Description

连接器接头 技术领域
本实用新型涉及通讯连接器的技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用在数字通讯传输装置中的连接器接头。
背景技术
科技日新月异,不断改变着人们的生活水平。与此相应地,人们对于电子产品的要求也越来越高,如电视、计算机的显示器,越来越追求平薄化。但现有的连接器接头,虽保证了即插即拔的通讯要求,可其厚度尺寸仍旧过大,难以满足电子显示屏的平薄发展需求。
因此,有必要提供一种技术手段以解决上述缺陷。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之缺陷,提供连接器接头,以解决现有技术中的连接器接头的厚度尺寸过大以致难以满足电子显示屏的平薄发展需求的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,连接器接头,包括:
胶壳,所述胶壳设有一供部件容置的容置腔;
端子座,所述端子座插设于所述容置腔;
防呆弹片,所述防呆弹片设于所述容置腔内并位于所述端子座的上端;
两个LED发光二极管,任一所述LED发光二极管包括管体及与所述管体的一端连接的两个支脚,该两个所述LED发光二极管分别设于所述胶壳的外侧上;
外壳,所述外壳包覆由所述胶壳、所述端子座、所述防呆弹片以及两个所述LED发光二极管组接的组接件,且所述外壳上设有两对接线端子,每对所述接线端子与每个所述LED发光二极管的两个支脚连接。
具体地,所述防呆弹片包括第一弹片、第二弹片及第三弹片,所述第三弹片的一端连接于所述第一弹片,相对于所述第三弹片的一端的另一端连接于所述第二弹片。
进一步地,所述第一弹片包括第一平直段及自所述第一平直段延伸弯折的第一弯折段;
所述第二弹片包括第二平直段及自所述第二平直段延伸弯折的第二弯折段。
进一步地,所述第一弹片与所述第二弹片呈对称设置。
较佳地,所述第三弹片分别与所述第一弹片、所述第二弹片垂直连接。
具体地,所述胶壳上设有用以固定两个所述LED发光二极管的固定部。
进一步地,所述固定部包括与两个所述LED发光二极管对应卡接的两个卡固件,该两个所述卡固件分设于所述胶壳外侧的两端上,每个所述卡固件设有用以卡固每个所述LED发光二极管的两个支脚的两个卡槽,每个所述LED发光二极管的两个支脚卡于每个所述卡固件的两个卡槽。
具体地,任一所述接线端子包括与所述外壳连接的连接端及供所述支脚插接的插接槽,所述连接端连接于所述外壳,所述支脚插于所述插接槽。
具体地,所述外壳具有供由所述胶壳、所述端子座、所述防呆弹片以及两个所述LED发光二极管组接的所述组接件进出的开口,且该所述外壳上还设有用以弹性夹持固定所述组接件的夹持件。
进一步地,所述夹持件设有两个,该两个所述夹持件分设于所述开口的两侧并对向设置。
有益效果
本实用新型的连接器接头的技术效果为:由于本实用新型的连接器接头主要由胶壳、端子座、防呆弹片、两个LED发光二极管及外壳组成,其有利于简化结构,使到其整体厚度变薄,适于电子显示屏的平薄要求;同时,由于外壳上设有两对接线端子,由此,只要将两个LED发光二极管与两对接线端子连接即可,便可实现两个LED发光二极管的电气功能,避免该两个LED发光二极管在与外壳组接后需要过锡炉焊接以致容易因过高温而引起损害。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
请参阅图1至图6,下面对本实用新型的连接器接头的最佳实施例进行阐述。
本实施例的连接器接头100,应用在数字通讯传输装置中,其包括胶壳10、端子座20、防呆弹片30、两个LED发光二极管40及外壳50,下面对该连接器接头100的各部件作进一步描述:
胶壳10设有一供部件容置的容置腔11;
端子座20插设于容置腔11;
防呆弹片30设于容置腔11内并位于端子座20的上端;
任一LED发光二极管40包括管体41及与管体41的一端连接的两个支脚42,该两个LED发光二极管40分别设于胶壳10的外侧上,较佳地,该两个管体41均为凸字形结构,以使其顺畅地插于空腔;
外壳50为五金材料,其包覆由胶壳10、端子座20、防呆弹片30、两个LED发光二极管40组接的组接件,且外壳50上设有两对接线端子60,每对接线端子60与每个LED发光二极管40的两个支脚42连接。
由于本实施例的连接器接头100主要由胶壳10、端子座20、防呆弹片30、两个LED发光二极管40及外壳50组成,其有利于简化结构,使到其整体厚度变薄,适于电子显示屏的平薄要求;同时,由于外壳50上设有两对接线端子60,由此,只要将两个LED发光二极管40与两对接线端子60连接即可,便可实现两个LED发光二极管40的电气功能,避免该两个LED发光二极管40在与外壳50组接后需要过锡炉焊接以致容易因过高温而引起损害。
请参阅图2和图3,本实施例的防呆弹片30的优选结构为,其包括第一弹片31、第二弹片32及第三弹片33,第三弹片33的一端连接于第一弹片31,相对于第三弹片33的一端的另一端连接于第二弹片32,其中,将防呆弹片30设计为由第一弹片31、第二弹片32及第三弹片33组成的结构,不但较好地实施其防呆功能,防止6P水晶头因插孔错误而插入产品,而且还有利于生产制造。
其中,为了保证该6P水晶头较好地与防呆弹片30接触,较佳地,该第一弹片31包括第一平直段311及自第一平直段311延伸弯折的第一弯折段312;第二弹片32包括第二平直段321及自第二平直段321延伸弯折的第二弯折段322。
同时地,第一弹片31与第二弹片32呈对称设置,以优化防呆弹片30的整体结构,使该防呆弹片30在较好地实施其防呆功能的同时,还能有利于节约其占用空间。进一步地,第三弹片33分别与第一弹片31、第二弹片32垂直连接。
请参阅图7,为了较好地固定两个LED发光二极管40,以避免该两个LED发光二极管40设于胶壳10外侧上出现脱落的问题,胶壳10上设有用以固定两个LED发光二极管40的固定部70。
而该固定部70的优选结构为,其包括与两个LED发光二极管40对应卡接的两个卡固件71,该两个卡固件71分设于胶壳10外侧的两端上,每个卡固件71设有用以卡固每个LED发光二极管40的两个支脚42的两个卡槽711,每个LED发光二极管40的两个支脚42卡于每个卡固件71的两个卡槽711,而借由卡槽711与支脚42的卡接配合,简单有效地使到LED发光二极管40固定于胶壳10外侧上,同时,也便于生产加工。
再有,由于该两个卡固件71与胶壳10均为塑胶材料,为了简化设计及生产制造,该两者为一体成型设置。
请参阅图4和图5,本实施例的接线端子60的优选结构为,任一接线端子60包括与外壳50连接的连接端61及供支脚42插接的插接槽62,连接端61焊接连接于外壳50,支脚42插于插接槽62,据此,只要将两对接线端子60的连接端61焊接在外壳10上,然后再将两个LED发光二极管40的四个支脚分别插于四个接线端子60上,即可保证LED发光二极管40的电气功能,而且免去了该两个LED发光二极管40需要焊接在外壳10上的工序,有利于减少其损伤的发生。
请参阅图1,本实施例的端子座20的优选结构为,其包括安装座21、一端设于安装座21上而另一端向上翘起的若干个相互平行的端子22、及设于安装座21上并位于若干个端子的下方的防呆胶位23,其中,借由该防呆胶位23,可防6P公头对插。
请参阅图6,本实施例的外壳50具有供由胶壳10、端子座20、防呆弹片30以及两个LED发光二极管40组接的组接件进出的开口51,且该外壳50上还设有用以弹性夹持固定组接件的夹持件52,借由该夹持件52,可增加对组接件的夹持力,以防止因振动而造成的信号不稳的问题。
而为了较好地夹持组接件,优选地,夹持件52设有两个,该两个夹持件52分设于开口51的两侧并对向设置。
以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳的实施例而已,其结构并不限于上述列举的形状,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 连接器接头,其特征在于,包括:
    胶壳,所述胶壳设有一供部件容置的容置腔;
    端子座,所述端子座插设于所述容置腔;
    防呆弹片,所述防呆弹片设于所述容置腔内并位于所述端子座的上端;
    两个LED发光二极管,任一所述LED发光二极管包括管体及与所述管体的一端连接的两个支脚,该两个所述LED发光二极管分别设于所述胶壳的外侧上;
    外壳,所述外壳包覆由所述胶壳、所述端子座、所述防呆弹片以及两个所述LED发光二极管组接的组接件,且所述外壳上设有两对接线端子,每对所述接线端子与每个所述LED发光二极管的两个支脚连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述防呆弹片包括第一弹片、第二弹片及第三弹片,所述第三弹片的一端连接于所述第一弹片,相对于所述第三弹片的一端的另一端连接于所述第二弹片。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述第一弹片包括第一平直段及自所述第一平直段延伸弯折的第一弯折段;
    所述第二弹片包括第二平直段及自所述第二平直段延伸弯折的第二弯折段。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述第一弹片与所述第二弹片呈对称设置。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述第三弹片分别与所述第一弹片、所述第二弹片垂直连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述胶壳上设有用以固定两个所述LED发光二极管的固定部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述固定部包括与两个所述LED发光二极管对应卡接的两个卡固件,该两个所述卡固件分设于所述胶壳外侧的两端上,每个所述卡固件设有用以卡固每个所述LED发光二极管的两个支脚的两个卡槽,每个所述LED发光二极管的两个支脚卡于每个所述卡固件的两个卡槽。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:任一所述接线端子包括与所述外壳连接的连接端及供所述支脚插接的插接槽,所述连接端连接于所述外壳,所述支脚插于所述插接槽。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述外壳具有供由所述胶壳、所述端子座、所述防呆弹片以及两个所述LED发光二极管组接的所述组接件进出的开口,且该所述外壳上还设有用以弹性夹持固定所述组接件的夹持件。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述夹持件设有两个,该两个所述夹持件分设于所述开口的两侧并对向设置。
