Description

一种喷水器的洒水范围调节结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷水器的洒水范围调节结构。
背景技术
喷水器是公园草坪洒水的器具,随着人们生活环境改善,公园绿化率的提高,喷水器的应用已很普遍。现有的喷水器主要包括一个具有流体通道的筒体,该筒体上沿其长度方向排设有多个与所述流体通道相连通的通孔,多个通孔的上方罩设有橡胶板,该橡胶板上与所述通孔一一相对应的位置上设有橡胶喷嘴,该橡胶喷嘴内设有与所述通孔相连通的喷孔,该橡胶板外罩设有可相对所述筒体转动的分水调节板,该分水调节板的中部的两侧凸设有调节手柄,该分水调节板上沿其长度方向排设有与橡胶喷嘴一一相对应的斜条形孔,每个所述橡胶喷嘴均贯穿与其相对应的斜条形孔,并且所述橡胶喷嘴的嘴形随分水调节板的旋转而产生变化。在调节喷水器的洒水范围时,通过拨动分水调节板上的调节手柄从而使分水调节板相对筒体转动,橡胶喷嘴在斜条形孔内的位置发生变化,而橡胶喷嘴的嘴形在斜条形孔的作用下发生倾斜变形,从而使得从橡胶喷嘴射出的水柱夹角面积发生变化,从而使得喷洒浇灌区域发生变化,从而实现喷洒范围的调节。这种喷水器还存在缺点在于:1、由于喷洒范围是根据调节喷嘴的嘴形来实现的,因喷嘴的变形量不同,从而使得喷洒范围可控性较差,调节起来十分不方便。2、橡胶板一般与橡胶喷嘴一体成型的,只要其中一个橡胶喷嘴出现损坏或者注塑不合格,就需要更换整个橡胶板及橡胶喷嘴,成本较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在上述的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单紧凑、调节方便准确、可控性好的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,包括内设有流体通道的筒体,所述筒体的外壁上沿其长度方向凸设有安装座,该安装座上沿其长度方向并排凹设有多个活动槽,每个所述活动槽的底壁上开设有与所述流体通道相连通的通孔,每个所述活动槽内均安装有一活动喷嘴,该活动喷嘴的下部转动地安装在所述活动槽内,该活动喷嘴的中部的两侧向外凸设有第一导向轴,该第一导向轴的轴线与所述安装座的宽度方向相平行,所述活动喷嘴的上部伸出所述活动槽外,所述活动喷嘴内贯穿有与所述通孔相连通的喷孔;
所述安装座上沿其宽度方向的两侧外设有可上、下移动的竖向移板,该竖向移板上开设有多个分别与多个所述第一导向轴的位置一一相对应的第一条形孔,多个所述第一条形孔相对所述安装座的长度方向倾斜设置并具有不同的倾斜角度,这个倾斜角度可以根据每个活动喷嘴的喷射角度的调节范围进行设置,所述第一导向轴的端部伸出所述活动槽外并一一对应的置于所述第一条形孔内并可沿所述第一条形孔滑移,所述竖向移板的外壁上凸设有至少一个第二导向轴,该第二导向轴的轴线与所述安装座的宽度方向相平行;
所述竖向移板的外侧设有可沿所述安装座的长度方向来回移动的横向移板,该横向移板上与所述第二导向轴一一相对应的位置上开设有第二条形孔,该第二条形孔相对所述安装座的长度方向倾斜设置,所述第二导向轴的端部一一对应的置于所述第二条形孔内并可沿所述第二条形孔滑移,所述筒体上还设有带动所述横向移板来回移动的调节动力装置。
进一步,所述调节动力装置包括调节盘、螺杆和螺母座,螺母座上的螺纹可以为单头螺纹,也可以为多头螺纹,螺杆上的螺纹与螺母座上的螺纹相匹配,螺母座和螺杆上的螺纹选择多头螺纹时使用效果更佳,所述螺杆转动地安装在所述安装座的一端内,且所述螺杆的轴线与所述安装座的长度方向相平行,所述螺杆的头部外固定有所述调节盘,该螺杆的尾部外螺设有所述螺母座,所述螺母座滑设在所述安装座内并与所述横向移板固定相连。在使用时,拨动调节盘,调节盘转动从而带动螺杆转动,螺杆带动螺母座移动,螺母座移动从而带动横向移板移动。或者,所述调节动力装置包括调节盘、齿轮和齿条,该齿条滑设在所述安装座的一端内,所述齿轮通过齿轮轴转动地安装在所述筒体的端部内,所述齿轮与所述齿条啮合传动从而带动所述横向移板相对所述安装座来回移动,所述调节盘与所述齿轮轴固定相连。在使用时,拨动调节盘,调节盘转动从而带动齿轮转动,齿轮带动齿条移动,齿条移动从而带动横向移板移动。
进一步,所述活动喷嘴包括主体和安装柱,所述主体的下端垂直连接在所述安装柱的中部的上侧外壁上,所述喷孔设于所述主体内并向下贯穿所述安装柱的中部的下侧外壁,所述安装柱的下侧外壁与所述活动槽的底壁之间设有密封结构,该密封结构可以为密封圈,也可以为密封垫;
所述活动槽上沿所述安装座的宽度方向的两侧均设有安装板,其中一侧的所述安装板上设有第一安装孔,另一侧的所述安装板上设有内径与所述安装柱的外径相匹配并具有缺口的第二安装孔,所述安装柱的一端转动地安装在所述第二安装孔内,所述安装柱的另一端凸设有转动地安装在所述第一安装孔内的安装凸。在安装活动喷嘴时,安装柱的后端的安装凸与第二安装孔相对,主体与缺口相对,然后向活动槽内按压活动喷嘴,安装柱从第二安装孔穿 过,主体从缺口穿过,直至安装柱的后端的安装凸插入第一安装孔内,而安装柱的前端则位于第二安装孔内,安装方便,固定可靠,结构简单紧凑。
进一步,两个所述竖向移板的上端之间通过竖向连接板连成一体,所述竖向连接板上设有供所述活动喷嘴的上部穿出的穿出孔,结构简单紧凑。
进一步,所述筒体上罩设有将所述横向移板、竖向移板和安装座收纳于内的罩盖,该罩盖上开设有供所述活动喷嘴的上部穿出的穿出口,罩盖可以防止异物进入横向移板、竖向移板和安装座内。
进一步,所述安装座上沿其宽度方向的两侧向外凸设有至少一个导向压轴,所述横向移板上与所述导向压轴一一相对应的位置上开设有第三条形孔,该第三条形孔与所述安装座的长度方向相平行,所述导向压轴的端部一一对应的置于所述第三条形孔内并可沿所述第三条形孔滑移。在横向移板相对安装座来回移动时,导向压轴在第三条形孔内来回移动,第三条形孔与导向压轴相配合从而对横向移板的来回移动起导向作用,从而使得横向移板来回移动平稳,同时,导向压轴可压住横向移板从而防止横向移板上、下移动。
进一步,所述安装座的中部上竖向设置有至少一个固定槽,该固定槽的底壁上也开设有与所述流体通道相连通的通孔,该固定槽内安装有固定喷嘴,该固定喷嘴内也贯穿有与所述通孔相连通的喷孔。所述活动喷嘴的数量为双数并对称设于所述固定喷嘴的两侧,所述竖向移板上的第一条形孔的数量也为双数并对称设于所述固定喷嘴的两侧,位于同一侧的所述第一条形孔的倾斜角度从外到里逐渐变大,洒水范围更广。
进一步,所述固定喷嘴的下部外壁与所述固定槽的底壁之间也设有密封结构,该密封结构可以为密封圈,也可以为密封垫。
本发明在使用时,筒体的流体通道内的水流向每个通孔,然后通过活动喷嘴内的喷孔喷洒出来,从而形成一个喷洒浇灌区域,当需要对这个喷洒范围进行调节时,调节动力装置带动横向移板相对安装座来回移动,竖向移板上的第二导向轴沿横向移板上的第二条形孔移动,由于第二条形孔倾斜设置,从而使得第二导向轴带动竖向移板上、下移动,活动喷嘴上的第一导向轴沿竖向移板上的第一条形孔移动,由于第二条形孔倾斜设置、活动喷嘴的下部转动安装在活动槽内,从而使得第一导向轴带动活动喷嘴在活动槽内摆动,活动喷嘴的喷水角度发生变化,从而使得从活动喷嘴射出的水柱夹角面积发生变化,从而使得喷洒浇灌区域发生变化,从而实现喷洒范围的调节。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用上述结构,可以实现喷洒范围的调节,不仅结构简单紧凑、成本低,而且调节方便准确、可控性好,适合于不同的喷洒浇灌要求,使用范围广。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1~图5,一种喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,包括内设有流体通道1的筒体2,所述筒体1的外壁上沿其长度方向凸设有安装座3,该安装座3上沿其长度方向并排凹设有多个活动槽4,每个所述活动槽4的底壁上开设有与所述流体通道1相连通的通孔5,每个所述活动槽4内均安装有一活动喷嘴6,该活动喷嘴6的下部转动地安装在所述活动槽4内,该活动喷嘴6的中部的两侧向外凸设有第一导向轴7,该第一导向轴7的轴线与所述安装座3的宽度方向相平行,所述活动喷嘴6的上部伸出所述活动槽4外,所述活动喷嘴6内贯穿有与所述通孔5相连通的喷孔8;
所述安装座3上沿其宽度方向的两侧外设有可上、下移动的竖向移板9,该竖向移板9上开设有多个分别与多个所述第一导向轴7的位置一一相对应的第一条形孔10,多个所述第一条形孔10相对所述安装座3的长度方向倾斜设置并具有不同的倾斜角度,这个倾斜角度可以根据每个活动喷嘴的喷射角度的调节范围进行设置,所述第一导向轴7的端部伸出所述活动槽4外并一一对应的置于所述第一条形孔10内并可沿所述第一条形孔10滑移,所述竖向移板9的外壁上凸设有至少一个第二导向轴11,该第二导向轴11的轴线与所述安装座3的宽度方向相平行;
所述竖向移板9的外侧设有可沿所述安装座3的长度方向来回移动的横向移板12,该横向移板12上与所述第二导向轴11一一相对应的位置上开设有第二条形孔13,该第二条形孔13相对所述安装座3的长度方向倾斜设置,所述第二导向轴11的端部一一对应的置于所述第二条形孔13内并可沿所述第二条形孔13滑移,所述筒体2上还设有带动所述横向移板12来回移动的调节动力装置。
所述调节动力装置包括调节盘14、螺杆15和螺母座16,螺母座上的螺纹可以为单头螺纹,也可以为多头螺纹,螺杆上的螺纹与螺母座上的螺纹相匹配,螺母座和螺杆上的螺纹选择多头螺纹时使用效果更佳,所述螺杆15转动地安装在所述安装座3的一端内,且所述螺 杆15的轴线与所述安装座3的长度方向相平行,所述螺杆15的头部外固定有所述调节盘14,该螺杆15的尾部外螺设有所述螺母座16,所述螺母座16滑设在所述安装座3内并与所述横向移板12固定相连。在使用时,拨动调节盘14,调节盘14转动从而带动螺杆15转动,螺杆15带动螺母座16移动,螺母座16移动从而带动横向移板12移动。或者,所述调节动力装置包括调节盘、齿轮和齿条,该齿条滑设在所述安装座的一端内,所述齿轮通过齿轮轴转动地安装在所述筒体的端部内,所述齿轮与所述齿条啮合传动从而带动所述横向移板相对所述安装座来回移动,所述调节盘与所述齿轮轴固定相连。在使用时,拨动调节盘,调节盘转动从而带动齿轮转动,齿轮带动齿条移动,齿条移动从而带动横向移板移动。
所述活动喷嘴6包括主体61和安装柱62,所述主体61的下端垂直连接在所述安装柱62的中部的上侧外壁上,所述喷孔8设于所述主体61内并向下贯穿所述安装柱62的中部的下侧外壁,所述安装柱62的下侧外壁与所述活动槽4的底壁之间设有密封结构17,该密封结构可以为密封圈,也可以为密封垫;
所述活动槽4上沿所述安装座3的宽度方向的两侧均设有安装板18,其中一侧的所述安装板18上设有第一安装孔19,另一侧的所述安装板18上设有内径与所述安装柱61的外径相匹配并具有缺口20的第二安装孔21,所述安装柱62的一端转动地安装在所述第二安装孔21内,所述安装柱62的另一端凸设有转动地安装在所述第一安装孔19内的安装凸63。在安装活动喷嘴6时,安装柱62的后端的安装凸63与第二安装孔21相对,主体61与缺口20相对,然后向活动槽4内按压活动喷嘴6,安装柱62从第二安装孔21穿过,主体61从缺口20穿过,直至安装柱62的后端的安装凸63插入第一安装孔19内,而安装柱62的前端则位于第二安装孔21内,安装方便,固定可靠,结构简单紧凑。
两个所述竖向移板9的上端之间通过竖向连接板22连成一体,所述竖向连接板22上设有供所述活动喷嘴6的上部穿出的穿出孔23,结构简单紧凑。
所述筒体2上罩设有将所述横向移板12、竖向移板9和安装座3纳于内的罩盖24,该罩盖24上开设有供所述活动喷嘴6的上部穿出的穿出口25,罩盖24可以防止异物进入横向移板12、竖向移板9和安装座3内。
所述安装座3上沿其宽度方向的两侧向外凸设有至少一个导向压轴26,所述横向移板12上与所述导向压轴26一一相对应的位置上开设有第三条形孔27,该第三条形孔27与所述安装座3的长度方向相平行,所述导向压轴26的端部一一对应的置于所述第三条形孔27内并可沿所述第三条形孔27滑移。在横向移板12相对安装座3来回移动时,导向压轴26在第三条形孔27内来回移动,第三条形孔27与导向压轴26相配合从而对横向移板12的来 回移动起导向作用,从而使得横向移板12来回移动平稳,同时,导向压轴26可压住横向移板12从而防止横向移板12上、下移动。
所述安装座3的中部上竖向设置有至少一个固定槽28,该固定槽28的底壁上也开设有与所述流体通道1相连通的通孔5,该固定槽28内安装有固定喷嘴29,该固定喷嘴29内也贯穿有与所述通孔5相连通的喷孔8。所述活动喷嘴6的数量为双数并对称设于所述固定喷嘴29的两侧,所述竖向移板9上的第一条形孔10的数量也为双数并对称设于所述固定喷嘴29的两侧,位于同一侧的所述第一条形孔的倾斜角度从外到里逐渐变大,洒水范围更广。
所述固定喷嘴29的下部外壁与所述固定槽28的底壁之间也设有密封结构17,该密封结构可以为密封圈,也可以为密封垫。
本发明在使用时,筒体2的流体通道1内的水流向每个通孔5,然后通过活动喷嘴6内的喷孔8喷洒出来,从而形成一个喷洒浇灌区域,当需要对这个喷洒范围进行调节时,调节动力装置带动横向移板12相对安装座3来回移动,竖向移板9上的第二导向轴11沿横向移板12上的第二条形孔13移动,由于第二条形孔13倾斜设置,从而使得第二导向轴11带动竖向移板9上、下移动,活动喷嘴6上的第一导向轴7沿竖向移板9上的第一条形孔10移动,由于第二条形孔10倾斜设置、活动喷嘴6的下部转动安装在活动槽4内,从而使得第一导向轴7带动活动喷嘴6在活动槽4内摆动,活动喷嘴6的喷水角度发生变化,从而使得从活动喷嘴6射出的水柱夹角面积发生变化,从而使得喷洒浇灌区域发生变化,从而实现喷洒范围的调节。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,包括内设有流体通道的筒体,其特征在于:所述筒体的外壁上沿其长度方向凸设有安装座,该安装座上沿其长度方向并排凹设有多个活动槽,每个所述活动槽的底壁上开设有与所述流体通道相连通的通孔,每个所述活动槽内均安装有一活动喷嘴,该活动喷嘴的下部转动地安装在所述活动槽内,该活动喷嘴的中部的两侧向外凸设有第一导向轴,该第一导向轴的轴线与所述安装座的宽度方向相平行,所述活动喷嘴的上部伸出所述活动槽外,所述活动喷嘴内贯穿有与所述通孔相连通的喷孔;
    所述安装座上沿其宽度方向的两侧外设有可上、下移动的竖向移板,该竖向移板上开设有多个分别与多个所述第一导向轴的位置一一相对应的第一条形孔,多个所述第一条形孔相对所述安装座的长度方向倾斜设置并具不同的倾斜角度,所述第一导向轴的端部伸出所述活动槽外并一一对应的置于所述第一条形孔内并可沿所述第一条形孔滑移,所述竖向移板的外壁上凸设有至少一个第二导向轴,该第二导向轴的轴线与所述安装座的宽度方向相平行;
    所述竖向移板的外侧设有可沿所述安装座的长度方向来回移动的横向移板,该横向移板上与所述第二导向轴一一相对应的位置上开设有第二条形孔,该第二条形孔相对所述安装座的长度方向倾斜设置,所述第二导向轴的端部一一对应的置于所述第二条形孔内并可沿所述第二条形孔滑移,所述筒体上还设有带动所述横向移板来回移动的调节动力装置。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,其特征在于:所述调节动力装置包括调节盘、螺杆和螺母座,所述螺杆转动地安装在所述安装座的一端内,且所述螺杆的轴线与所述安装座的长度方向相平行,所述螺杆的头部外固定有所述调节盘,该螺杆的尾部外螺设有所述螺母座,所述螺母座滑设在所述安装座内并与所述横向移板固定相连。
  3. 按照权利要求1所述的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,其特征在于:所述调节动力装置包括调节盘、齿轮和齿条,该齿条滑设在所述安装座的一端内,所述齿轮通过齿轮轴转动地安装在所述筒体的端部内,所述齿轮与所述齿条啮合传动从而带动所述横向移板相对所述安装座来回移动,所述调节盘与所述齿轮轴固定相连。
  4. 按照权利要求1~3之一所述的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,其特征在于:所述活动喷嘴包括主体和安装柱,所述主体的下端垂直连接在所述安装柱的中部的上侧外壁上,所述喷孔设于所述主体内并向下贯穿所述安装柱的中部的下侧外壁,所述安装柱的下侧外壁与所述活动槽的底壁之间设有密封结构;
    所述活动槽上沿所述安装座的宽度方向的两侧均设有安装板,其中一侧的所述安装板上 设有第一安装孔,另一侧的所述安装板上设有内径与所述安装柱的外径相匹配并具有缺口的第二安装孔,所述安装柱的一端转动地安装在所述第二安装孔内,所述安装柱的另一端凸设有转动地安装在所述第一安装孔内的安装凸。
  5. 按照权利要求1~3之一所述的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,其特征在于:两个所述竖向移板的上端之间通过竖向连接板连成一体,所述竖向连接板上设有供所述活动喷嘴的上部穿出的穿出孔。
  6. 按照权利要求1~3之一所述的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,其特征在于:所述筒体上罩设有将所述横向移板、竖向移板和安装座收纳于内的罩盖,该罩盖上开设有供所述活动喷嘴的上部穿出的穿出口。
  7. 按照权利要求1~3之一所述的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,其特征在于:所述安装座上沿其宽度方向的两侧向外凸设有至少一个导向压轴,所述横向移板上与所述导向压轴一一相对应的位置上开设有第三条形孔,该第三条形孔与所述安装座的长度方向相平行,所述导向压轴的端部一一对应的置于所述第三条形孔内并可沿所述第三条形孔滑移。
  8. 按照权利要求1~3之一所述的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,其特征在于:所述安装座的中部上竖向设置有至少一个固定槽,该固定槽的底壁上也开设有与所述流体通道相连通的通孔,该固定槽内安装有固定喷嘴,该固定喷嘴内也贯穿有与所述通孔相连通的喷孔。
  9. 按照权利要求8所述的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,其特征在于:所述活动喷嘴的数量为双数并对称设于所述固定喷嘴的两侧,所述竖向移板上的第一条形孔的数量也为双数并对称设于所述固定喷嘴的两侧,位于同一侧的所述第一条形孔的倾斜角度从外到里逐渐变大。
  10. 按照权利要求8所述的喷水器的洒水范围调节结构,其特征在于:所述固定喷嘴的下部外壁与所述固定槽的底壁之间设有密封结构。
