本发明涉及车内设施,特别涉及一种视频支架及视频固定装置。
背景技术
在列车上,乘客如果想看电视或录像等带显示屏的东西,由于这些设施都是固定安装在一个固定的位置,因此不能实现每个乘客可以选择自己喜欢的视频角度,因此,给乘客带来了很大的不便,也不利于交通系统地正常发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一就在于提供一种视频支架,该视频支架使得乘客可以自由调整视频角度,而且在车上看视频视频不会晃动。
本发明的技术方案是:一种视频支架,所述视频支架包括视频旋转头和视频连接悬臂,所述视频旋转头与视频连接悬臂相连;所述视频旋转头由视频支架旋转部和悬臂连接部组成,所述悬臂连接部垂直连接在视频支架旋转部上。
作为优选,所述悬臂连接部上设置有悬臂连接螺纹管,所述视频支架旋转部上设置有连接螺栓通孔。
作为优选,所述视频支架旋转部上还设置有摩擦片连接面。
作为优选,所述视频支架还包括视频连接件,所述视频连接件与所述视频连接悬臂相连。
作为优选,所述视频连接悬臂包括视频横向连接悬臂和/或视频垂向连接悬臂和连接管,该连接管为视频弯管。
作为优选,所述视频横向连接悬臂包括视频垂向连接头、垂向限位销和90°摩擦套,所述垂向限位销套在90°摩擦套上的圆弧槽内;所述视频垂向连接头一端安装在所述视频旋转头的螺纹孔内;所述垂向限位销穿过所述视频旋转头和所述视频垂向连接头;所述90°摩擦套装在视频垂向连接头另一端上。
作为优选,所述视频横向连接悬臂还包括垂向卡簧,所述垂向卡簧卡在所述视频垂向连接头的凹槽内。
作为优选,所述视频横向连接悬臂包括视频横向连接头、横向限位销、180°摩擦套和横向支撑架,所述横向限位销安装在视频横支撑架上的圆弧槽内,且穿过视频横向连接头,所述视频横支撑架装在所述视频横向连接头上;所述180°摩擦套装在所述横向支撑架内,并且套在视频横向连接头上。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-5所示的一种座椅的视频固定装置,包括视频支架和视频固定支架15。
视频支架包括视频旋转头1、视频连接悬臂和视频连接件11。
视频连接悬臂包括视频横向连接悬臂、视频垂向连接悬臂和视频弯管5。视频弯管5连接在视频横向连接悬臂与视频垂向连接悬臂之间。视频横向连接悬臂与视频连接件11相连,视频纵向连接悬臂与视频旋转头相连。视频旋转头1与视频固定支架15之间通过连接螺栓17连接。
视频旋转头1与视频固定支架15之间还设置有摩擦片2。
视频旋转头1由视频支架旋转部101和悬臂连接部102组成,悬臂连接部102垂直连接在视频支架旋转部101上。悬臂连接部102上设置有悬臂连接螺纹管121,视频支架旋转部101设置有连接螺栓通孔111和摩擦片连接面112。
视频垂向连接悬臂包括视频垂向连接头3、垂向限位销18、垂向卡簧13和90°摩擦套4。视频垂向连接头3安装在悬臂连接螺纹管121的螺纹孔内。垂向限位销18穿过视频旋转头1和视频垂向连接头3,使得视频旋转头1和视频垂向连接头3无法相对转动。90°摩擦套4装在视频垂向连接头3上,且需要将垂向限位销18套在90°摩擦套4上的圆弧槽内,使得视频在垂向上旋转90°。垂向卡簧13卡在视频垂向连接头3的凹槽内。
视频弯管5套在90°摩擦套4外面并用螺栓紧固连接,使得视频在没有外力下不会旋转,在火车看视频不会晃动。
视频横向连接悬臂包括视频横向连接头8、横向限位销9、180°摩擦套10、横向支撑架12和横向卡簧14,视频横向连接头8与视频弯管5相连,横向限位销9穿过视频弯管5和视频横向连接头8,使得视频弯管5和视频横向连接头8无法相对转动。视频横支撑架12装在视频横向连接头8上,横向限位销9在视频横支撑架12上的圆弧槽内,使得视频横向支撑架12只能在0~180°转动。180°摩擦套10装在横向支撑架12内,并且套在视频横向连接头8上,使得横向支撑架12在安装视频后在0~180°范围内任意位置都能停止,乘客可自由调整视频角度。再用横向卡簧14卡在视频横向连接头8上的凹槽内,防止180°摩擦套10在轴向上移动。
视频连接件11安装在横向支撑架12内,用以与视频固定连接。
视频固定支架15安装在座椅左右臂靠内,视频支架转动时,摩擦片2与 视频固定支架15摩擦,可减缓视频支架向下转动的速度。
视频弯管5上还连接有拉带固定件6,拉带7安装在拉带固定件6内。
图6-9显示了视频显示屏从未打开到完全打开的过程。图6中视频旋转头1绕着连接螺栓17旋转90°,而其他部位均不动。图7中,90°摩擦套4固定在视频弯管5上,整体绕着视频垂向连接头3旋转90°,其他部位均不动。图8中,180°摩擦套10固定在横向支撑架12上,整体绕着视频横向连接头8旋转180°,其他部位均不动。

  1. 一种视频支架,其特征在于:所述视频支架包括视频旋转头(1)和视频连接悬臂,所述视频旋转头(1)与视频连接悬臂相连;所述视频旋转头(1)由视频支架旋转部(101)和悬臂连接部(102)组成,所述悬臂连接部(102)垂直连接在视频支架旋转部(101)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的视频支架,其特征在于:所述悬臂连接部(102)上设置有悬臂连接螺纹管(121),所述视频支架旋转部(101)上设置有连接螺栓通孔(111)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2任一权利要求所述的视频支架,其特征在于:所述视频支架旋转部上还设置有摩擦片连接面(112)。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的视频支架,其特征在于:所述视频支架还包括视频连接件(11),所述视频连接件(11)与所述视频连接悬臂相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述的视频支架,其特征在于:所述视频连接悬臂包括视频横向连接悬臂和/或视频垂向连接悬臂和连接管。
