背景技术
目前,电视的尺寸越做越大,受限于材料本身的规格和加工设备的影响,大尺寸电视的有些结构件无法进行开模制作,只能采用手版件的方式进行制作。然而,采用手版件进行制作,无法保证零件的精度和一致性,给整机的组装带来很大的困难,组装出来的整机在外观上也有很多不能满足要求的地方。
为了避免组装出不满足外观要求的产品,要求供应商在零件外观处理前,进行预组装,对不满足外观要求的部位进行二次处理和加工,以保证后续组装完成的产品能够满足要求,即使这样也无法避免二次不良的产生。
图1所示为相关技术中电视机底座安装结构示意图。如图1所示,相关技术中电视机底座安装时,电视机的显示器40的背面会设置有一主支撑20,电视机底座包括一基座10以及一能够与主支撑20相对的支撑立柱30,其中电视机的显示器通过主支撑20与底座上的支撑立柱30固定,而将电视机的显示器40与底座组装一起。
但是,相关技术中,电视机底座的基座与显示器的前框之间的组装断差(即底座的基座部分的前表面与显示器的前框正面之间的断差),完全靠加工精度和组装精度来保证。由于是手版制作零件,每批零件都是不同的,此种方案做出的产品,很难满足外观要求。要经常对零件进行二次处理和二次组装,增加成本和工时。
针对上述技术问题,目前对电视机底座安装结构进行了改进,如图2所 示,在底座的支撑立柱30和主支撑20之间增加了垫块60,垫块包含一系列不同厚度的垫块,通过改变垫块的厚度来调节底座的支撑立柱至显示器的前框表面的尺寸b,进而控制显示器的前框与底座之间的组装断差。但是,更换垫块的时候,需要把底座整个拆下来才能进行,增加了组装的难度。
发明内容
针对相关技术中电视机底座安装时底座与显示器之间的组装断差不易调节的技术问题,本公开提供了一种底座安装结构以及显示装置,其结构简单,操作方便,可以有效降低加工和组装难度。
本公开所提供的技术方案如下:
一种底座安装结构,用于将底座安装于第一器件上;所述底座安装结构包括:
主支撑,用于固定在第一器件的一侧面上;

本公开所提供的底座安装结构,其主支撑与支撑立柱之间的距离从远离底座的基座部分的一端至靠近底座的基座部分的一端呈逐渐减小的状态,如此,通过改变在主支撑与底座的支撑立柱之间的垫块的位置,即可改变第一器件与底座之间的相对位置,从而实现调整第一器件(例如显示器)与底座之间的组装断差的目的,无需拆卸下整个底座来更换不同厚度的垫块,结构简单,操作方便,可以有效降低加工和组装难度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本公开的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本公开,并非用于限定本公开的范围。
针对相关技术中显示器的底座安装时需要更换不同厚度的垫块来调节底座与显示器之间的组装断差,从而导致组装难度增加的技术问题,本公开提供了一种底座安装结构,结构简单,操作方便,可以有效降低加工和组装难度。
本公开所提供的底座安装结构,用于将底座安装于第一器件上。
如图3所示,本公开提供的底座安装结构包括:
主支撑100,用于固定在第一器件的一侧面上;
底座200,所述底座200包括一承放于第一器件下方的基座部分201以及连接在所述基座部分201之上、并与所述主支撑100相对的支撑立柱202,所述支撑立柱202包括远离所述基座部分201的第一端和连接所述基座部分201的第二端;以及,
垫块300,可移动地设置在所述支撑立柱202与所述主支撑100之间。
其中,所述支撑立柱202与所述主支撑100之间的距离自第一端至第二端逐渐减小,以使得当在所述支撑立柱202的第一端和第二端之间移动所述垫块300时,所述支撑立柱202与所述主支撑100之间相对位置改变,而带动所述基座部分201与所述第一器件相对位置改变。
本公开所提供的底座安装结构,其主支撑100与支撑立柱202之间的距 离从远离底座200的基座部分201的一端至靠近底座200的基座部分201的一端呈逐渐减小的状态,如此,通过改变在主支撑100与底座200的支撑立柱202之间的垫块300的位置,即可改变第一器件与底座200之间的相对位置,从而实现调整第一器件(例如显示器)与底座200之间的断差的目的,无需拆卸下整个底座200来更换不同厚度的垫块300,结构简单,操作方便,可以有效降低加工和组装难度。
以下说明本公开提供的底座安装结构的可选实施例。在对本公开可选实施例中所提供的底座安装结构进行说明之前,有必要对本公开提供的底座安装结构的应用领域进行下说明。
本公开所提供的底座安装结构可以用于将底座200安装于第一器件上,其中所述第一器件可以是需要安装底座200的各种器件,在本公开的实施例中仅以该第一器件为显示器为例来对本公开的可选实施例进行说明,以便于更清楚的解释本公开。
如图3至图6所示,本实施例中,所述底座安装结构包括:
主支撑100,用于固定在显示器400的背面上;
底座200,所述底座200包括一承放于显示器400下方的基座部分201以及连接在所述基座部分201之上、并与所述主支撑100相对的支撑立柱202,所述支撑立柱202包括远离所述基座部分201的第一端和连接所述基座部分201的第二端;以及,
垫块300,可移动地设置在所述支撑立柱202与所述主支撑100之间。
其中,所述支撑立柱202与所述主支撑100之间的距离自第一端至第二端逐渐减小,以使得当在所述支撑立柱202的第一端和第二端之间移动所述垫块300时,所述支撑立柱202与所述主支撑100之间相对位置改变,而带动所述基座部分201与所述显示器400相对位置改变。
上述方案中,自所述第一端至所述第二端,所述支撑立柱202与所述主支撑100之间的距离呈逐渐减小的状态,如此,当将位于支撑立柱202与主支撑100之间的垫块300从靠近支撑立柱202的第一端的位置向靠近支撑立柱202的第二端的位置移动时,会推动支撑立柱202相对显示器400向远离显示屏方向偏移,进而使得底座200的基座部分201的前侧面会相对显示器 400向后偏移;而当将垫块300从靠近支撑立柱202的第二端的位置向靠近支撑立柱202的第一端的位置移动时,支撑立柱202可以相对显示器400向靠近显示器400方向偏移,进而使得底座200的基座部分201的前侧面会相对显示器400向前偏移,从而,实现对底座200与显示器400之间的断差的调节。在整个断差调节过程中,可以无需拆卸下垫块300,仅通过松开支撑立柱202与主支撑100之间的紧固件,调整垫块300的位置即可,操作方便,可以有效降低显示器400以及底座200的加工精度,降低组装难度。
在本实施例中,可选的,如图3所示,所述支撑立柱202包括与所述主支撑100相对的第一面2021,所述第一面2021为自所述第一端至所述第二端逐渐向靠近所述主支撑100方向倾斜的推动斜面结构,以使得所述支撑立柱202自所述第一端至所述第二端与所述主支撑100之间的距离逐渐减小。
采用上述方案,通过将支撑立柱202的面对主支撑100的第一面2021设计为一推动斜面结构,即可使得所述支撑立柱202自第一端至第二端与所述主支撑100之间的距离逐渐减小,结构简单,易操作。
应当理解的是,在本公开的其他实施例中,所述支撑立柱202的第一面2021还可以是设计为推动弧面结构。
此外,在本公开的其他实施例中,还可以采用其他方式来使得所述支撑立柱202自第一端至第二端与所述主支撑100之间的距离逐渐减小,例如:所述主支撑100包括面向所述支撑立柱202的第三面,其中所述第三面为自所述第一端至所述第二端逐渐向靠近所述支撑立柱202方向倾斜的推动斜面结构或推动弧面结构,以使得所述支撑立柱202自第一端至第二端与所述主支撑100之间的距离逐渐减小。
在本实施例中,可选的,如图3所示,当所述支撑立柱202的第一面2021为推动斜面结构时,所述垫块300包括与所述支撑立柱202的第一面2021接触的第二面301,且所述第二面301为与所述第一面2021结构匹配的斜面结构。
采用上述方案,通过将垫块300的第二面301设计为与支撑立柱202上的推动斜面结构相配合的斜面结构,可以使得垫块300与支撑立柱202之间紧密配合,且利用斜面与斜面之间配合,垫块300较易推动底座200的支撑 立柱202,容易操作。
需要说明的是,在本公开的其他实施例中,当所述主支撑100的第三面为推动斜面结构时,相应地,所述垫块300上与所述第一面2021相对的第四面为与所述第三面结构匹配的斜面结构。
还需要说明的是,在本公开的其他实施例中,当所述支撑立柱202的第一面2021为推动弧面结构时,所述垫块300的第二面301为与所述第一面2021结构匹配的弧面结构,以使得支撑立柱202与垫块300能紧密配合,完全贴合,结构可靠。
此外,在本实施例中,可选的,如图4所示,所述垫块300包括远离所述基座部分201的第三端302和与所述第三端302相对的第四端303,其中,所述垫块300为第三端302的厚度大于第四端303的厚度的楔形块结构。
采用上述方案,将垫块300设计为楔形块结构,其结构可以完全与支撑立柱202与主支撑100之间的空间结构匹配,当垫块300移动至任一位置时,均能与其两侧的支撑立柱202和主支撑100紧密配合,完全贴合,结构可靠。
此外,在本实施例中,可选的,所述底座200安装结构还包括用于当所述垫块300移动至预定位置之后,对所述垫块300进行限位的限位结构。通过设置限位结构,可以当移动垫块300至合适位置时,对垫块300进行限位固定,以避免垫块300意外滑动。
在本实施例中,可选的,如图3至图5所示,所述限位结构包括:
设置于所述垫块300上的第一凹凸结构501;
以及,沿所述垫块300的移动方向设置在所述主支撑100上、并能够与所述第一凹凸结构501相配合的多个第二凹凸结构502。
采用上述方案,可以通过在垫块300上设置第一凹凸结构501,在主支撑100上设置第二凹凸结构502,当垫块300移动至合适位置时,垫块300上的第一凹凸结构501即可与主支撑100上在该位置处的第二凹凸结构502相配合,而对垫块300进行固定限位。采用凹凸结构配合来对垫块300进行限位,结构简单。应当理解的是,在实际应用中,所述限位结构还可以采用其他方式实现,例如:所述限位结构还可以采用销钉与销孔等进行配合的方式来实现,在此对于所述限位结构的具体结构不再一一列举。
进一步可选的,如图4所示,所述第一凹凸结构501为齿状结构,所述第二凹凸结构502为与所述第一凹凸结构501配合的齿槽结构。
采用上述方案,齿状结构以及齿槽结构的尺寸较小,分布较密,垫块300移动时,可以在任意合适位置对垫块300进行限位。
应当理解的是,在实际应用中,所述第一凹凸结构501和所述第二凹凸结构502的具体结构并不仅局限于齿状结构与齿槽结构的配合,还可以为其他形状的凹凸结构,例如:所述第一凹凸结构501为条形凸棱,多个所述第二凹凸结构502为沿垫块300移动方向设置的多个条形凹槽等。
此外,在本实施例中,可选的,如图4所示,所述第一凹凸结构501包括设置在所述垫块300上的凸起部,所述凸起部包括靠近所述基座部分201的第一侧面和远离所述基座的第二侧面,其中所述第二侧面为垂直于显示器400背面的第一平面结构,所述第一侧面呈一斜面或弧面结构;
所述第二凹凸结构502包括设置在所述主支撑100和所述支撑立柱202中至少一个上的凹槽部,所述凹槽部包括靠近所述基座部分201的第三侧面和远离所述基座的第四侧面,其中所述第三侧面为一斜面或弧面结构,所述第四侧面为垂直于显示器400背面的第二平面结构。
采用上述方案,由于支撑立柱202自其第一端至其第二端,与主支撑100之间的距离逐渐减小,因此,当垫块300向下滑动时,即,垫块300向靠近基座部分201的方向滑动时,由于越向下空间越小,垫块300容易在主支撑100和支撑立柱202挤压下而上滑,因此,上述方案中,将第一凹凸结构501的第二侧面(即上侧面)以及第二凹凸结构502的第四侧面(即上侧面)设计为水平平面,可以起到阻止垫块300上滑的目的。
此外,在本实施例中,可选的,如图3和图5所示,所述支撑立柱202与所述主支撑100上分别设置有螺孔600,所述支撑立柱202与所述主支撑100之间通过在螺孔600内穿装紧固件进行固定。
在上述方案中,所述底座200通过在支撑立柱202与主支撑100之间穿装紧固件,而安装于显示器400上,该紧固件可以采用紧固螺栓等,如此,可以通过松开所述紧固件,移动垫块300至合适位置,而当垫块300移动至合适位置之后,通过紧固件紧固支撑立柱202与主支撑100即可,整个过程 无需拆卸下来底座200,操作方便。
进一步可选的,如图5和图6所示,所述垫块300上设有避让孔300a,且所述避让孔300a为沿垫块300移动方向延伸的长条孔。通过在垫块300上设置用于避让所述紧固件的长条孔,可以避让紧固件。
此外,本公开的实施例中还提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置包括显示器400以及本公开实施例所提供的底座安装结构,其中,该底座安装结构中的主支撑100固定于显示器400的背面,基座部分201设置于显示器400的下方。
以上所述是本公开的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种底座安装结构,用于将底座安装于第一器件上;其中,所述底座安装结构包括:
    主支撑,用于固定在所述第一器件的一侧面上;
    底座,所述底座包括一承放于所述第一器件下方的基座部分以及连接在所述基座部分之上、并与所述主支撑相对的支撑立柱,所述支撑立柱包括远离所述基座部分的第一端和连接所述基座部分的第二端;
    以及,垫块,可移动地设置在所述支撑立柱与所述主支撑之间;
    其中,所述支撑立柱与所述主支撑之间的距离自所述第一端至所述第二端逐渐减小,以使得当在所述第一端和所述第二端之间移动所述垫块时,所述支撑立柱与所述主支撑之间相对位置改变,而带动所述基座部分与所述第一器件相对位置改变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的底座安装结构,其中,
    所述支撑立柱包括与所述主支撑相对的第一面,所述第一面为自所述第一端至所述第二端逐渐向靠近所述主支撑方向倾斜的推动斜面结构或推动弧面结构,以使得所述支撑立柱自所述第一端至所述第二端与所述主支撑之间的距离逐渐减小。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的底座安装结构,其中,
    所述垫块包括与所述支撑立柱的第一面接触的第二面,其中所述第二面为与所述第一面结构匹配的斜面或弧面结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的底座安装结构,其中,
    所述垫块包括远离所述基座部分的第三端和与所述第三端相对的第四端,其中,所述垫块为所述第三端的厚度大于所述第四端的厚度的楔形块结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的底座安装结构,其中,
    所述底座安装结构还包括用于当所述垫块移动至预定位置之后,对所述垫块进行限位的限位结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的底座安装结构,其中,所述限位结构包括:
    设置于所述垫块上的第一凹凸结构;
    以及,沿所述垫块的移动方向设置在所述主支撑和所述支撑立柱中至少一个上,并能够与所述第一凹凸结构相配合的多个第二凹凸结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的底座安装结构,其中,
    所述第一凹凸结构包括设置在所述垫块上的凸起部,所述凸起部包括靠近所述基座部分的第一侧面和远离所述基座的第二侧面,其中所述第二侧面为垂直于所述第一器件的用于固定所述主支撑的侧面的第一平面结构,所述第一侧面呈一斜面或弧面结构;
    所述第二凹凸结构包括设置在所述主支撑和所述支撑立柱中至少一个上的凹槽部,所述凹槽部包括靠近所述基座部分的第三侧面和远离所述基座的第四侧面,其中所述第三侧面为一斜面或弧面结构,所述第四侧面为垂直于所述第一器件的用于固定所述主支撑的侧面的第二平面结构。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的底座安装结构,其中,
    所述第一凹凸结构为齿状结构,所述第二凹凸结构为与所述第一凹凸结构配合的齿槽结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的底座安装结构,其中,所述支撑立柱与所述主支撑之间通过紧固件固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的底座安装结构,其中,所述垫块上设有用于避让所述紧固件的避让孔,且所述避让孔为沿垫块移动方向延伸的长条孔。
  11. 一种显示装置,包括如权利要求1至10任一项所述的底座安装结构,其中,所述第一器件为显示器,所述主支撑固定于所述显示器的背面。
