Description

激光器和投影光源装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子装置技术领域,特别涉及一种激光器和应用该激光器的投影光源装置。
背景技术
目前常用的激光器模组需要与外部电源连通,一般采用激光器模组的固定板上设置连接器,连接器与固定板之间会形成有间隙,使得灰尘进入激光器模组内部,进而引起激光器模组发生衰减。
技术问题
因此,有必要对连接器与固定板的连接处进行密封,使得激光器模组与外部环境隔离,通常采用在连接器周边填充密封胶,然而这种密封方式操作不便且密封效果难以保证。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种激光器,旨在解决现有技术中激光器的密封效果差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出的激光器包括固定板、连接于所述固定板一侧的PCB板、及穿设于所述PCB板的连接器,所述固定板上对应所述连接器的位置开设有通孔,所述连接器部分容纳于所述通孔,所述连接器与所述通孔的侧壁形成有间隙,所述激光器还包括密封件,所述密封件部分填充于所述间隙。
优选地,所述密封件套设于所述连接器。
优选地,所述激光器还包括至少两个连接件,所述固定板开设有至少两个连接孔,每一连接件穿过所述PCB板并容纳于一连接孔。
优选地,所述激光器还包括至少两个连接件套,每一连接件套套设于一连接件显露出一连接孔的部分,每一连接件套均夹设于所述PCB板和所述固定板之间。
优选地,所述固定板开设有至少两个定位槽,每一连接孔与一定位槽连通,每一连接件套部分容纳于一定位槽。
优选地,所述连接件远离所述固定板的一端还形成有卡合部,所述PCB板开设有若干孔,每一连接件穿过一孔,每一个卡合部卡合于一孔的周缘。
优选地,所述密封件采用弹性材料制成。
优选地,所述连接器包括第一连接端子和连接于所述第一连接端子的第二连接端子,所述第一连接端子容纳于所述通孔,所述第二连接端子设于所述PCB板远离所述所述固定板的一侧。
优选地,所述激光器还包括壳体和容纳于所述壳体的激光器模组,所述固定板盖设于所述壳体,所述激光器模组连接于所述PCB板远离所述固定板的一侧,并与所述第二连接端子连接。
本实用新型还提出一种投影光源装置,包括所述激光器。
有益效果
本实用新型技术方案激光器包括固定板、连接于固定板一侧的PCB板和穿设于所述PCB板的连接器,所述固定板开设有通孔,所述连接器容纳于所述通孔,密封件能填充连接器与固定板之间的间隙而实现密封防尘,并且安装方便。

在本实用新型实施例中,该激光器100包括固定板50、连接于所述固定板50一侧的PCB板20、及穿设于所述PCB板20的连接器30,所述固定板50上对应所述连接器30的位置开设有通孔53,所述连接器30部分容纳于所述通孔53,所述连接器30与所述通孔53的侧壁形成有间隙531,所述激光器还包括密封件11,所述密封件11部分填充于所述间隙531,从而实现密封防尘防水,并且安装方便。
进一步地,所述连接器30焊接于所述PCB板20,所述密封件11夹设于PCB板20和固定板50之间。
所述密封件11套设于所述连接器30,使得密封效果更佳。
所述激光器100包括至少两个连接件12,所述固定板50开设有至少两个连接孔52,每一所述连接件12穿过所述PCB板20并容纳于一连接孔52,将PCB板20和连接器30固定于固定板50上。
进一步地,连接件可为螺钉,连接孔为螺纹孔。
所述激光器100还包括至少两个连接件套13,每一连接件套13套设于一连接件12显露出一连接孔52的部分,每一连接件套13均夹设于所述PCB板20和所述固定板50之间,使得连接件12与固定板50连接紧固,连接件套13的设置还降低了固定板50的加工成本。
所述固定板50开设有至少两个定位槽,每一连接孔52与一定位槽连通,每一连接件套13部分容纳于一定位槽,定位槽对连接件套13进行定位。
所述连接件12远离所述固定板50的一端还形成有卡合部,所述PCB板20开设有若干孔,每一连接件12穿过一所述孔,每一个卡合部卡合于一所述孔的周缘,使得PCB板与固定板50连接紧固。
所述密封件11采用弹性材料制成,密封件11被挤压而填充连接器30与固定板50之间的间隙531。
进一步地,所述弹性材料可为橡胶或硅胶。
所述连接器30包括第一连接端子31和连接于所述第一连接端子31的第二连接端子33,所述第一连接端子31容纳于所述通孔53,所述第二连接端子33设于所述PCB板20远离所述固定板50的一侧,第一连接端子31与外部电源电连接,第二连接端子33与激光器模组电连接,从而对激光器供电。
所述激光器100还包括壳体70和容纳于所述壳体70的激光器模组(未图示),其中,激光器模组包括激光芯片。所述固定板50盖设于所述壳体70,所述激光器模组(未图示)连接于所述PCB板20远离所述所述固定板50的一侧,并连接于第二连接端子33,所述固定板50用于固定激光器模组。
本实用新型还提出一种投影光源装置,包括所述的激光器100。该激光器100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本投影光源装置采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

1、一种激光器,包括固定板(50)、连接于所述固定板(50)一侧的PCB板(20)、及穿设于所述PCB板(20)的连接器(30),所述固定板(50)上开设有通孔(53),所述连接器(30)部分容纳于所述通孔(53),所述连接器(30)与所述通孔(53)的侧壁形成有间隙(531),其特征在于,所述激光器还包括密封件(11),所述密封件(11)部分填充于所述间隙(531)。
2、如权利要求1所述的激光器,其特征在于,所述密封件(11)套设于所述连接器(30)。
3、如权利要求1所述的激光器,其特征在于,所述激光器还包括至少两个连接件(12),所述固定板(50)开设有至少两个连接孔(52),每一连接件(12)穿过所述PCB板(20)并容纳于一连接孔(52)。
4、如权利要求3所述的激光器,其特征在于,所述激光器还包括至少两个连接件套(13),每一连接件套(13)套设于一所述的连接件(12)显露出一连接孔(52)的部分,每一连接件套(13)均夹设于所述PCB板(20)和所述固定板(50)之间。
5、如权利要求4所述的激光器,其特征在于,所述固定板(50)开设有至少两个定位槽,每一连接孔(52)与一定位槽连通,每一连接件套(13)部分容纳于一定位槽。
6、如权利要求3所述的激光器,其特征在于,所述连接件(12)远离所述固定板(50)的一端还形成有卡合部,所述PCB板(20)开设有至少两个孔,每一连接件(12)穿过一孔,每一个卡合部卡合于一孔的周缘。
7、如权利要求1所述的激光器,其特征在于,所述密封件(11)采用弹性材料制成。
8、如权利要求1所述的激光器,其特征在于,所述连接器(30)包括第一连接端子(31)和连接于所述第一连接端子(31)的第二连接端子(33),所述第一连接端子(31)部分容纳于所述通孔(30),所述第二连接端子(33)设于所述PCB板(20)远离所述固定板(50)的一侧。
9、如权利要求8所述的激光器,其特征在于,所述激光器还包括壳体(70)和容纳于所述壳体(70)的激光器模组,所述固定板(50)盖设于所述壳体(70),所述激光器模组连接于所述PCB板(20)远离所述固定板(50)的一侧,并与所述第二连接端子(33)连接。
10、一种投影光源装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的激光器。
