Abstract

一种碱性磷酸酶的酶促化学发光底物,该酶促化学发光底物以水为溶剂,且还包括以下组分:2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇;AMPPD;以及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠与荧光化合物偶联的发光增强剂。该发光增强剂可起到共表面活性剂的作用,能使该底物更好的结合到化学发光缓冲体系中,从而大幅度提高化学发光效率。该酶促化学发光底物具有强度高,灵敏度高,持续时间长,稳定性好等优点,可完全满足临床检测的需要。
