本申请要求于2015年7月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510417174.2、发明名称为“消息更新方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及网络技术领域,特别涉及一种消息更新方法、装置及终端。
背景技术
随着网络技术的发展,用于提供信息服务的社交应用应运而生。用户不仅可以通过社交应用与自己的好友进行一对一的消息交互,还可以在群组中与群组中的其他用户进行消息交互。而对于用户来说,虽然可以自行选择是否加入群组,但是由于关注程度不同,用户对于有些群组的消息可能并不感兴趣,此时,社交应用提供了一种对群组消息进行免打扰的设置方式,如,用户可以将不感兴趣的群组设置为静音群,从而该静音群在接收到更新的消息时,不对用户进行实时提醒。
虽然静音群对消息不进行实时提醒,但是仍需要对消息进行更新,在相关技术中,一般是在用户登录时,从服务器进行拉取,以更新到社交应用客户端中,或者,在用户点击消除群组消息提醒标识时,从服务器进行拉取,以更新到社交应用客户端中。
相关技术中的两种消息更新方法,均可以对消息进行全部更新,但每次更新会大量消耗用户流量,然而,由于所更新的消息是一些用户自身并不关注的群组消息,使得耗费流量的信息价值很低。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种消息更新方法、装置及终端。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了一种消息更新方法,所述方法包括:
当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,在会话列表界面中所述指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识;
当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作符合消息更新条件,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息;
当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作不符合消息更新条件,在所述会话表项上显示所述指定群组的更新消息条数。
第二方面,提供了一种消息更新装置,所述装置包括:

本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过在指定群组中消息发生更新时,根据用户对群组消息提醒标识的实际操作或用户对该指定群组的其他操作进行分析,从而确定是否进行从服务器获取更新消息,根据用户对该指定群组的不同操作,采用不同的更新方式,避免了每当检测到更新消息时即进行消息更新的过程,大大减少了对终端流量的浪费,也避免了对用户自身并不关注的群组消息的无差别更新,提高了流量耗费的信息价值。

本发明实施例可以是基于信息服务应用实施的,该信息服务应用安装于智能手机、平板电脑等终端中,可以是任一种类型的社交应用,如即时通信应用或个人消息展示平台或两者的结合型应用,在此对其实施环境不作具体限定。

图2是本发明实施例提供的一种消息更新方法的流程图。参见图2,该方法包括:
201、当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,终端在会话列表界面中指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识。
在本发明实施例中,指定群组是指已经设置为静音群的群组。该静音群可以是由用户在使用终端的过程中,根据对群组内消息的感兴趣程度自行设置,本发明实施例对其设置过程不作具体限定。例如,用户对某一群组内的消息并不感兴趣,基于社交应用所提供的免打扰功能,用户可将该群组设置为静音群。
在服务器确定指定群组发生了消息更新,如某一个群组用户发布了新消息等,服务器可以通过推送系统将该消息更新事件发送至群组内的其他用户所在的终端,对于当前终端来说,当接收到该消息更新事件后,可以在自身的会话列表界面中该指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识。当然,该消息更新事件也可以是在终端切换至会话列表界面时,由终端主动向服务器查询得到。当确定指定群组发生了消息更新时,终端可以在自身的会话列表界面中该指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识;又或者,该消息更新事件可以是终端后台向服务器轮询得到,从而在终端切换至会话显示界面时,在自身的会话列表界面中该指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识。
其中,该会话列表界面可以用于显示该用户的各个历史会话界面或会话提醒表项等等。而群组消息提醒标识可以是突出显示标识,如红点或带有更新消息条数的红色标记等,本发明实施例中的该群组消息提醒标识的具体显示位置只需在该会话表项上即可,对于具体显示在会话表项的哪个位置不作限定。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,仅对终端的指定群组的消息更新方法进行介绍,而对于指定群组以外的群组,也即是未设置为静音群的群组,还可以按照相关技术的消息更新方法进行更新,以保证其消息更新的实时性。当然,如果对其他未设置为静音群的群组进行了更新方式的设置,也可以执行如本发明实施例后续步骤中的消息更新方法,以避免对流量的浪费,本实施例在此不作具体限定。
202、在检测到对群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,终端判断群组消息提 醒标识的显示起始时刻与消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔是否大于指定阈值,如果是,执行步骤205,如果否,执行步骤203。
其中,该对群组消息提醒标识的消除操作可以是用户打开指定群组对话界面的操作,也可以是对群组消息提醒标识的点击操作,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
群组消息提醒标识的显示起始时刻可以是其出现在会话列表界面上的时刻,该消除操作发生时刻是指用户对群组消息提醒标识进行消除操作的时刻,该两个时刻之间的时间间隔可以用于衡量用户对该指定群组消息的关注程度,如果该时间间隔大于指定阈值,则可以认为用户对该指定群组实时更新的消息不感兴趣,也不着急查看群组内其他用户所发布的消息,因此,在这种情况下,可不进行更新消息的拉取。其中,指定阈值可以为3天、5天等等。该指定阈值可以由终端用户自行设置,以让用户主动对有价值的消息进行选择,让流量的消耗性价比高,对于无价值的消息,不再耗费用户流量和服务器成本;该指定阈值还可以由指定群组所在的社交应用的开发者设置。可选地,在时间间隔大于指定阈值时,可以仅显示该指定群组的更新消息条数。进一步地,还可以在显示更新消息条数的同时,显示最后一个更新消息的简要信息,如更新消息的群组用户标识以及更新消息的预览内容等。例如,指定阈值为3天,如果时间间隔大于3天,则不进行更新消息的获取的步骤。
而当时间间隔小于或等于预设阈值,则可以认为用户可能对指定群组的消息有一定兴趣,则可以对该指定群组的更新消息进行获取。
为了使得用户明确获知该获取条件,终端可以提供提示信息,该提示信息用于通知用户静音群只能接收最近指定阈值时间范围内的消息。
在本实施例中,在检测到对群组消息提醒标识的消除操作,且群组消息提醒标识的显示起始时刻与消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔大于指定阈值时,可确定终端不符合消息更新条件,此时终端在不从服务器获取指定群组的更新消息的前提下,执行步骤205;在检测到对群组消息提醒标识的消除操作,且群组消息提醒标识的显示起始时刻与消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔小于等于指定阈值时,可确定终端符合消息更新条件,此时执行步骤203从服务器获取指定群组的更新消息。
其中,消息更新条件可以为检测到对群组消息提醒标识的消除操作,也可以为在检测到对群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,群组消息提醒标识的显示起 始时刻与消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔不大于指定阈值,本实施例不对消息更新条件作具体的限定。
203、终端根据用户在指定群组的历史停留时间,确定更新消息条数,从服务器上获取与更新消息条数相符的更新消息。
对于指定群组来说,终端可以记录用户在指定群组中的停留时间,该停留时间可以为用户进入群组会话到离开群组会话之间的时间间隔。通过记录在指定群组中的停留时间,可以统计得到用户在指定群组的历史停留时间,该历史停留时间可以是用户在指定群组中多次停留过程的停留时间的平均值,也可以是根据多次停留所记录所确定的其他统计值,如停留时间最大值、最近一段时间的停留时间平均值、停留时间范围或者访问频率等等,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
其中,对于群组来说,历史停留时间越长,对应的更新消息条数越多。终端在确定更新时间条数时,可以根据历史停留时间的长短不同,分配不同的更新消息条数。如,用户在指定群组A中历史停留时间非常短,每次停留均在1-5秒内,说明该用户基本不会细看该A内发布的消息,其对应的更新消息条数可以较少,如10条,则终端在从服务器上获取更新消息时,可以仅获取该指定群组A的最近10条更新消息。而如果用户在指定群组B中的历史停留时间比较长,说明用户会认真查看B内发布的消息,则为了消息完整性和有效性,终端可从服务器上获取较多的更新消息,如,在从服务器上获取更新消息时,可以获取该指定群组B的最近100条更新消息。
204、根据登录终端类型,终端确定更新消息条数,从服务器上获取与更新消息条数相符的更新消息。
对于不同类型的终端来说,如品牌不同、机型不同甚至所安装系统的不同,均可能造成终端处理能力的不同。处理能力较强的终端,其消息更新过程对其他应用的正常运行造成的影响较小,对整机运行所造成的影响也较小,因此,对于处理能力较强的终端,可以将其每次更新时的更新消息条数设置的大于那些处理能力较差的终端。也即是,登录终端类型的处理能力越强,对应的更新消息条数越多。
在终端侧可以维护该终端类型,从而在获取更新消息的过程中,可将该终端类型一同发送至服务器,使得服务器可根据该终端类型,确定需更新消息条数,从而避免由于更新条数过多影响终端的运行。
需要说明的是,上述在执行了步骤202,确定了需要进行消息更新时,本发明实施例可以根据203或204所确定的更新消息条数进行消息更新。当然,在本发明实施例提供的另一种实施方式中,还可以综合步骤203和204所确定的更新消息条数,选取其中较小数值作为更新时实际的更新消息条数,从而从服务器上获取与该实际的更新消息条数相符的更新消息。例如,根据步骤203所确定的更新消息条数为10条,根据步骤204所确定的更新消息条数为15条,则可以从中取较小值10条作为实际的更新消息条数,在在保证消息实时性的同时,也能够保证终端的正常运行,避免出现加载卡顿等现象。具体采用哪种或哪几种方式确定更新消息条数,还可以由用户根据自身需求进行设置,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
其中,为了进一步避免流量消耗,在上述步骤从服务器上获取更新消息的过程中,还可以考虑更新消息的消息类型,对于一些对流量消耗较大的消息类型,如小视频、视频等,可以在确定更新消息中具有这类消息类型时,暂时不对该类型的更新消息进行下载,而是仅下载预览图像和资源地址,在确定检测到用户对该更新消息的查看操作时,才基于资源地址进行下载。具体地,该过程包括:获取更新消息的消息类型;对于消息类型为指定类型的更新消息,在检测到对指定类型的更新消息的查看操作时,获取指定类型的更新消息,当然,如果未检测到对指定类型的更新消息的查看操作时,不对指定类型的更新消息进行获取。其中,指定类型可以为音频、视频、大小超过预设值的文件等等,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
205、终端在会话表项上显示指定群组的更新消息条数。
在相关技术中,一旦用户切换至会话列表界面,即会发生消息更新,然而,在本发明实施例中,如果终端检测到对群组消息提醒标识以及指定群组中任一项的操作不符合消息更新条件,例如,群组消息提醒标识的显示起始时刻与消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔大于指定阈值;或,用户未对群组消息提醒标识进行任何消除操作,均不进行消息获取,而是仅在会话表项上显示该指定群组的更新消息条数即可。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例在对指定群组中的消息进行更新时,可以采用增量更新的方式,也即是,不对终端已经拉取过且保存于终端本地的消息进行更新,而仅是对未拉取过的消息进行更新,通过该种增量更新的方式,可进一步避免流量损失,极大提高了用户体验。该增量更新可以根据消息标识进行, 具体地,根据终端本地已保存的消息标识和服务器侧的更新消息标识,确定终端本地未保存的更新消息标识,并根据终端本地未保存的更新消息标识进行消息更新。例如,用户A在指定群组中有40条更新消息,其消息标识分别为id1至id40,而每次更新消息条数为10条。经过第一次更新,终端已经从服务器上获取到id1-10条消息并存储在本地。假设用户A离开了这个指定群组再回到该指定群组时,终端可继续从服务器上获取消息,由于之前已经将获取到的10条消息(id1-id10)存储在本地了,第二次更新时,终端可从剩余的30条消息(id11-id40)中获取10条消息,并保存在终端本地。
需要说明的是,在服务器侧,每条消息都具有更新时间update_time这个值,当终端从服务器获取了一次消息后,终端可记录下第一条消息的update_time,当再次从服务器上获取消息时,可以该update_time为起始时间,获取该起始时间到访问服务器这刻为止所更新的消息即可。
本发明实施例提供的方法,通过在指定群组中消息发生更新时,根据用户对群组消息提醒标识的实际操作或用户对该指定群组的其他操作进行分析,从而确定是否进行从服务器获取更新消息,避免了每当检测到更新消息时即进行消息更新的过程,大大减少了对终端流量的浪费,也避免了对用户自身并不关注的群组消息的无差别更新,提高了流量耗费的信息价值。进一步地,由于根据用户对指定群组的实际操作等对更新过程进行了进一步限定,大大减小了流量的无谓消耗,使得更新过程更加符合用户对指定群组的关注度。再进一步地,还结合了终端的处理能力对更新过程进行更新数量上的调整,保证了终端的正常运行,提供了一种能够与终端机型自动适配的消息更新方法。
图3是本发明实施例提供的一种消息更新装置的结构示意图。参见图3,所述装置包括:
显示模块301,用于当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,在会话列表界面中指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识;
获取模块302,用于当检测到对群组消息提醒标识以及指定群组中任一项的操作符合消息更新条件,从服务器获取指定群组的更新消息;
显示模块301,还用于当检测到对群组消息提醒标识以及指定群组中任一项的操作不符合消息更新条件,在会话表项上显示指定群组的更新消息条数。
可选地,获取模块302用于在检测到对群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时, 从服务器获取指定群组的更新消息。
可选地,显示模块301用于在检测到对群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,判断群组消息提醒标识的显示起始时刻与消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔是否大于指定阈值,如果是,则在会话表项上显示指定群组的更新消息条数。
可选地,获取模块302,还用于根据用户在指定群组的历史停留时间,确定更新消息条数,从服务器上获取与更新消息条数相符的更新消息,其中,历史停留时间越长,对应的更新消息条数越多;和/或,根据登录终端类型,确定更新消息条数,从服务器上获取与更新消息条数相符的更新消息,其中,登录终端类型的处理能力越强,对应的更新消息条数越多。
可选地,获取模块302,还用于当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,获取更新消息的消息类型;对于消息类型为指定类型的更新消息,在检测到对指定类型的更新消息的查看操作时,获取指定类型的更新消息进行获取。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的消息更新装置在消息更新时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将设备的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的消息更新装置与消息更新方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的装置,通过在指定群组中消息发生更新时,根据用户对群组消息提醒标识的实际操作或用户对该指定群组的其他操作进行分析,从而确定是否进行从服务器获取更新消息,根据用户对该指定群组的不同操作,采用不同的更新方式,避免了每当检测到更新消息时即进行消息更新的过程,大大减少了对终端流量的浪费,也避免了对用户自身并不关注的群组消息的无差别更新,提高了流量耗费的信息价值。
本实施例提供了一种终端,该终端可以用于执行上述各个实施例中提供的消息更新方法。参见图4,该终端400包括:
终端400可以包括RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路110、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器120、输入单元130、显示单元140、传感器150、音频电路160、WiFi(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真)模块170、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器180、以及电源190等部件。本领域技 术人员可以理解,图4中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
RF电路110可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器180处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路110包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,RF电路110还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。
存储器120可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器180通过运行存储在存储器120的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器120可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端400的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器120可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器120还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器180和输入单元130对存储器120的访问。
输入单元130可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,输入单元130可包括触敏表面131以及其他输入设备132。触敏表面131,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面131上或在触敏表面131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面131可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触 摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器180,并能接收处理器180发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面131。除了触敏表面131,输入单元130还可以包括其他输入设备132。具体地,其他输入设备132可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元140可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端400的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元140可包括显示面板141,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板141。进一步的,触敏表面131可覆盖显示面板141,当触敏表面131检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器180以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器180根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板141上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图4中,触敏表面131与显示面板141是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面131与显示面板141集成而实现输入和输出功能。
终端400还可包括至少一种传感器150,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板141的亮度,接近传感器可在终端400移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板141和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于终端400还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路160、扬声器161,传声器162可提供用户与终端400之间的音频接口。音频电路160可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器161,由扬声器161转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器162将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路160接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器180处理后,经RF电路110以发送给比如另一终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器120以便进一步处理。音频电路160还可能包括耳塞插孔, 以提供外设耳机与终端400的通信。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,终端400通过WiFi模块170可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图4示出了WiFi模块170,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端400的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器180是终端400的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行终端400的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器180可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器180可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器180中。
终端400还包括给各个部件供电的电源190(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器180逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源190还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,终端400还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,终端的显示单元是触摸屏显示器,终端还包括有存储器,以及一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行。所述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于执行以下操作的指令:当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,在会话列表界面中指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识;当检测到对群组消息提醒标识以及指定群组中任一项的操作符合消息更新条件,从服务器获取指定群组的更新消息;当检测到对群组消息提醒标识以及指定群组中任一项的操作不符合消息更新条件,在会话表项上显示指定群组的更新消息条数。
所述一个或者一个以上程序还包含用于执行上述消息更新方法中其他操作的指令。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介 质,例如包括指令的存储器,上述指令可由终端的处理器执行以完成上述消息更新方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种消息更新方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,在会话列表界面中所述指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识;
    当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作符合消息更新条件,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息;
    当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作不符合消息更新条件,在所述会话表项上显示所述指定群组的更新消息条数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作符合消息更新条件,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息包括:
    在检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,判断群组消息提醒标识的显示起始时刻与所述消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔是否大于指定阈值,如果是,则执行在所述会话表项上显示所述指定群组的更新消息条数的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息包括:
    根据用户在所述指定群组的历史停留时间,确定更新消息条数,从所述服务器上获取与所述更新消息条数相符的更新消息,其中,历史停留时间越长,对应的更新消息条数越多;和/或,
    根据登录终端类型,确定更新消息条数,从所述服务器上获取与所述更新消息条数相符的更新消息,其中,登录终端类型的处理能力越强,对应的更新消息条数越多。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息包括:
    当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,获取更新消息的消息类型;
    对于消息类型为指定类型的更新消息,在检测到对所述指定类型的更新消息的查看操作时,获取所述指定类型的更新消息。
  6. 一种消息更新装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    显示模块,用于当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,在会话列表界面中所述指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识;
    获取模块,用于当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作符合消息更新条件,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息;
    所述显示模块,还用于当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作不符合消息更新条件,在所述会话表项上显示所述指定群组的更新消息条数。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块用于在检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块用于在检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,判断群组消息提醒标识的显示起始时刻与所述消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔是否大于指定阈值,如果是,则在所述会话表项上显示所述指定群组的更新消息条数。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块用于根据用户在所述指定群组的历史停留时间,确定更新消息条数,从所述服务器上获取与所述更新消息条数相符的更新消息,其中,历史停留时间越长,对应的更新消息条数越多;和/或,根据登录终端类型,确定更新消息条数,从所述服务器上获取与所述更新消息条数相符的更新消息,其中,登录终端类型的处理能力越强,对应的更新消息条数越多。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块用于当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,获取更新消息的消息类型;对于消息类型为指定类型的更新消息,在检测到对所述指定类型的更新消息的查看操作时,获取所述指定类型的更新消息。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    一个或多个处理器;和,
    存储器;
    所述存储器存储有一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,在会话列表界面中所述指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识;
    当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作符合消息更新条件,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息;
    当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作不符合消息更新条件,在所述会话表项上显示所述指定群组的更新消息条数。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    在检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    在检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,判断群组消息提醒标识的显示起始时刻与所述消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔是否大于指定阈值,如果是,则执行在所述会话表项上显示所述指定群组的更新消息条数的步骤。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序包含 用于进行以下操作的指令:
    根据用户在所述指定群组的历史停留时间,确定更新消息条数,从所述服务器上获取与所述更新消息条数相符的更新消息,其中,历史停留时间越长,对应的更新消息条数越多;和/或,
    根据登录终端类型,确定更新消息条数,从所述服务器上获取与所述更新消息条数相符的更新消息,其中,登录终端类型的处理能力越强,对应的更新消息条数越多。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,获取更新消息的消息类型;
    对于消息类型为指定类型的更新消息,在检测到对所述指定类型的更新消息的查看操作时,获取所述指定类型的更新消息。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者一个以上程序,所述一个或者一个以上程序被一个或者一个以上的处理器用来执行一个消息更新方法,所述方法包括:
    当检测到指定群组中的消息发生更新时,在会话列表界面中所述指定群组的会话表项上,显示群组消息提醒标识;
    当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作符合消息更新条件,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息;
    当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作不符合消息更新条件,在所述会话表项上显示所述指定群组的更新消息条数。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述当检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识以及所述指定群组中任一项的操作符合消息更新条件,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息包括:
    在检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到对所述群组消息提醒标识的消除操作时,判断群组消息提醒标识的显示起始时刻与所述消除操作发生时刻之间的时间间隔是否大于指定阈值,如果是,则执行在所述会话表项上显示所述指定群组的更新消息条数的步骤。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述从服务器获取所述指定群组的更新消息包括:
    根据用户在所述指定群组的历史停留时间,确定更新消息条数,从所述服务器上获取与所述更新消息条数相符的更新消息,其中,历史停留时间越长,对应的更新消息条数越多;和/或,
