可弯折的显示装置 技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及一种可弯折的显示装置。
背景技术
目前,曲面显示装置已成为一种流行的趋势,曲面显示装置的屏幕为弧形。但是,曲面显示装置的观看视角较小,只适合少数人观看,在人多时并不适用。因此,产生了一些可弯折的显示装置,该显示装置可以弯折呈弧形以使显示装置的屏幕在平面和小曲率曲面两种状态之间自由切换。

发明内容

如图3所示,上述可弯折的显示装置中,电路板卡的第一角部21和第二角部22固定于背板1从而使该电路板卡2的第一角部21和第二角部22之间所夹的侧边(第一侧边25)相对于背板1固定,而电路板卡2的另外两个角部即第三角部23和第四角部24分别与背板1上设有的两个滑槽10相对设置、且分别通过安装柱4和滑动垫块3实现与滑槽10滑动配合连接。并且,如图1所示,由于滑动垫块3的高度小于滑槽10的深度,即滑动垫块3可相对于滑槽10上下方向移动;因此,如图2所示,当该可弯折的显示装置弯曲致使电路板卡2的第三角部23和第四角部24产生远离背板1方向的运动趋势以避免电路板卡2产生形变的时候,两个滑槽10内的滑动垫块3可以分别在第三角部23和第四角部24的带动下朝向滑槽10的顶部开口101方向运动从而使电路板卡2最终不产生形变或者仅会产生较小的形变。因此,根据本发明实施例的可弯折的显示装置在弯曲时,电路板卡2与弯曲的背板1之间可以不产生相互作用力或者仅产生较小的相互作用力,进而使电路板卡2不会受到背板1的作用力或者仅受到较小的作用力。因此,上述可弯折的显示装置 的电路板卡不易发生损坏,进而不易产生不良。
如图3所示,例如,每一个滑槽10朝向电路板卡2的第一角部21和第二角部22之间所夹的侧边即第一侧边25的方向延伸。
如图2所示,当该可弯折的显示装置沿与第一侧边25平行的直线弯曲时,两个滑槽10内的滑动垫块3可以分别在电路板卡2的第三角部23和第四角部24的带动下朝向滑槽10的顶部开口101以及滑槽10的延伸方向移动,进而可以更好地避免电路板卡2产生形变,从而可以使电路板卡2在可弯折的显示装置弯曲过程中受到的作用力更小。
如图4所示,例如,对于位于滑槽10内的滑动垫块3,其两个侧表面(例如,延伸方向与滑槽10的延伸方向相平行的两个侧表面)分别与滑槽10的两侧侧壁相接触。
如图2和图4所示,例如,沿垂直于滑槽10的延伸方向上,每一个安装柱4的宽度等于与其对应的滑槽10的开口101的宽度。
通过上述对滑动垫块3与安装柱4的结构进行设置,可以保证滑动垫块3与安装柱4只能沿滑槽10的延伸方向移动,因此可以避免在将可弯折的显示装置弯曲时,电路板卡2的第三角部23和第四角部24相对于背板1产生其他方向的运动从而导致电路板卡的稳定差。另外,对滑动垫块3的设置还可避免其在滑槽10内产生转动,从而方便滑动垫块3与安装柱4之间的连接操作。
如图1和图2所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,例如,本发明实施例的可弯折的显示装置中,背板1可以设有分别与电路板卡2的第一角部21和第二角部22相对设置的两个定位柱5,电路板卡2的第一角部21和第二角部22可以分别和与其相对设置的定位柱5固定连接。
如图1和图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,例如,每一个定位柱5可以为背板1朝向电路板卡2方向形成的一个凸起结构。进一步地,例如电路板卡2的第一角部21和第二角部22可以分别通过螺钉或者铆钉6和与其相对设置的定位柱5实现固定连接。
如图1、图2、图4和图5所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,例如每一个安装柱4的第二端可以设有螺纹孔41,电路板卡2上可以设有与螺纹孔41相对设置的过孔,该过孔可以为不具有螺纹的孔也可以为螺纹孔,每一个安 装柱4与电路板卡2可以通过穿过电路板卡2的过孔且与安装柱4的螺纹孔41螺纹配合的螺钉7实现连接。
如图1~图5所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,例如,每一个安装柱4可以设有与该安装柱4的轴心线垂直设置的限位板42,该限位板42位于电路板卡2与滑槽10之间,用于对安装柱4进行限位。
由于滑动垫块3的高度小于滑槽10的高度,因此在将安装柱4的第一端与滑动垫块3相连接时,安装柱4可能会落入滑槽10内部,从而导致安装不便。因此,将安装柱4通过限位板42进行限位可以避免安装柱4落入滑槽10内部,从而方便安装。
如图4和图5所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,例如,每一个安装柱4的第一端可以和与其对应的滑槽10内的滑动垫块3卡接配合。例如,安装柱4的第一端的边缘部位可以设有凸起43,滑动垫块3设有卡槽31,凸起43与卡槽31卡接配合以实现安装柱4的第一端和滑动垫块3的连接。当然,安装柱4和滑动垫块3的连接方式并不限于卡接,也可以通过安装螺钉进行连接。
如图4和图5所示,在上述实施例的基础上,例如,每一个安装柱4的侧壁上还可以设有和与其对应的滑槽10内的滑动垫块3插接配合的限位销44,该限位销44使安装柱4被滑动垫块3所限位,从而使安装柱4在垂直于其轴心线的方向上与滑动垫块3相对固定。所以,如图1和图2所示,在通过螺钉7连接电路板卡2与安装柱4的过程中,将螺钉7旋转进安装柱4的螺纹孔41内时,由于滑动垫块3的限位可以避免安装柱4随螺钉7一起旋转运动,从而可以方便电路板卡2与安装柱4之间的连接操作。
如图4所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,例如,背板上设有的滑槽10可以是将背板1朝向电路板卡2方向凸起而形成的槽型结构,该槽型结构的底部开设开口以形成滑槽10的开口101。
例如,在根据本发明的实施例中,背板1的远离电路板卡2的一侧设置有显示面板。例如,该显示面板可以为液晶显示面板、有机电致发光显示面板等任何具有显示功能的面板。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可弯折的显示装置,包括背板以及与所述背板相对设置的电路板卡,其中:
    所述电路板卡的四个角部中,第一角部和第二角部相邻且分别固定安装于所述背板;
    所述背板设有两个滑槽,所述两个滑槽分别与所述电路板卡的第三角部和第四角部相对设置,每一个所述滑槽内设有一个滑动垫块,所述滑动垫块的高度小于所述滑槽的深度;
    所述可弯折的显示装置还包括与所述滑槽一一对应的安装柱,每一个所述安装柱的第一端和与其对应的滑槽内的滑动垫块相连,每一个所述安装柱的第二端与所述电路板卡相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯折的显示装置,其中,每一个所述滑槽朝向所述电路板卡的第一角部和第二角部之间所夹的侧边的方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可弯折的显示装置,其中,所述滑动垫块的两个侧表面分别与所述滑槽的两侧侧壁接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯折的显示装置,其中,所述背板设有分别与所述电路板卡的第一角部和第二角部相对设置的两个定位柱,所述电路板卡的第一角部和第二角部分别和与其相对设置的定位柱固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可弯折的显示装置,其中,每一个所述定位柱为所述背板朝向所述电路板卡方向凸起的凸起结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯折的显示装置,其中,每一个所述安装柱的第二端设有螺纹孔,每一个所述安装柱通过螺钉与所述电路板卡相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可弯折的显示装置,其中,每一个所述安装柱设有与所述安装柱的轴心线垂直设置的限位板,所述限位板位于所述电路板卡与所述滑槽之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯折的显示装置,其中,每一个所述安装柱的第一端和与其对应的滑槽内的滑动垫块卡接配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可弯折的显示装置,其中,每一个所述安装柱的侧壁设有和与其对应的滑槽内的滑动垫块插接配合的限位销,以使所述安 装柱在垂直于其轴心线的方向上与所述滑动垫块相对固定。
  10. 根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的可弯折的显示装置,其中,所述滑槽为所述背板朝向所述电路板卡方向凸起而形成的槽型结构,所述槽型结构的底部设有开口以形成所述滑槽的开口。
