Description

一种空气过滤装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于空气净化设备领域,尤其涉及一种采用高压电极辅助的空气过滤装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,高压电极辅助过滤设备通常采用玻纤过滤材料进行空气过滤,申请人曾就高压电极辅助过滤设备提交过若干申请,其中大部分采用正极高压放电丝的结构,减小空气通过阻力,现如今,驻极体材料被广泛应用于空气净化设备领域,应用方式通常是采用普通无高压电极辅助的过滤设备中,过滤效果明显优于玻纤过滤材料,但申请人经过试验研究发现,驻极体材料作为过滤芯应用在高压电极辅助的空气过滤装置中后,由于驻极体材料本身的固化电极的特性,会增加其吸附灰尘的效果,但是却出现了高压放电丝被灰尘裹覆从而影响与上下放电网产生高压电场,使过滤效率下降的情形。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种空气过滤装置,旨在解决现有技术中高压电极辅助过滤设备采用驻极体材料作为过滤芯时反而过滤效率下降的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种空气过滤装置,包括外壳,置于所述外壳中的过滤芯,所述过滤芯上方设有上放电网,所述上放电网置于所述过滤芯上表面,所述过滤芯下方设有正极网,所述正极网下方设有下放电网,所述上放电网、正极网和下放电网均采用具有网孔的金属导电板,所述过滤芯采用折叠式驻极体材料。
优选地,所述驻极体材料采用W形往返折叠结构,其折叠高度为40mm-50mm,驻极体材料上部和上放电网贴合。
优选地,所述驻极体材料的折叠高度为45mm。
优选地,所述下放电网到正极网的距离为8mm-15mm之间任意距离,所述正极网到驻极体材料下表面的距离为7mm-13mm之间任意距离。
优选地,所述下放电网到正极网的距离为12mm,所述正极网到驻极体材料下表面的距离为10mm。
依借上述技术方案,本实用新型所采用的具有网孔的金属导电板作为正极网替代现有技术中的放电丝,虽然会增加一定的风阻,但目前在风机效率的优化上已经可以忽略所增加的这一点点风阻了,而所述正电网的放电面积增大了很多,可以有效避免灰尘附着的情形出现,而且正电网的结构更利于更换维修,板型结构寿命更长。

参照图1和2所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种空气过滤装置,包括外壳5,置于所述外壳5中的过滤芯4,所述过滤芯4上方设有上放电网1,所述上放电网1置于所述过滤芯4上表面,所述过滤芯4下方设有正极网2,所述正极网2下方设有下放电网3,所述上放电网1、正极网2和下放电网3均采用具有网孔的金属导电板,所述过滤芯4采用折叠式驻极体材料。依借上述技术方案,本实用新型所采用的具有网孔的金属导电板作为正极网2替代现有技术中 的放电丝,虽然会增加一定的风阻,但目前在风机效率的优化上已经可以忽略所增加的这一点点风阻了,而所述正电网2的放电面积增大了很多,可以有效避免灰尘附着的情形出现,而且正电网2的结构更利于更换维修,板型结构寿命更长。所述驻极体材料采用W形往返折叠结构,其折叠高度为40mm-50mm,驻极体材料上部和上放电网贴合。优选所述驻极体材料的折叠高度为45mm。所述下放电网到正极网的距离为8mm-15mm之间任意距离,所述正极网到驻极体材料下表面的距离为7mm-13mm之间任意距离。优选,所述下放电网到正极网的距离为12mm,所述正极网到驻极体材料下表面的距离为10mm。
第一种测试,本实施例采用将所述空气过滤装置装入空气过滤机器中,所述下放电网到正极网距离为12mm,所述正极网到驻极体材料下表面的距离为10mm,驻极体材料高度为45mm,所述驻极体材料上部和上放电网贴合,然后将机器开到低档,测试机器在给所述正极网通电和不通电的两种情况下的过滤效率。测试结果如下:

第二种测试,将上述第一种测试中的空气过滤机器(给所述正极网通电正常工作)与现有技术中没有设置正极网和上下放电网的普通过滤机器进行比较,其中空气过滤芯采用相同折叠高度及相同体积的驻极体材料。将二者置于40℃的环境中进行老化,每天测试过滤效率变化,测试结果如下:

由测试结果可以看出,由于有EMF结构(上下放电网和正极网结构)存在,驻极体材料的过滤效率能够明显提升。同时,由于使用在外界电场环境,驻极体材料的性能更加稳定,效率下降速度明显低于无电场环境中的材料。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种空气过滤装置,包括外壳,置于所述外壳中的过滤芯,其特征在于,所述过滤芯上方设有上放电网,所述上放电网置于所述过滤芯上表面,所述过滤芯下方设有正极网,所述正极网下方设有下放电网,所述上放电网、正极网和下放电网均采用具有网孔的金属导电板,所述过滤芯采用折叠式驻极体材料。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空气过滤装置,其特征在于,所述驻极体材料采用W形往返折叠结构,其折叠高度为40mm-50mm,驻极体材料上部和上放电网贴合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空气过滤装置,其特征在于,所述驻极体材料的折叠高度为45mm。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的空气过滤装置,其特征在于,所述下放电网到正极网的距离为8mm-15mm之间任意距离,所述正极网到驻极体材料下表面的距离为7mm-13mm之间任意距离。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的空气过滤装置,其特征在于,所述下放电网到正极网的距离为12mm,所述正极网到驻极体材料下表面的距离为10mm。
