Abstract

偏光シートに色ムラや白抜けが発生し難いとともに、保護層(保護フィルム)の熱収縮等に伴う、偏光シートの偏光度にバラツキが発生し難い偏光性成形体を、生産性良好に提供すること。 眼鏡用として使用される偏光性成形体(10)。所定曲率半径を有する偏光シート(11)の凹面側に透明プラスチック材からなる射出成形部(15)が熱接着されている。偏光シート(11)は、偏光子層(13)が、それぞれ凸面側及び凹面側となる第一・第二保護層(17)、(19)で挟持されている。そして、第一・第二保護層(17)、(19)が、共にリターデーション(Re)≦50nmとされたキャスト法による透明フィルムで形成され、前記第一・第二保護層の透明フィルムがそれぞれアシルセルロース系及びポリアミド系のフィルムからなる。更に、第二保護層(19)と射出成形部(15)とが直接融着されている。

Description

偏光性成形体
 本発明は、曲率を有する偏光シートの凹面側に熱可塑性樹脂の射出成形部が熱接着されてなり、眼鏡用として使用される偏光性成形体に関する。特に、偏光シートに偏光性能のバラツキが発生し難く偏光特性に優れるとともに、軽量でかつ明瞭な視界が得られ、ゴーグルやサングラスの素材として好適な偏光性成形体に係る発明である。
 本願書類で使用する技術用語の意味は、下記の通りである。
 <アッベ数(ν)>
  ν=(nd-1)/(nF―nC)
  アッベ数(ν)は分散の逆数であり、ndは587.6nmの光に対する屈折率であり、nFは486.1nmの光に対する屈折率であり、nCは656.3nmの光に対する屈折率である。
 <リターデーション値(Re)>
  Re(nm)=Δn・dで定義されるもので、波長632.8nmでの値。なお、Reは縦・横で測定するため、本発明では縦・横の算術平均とする。
  ここで、Δnは複屈折量を意味し、Δn=ne-no(neは常光線に対する屈折率であり、noは異常光線に対する屈折率である。)であり、dは膜厚で定義される。
 上記のような偏光性成形体に係る先行技術文献として、例えば、特許文献1~3等を挙げることができる。
 次に、特許文献1、段落0002~0008を引用する。
 「<発明の属する技術分野>
 本発明は、偏光子を組み込んだ、衝撃強さの大きい偏光性成形体、例えば衝撃に強いゴーグル、サングラス、度付きサングラス類に使われるレンズ基材を提供する技術に関する。
 <従来の技術>
 スキー、スノーボード、アイススケート、ヨット、ボート、バイク、オートバイのようなスポーツ分野や製造業一般、建築土木など産業分野で使用されるゴーグル、めがね類は、直射光、反射光による眩しさ防止、風、雪、雨、海水、水、砂、薬品、異物などから眼を保護する目的で使用される。また、一般用途のサングラスや度付きサングラスは光線、反射光による眩しさを防止する目的で使用される。
 従来は、偏光子シートの両面をガラスで覆った偏光性ガラスレンズやモールドに偏光子シートをインサートしてキャスト成形した偏光性プラスチックレンズ、例えば、偏光性CR-39レンズがあった。
 また、偏光子シートを2枚のポリカーボネートシートで挟持した積層構造の偏光板を金型にインサートし、さらにポリカーボネートシートにポリカーボネート樹脂層が熱接着するようにインサート射出成形した光学用複合成形物が知られている(特開平8-52817号公報)。
 <発明が解決しようとする課題>
 上記の偏光子シートの両面をガラスで覆った偏光性ガラスレンズシートは、ガラス基材であることによる破損しやすさ、基材が変形しにくいことによる加工性の不足があった。
 また、モールドに偏光子シートをインサートしてキャスト成形した偏光性プラスチックレンズは、偏光子シートをモールドへ組込むのに技術を要することと、キャスト成形中に受ける長時間の熱による偏光子シートの収縮や熱分解のため、偏光性能が低下する問題があった。
 さらに、特開平8-52817号公報に示されるような、偏光板の最外層のポリカーボネートシートにポリカーボネート樹脂層が熱接着するようにインサート射出成形法した光学用複合成形物は、偏光板と樹脂層が近すぎて、成形時の熱が偏光板へストレートに伝わることから、キャスト成形の場合と同様、偏光子シートの収縮や熱分解のため、偏光性能の低下する問題があった。
 <課題を解決するための手段>
 上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の技術手段は、2枚の保護シート層の間に偏光子シート層を挟持した偏光板を含む積層構造の偏光性成形体であって、保護シート層1層とポリウレタンシート層またはポリアミドシート層とが接着剤または粘着剤で接合され、さらにポリウレタンシート層またはポリアミドシート層と熱成形樹脂層とが熱接着されていることにある。」
 しかし、特許文献1で提案されている方法では、偏光シート(偏光子シート)の凹面側となるトリアセチルセルロース(TAC)層にポリアミドシート層を接着剤等で結合させる必要があり、製造工数が嵩む(生産性が低下する。)。また、偏光性複合体(光学用複合成形物)の厚みが相対的に従来の偏光シート(偏光子シート)に比して厚肉になりやすく、曲げ加工性が低下するとともに、偏光性成形体(レンズ)における薄肉化の要請に対応し難くなる。
 そこで、上記問題点を解決するために、特許文献2〔段落0056~0070〕等に記載されている偏光性シート(偏光シート)「保護フィルムを特定の脂環族ポリアミド樹脂等のポリアミド系樹脂で構成した複合積層体」を用いて、同文献〔段落0072~0077〕に記載されている偏光性成形体「該偏光性シート(偏光シート)の凹面側に、保護フィルム層と同系又は同一樹脂(脂環族ポリアミド等のポリアミド系樹脂)を用いてインサート射出成形して偏光性積層体(偏光性成形体)を製造する。」技術を使用することが考えられる。
 しかし、当該技術に係る偏光性シートは、同文献〔段落0039〕に記載の如く、ポリアミド樹脂は、ポリカーボネート樹脂に比べて高アッベ数を有することにより、虹色の色むらの生成を効率よく防止するが、曲げ加工後の白抜け防止のために、ポリアミド保護フィルム(曲げ加工前)のリターデーション値(Re)を特定値以上(300nm)とするために、配向(延伸処理)をする必要がある(生産工数が嵩む)。なお、保護フィルムのReを「300nm」以上としたのは、曲げ加工によってReが増大して、白抜け(白化)が発生する上限Re(400nm)(同〔0012〕、〔0046〕)を超え、白抜けが発生しなくなるためである。
 また、ポリアミド樹脂製の保護フィルムは、通常、同文献〔表1〕の実施例の如く、高倍率(1.06~3.0倍;実施例3の「1.0」は誤記と思われる。)で延伸処理されているため、射出成形時に熱収縮しやすい。特に、第一保護層の場合、第一保護層から偏光子層に到達する入射光が複屈折量増大に伴って若干偏光するため、第一保護層が延伸処理されている場合、第一保護層をキャスト法で形成する場合に比して、偏光シートの偏光性能(偏光度を含む。)にバラツキが発生し易いと考えられる(特許文献1〔段落0028〕)参照。
 また、特許文献3には、偏光性成形体をインサート射出成形する金型が種々記載され提案されている(〔段落0002~0006〕、〔段落0008~0009〕及び〔図1〕参照)。

 本発明の課題は、上記にかんがみて、偏光シートに色ムラや白抜けが発生し難いとともに、保護層(保護フィルム)の熱収縮等に伴う、偏光シートの偏光度にバラツキが発生し難い偏光性成形体を、生産性良好に提供することを目的とする。
 本発明者らは、上記課題を解決するために、鋭意開発に努力をした結果、下記構成の偏光性成形体に想到した。
 眼鏡用として使用される偏光性成形体であって、
 所定曲率半径を有する偏光シートの凹面側に透明成形材からなる射出成形部が熱接着されてなり、偏光シートは、偏光子層が、それぞれ凸面側及び凹面側となる第一保護層及び第二保護層で挟持されてなり、
 第一保護層及び第二保護層が共にリターデーション(Re)≦50nmとされたキャスト法による透明フィルムで形成され、前記第一保護層及び第二保護層の透明フィルムがそれぞれアシルセルロース系及びポリアミド系のプラスチックのフィルム材からなるとともに、
 第二保護層と射出成形部とが直接融着されている、ことを特徴とする。
 本発明に係る偏光性成形体は、後述の実施例で示す如く、色ムラや白抜けが発生し難い。
 また、第一・第二保護層を無延伸乃至無配向のリターデーション値(Re)が極端に小さい(すなわち、相対的に複屈折量が小さい)透明フィルムとすることにより、射出成形時の熱影響による保護フィルムの一方向への熱収縮が発生し難くなり、不良品発生率が低減する。
 さらに、本発明では、第一保護層に高アッベ数(ν)(低分散)のアシルセルロース系の透明フィルムを積極的に使用するため、色ムラが発生し難いとともに、Reが極端に小さい(複屈折量も小さい。)ことが相俟って、偏光性能(偏光度を含む。)のバラツキが更に発生し難くなる。

 以下、本発明の望ましい一実施形態について、説明する。
 本発明に係る偏光性成形体10は、眼鏡用として使用されるものであって、所定曲率半径を有する偏光シート11の凹面側に透明成形材からなる射出成形部15が熱接着されてなり、偏光シート11は、偏光子層(偏光子フィルム)13が、それぞれ凸面側及び凹面側となる第一・第二保護層(保護フィルム)17、19で挟持されている。
 すなわち、本発明の偏光性成形体10は、特許文献1において、偏光シートの第二保護層を形成するTAC系の透明フィルムをポリアミド系のフィルム材に代えるとともに、偏光シートと射出成形部との間に介在させるポリアミドシート層を廃して、凹面側の第二保護層19に透明成形材からなる射出成形部15を直接融着させたものである。特許文献1における記載を一部引用しながら、以下に、本発明の望ましい実施形態について説明する。以下、「文献」というときは、特に断らない限り、「特許文献」を指す。
 上記偏光シート11は、偏光子層13が、それぞれ凸面側及び凹面側となる第一・第二保護層17、19で挟持されている。
 ここで、偏光子層13としては、文献1〔段落0020~0022〕に記載されているものを使用可能である。すなわち、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)等の一軸延伸シートを用いて、適宜、ドープ処理して、偏光度80%以上、望ましくは90%以上、更に望ましくは99%以上の偏光子フィルムで形成したものである。
 第一・第二保護層17、19は、それぞれリターデーション値(Re)≦50nm、望ましくはRe≦10nmの、さらに望ましくはRe≦5nmのアシルセルロース系及びポリアミド系のフィルム材からなる透明フィルムで形成されている。
 ここで、「Re≦50nm」としたのは、曲げ加工によりReが増大しても、そのReが偏光シート(保護層)に白抜けが発生しない下限Re「150nm」(文献2〔段落0012、0046〕)に到達し難いためである。なお、前述の文献2〔表1〕の比較例1では、曲げ加工後のReが20倍となっているが、当該保護層は、非延伸の押出しフィルム(配向性を有する。)であり、本願発明のキャスト成形されたものとは同一に論じられない。
 そして、第一・第二保護層17、19を、Re≦50nmを示すものとすることにより、偏光シート11の偏光性能(偏光度)にバラツキが発生し難い。その理由は、Reが小さい(複屈折量が相対的に小さい)ため、第一保護層17から偏光子層13に偏光等をせずに到達し、かつ、後述の射出成形部の形成に際して、内側の第二保護層19に熱影響による熱収縮がほとんど発生しないためと考えられる。
 当然のことながら、Reが小さい方が、膜厚(d)が相対的に小さく、曲げ加工による白抜けがより発生し難くなるとともに、偏光性能にバラツキが発生し難くなる。
 このため、偏光シート11は、曲げ加工後において、Re≦50nm、さらには、Re≦10nmとすることが望ましい。
 ここで、第一保護層17のReは、Re≦10nmの透明フィルムで形成されて、第二保護層19のReより小さくすることが望ましい。第一保護層17のReが大きいと、第一保護層17から偏光子層13に到達する入射光が若干偏光して偏光子層13の偏光性能にバラツキが発生するおそれがあるとともに、表面側に位置するため、白抜け等が発生した場合、目立ちやすい。
 ここで、第一・第二保護層17、19のReを小さくするためには、キャスト法による透明フィルムを、通常、延伸せずに用いる。
 また、第一・第二保護層17、19を形成する透明フィルムのフィルム材は、アッベ数(ν)≧44、さらにはν≧50を示すものとすることが望ましい(文献2〔段落0039〕の一番望ましい範囲)。特に、第一保護層17のフィルム材(アシルセルロース系)はν≧54を示すものとして、第二保護層19のフィルム材(ポリアミド系)より高アッベ数とすることが望ましい(文献2〔段落0039〕の一番望ましい範囲)。第一保護層17を、高アッベ数(低分散)のフィルム材で形成することにより、外部から見たとき、虹色の色むらが発生し難くなるとともに、高アッベ数とReが極端に小さいことが相俟って、偏光シートの偏光性能のバラツキの発生もさらに抑制できる。さらには、全体として色ムラが発生し難くなる。
 上記第一保護層17のフィルム材としては、上記要件を満たすことのできるアシルセルロース系なら特に限定されないが、特に、色ムラ発生抑制の見地から、ν≧54のものが得やすく、かつ、偏光シートとして汎用されているトリアセチルセルロース(TAC)が望ましい(文献2〔段落0039〕)。
 第二保護層17は射出成形部15と直接融着されている。射出成形部15の透明成形材としては、第二保護層19のフィルム材と同一のポリアミド系を使用することが望ましい。融着線が発生し難いとともに、前述の如く高アッベ数であり、偏光性成形体を凹面側から見た場合でも、色ムラの発生を抑止でき、色ムラに起因する外観不良が発生し難い。さらには、後述の如く、低密度のものを選択できるため望ましい。
 ここで、偏光シート11は、通常、図1(A)に示す如く、アシルセルロース系のフィルム材からなる第一保護層17を内側とし、透明ポリアミド系のフィルム材からなる第二保護層19が外側となる球面形状に曲げ加工(熱プレス成形)後、反転させて使用する。曲げ加工後、通常、寸法安定性等の見地から内部応力を除去するためにアニール処理(熱変形温直下に昇温後徐冷)するが、その際、透明ポリアミド等が内側にあると、第二保護層19であるポリアミド系のフィルム材からなる透明フィルムが熱収縮してしまう。このことは、偏光複合シートを曲げ加工後、反転させて使用している文献1〔第18柱第28~35行〕における記載と整合する。
 上記第二保護層17のポリアミド系のフィルム材としては、通常、非晶性乃至微結晶性ナイロンと称されるものを使用でき、例えば、文献2〔段落0026〕に記載されているものが使用可能である。特に、式(1)で表される脂環族ポリアミド(脂環族PA)が、透明性、耐薬品性等に優れているため、好適に使用できる。当然、眼鏡用に用いるため、光透過率80%以上、望ましくは85%以上、更には、90%以上のものが望ましい。

 (式中、Xは、直接結合、アルキレン基又はアルケニル基を示し、R1及びR2は、同一又は異なったアルキル基を示し、m及びnは1~4の整数、pおよびqは1以上の整数を示す)。
 上記において、p=8~12のものが、柔軟性を有し耐衝撃性にも優れており望ましい。
 上記脂環族PAのうち、透明成形材さらにはフィルム材として下記特性を有するものが望ましい。
 ・軽量化の見地から、密度(ISO1183)1.03g/cm3以下、望ましくは1.02g/cm3以下、更に望ましくは、1.01g/cm3以下とする。
 ・耐衝撃性・耐クラック性の見地から、引張弾性率(ISO527)1400~2000mPa、望ましくは、1500~1800mPaとする。剛性が高すぎると、耐衝撃性を得難く、低くては、眼鏡としての強度を確保し難くなる。
 ・耐熱性の見地から、ガラス転位点(ISO11367)140~200℃、望ましくは130~160℃とする。
 これらの特性を示す透明ポリアミドとしては、具体的には、エムス社の“グリルアミド(Grilamid)”(登録商標名)及び、ダイセルエボニック社の“トロガミド(Torogamid)”(登録商標名)のうちから適宜選定できる。
 上記透明ポリアミドとして特許文献1に引用されているもののうち、望ましい「グリルアミドTR90」および「トロガミドCX7323」の主要特性について、各社の商品カタログから引用したものを表1に示す。

 そして、これらの各フィルムは、積層し、慣用の方法で、接着剤又は粘着剤を用いて3層構造の偏光シートとする(例えば、文献1〔段落0034~0037〕参照)。
 これらの各層の厚みは、第一保護層(TACの場合):50~110μm(望ましくは、60~100μm)、偏光子層(PVAの場合):10~50μm(望ましくは20~40μm)、第二保護層(脂環族ポリアミド):80~120μm(望ましくは90~110μm)とする。これらの各層は、各機能・成膜性を損じない範囲で、軽量化及びReの見地から、可及的に薄い方が望ましい。
 なお、上記偏光シートは、住友ベークライト社、三菱ガス化学社、ポラテクノ社、等の各社で製造販売されており、上市品で設定仕様のものがなければ、それらの各社に偏光シートの仕様を指示すれば、容易に入手できる。
 上記で調製した偏光シートは、慣用の方法で、所定の曲率に熱成形(曲げ加工)をする。ここで、曲率は、通常、4C~8Cの範囲から適宜選定する。なお、曲率は、便宜的に屈折率1.534で計算した。したがって、4Cは133.62mm、6Cは89.08mm、8Cは66.81mmとなる。
 ここで、曲げ加工後の偏光シート(3層)のReは、視認性等の見地から、Re≦50となるようにすることが望ましい。
 そして、球面形状に曲げ加工した偏光シートを前述の如く、反転後、金型にセットして、透明成形材を用いて、射出成形部をインサート射出成形等により形成する。射出成形は、きわめて短時間(射出後2分以内)で離型することができるため、偏光シートが熱影響を受け難くなる。
 ここで透明成形材としては、ポリアミド系のフィルム材からなる第二保護層と熱融着可能であれば、特に限定されないが、フィルム材と同一又は同系であるポリアミド系の透明成形材で低密度のものを使用することが、融着性が良好で望ましい。すなわち、アッベ数がν≧44、望ましくはν≧50で、密度(ISO1183)1.03g/cm3以下、望ましくは1.02g/cm3以下、更に望ましくは、1.01g/cm3以下を示すポリアミド系の透明成形材とする。
 透明成形材の樹脂材料射出温度は、ポリアミドのグレードにより異なるが、上記脂環族ポリアミドの場合、230~270℃とする。また、金型温度は、60~100℃とする。
 ここで、射出成形用金型としては、文献3に記載されているような慣用の金型(通常、4~8個取り)から適宜選定できる。
 また、本発明における偏光性成形体は眼鏡用途であるため、通常、表面側(対物側)さらには、適宜、裏面側(眼球側)は、従来同様、プライマー膜を介してハードコート膜で被覆されるとともに、該ハードコート膜の上に蒸着膜を含む機能性表面加工膜で被覆されている。
 プライマー膜の形成材料としては、通常、耐衝撃性の見地から熱可塑性エラストマーを、ハードコート膜としては、耐擦傷性に優れたシリコーン系を使用することができる。
 機能性表面加工膜としては、多層蒸着膜で形成される反射防止膜乃至ミラー膜を挙げることができる。これらの反射防止膜やミラー膜の表面には、更に撥水処理膜等により防曇処理をしておくことが望ましい。
 本発明を、参照例とともに実施例に基づいて、更に、具体的に説明する。当然、本発明は実施例に限定されるものではなく、本発明の技術的範囲を逸脱しない範囲で種々の態様に及ぶ。
 実施例・参照例の各偏光シートは下記の如く調製した。
 <試験用偏光シートの調製>
 下記各偏光シートを、慣用の方法(例えば、特許文献1〔段落0102〕)により球面形状の熱プレス加工(曲げ加工)を行って、曲率8C(曲率半径=66.81mm)と曲率6C(曲率半径=89.08mm)の球面形状体をそれぞれ調製後、反転させた。すなわち、第一保護層(TAC層)17を下、第二保護層(透明PA層)を上として、アンビル設定温度(実施例:100℃、参照例:160℃)で熱プレス成形(曲げ加工)をした後、不要部分を除去後、反転させて、射出成形に使用する球面形状の偏光シートを調製した。
 ・実施例・・・ポラテクノ社製の市販偏光シートA、仕様;第一保護層(TAC、ν=56):80μm、偏光子層:30μm、第二保護層(脂環族PA、ν=52):100μm
 ・参照例・・・三菱ガス化学社製の市販偏光シートB、仕様;第一保護層(ポリカーボネート(PC)、ν=30):300μm、偏光子層:30μm、第二保護層(PC、ν=30):300μm
 <試験用成形体の調製>
 上記各反転球面形状の偏光シートを、汎用の射出成形金型(4個取り)にセットし、下記各材料を、それぞれ、下記条件としてインサート成形を行って、偏光性成形体を調製し、出願人の偏光性成形体(眼鏡レンズ)に施している慣用の反射防止膜および防曇膜を施して、各試験用成形体を調製した。
  実施例・・・成形プラスチック材:脂環族PA(第二保護層と同一材)、射出温度:270℃、金型温度:100℃
  参照例・・・成形プラスチック材:PC(ν=30)、射出温度:310℃、金型温度:100℃、
 <試験方法>
 各試験体について、下記方法によって試験を行った。
 (1)リターデーション測定試験
 上記で調製した曲げ加工後の各偏光シート試験体についてReを、溝尻光学工業所社製自動エリプソメータ「DVA-36VW-UVIR」を用いて、λ:632.8nmでReを、縦・横6点ずつ測定して、それらの算術平均値を試験結果とした。
 (2)白抜け試験
 各曲げ加工後の偏光シートを凸面方向から、それぞれ曲げ加工していない別の平面上偏光シートを介して、光(通常偏光)を照射し、偏光シートの凹面方向からの目視観察により、以下の基準で白抜けを評価した。
   ◎:白抜けが観察されなかった。
   ○:極僅か白抜けが観察された。
   ×:白抜けが観察された。
 (3)虹色の色ムラ試験
 偏光成形体の試験体について、凸面を斜めから目視観察して、以下の基準で色ムラを評価した。
   ◎:虹色の色ムラが観察されなかった。
   ×:虹色の色ムラが観察された。
 <試験結果・評価>
 次に、偏光シートの曲げ加工後の測定結果乃至観察結果(Re、色ムラ、白抜け)を記述するとともに考察を付記する。表2は、透明成形材の特性及び上記測定結果乃至観察結果をまとめたものである。表3は、曲率8C,6Cの位相差及びリターデーションの実測値(縦・横)を記載したものである。

 (1)リターデーション値(Re)(8C)・・・実施例:約3.9nm(縦:2.0nm、横:5.8nm)、参照例:280nm(縦:180nm、横:380nm)
 ここで、偏光子層は、通常、前述の如く、高倍率で一軸延伸処理されている(前述の文献2、段落0058参照)。このため、観察された実施例の無延伸である保護層で挟持された偏光シートのReは、主として偏光子層のReに起因すると推定される。そして、曲げ加工後の偏光シート(三層)の縦Re=5.8nmであることをかんがみると、曲げ加工後の偏光シートのReは、50nmは勿論、10nm乃至5nmを超えることは考え難く、当然、保護層も10nm乃至5nmを超えることはない。
 なお、無延伸であっても、高分子の構造上ある程度の複屈折を示すものもある。更に、実施例の凸面側の第一保護層は、無延伸(すなわち、極端にReが小さい乃至0に近い。)かつTACの如くアッベ数が高い(例えば、ν=56)透明フィルムで形成されているため、偏光子層の偏光性能(偏光度)のバラツキが発生し難く、かつ、後述の如く、白抜けおよび色ムラが殆ど発生しないと推定される。
 (2)白抜け試験・・・実施例:◎、参照例:×
 実施例の偏光シート(曲げ加工後)は、保護フィルムの白抜けが発生しないことを確認した。
 (3)虹色の色ムラ試験・・・実施例:◎、参照例:×
 実施例の偏光性成形体は、斜め前方から観察したとき、色ムラが発生しないことを確認した。

Claims (8)

  1.  眼鏡用として使用される偏光性成形体であって、
     所定曲率半径を有する偏光シートの凹面側に透明成形材からなる射出成形部が熱接着されてなり、該偏光シートは、偏光子層が、それぞれ凸面側及び凹面側となる第一保護層及び第二保護層で挟持されており、
     該第一保護層及び該第二保護層が共にリターデーション(Re)≦50nmとされたキャスト法による透明フィルムで形成され、該第一保護層及び該第二保護層の該透明フィルムがそれぞれアシルセルロース系及びポリアミド系のプラスチックのフィルム材からなるとともに、
     該第二保護層と該射出成形部とが直接融着されている、
     ことを特徴とする偏光性成形体。
  2.  前記第一保護層が、無延伸乃至無配向でRe≦10nmの前記透明フィルムで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の偏光性成形体。
  3.  前記第一保護層及び前記第二保護層を形成する前記透明フィルムの前記フィルム材がアッベ数(ν)≧44を示すものであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の偏光性成形体。
  4.  前記第一保護層の前記フィルム材がν≧54を示すものとされ、第二保護層の前記フィルム材より高アッベ数とされていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の偏光性成形体。
  5.  前記射出成形部が、前記第二保護層の前記フィルム材と同一又は同系であるポリアミド系の透明成形材で形成され、
     該透明成形材が、ν≧44で、密度(ISO1183)1.03g/cm3以下を示すものであることを特徴とする請求項1~4いずれかに記載の偏光性成形体。
  6.  前記偏光シートが、所定曲率に熱プレス成形で曲げ加工後、反転されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1~5いずれかに記載の偏光性成形体。
  7.  前記曲げ加工後の前記偏光シートがRe≦50nmであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の偏光性成形体。
  8.  前記偏光性成形体の少なくともいずれかの側の表面が、ハードコート膜で被覆されるとともに、該ハードコート膜の上に蒸着膜を含む機能性表面加工膜で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5いずれかに記載の偏光性成形体。
