【技术领域】
本发明涉及照明装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种投光灯及其盖板。
【背景技术】
投光灯是指定被照面上的照度高于周围环境的灯具,又称聚光灯。通常,它能够瞄准任何方向,并具备不受气候条件影响的结构。主要用于大面积作业场矿、建筑物轮廓、体育场、立交桥、纪念碑、公园和花坛等。
现有的投光灯一般包括壳体、盖板以及支架,盖板与壳体配合形成腔体以安装发光模块,支架与壳体连接以调节投射角度。
现有的投光灯存在通过打胶方式密封,密封作业复杂且密封效果不好的问题。
另外,现有的投光灯盖板由于结构设计导致制造盖板的模具复杂,不利于降低生产成本。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种投光灯及其盖板,能够解决现有技术中投光灯存在通过打胶方式密封,密封作业复杂且密封效果不好的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种盖板,所述盖板包括面板和设于所述面板表面的压置部,所述压置部用于压置密封圈。
根据本发明一具体实施例,所述压置部为设于所述面板表面的凸起结构。
根据本发明一具体实施例,所述凸起结构为设于所述面板的压条圈。
根据本发明一具体实施例,所述压条圈围成圆形、方形或三角形。
根据本发明一具体实施例,所述压条圈的截面自面板表面向外渐小。
根据本发明一具体实施例,所述压条圈的截面为三角形或梯形。
根据本发明一具体实施例,所述压置部为设于所述面板表面的凹陷结构。
根据本发明一具体实施例,所述凹陷结构为设于所述面板的凹陷圈。
根据本发明一具体实施例,所述凹陷圈围成圆形、方形或三角形,所述凹陷圈的截面为三角形或梯形。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种投光灯,所述投光灯包括壳体、密封圈以及上述的盖板,所述壳体设有密封槽以容置所述密封圈。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的投光灯及其组件结构新颖、装配方便、制造简单、密封效果较好。

请一并参阅图1至图4,本发明实施例提供一种投光灯组件,该投光灯组件包括壳体100和贯穿壳体100的杆体200,壳体100与杆体200设有防转配合结构。
其中,壳体100可以是塑胶壳体,杆体200可以是金属件或塑胶件,壳体100设置有卡扣和散热鳍片等结构。
在本发明实施例中,防转配合结构为非光滑圆周表面配合结构,壳体100和杆体200可通过注塑方式一体成型。
具体而言,在本发明实施例中,杆体200表面设有凹陷结构,相应的,壳体100包括嵌入凹陷结构的凸出结构,凹陷结构与凸出结构相配合以形成防转配合结构。
在具体实施例中,凹陷结构可为设于杆体200外周面的轴向凹槽210或多个凹陷孔。
在其他实施例中,杆体200表面可设有凸出结构,相应的,壳体100包括接收凸出结构的凹陷结构,凸出结构与凹陷结构相配合以形成防转配合结构。
其中,凸出结构为设于杆体200外周面的轴向凸条或凸起部。
在其他实施例中,壳体100与杆体200的结合部分还可设有至少一个平面配合面以形成防转配合结构。
具体地,壳体100与杆体200的结合部的截面可为三角形、四角形或多边形,即可采用截面为三角形、四角形或多边形的杆体200与壳体100注塑成型。
此外,杆体200的两端设有螺纹孔以接收螺杆110穿设。
本发明实施例还提供一种投光灯,该投光灯包括支架300及上述的投光灯组件,支架300与杆体200的两端连接。壳体100与杆体200通过上述方式设置,可以极大地提高支架300与杆体200结合的稳定性,避免壳体100损坏。
请一并参阅图5至图7,本发明实施例还提供一种投光灯组件,该投光灯组件包括壳体100和防转螺母400,防转螺母400设置于壳体100内时相对壳体100构成防转装配。
其中,壳体100设有接收腔120以接收防转螺母400装配,接收腔120设有与防转螺母400外形轮廓相匹配的配合结构。
在一实施例中,配合结构可为矩形插槽,防转螺母400对应为矩形螺母。
在另一实施例中,配合结构可为三角形插槽,防转螺母400对应为三角形螺母。
在另一实施例中,配合结构可为U型插槽,防转螺母400对应为U型螺母。
投光灯组件还包括螺杆130,壳体100设有穿孔,穿孔用于接收螺杆130穿设,螺杆130用于插入壳体100的两侧边并与防转螺母400螺旋连接。
本发明实施例还提供一种投光灯,该投光灯包括支架300及上述投光灯组件,支架300通过螺杆130与防转螺母400相连接而与壳体相固定。
其中,壳体100设有接收腔120以接收防转螺母400装配,接收腔120设有与防转螺母400外形轮廓相匹配的配合结构。配合结构可为矩形插槽,防转螺母400为矩形螺母。
通过上述方式,本发明实施例提供的投光灯可以方便的安装,同时可以可以极大地提高支架300与杆体200结合的稳定性。
请一并参阅图8至图12,本发明实施例还提供一种盖板500,该盖板500包括面板510和设于面板510边缘的侧扣520,侧扣520设有扣孔521,面板510设有缺口部511,缺口部511与扣孔521相连通,该结构设置可以简化制造盖板500的模具,提高生产效率。
具体而言,面板510包括透镜板512和连接于透镜板512外围的框板513,透镜板512上设有多个透镜,缺口部511设于框板513上。
其中,侧扣520通过侧板515一体连接,扣孔521可呈矩形状。缺口部511的长度与扣孔521顶部的宽度相同。面板510可呈矩形状,侧扣520设于面板510的四个侧边。侧扣520与面板510垂直连接。盖板500为透光盖板500,盖板500为一体成型结构。
如图12所示,本发明实施例提供还一种投光灯,投光灯包括壳体100和上述盖板500。壳体100设有倒扣150,倒扣150用于与扣孔521相配合。
请一并参阅图8至图12,本发明实施例还提供一种盖板500,该盖板500包括面板510和设于面板510表面的压置部530,压置部530用于压置密封圈600。
其中,压置部530可为设于面板510表面的凸起结构。凸起结构为设于面板510的压条圈。压条圈可围成圆形、方形或三角形等形状。压条圈的截面自面板510表面向外渐小,压条圈的截面可呈三角形或梯形状。
其另一实施例中,压置部530可为设于面板510表面的凹陷结构。凹陷结构可为设于面板510的凹陷圈。相应的,凹陷圈围成圆形、方形或三角形,凹陷圈的截面为三角形或梯形。
本发明实施例还提供一种投光灯,该投光灯包括壳体100、密封圈600以及上述的盖板500,壳体100设有密封槽140以容置密封圈600,压置部530对应于密封槽140设置,且压置部530宽度小于密封槽140的槽宽,密封圈600可采用硅胶等弹性较好的材料制成,密封圈600装入密封槽140后,通过压置部530的压置可使得壳体100与盖板500的密封性极好。
请一并参阅图1至图12,本发明实施例还提供一种投光灯,该投光灯包括壳体100和盖板500,壳体100设有密封槽140,密封槽140用于设置密封圈600,盖板500与壳体100扣合连接并压置密封圈600。
其中,盖板500包括面板510和设于面板510表面的压置部530,压置部530用于压置密封圈600,压置部530为设于面板510表面的凸起结构。
凸起结构为设于面板510的压条圈。压条圈围成圆形、方形或三角形。压条圈的截面自面板510表面向外渐小。压条圈的截面为三角形或梯形状。
盖板500还包括设于面板510边缘的侧扣520,侧扣520设有扣孔521,面板510设有缺口部511,缺口部511与扣孔521相连通。
面板510包括透镜板512和连接于透镜板512外围的框板513,透镜板512上设有多个透镜,缺口部511设于框板513上。
如图1所示,投光灯还包括贯穿壳体100的杆体200,壳体100与杆体200设有防转配合结构。杆体200表面设有凹陷结构,壳体100包括嵌入凹陷结构的凸出结构,凹陷结构与凸出结构相配合以形成防转配合结构。
本发明提供的投光灯及其组件结构新颖、装配方便、制造简单、密封效果较好。上述各实施例中的结构可以进行组合使用。
