一种义齿机,包括机身(1)、锁模机构(2)、驱动件(3)以及熔料装置(4),机身(1)上设置有工作平台(11),熔料装置(4)开设有出料口,锁模机构(2)设置于机身(1)上,并包括电机(21)、螺杆(24)以及锁模块(25),电机(21)邻近工作平台(11)设置,螺杆(24)的一端与电机(21)传动连接,锁模块(25)上开设有螺纹孔,螺杆(24)远离电机(21)的一端穿入锁模块(25)的螺纹孔内。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种医疗设备,尤其涉及一种义齿机。
【背景技术】
目前的义齿机,需要工人通过手摇摇杆来锁定型盒,材料注压完后还需手摇摇杆来退开锁定型盒的顶杆,再按退盒键将废料推出,操作较为麻烦,而且需要大量的人工成本。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种操作简便的义齿机。
一种义齿机,包括:机身,包括用于放置型盒的工作平台;驱动件,邻近所述工作平台设置且包括推动杆,以及溶料装置,用于加热并融化义齿材料,所述溶料装置位于所述驱动件与所述工作平台之间且开设有出料口,所述驱动件的推动杆伸入所述溶料装置内部,用于将所述溶料装置中的废料推出,所述溶料装置的出料口与所述型盒的注塑口连通;锁模机构,安装于所述机身上远离所述驱动件的一端,用于将型盒定位于所述工作平台上,所述锁模机构包括电机、螺杆以及锁模块,所述电机邻近所述工作平台设置,所述螺杆的一端与所述电机传动连接,所述锁模块上开设有螺纹孔,所述螺杆远离所述电机的另一端穿入所述锁模块的螺纹孔内,所述电机驱动所述螺杆旋转,从而带动所述锁模块相对所述工作平台往复运动,以夹紧或松开型盒。
该锁模机构设置有电机、螺杆以及锁模块,只需启动电机,即可使螺杆旋转并带动锁模块相对于工作平台上的型盒往复运动,从而锁模块可夹紧或松开型盒,并且在锁模块松开型盒后,驱动件可将溶料装置内部的废料推出,相对于现有的手动摇杆操作,该义齿机操作方便。另外,由于锁模机构能够通过电机实现驱动,实现了操作的自动化,使得该义齿机更为智能化,同时也提高了其工作效率。

【具体实施方式】
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固设于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1及图2,一实施例的义齿机,包括机身1、安装在机身1上的锁模机构2、驱动件3、用于加热并融化义齿材料的溶料装置4、中空的料筒5以及固定套筒6(见图6)。
机身1上设置有用于放置型盒100的工作平台11,以及固定座12。固定座12位于工作平台11的一侧。驱动件3邻近工作平台11设置于机身1的一端,且包括推动杆(图未示)。溶料装置4设置于机身1上并位于工作平台11与驱动件3之间。驱动件3的推动杆伸入溶料装置4内部,溶料装置4上还开设有出料口(图未示),出料口的位置适于与型盒100注塑口的位置对应。料筒5邻近工作平台11可拆卸地安装于机身1,料筒5的一端口与溶料装置4的出料口连通,另一端口适于与型盒100的注塑口连通。于本实施例中,料筒5通过螺丝安装于机身1上,从而可方便地拆下料筒5,将里面的废料倒出。固定套筒6的一端伸入溶料装置4内部,另一端套设在料筒5的外周缘上。在本实施方式中,驱动件3为气缸,推动杆为活塞杆。
请一并参阅图4,为了使工作平台11能适应不合尺寸的型盒100,工作平台11的底部还安装有升降装置7,工作平台11可通过升降装置7调节工作平台11的水平高度。在实际应用中,升降装置7为螺丝,工作平台11安装于螺丝的顶部,机身1上开设有螺纹孔,拧动螺丝即可实现工作平台11的调节。
请一并参阅图5及图6,锁模机构2设置于机身1上远离驱动件3的一端,包括电机21、第一齿轮22、第二齿轮23、螺杆24以及锁模块25。电机21与工作平台11间隔设置,第二齿轮23与电机21的转轴同轴联接,第一、第二齿轮22、23相互啮合。螺杆24穿设于固定座12上,且一端与第一齿轮22同轴联接,锁模块25朝向工作平台11设置,其上开设有螺纹孔(图未示),螺杆24远离第一齿轮22的一端穿入锁模块25的螺纹孔内。当电机21工作时,通过第二齿轮23、第一齿轮22使得螺杆24带动锁模块25相对于位于工作平台11上的型盒100往复运动,以夹紧或松开型盒100。在本实施方式中,电机21转轴的轴向与螺杆24的轴向相互垂直。
由于本实施例的锁模机构2设置有电机21、螺杆24以及锁模块25,只需按键启动电机21,螺杆24旋转并带动锁模块25相对于型盒100往复运动,从而锁模块25可夹紧或松开型盒100,另外,在锁模块25松开型盒100后,驱动件3可将溶料装置4内部的废料推出。相对于现有的手动摇杆操作,本实施例的义齿机操作方便,节约了人工成本。
进一步地,上述锁模机构2还包括用于开启或关闭电机21的控制器20以及与控制器20电连接的前进触碰开关26、回程触碰开关27以及防空转关28。控制器20装设于固定座12上并与电机21电连接。锁模机构2还包括与固定座12间隔设置的固定板29,电机21固定在固定板29上,螺杆24穿设于固定板29。前进触碰开关26穿设固定座12,回程触碰开关27安装于固定座12上靠近工作平台11的一侧,防空转开关28安装于固定座12上背离工作平台11的一侧。
按下工作键时,电机21带动锁模块25向前移动,当前进触碰开关26触碰型盒100时,控制器20控制电机21关闭,电机21停止工作,锁模块25停止移动并抵顶型盒100,达到锁模要求。
当义齿成型后,电机21带动锁模块25后退,锁模块25往背离型盒100的方向移动一定距离后可触碰回程触碰开关27,控制器20控制电机21关闭,电机21停止工作。
当整个锁模机构2空转前进到一定距离后,固定板29触碰防空转开关28时,控制器20控制电机21关闭,电机21停止工作,有效地防止锁模机构2损坏设备。
另外,由于锁模机构能够通过电机实现驱动,实现了操作的自动化,使得该义齿机更为智能化,同时也提高了其工作效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种义齿机,其特征在于,包括:
    机身,包括用于放置型盒的工作平台;
    驱动件,邻近所述工作平台设置且包括推动杆,以及
    溶料装置,用于加热并融化义齿材料,所述溶料装置位于所述驱动件与所述工作平台之间且开设有出料口,所述驱动件的推动杆伸入所述溶料装置内部,用于将所述溶料装置中的废料推出,所述溶料装置的出料口与所述型盒的注塑口连通;
    锁模机构,安装于所述机身上远离所述驱动件的一端,用于将型盒定位于所述工作平台上,所述锁模机构包括电机、螺杆以及锁模块,所述电机邻近所述工作平台设置,所述螺杆的一端与所述电机传动连接,所述锁模块上开设有螺纹孔,所述螺杆远离所述电机的另一端穿入所述锁模块的螺纹孔内,所述电机驱动所述螺杆旋转,从而带动所述锁模块相对所述工作平台往复运动,以夹紧或松开型盒。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的义齿机,其特征在于,所述电机转轴的轴向与所述螺杆的轴向相互垂直,所述锁模机构还包括第一齿轮以及第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与所述螺杆同轴联接,所述第二齿轮与所述电机的转轴同轴联接,所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮相互啮合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的义齿机,其特征在于,所述机身上还设置有固定座,所述固定座位于所述工作平台的一侧,所述螺杆穿设于所述固定座。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的义齿机,其特征在于,所述锁模机构还包括前进触碰开关以及用于开启或关闭所述电机的控制器,所述前进触碰开关安装在所述锁模块上,所述前进触碰开关与所述控制器以及电机均电性连接,所述前进触碰开关穿设于所述的固定座,所述前进触碰开关能够触碰型盒,以使所属控制器控制所述电机关闭。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的义齿机,其特征在于,所述锁模机构还包括与所述控制器电连接的回程触碰开关,所述回程触碰开关安装于所述固定座上靠近所述工作平台的一侧,所述锁模块往背离型盒的方向移动一定距离后能够触碰所述回程触碰开关,以触发所述控制器控制所述电机关闭。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的义齿机,其特征在于,所述锁模机构还包括与所述固定座间隔设置的固定板,所述电机固定在所述固定板上,所述螺杆穿设于所述固定板。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的义齿机,其特征在于,所述锁模机构还包括与所述控制器电连接的防空转开关,所述防空转开关安装于所述固定座上背离所述工作平台的一侧,所述固定板能够触碰所述防空转开关,以使所述控制器控制所述电机关闭。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的义齿机,其特征在于,还包括中空的料筒,所述料筒可拆卸地安装于所述机身上,所述料筒的一端口与所述溶料装置的出料口连通,另一端口与型盒的注塑口连通。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的义齿机,其特征在于,还包括固定套筒,所述固定套筒的一端伸入所述溶料装置内部,另一端套设在所述料筒的外周缘上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的义齿机,其特征在于,所述工作平台的底部安装有升降装置,所述升降装置能够调节所述工作平台的水平高度。
