一种枕头,其属于日用品领域,用于实现侧卧和仰卧两种睡眠姿势变换时自动调节枕头高度,使颈部均处于舒适的放松状态,此时的枕头高度定义为合适高度。它包括弓形体和枕套。弓形体由弓形板(1)与U形支架(2)构成的弹性结构和仰卧高度限位块(3)组成。通过选择适当的弓形体结构参数,设定侧卧和仰卧两个合适高度。侧卧时,头部处于侧卧合适高度。侧卧变换为仰卧时,头部对于枕头的压力,也称横向力P增大,弓形板变形增加并失稳,枕头高度减小至仰卧合适高度。反之,仰卧变换为侧卧时,横向力P减小,失稳状态的弓形板反弹,枕头高度增加,回到侧卧适合高度。

Description

枕头 技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动调节高度的枕头,属于日用品领域。
背景技术
目前中国专利文献上公开的和市场上销售的有多种枕头在侧卧和仰卧变换时可以实现小范围高度调节。例如,枕芯填充物弹性比较好的枕头、慢回弹枕头或气囊枕头等。睡眠姿势从侧卧合适高度变换为仰卧时,因枕头高于仰卧合适高度,引起后颈部肌肉紧张,头部对于枕头的压力(以下简称横向力P)增大,枕芯填充物压缩变形增加,枕头高度变小,直到变大的横向力P与变大的枕头支反力平衡,实现非合适高度条件下的枕头高度小范围调节。反之,睡眠姿势从仰卧合适高度变换为侧卧时,因枕头高度低于侧卧合适高度,引起颈部上侧肌肉紧张,使横向力P减小,枕芯填充物压缩变形减小,枕头高度变大,直到变小的横向力P与变小的枕头支反力平衡,实现非合适高度条件下的枕头小范围高度调节。但是头部在枕头上长时间处于非合适高度时,颈部的一部分肌肉随之长时间处于紧张状态,易出现落枕症状。还有U形组合枕头(中间较低,两侧较高)能够实现侧卧和仰卧的合适高度,但是无法实现自动调节,即变换睡姿时需要有意识地将头部放到卧姿相应的合适高度。还有利用机电自动控制技术实现两种睡眠合适高度的方案,但是结构复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种枕头,在人们睡眠姿势变换时提供了一种如何将枕头高度自动地调整至合适高度的解决方案。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种枕头,其由弓形体、限位块和枕套组成,所述枕套包裹在所述弓形体的外面,所述弓形体由弓形板和U形支架组成,所述U形支架由U形支架底板和两个U形支架侧板组成,两个所述U形支架侧板分别设置在所述U形支架底板的两端。当睡眠姿势变换时,随着横向力P的变化,引起弓形体中的弓形板变形量变化、失稳或失稳状态下反弹,实现不同睡眠姿势条件下枕头高度均处于合适高度,U形支架对于弓形板提供变形、失稳和失稳状态下反弹的弹性支持,限位块限定弓形板失稳后的平衡高度,枕套减小头部凸出部位的接触应力,填平仰卧时因弓形板变形产生的凹陷,避免弓形体裸露。
进一步地,所述弓形板采用具有弹性的薄板材料,所述弓形板与所述U形支架侧板连接成一体。弓形板可根据不同的侧卧合适高度和临界横向力Pcr要求,设定相应的结构参数。
进一步地,所述U形支架侧板采用具有弹性的薄板材料,所述U形支架侧板与所述U形支架底板固接成一体。U形支架侧板可根据不同的侧卧合适高度和临界横向力Pcr要求,设定相应的结构参数和与U形支架底板连接的刚度。
进一步地,所述U形支架底板的刚度大于所述弓形板的刚度。
进一步地,所述限位块位于所述弓形板和U形支架底板之间中间部位,固定于所述U形支架底板或所述弓形板上。根据不同仰卧合适高度要求,可设定相应的限位块高度。
进一步地,所述枕套采用棉花、乳胶、慢回弹海绵、松软枕芯材料或者气囊制成,在所述弓形板中间部位的所述枕套平均厚度大于在所述弓形板两端的所述枕套的平均厚度。枕套平均厚度从中间向两端逐渐变薄。
本发明具体涉及人体颈椎部保健科学和薄壁结构弹性力学,用于实现侧卧和仰卧两种睡眠姿势变换时自动调节枕头高度,使颈部均处于舒适的放松状态(此时的枕头高度定义为合适高度),获得保护颈部的效果。
人们睡眠时,如果头部偏离合适高度,会使一部分颈部肌肉变得紧张,导致从侧卧合适高度变换为仰卧时横向力P值变大,从仰卧合适高度变换为侧卧时横向力P值变小。
本发明利用了卧姿变换对于横向力P值变化起作用的规律,设计成了能够在侧卧和仰卧两个合适高度均能自动平衡横向力P的弓形薄壁弹性结构(简称弓形体)。弓形体外面套上减小头部凸出部位接触应力的松软的枕套,便制成了可自动调节合适高度的枕头。弓形板在横向力P作用下发生弹性变形,U形支架为弓形板提供弹性约束,限位块限制弓形板失稳变形。通过选择合适的结构参数,枕头初始高度高于侧卧合适高度,但侧卧时,横向力P作用下弓形板变形至侧卧合适高度,达到平衡状态。侧卧变换为仰卧时,因枕头高于仰卧合适高度,横向力P增大,弓形板变形增加,枕头高度变小至接近仰卧合适高度时,横向力P达到使弓形板失稳的临界横向力(简称Pcr,Pcr大于等于合适高度条件下的横向力P),弓形板内与弓形板面平行的力(简称纵向力N)达到弓形板失稳的临界值(简称Ncr),弓形板失稳,并且横向力P小于等于Pcr条件下继续变形,枕头高度继续减小至由限位块高度决定的仰卧合适高度,达到平衡状态。反之,由仰卧合适高度变换为侧卧时,因枕头高度低于侧卧合适高度,横向力P明显小于Pcr,纵向力N小于Ncr,失稳状态的弓形板反弹,变形减小,枕头高度增加,回到侧卧合适高度,达到平衡状态。本发明的有益效果是:不论人们的睡眠姿势如何变换,均能自动地使头部处于相应的合适高度,有效地保护颈椎部。

具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种枕头,其由弓形体、限位块3和枕套组成,所述枕套包裹在所述弓形体的外面,所述弓形体由弓形板1和U形支架2组成,所述U形支架2由U形支架底板5和两个U形支架侧板4组成,两个所述U形支架侧板4分别设置在所述U形支架底板5的两端。当睡眠姿势变换时,随着横向力P的变化,引起弓形体中的弓形板变形量变化、失稳或失稳状态下反弹,实现不同睡眠姿势条件下枕头高度均处于合适高度,U形支架对于弓形板提供变形、失稳和失稳状态下反弹的弹性支持,限位块限定弓形板失稳后的平衡高度,枕套减小头部凸出部位的接触应力,填平仰卧时因弓形板变形产生的凹陷,避免弓形体裸露。

所述U形支架底板中间或者两边设有加强筋6。
所述枕套采用棉花、乳胶、慢回弹海绵、松枕芯材料或者气囊制成,在所述弓形板中间部位的所述枕套平均厚度大于在所述弓形板两端的所述枕 套的平均厚度。枕套平均厚度从中间向两端逐渐变薄。
