付方式的的支付管理方法,使用这种支付管理方法的设施为如图1所示的支付管理系统,图5是该系统的简略图。
该支付管理系统包括一系列收款终端和一个后台的管理系统,后台管理系统通过有线或者无线通信方式的通信系统与出租在各商户的收款终端相连,对收款终端的收款行动进行管理。目前,一般采用互联网的方式将后台的管理系统与出租在各商户处的收款终端相连,本实施例中的支付管理系统中也可以将收款终端出租给不同的商户,各收款终端分别为一种独立的收款终端,通过不同方式收款,如果支付方是采用银行银联卡支付,通过联银的收单机构进行支付,如果是采用信用卡支付,则利用信用卡的支付流程进行支付,如果采用的是支付宝等第三方帐号支付方式支付,则利用该第三方帐号方指定的流程进行支付,当然在支付过程中还可以使用现金支付,现金支付时直接收取现金,还可以采用优惠凭证进行部分支付等。
在后台的管理系统中,包括有与收款终端进行通信的通信系统以及客户管理模块、订单信息生成模块、优惠信息管理模块、客户数据库。订单信息生成模块与通信系统相连;当接收到收款终端发送过来的收款金额时,利用通信系统中获得的收款终端信息获得商记编号,生成订单信息,订单信息中至少有收款金额和商户编号。客户管理模块与通信系统相连,接收由收款终端发送来的客户管理信息并对客户数据库进行管理;当收款终端完成一笔客户支付的款项后,对客户数据进行管理,客户数据库各类很多,本实施例中使用一种关系型数据库,在该数据库中,利用客户所使用的银行卡帐户或者非银行帐户作为标识该客户的ID,统一管理所有使用这个银行卡帐户或者非银行帐户的客户的交易记录汇总。优惠信息管理模块包括检索优惠凭证的检索模块,更新订单信息的订单信息更新模块以及银行卡优惠管理模块。
每个收款终端支付过程如下:
1)在收款终端(商户终端)上输入交易金额,收款终端将交易金额,商户编号,在收款终端封装成一个json数据包加密后以HTTP方式传给后台的管理系统。
采用现有的POS也可以实现这个步骤,POS机会把交易原始金额,商户编号,商户终端号封装进json在通过base64加密以HTTP形式传给后台的管理系统,后台的管理系统会根据传入的商户编号以日期时间因素生成一个订单编号,并把金额,商户信息关联。使用JSON数据包易于扩展数据结构,为集成支付提供更好的扩展环境。
2)后台的管理系统将从通信系统的接口中收到的json数据包解析后存在服务器数据库,调用订单信息生成模块生成一个新的订单信息,并把订单编号作为一个属性加在原有的数据包中封装成新的JSON以HTTP返回给收款终端。
订单信息生成模块中,新生成的是订单编号,后台的管理系统把订单编号跟原始金额,商户编号,商户终端关联起来,并把这条数据加入到JSON数据包中做为HTTP请求响应的返回。
3)拥有优惠凭证的用户可选卡券包里输入优惠凭证,收款终端会把信息封装成json加密传给后台的管理系统,服务器检索优惠凭证并更新订单信息以json加密返回给终端。更新时主要是将交易金额部分进行修改,新的交易金额是利用优惠凭证使用的规则,减去需要优惠的金额,形成新的交易金额。
关联上用户的帐号,进行结算时,自动帮用户去清算。这样做使得收款终端和优惠凭证形成一个闭环,商家发布的优惠券,用户领取后在结算时可马上使用,数据的统计都在后台的管理系统中完成。
目前,优惠凭证一般有两种,一种卡券,一种是电子凭证,卡券可以通过银行卡自动识别,这种优惠是针对使用特种银行卡的用户,在读卡时,直接将该客户的银行卡号采用上面的方式发送到后台的管理系统,服务器通过检索对优惠凭证兑现。而电子凭证则是一串号码,该号码一般印制在一张卡片上,比如VIP卡,因此,在收款终端上还有优惠凭证特征获取装置,这里主要是读取这一串号码,如果是手工输入则优惠凭证特征获取装置就是键盘等输入装置,如果VIP卡是一种NFC卡,采用的NFC读卡器就是优惠凭证特征获取装置,如果卡片上还有二维码或者条码的,也可以通过收款终端上的二维码或者条码扫描器读取,则优惠凭证特征获取装置就是条友或者二维码扫描器,然后将VIP卡码发送到后台的管理系统,服务器通过检索对优惠凭证兑现。
4)用户确认订单后可以选择收款终端系统集成的任意一种支付方式进行支付。
本实施例的收款终端上集成了银行帐户支付、非银行帐户支付以及现金支付等支付 方式,相应的在,收款终端上设置有非接触读卡器、磁卡读卡器、IC卡读卡器、条码阅读器、二维码阅读器、光波接收器、声波接收器等获取客户支付的银行帐号和非银行帐号等,通过过对贴的识别,可以使用各自的支付方式进行收款。
如通过非接触读卡器读取银联卡的帐号,则通过银联收单机等按照银联制定的流程,从客户帐号中转出交易金额到商户的帐号中。
同样如果是通过磁卡读卡器、IC卡读卡器读取到的是信用卡的帐号,则通过发卡行的规定流程完成信用卡支付。
对于其它非银行帐户,则通过该帐户本身的载体获得该非银行帐号,然后利用识别到的该非银行帐号所对就的第三方支付机构的支付流程,如支付宝规定的流程完成支付。这样的支付方式很多,如有些消费者利用支付宝支付时,采用手机支付宝,商的收款终端通过与客户的手机通信,从客户处获得支付宝帐号和授权,然后通过支付宝的支付流程完成支付。
用户自主选择,支付方式的种类取决于该商家所支持的种类;是根据该商户在登陆时返回的所拥有的支付列表信息,取决于后台的管理系统权限的开放。理论上目前所有的支付方式都可以选择。
5)在收款终端完成支付后,收款终端会把商户信息,交易信息,支付方式封装成新的数据包以json格式,HTTP方式传送到后台的管理系统。
这时,收款终端需要商户登录,商户登录后会根据机器码返回商户的编号,终端号信息等,交易信息是集成在终端的功能(刷卡是POS硬件的返回,第三方支付就是后台的管理系统的返回),支付方式就是收款终端上集成提供的可行的支付方式;商户信息指的该终端对应的商户,一旦进行支付结算,收取的钱会流向到该商户的关联帐号。商户信息包括商户编号,商户名,商户终端号。交易信息包括了原始金额,实收金额,支付方式,支付状态。交易信息是订单信息一个子集,订单信息包含交易信息所有内容,交易信息中还有是否使用优惠凭证,优惠凭证编号,优惠金额等信息。交易信息是在完成任意一种支付方式,反馈给POS终端的信息,订单信息是在POS终端向服务器发起交易请求时生成的订单,然后根据支付方式的异同,会进行更新。
6)后台的管理系统收到终端发送的交易算结数据后根据交易编号更新数据库的交易订单。
数据库是设置在后台的管理系统中,是关系数据库,里面包含商户信息表,商户交易信息表等。
在后台的管理系统中,验证了商户的信息准确后直接保存到数据库的交易表,当时的交易订单内容只有订单编号,原始金额,商户编号,商户终端号。交易结算后的更新是把交易结算信息更新到交易订单表,如支付方式,实收金额,凭证号,卡号,第三方支付帐号,支付日期。所以结算的订单表都可以在收款系统的交易报表中查询到,会自动形成报表更容易让商户进行数据分析管理;后台的管理系统可对所有的客户进行管理;后台的管理系统有所有的交易记录,在一个交接班的时间段的信息会计算统计好返回给终端并打印出小票。
实施例2如图4所示,本实施例所采用的系统如实施例1一样,只是在商户收款终端上在进行银行卡刷卡后,进行一个判断,看该客户帐单是否享受了优惠,如果已经享受了优惠,就直接进行银行卡支付的后续程序,否则将银行卡号传送给后台的管理系统,在后台管理系统中,银行卡优惠管理模块对银行卡进行检索,看该银行卡上是否有优惠方案,如果有优惠方案,则直接对该银行卡用户的客户进行优惠,更新订单信息发送回商户收款终端,商户收款终端根据更新后的订单信息按照该银行卡的支付流程完成支付。如果经检索该银行卡中没有任何优惠方案,则保存银行卡号,并对该银行卡客户进行处理,比如加入到下一轮的优惠活动等。
本实施例的收款系统与目前的POS机收款系统相比,具有很大的优势,比如,可以进行银行卡支付外,还能进行非卡支付如第三方帐户支付方式支付,因此,该收款系统的收款终端上除了具有银行卡读卡器外,还有其它帐户获取装置,如二维码或者条码识别装置,与手机等移动终端通信的通信接口装置,能够从手机等个人移动终端中获取该客户的支付宝等非银行帐号,并通过与这些个人移动终端通信获得从这些第三方支付贴中获得支付的授权。另外,与目前的POS收款系统相比,本实施例的收款系统中,还包括有一个强大的后台管理系统,该后台系统对客户系统进行有效的管理,如对一些优惠方案的管理,如在进行支付时,看客户是否有优惠凭证,如果有优惠凭证,可以在获取优惠凭证后,将优惠凭证的号码或者特征发送到后台的管理系统,后台管理系统利用其检索工具对该优惠凭证进行检索,通过其优惠模块对优惠凭证进行判断,如果优惠凭证真实有效,则利用其订单更新模块对订间进行更新,更新后的订单主要与原订单相比,主要有如下特征:收款金额是优惠后的金额,加入已经获得优惠的标记。收款终端接收到更新后的订单进行支付,此时,收款终端判断采用什么支付方式,如果是现金或者非银行卡支付,直接接收现金或者按照该非银行卡支付流程完成支付。如果是银行卡支付,则收款终端在读取银行卡后,利用其订单读取模块,对订单进行读取,如果该订单没有享受优惠(订单上没有优惠标记),收款终端利用与后 台管理系统的通信模块将银行卡号发送给后台的管理系统,在后的管理系统中,利用其优惠模块,判断该银行卡上是否有卡券,也就是该银行卡是否参加了什么优惠方案,如果参加了任何一种优惠方案,则按照优惠方案进行优惠,利用订单更新模块对订单进行更新后发送到收款终端,收款终端根据更新的订单按照银行卡的支付流程完成支付,如果该银行卡客户没有参加任何优惠方案,对该银行卡或者客户进行处理,比如,将其加入到下一步的优惠方案等。

Claims (10)

  1. 实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,本方法基于收银系统的结构中包括了配备有智能化管理模块(2)的计算机中央处理单元(1),系统中包括多元化结算凭证信息采集模块(11)和结算报文上传模块(4)、选定的云存储平台(5)和数据通讯接口模块(6),与结算模式配套的通讯协议模块(7)、报文编辑模块(12)和结算模式执行路径提示模块(13),选通显示屏管理模块(8),操作键盘模块(9)、中间存储器模块(3)和结算单据输出模块(10),其特征在于本方法的具体执行步骤中包括:
    1)交易信息录入:包括系统主机启动和交易信息录入、并借助智能化管理模块(2)整理成包括产品规格明细、单价、交易额在内的交易明细表、在选通显示屏上显示和转储进中间存储器(3),由智能化管理模块(2)提出交易模式选择;
    2)选通结算模式:将本系统可以兼容的结算方式以分类列表显示在选通显示屏上,采用触摸选通决定结算模式选择、并在选通显示屏上显示所选结算方式提示规范化操作信息,按照提示信息操作后系统进入准备状态;
    3)连接云存储平台的通道,实现结算模式准备:以所选用结算模式运行为基准、云存储平台中相对应存储区域至系统中间存储器(3)建立通讯链路,随机调用选定结算模式下的注册认证数据、程序运行中的支撑数据、和本次交易相关渠道的协议约定数据;
    4)启动所选结算模式、编辑成结算请求报文:从智能化管理模块(2)中选出与所选结算模式对应的子模块进入运行,汇总认证结果、提取结算凭证的代码、同时选通与清分中心的通讯链路;编辑步骤包括付款凭证代码的提取、付款账户代码及规范性的确认、优惠协议信息的核对,由智能化管理模块(2)编辑后形成结算请求报文;
    5)上传结算请求报文:智能化管理模块(2)将结算请求的报文,经系统专用的通讯方式传送到清分中心主机,等待对请求结算报文的进一步认定和处理后的反馈信息:
    6)消费者对反馈信息认定:智能化管理模块(2)将认定反馈的清算报文处理成结最终结算清单显示在选通显示屏上,提示消费者以本次交易结算约定方式输入确认信息,同时上传;
    7)清算单据的打印与存储:智能化管理模块(2)收到清分中心“交易成功”的信息后,提取相关信息、打印交易凭证、储存交易过程记录在指定的存储器,并在选通显示屏上显示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,其特征在于:智能化管理模块(2)结构中包括银联卡结算子模块(2-1)、第三方结算子模块(2-2)、预付卡结算子模块(2-3);结算数据录集模块(2-4);编辑报文模块(2-5);授权管理员删、加、修改模块(2-6);根据用户选择的结算模式具体启动相应模块或启动必要修改后再启动相应结算模块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,其特征在于:选通显示屏管理模块(8)结构中包括交易信息清单子模块(8-1),交易支付模式选择表子模块(8-2),选择结算模式操作步骤提示子模块(8-3);以上信息在显示屏上集中分区显示,或分项全屏显示。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中实现结算模式准备中包括支付子模式确认、支付子集形成和两个阶段:
    1)第一阶段支付通道配置:按照标准的数据协议对选中的清算模式下的支付通道进行配置;
    对第一阶段结算信息和对本次交易模式下的通讯协议解析,实现结算信息与结算模式的对接,并提取本次交易金额,支付凭证代码,收款商户代码,然后组包加密成符合本次交易和结算方式的标准的报文存储在中间存储器(3)中;
    2)第二阶段本次结算指令子集的形成:
    提取标准结算报文,加入包括结算终端的IP地址在内的通行密钥,编辑汇集成为本次结算模式下的的执行指令子集,存储在中间存储器(3)中。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,其特征在于:第三方结算子模块(2-2)结构中包括借助二维码作为结算凭证的支付宝结算分模块、和借助二维码或NFC实施结算的翼支付结算分模块。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,其特征在于:预付卡结算子模块(2-3)中包括有本次结算模式下的的执行指令子集,当启动预付卡结算子模块(2-3)和验证注册卡号,发卡单位、消费记录余额对于本次消费请求为合法、有效之后即刻启动。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,其特征在于:选通显示屏(8)上提示规范化结算操作信息包括:
    a.你所选择的结算模式的付款凭证是:银联卡、二维码、光标码IC卡、翼支付数字信息、条形码信息,
    b.请将所选结算凭证种类后面设置括弧内注入“yes”,然后输入“↙”命令,
    c.确认交易信息后请根据提示输(摄)入结算密钥。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,其特征在于:本方法步骤4)的提取结算凭证的代码时要先选通该结算模式与结算凭证信息采集模块(11)管理下相匹配的信息采集电路接口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,其特征在于:结算凭证信息采集模块(11)管理下的信息采集电路接口包括:银联卡专用接口(11-1)、二维码摄入接口 (11-2)、光标码识别接口(11-3)、IC卡读入接口(11-i)、翼支付数字信息接口、条形码信息接口。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的实现线下收银多元化结算的方法,其特征在于:授权管理员删、加、修改模块(2-6)结构中包括管理员的身份和权限的认定子模块。
    一种支付管理方法,由商户收款终端与后台的管理系统完成,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    步骤A、商户收款终端将至少包括交易金额和商户编号的数据包传递给后台的管理系统;
    步骤B、后台的管理系统将收到的数据包解析后存在服务器数据库中,同时生成至少具有订单编号和交易金额的订单信息返回给商户收款终端;
    步骤C、商户收款终端了解客户是否拥有优惠凭证,如果客户拥有优惠凭证,则将优惠凭证特征信号传递给后台的管理系统;后台的管理系统检索该优惠凭证的特征信号,如果该优惠凭证是真实有效的,则更新订单信息返回给商户收款终端;否则直接进入步骤D;
    步骤D、商户收款终端获取客户支付方式,若客户采用现金支付,则收取现金,如果客户采用帐户支付方式,则获取客户的支付帐号和授权,利用客户所采用的帐户的支付流程实现收款;
    步骤E、商户收款终端生成客户管理信息发送到后台的管理系统,后台的管理系统根据客户管理信息更新客户管理数据库;所述的客户管理信息在订单信息基础上至少增加了客户个人信息;其中,商户收款终端生成客户管理信息时,对于采用帐户支付方式的客户至少在订单信息中加入该客户的支付帐号,对于采用现金支付的客户如果拥有优惠凭证,则至少在订单信息中加入该客户的优惠凭证号。
    根据权利要求1所述的支付管理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤D中,客户采用银行卡支付时,还包括以下步骤:
    步骤D01、判断该客户是否享受了优惠,如果享受了,则转向步骤D03,否则转向D02;
    步骤D02、将银行卡号发送到后台的管理系统;
    步骤D03后台的管理系统对银行卡号进行检索,如果该银行卡存在有银行卡优惠,则更新订单信息返回给商户收款终端;否则,将原订单信息直接发回给商户收款终端,并对该银行卡号进行处理;
    步骤D04、收款终端利用银行卡支付流程实现收款。
    根据权利要求1所述的支付管理方法,其特征在于:商户收款终端与后台的管理系统之间传送的信息封装成json数据包。
    根据权利要求1所述的支付管理方法,其特征在于:在步骤E中商户收款终端更新订单信息 时,还在订单信息中加入该客户购买的商品或者服务详单。
    根据权利要求1所述的支付管理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤D中,客户采用帐户支付方式时所使用的帐号包括银行帐号和非银行帐号。
    根据权利要求5所述的支付管理方法,其特征在于:获取客户的支付帐号方式至少包括:
    利用读卡器读取客户的银联卡或者信用卡;或者,
    利用与客户手持移动终端通信的方式从客户手持移动终端中获取客户的支付帐号的方式。
    一种支付管理系统,包括收款终端和与所述的收款终端通信的后台的管理系统,所述的收款终端上设置有获取客户支付帐号的装置、与帐户支付系统进行通信以实现帐户支付的系统;其特征在于:所述的后台的管理系统内包括与所述的收款终端通信的通信系统、客户管理模块、订单信息生成模块、优惠信息管理模块、客户数据库;
    所述的订单信息生成模块与通信系统相连;
    所述的客户管理模块与通信系统相连,接收由收款终端发送来的客户管理信息并对客户数据库进行管理;
    所述的优惠信息管理模块包括检索优惠凭证的检索模块,更新订单信息的订单信息更新模块。
    根据权利要求7所述的支付管理系统,其特征在于:所述的获取客户支付帐号的装置包括:非接触读卡器、磁卡读卡器、IC卡读卡器、条码阅读器、二维码阅读器、光波接收器、声波接收器。
    根据权利要求7所述的支付管理系统,其特征在于:与帐户支付系统进行通信以实现帐户支付的系统包括银行卡支付系统、非银行帐户支付系统、预付卡支付系统。
    根据权利要求7所述的支付管理系统,其特征在于:所述的优惠信息管理模块中还包括银行卡用户优惠管理模块。
