本发明涉及集线器技术领域,尤其涉及一种集线器。
背景技术
随着电子产品种类的不断增多,人们不断追求着独立个体电子产品的性能和质量的提高,随着互联网的发展,越来越多的产品需要相互关联,进行相互联讯,协同工作。目前市场上有一种叫集线器的产品,具有多个USB接口,方便不同设备同时联讯多台外部设备。但是,其功能比较单一,仅在于通过多个USB接口联讯多台外部设备。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种集线器,旨在提供一种具有蓝牙接收与发射功能的集线器。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的一种集线器,包括外壳和容纳于所述外壳的电路板,所述电路板设有主控芯片、外接组件、至少一扩展接口,以及蓝牙接收发射器,所述外接组件穿过所述外壳。
优选地,所述外接组件还包括互相连接的USB插头和数据线,所述USB插头连接于所述数据线的一端,所述数据线的另一端与所述主控芯片连接。
优选地,所述扩展接口为USB接口。
优选地,所述USB接口为USB2.0、USB3.0、或USB3.1。
优选地,所述USB接口为TYPE-A或者TYPE-C。
优选地,所述USB插头为TYPE-A、TYPE-B、TYPE-C、或MICRO USB。
优选地,所述电路板还设有电性连接的电池和电源灯。
优选地,所述外壳包括底座和盖设于底座的盖体,所述盖体形成至少一通孔,所述扩展接口与所述通孔相对设置。
优选地,所述底座的一表面形成有二间隔设置的滑轨,所述电路板可滑动容纳于所述二滑轨内。
优选地,所述盖体面向所述底座的表面形成有固定柱,所述电路板设有固定孔,所述二滑轨均形成有定位孔,所述固定柱穿过所述固定孔和所述定位孔,将所述盖体和所述电路板以及所述二滑轨连接。
本发明技术方案中,所述电路板设有主控芯片、外接组件、至少一扩展接口,以及蓝牙接收发射器,所述外接组件穿过所述外壳;当外接组件连接于电脑或者手机时,电力通过外接组件、电路板、主控芯片、至蓝牙接收发射器,一方面有效赋予电脑或者手机蓝牙接收与发射功能;另一方面可通过扩展接口通信连接不同外部设备同时。

本发明提出一种集线器。
请参阅图1至图2,本发明一实施例中,该集线器包括外壳和容纳于所述外壳的电路板,所述电路板设有主控芯片、外接组件、至少一扩展接口,以及蓝牙接收发射器,所述外接组件穿过所述外壳。
外壳可为塑料材质或者轻质的合金材料,其可通过一体注塑方式生产完成;电路板为PCBA电路板,主控芯片为HUB主控芯片。
本发明技术方案通过,所述电路板设有主控芯片、外接组件、至少一扩展接口,以及蓝牙接收发射器,所述外接组件穿过所述外壳;当外接组件连接于电脑或者手机时,电力通过外接组件、电路板、主控芯片、至蓝牙接收发射器,一方面有效赋予电脑或者手机蓝牙接收与发射功能;另一方面可通过扩展接口通信连接不同外部设备同时。
具体地,本实施例所述外壳包括底座和盖设于底座的盖体,所述盖体形成至少一通孔,所述扩展接口与所述通孔相对设置;所述扩展接口为USB接口。
底座和盖体均通过一体注塑方式生产完成,通孔可在盖体注塑成型过程中与盖体一体成型;本实施例电路板设有三扩展接口,盖体形成有三通孔,一扩展接口相对于对应的一通孔,用户有效通过三个扩展接口连接三台不同的设备同时联讯。
进一步地,本实施例所述底座的一表面形成有二间隔设置的滑轨,所述电路板可滑动容纳于所述二滑轨内。
二滑轨可在底座注塑成型过程中与底座一体成型,本实施例电路板的相对两侧边均嵌入对应的一滑轨,用户可通过二滑轨形成的路径将电路板插入,使得电路板和底座连接,有效安装方便。
本实施例所述盖体面向所述底座的表面形成有固定柱,所述电路板设有固定孔,所述二滑轨均形成有定位孔,所述固定柱穿过所述固定孔和所述定位孔,将所述盖体和所述电路板以及所述二滑轨连接。
固定柱可在盖体注塑成型过程中与盖体一体成型,本实施例电路板插入二滑轨,并且固定孔和定位孔相对设置,接着盖体盖合于底座过程中,固定柱嵌入固定孔和定位孔,将固定柱和固定孔以及定位孔连接,一方面有效对电路板进行固定;另一方面方便拆装。
优选地,本实施例所述外接组件还包括互相连接的USB插头和数据线,所述USB插头连接于所述数据线的一端,所述数据线的另一端与所述主控芯片连接。
本实施例外壳形成有开口,数据线的一端通过开口与主控芯片连接,另一端设有USB插头,用户可通过数据线上的USB插头连接电脑、手机、或其他设备,一方面有效赋予连接与电脑、手机、或其他设备蓝牙接收与发射功能;另一方面有效通过数据线的长度远距离连接。
优选地,本实施例所述电路板还设有电性连接的电池和电源灯。
电路板还设有开关,开关与电池电线连接,当打开开关时,电源灯点亮,电池独立对电路板进行供电,有效单独使用集线器。本实施例数据线的USB插头连接电脑、手机、或其他设备时,电脑、手机、或其他设备对集线器进行供电,同时,有效对电池进行充电。
根据用户不同的需要,所述USB接口为USB2.0、USB3.0、或USB3.1。
根据用户不同的需要,所述USB接口为TYPE-A或者TYPE-C。
根据用户不同的需要,所述USB插头为TYPE-A、TYPE-B、TYPE-C、或MICRO USB。

  1. 一种集线器,其特征在于,包括外壳和容纳于所述外壳的电路板,所述电路板设有主控芯片、外接组件、至少一扩展接口,以及蓝牙接收发射器,所述外接组件穿过所述外壳。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集线器,其特征在于,所述外接组件还包括互相连接的USB插头和数据线,所述USB插头连接于所述数据线的一端,所述数据线的另一端与所述主控芯片连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的集线器,其特征在于,所述扩展接口为USB接口。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的集线器,其特征在于,所述USB接口为USB2.0、USB3.0、或USB3.1。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的集线器,其特征在于,所述USB接口为TYPE-A或者TYPE-C。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的集线器,其特征在于,所述USB插头为TYPE-A、TYPE-B、TYPE-C、或MICRO USB。
