然而,由于作为直接与地面接触的滚动结构——滚轮11,完全暴露在空间内,使得地面不平整、暴力运输等情况下,很容易导致滚轮11、横轴12或纵轴13等发生折断等损坏事件,使万向滚轮成为行李箱等箱、柜的最脆弱的结构。
因此,本公开实施例通过对万向轮组的结构改进,以解决相关技术中存在的上述问题;下面结合附图进行详细说明。
1、整体结构
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种万向轮组的爆炸图;图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种组装后的万向轮组的立体结构示意图,如图2-3所示,该万向轮组可以包括:
底座结构,该底座结构包括能够围成一腔体221的上底座21和下底座22;
轮球3,该轮球3能全方位滚动地锁定于腔体221内;其中,下底座22的底部设有能够使轮球3的一部分突出下底座22的下端面并形成外露的 滚动球面31的开口,该开口的内径小于轮球3的直径。
在本实施例中,通过在底座结构内形成腔体221,可以将轮球3包裹于该腔体221中,避免轮球3与外部直接结构,从而防止路面颠簸、暴力运输等导致轮球3发生损坏。同时,由底座结构对轮球3进行包裹的同时,使得该万向轮组在滚动过程中,并不需要图1B所示的横轴12、纵轴13等脆弱、易断裂的轴结构,可以防止路面颠簸、暴力运输等导致底座结构等轮球3之前的结构发生损坏,有助于提升万向轮组的整体可靠性。
在本实施例中,下底座22的下端面形成的开口内径小于轮球3的直径,因而需要在上底座21和下底座22分离的情况下,将轮球3置入腔体221中,然后将上底座21和下底座22进行组合,得到完成的万向轮组。其中,在一示例性实施方式中,上底座21和下底座22之间可以通过螺纹紧固件进行连接,比如在图2中,通过螺丝4穿过上底座21和下底座22外围分别设置的螺纹孔后,实现上底座21和下底座22之间的连接。
作为另一示例性实施方式,上底座21和下底座22之间还可以通过粘接方式进行连接。如图4所示,通过在上底座21的下端面和下底座22的上端面中至少之一涂抹胶水等粘接物,即可实现两者的粘接。当然,上底座21和下底座22之间可以存在很多种连接方式,本公开实施例并不对此进行限制。
2、滚珠结构
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的又一种万向轮组的爆炸图,如图5所示,在图2所示实施例的基础上,万向轮组还可以包括:
不少于三个的滚珠5,不少于三个的滚珠5可滚动地设置在上底座21的内壁与轮球3的表面之间。
在该实施例中,通过设置滚珠5,可以使轮球3与上底座21的底面或内壁之间的滑动摩擦,转换为轮球3与滚珠5之间的滚动摩擦,可以降低 轮球3在滚动过程中感应到的摩擦力,使万向轮组的运动更为流畅。
进一步地,如图5所示,可以在上底座21的内壁与轮球3的表面之间设置弹性垫圈6,弹性垫圈6的底部沿周向均布有与不少于三个的滚珠5一一对应的滚珠安装座61,滚珠安装座61上设有与滚珠5形状相适配的凹槽。
在该实施例中,通过设置弹性垫圈6,可以吸收滚珠5和轮球3在滚动过程中感应到的震动,起到减震作用,有助于延长万向轮组的使用寿命。同时,通过弹性垫圈6的弹性力,可以对滚珠5进行适当挤压,在不影响滚珠5与轮球3之间的正常滚动的情况下(即产生的挤压力量不会过大),使滚珠5与轮球3之间始终能够维持接触,确保万向轮组的整体结构的稳定性。
在该实施例中,滚珠安装座61可以呈图6所示的碗状且碗口朝下,从而将滚珠5的至少一部分容纳其中,对滚珠5进行限位,避免发生脱落。
在本公开实施例的技术方案中,弹性垫圈6与上底座21之间可以存在多种配合关系,下面对其中两种可能的配合关系进行描述,但本公开实施例并不对此进行限制。
配合关系一
在本公开实施例一示例性实施方式中,如图6所示,上底座21为盘状圆环结构,弹性垫圈6设置在上底座21的下端面上。在该实施例中,图2所示的腔体221全部位于下底座22内部,而上底座21作为该腔体221的盖体。
配合关系二
在本公开实施例另一示例性实施方式中,如图7所示,上底座21包括圆柱筒212和位于圆柱筒212的上端面的上端盖213,弹性垫圈6设置在上端盖213的下端面上并位于圆柱筒212的内部。在该实施例中,图2所示的腔体221由上底座21和下底座22共同构成,则上底座21和下底座22 之间的结构差异比图6所示的情况更小,甚至可以使上底座21和下底座22的结构对称,便于生产加工;举例而言,上底座21和下底座22可以采用完全相同的结构,或者两者的至少一部分加工过程重合,从而有助于降低生产成本、提升生产效率。
此外,虽然在图5中设置有六个滚珠5,但由于三点确定一条直线,因而正如上文所述,本公开实施例通过设置不少于三个滚珠5,即可确保滚珠5和轮球3在滚动过程中的稳定性;换言之,只要采用不少于三个滚珠5,本公开实施例对具体采用的滚珠5的数量不进行限制,比如图8、图9和图10中分别示出了采用三个、四个和五个滚珠5时的情形。
3、下底座22的端面设置
作为一示例性实施例,如图11所示,下底座22的下端面222可以与水平面平行。在该实施例中,下端面222可以在各个角度均匀地保护轮球3,避免对轮球3造成冲撞等,有助于提升万向轮组的可靠性。
作为另一示例性实施例,如图12所示,下底座22的下端面222可以为倾斜于水平面的斜面。在该实施例中,通过将下端面222设置为斜面,可以在尽可能对轮球3进行包裹的同时,还可以使用户在使用安装相应的万向轮组的箱或柜的过程中,比如用户拉着行李箱上下坡时,即便在很大角度的斜坡上,仍然能够确保下端面222不会接触到坡面(即图12所示的地面),而避免水平状况下的下端面222’接触到坡面而导致不便拖拉、容易磨损下底座22等情况,有助于延长万向轮组的使用寿命。
进一步地,如图13所示,下底座222的底部内侧边缘可以设置有刮泥板223,通过该刮泥板223可以将粘在轮球3表面的杂物刮下,保持轮球3的表面清洁,避免将杂物卷入腔体221内部,确保轮球3的流畅滚动。当然,虽然图13中采用图12所示的结构进行举例,但该刮泥板223显然也可以应用于图11所示的实施例或其他实施例中,本公开实施例并不对此进 行限制。
4、行李箱
图14-15示出了安装有本公开实施例的万向轮组的行李箱,该实施例将四个(或其他任意数量)万向轮组置于箱体7的底部;结合图2-5等实施例所示,上底座21的顶面可以设置连接件211,以便万向底座与该箱体7之间的连接。当然,也可以采用其他连接方式,本公开实施例并不对此进行限制。
其中,如图14所示,而万向轮组的底座结构的至少一部分可以镶嵌于箱体7的底板内部,而使万向轮组的轮球3外露的滚动球面31位于箱体7的底部外部,确保该滚动球面31与地面接触并滚动。在该实施例中,如图15所示,可以将底座结构的大部分都包裹在箱体7内部,而仅将滚动球面31及下底座22上对应部分露出,从而对轮球3和底座结构进行保护,避免在暴力运输等情况下直接接触外力,有助于延长万向轮组的使用寿命。

工业实用性
本公开实施例通过使用可全方位滚动的轮球,可以实现轮组的万向转动。同时,通过将轮球设置于底座结构形成的腔体内,可以对轮球进行包 裹和保护,避免摔打、颠簸等导致其发生断裂等损坏,有助于延长万向轮组的使用寿命。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种万向轮组,包括:
    底座结构,所述底座结构包括能够围成一腔体的上底座和下底座;
    轮球,所述轮球能全方位滚动地锁定于所述腔体内;其中,所述下底座的底部设有能够使所述轮球的一部分突出所述下底座的下端面并形成外露的滚动球面的开口,所述开口的内径小于所述轮球的直径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的万向轮组,其中,还包括:
    不少于三个的滚珠,所述不少于三个的滚珠可滚动地设置在所述上底座的内壁与所述轮球的表面之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的万向轮组,还包括:
    设置于所述上底座的内壁与所述轮球的表面之间的弹性垫圈,所述弹性垫圈的底部沿周向均布有与所述不少于三个的滚珠一一对应的滚珠安装座,所述滚珠安装座上设有与滚珠形状相适配的凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的万向轮组,其中,所述上底座为盘状圆环结构,所述弹性垫圈设置在所述上底座的下端面上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的万向轮组,其中,所述上底座包括圆柱筒和位于所述圆柱筒的上端面的上端盖,所述弹性垫圈设置在所述上端盖的下端面上并位于所述圆柱筒的内部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的万向轮组,其中,所述上底座和所述下底座之间通过粘接方式进行连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的万向轮组,其中,所述上底座和所述下底座之间通过螺纹紧固件进行连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的万向轮组,其中,所述下底座的下端面与水平面平行。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的万向轮组,其中,所述下底座的下端面为 倾斜于水平面的斜面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的万向轮组,其中,所述下底座的底部内侧边缘设置有刮泥板。
  11. 一种行李箱,包括:
    箱体;
    至少一个如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的万向轮组。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的行李箱,其中,所述万向轮组的底座结构的至少一部分镶嵌于所述箱体的底板内部,所述万向轮组的轮球外露的滚动球面位于所述箱体的底部外部。
