目前,现有的枕头包括枕头本体、枕面以及枕头本体外部的枕套,但现有的枕头不能很好的满足人睡眠的需要,人睡眠时仰卧与侧卧对枕头的高度需求是不同的,仰卧时需要的枕头高度要比侧卧时低一些。而人仰卧和侧卧时对枕头的软硬舒适度的要求也不同,侧卧的时候也要考虑到耳朵的舒适度问题,侧卧的硬度要低于仰卧硬度。不同的人由于身高、肩宽等因素,对枕头的高度也有不同的要求。现有的枕头不能给上述第一高度、第二高度、第三高度提供一个合适的高度范围,不能满足人们对枕头的上述需求。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种新型健康仿生枕头,能够满足仰卧和侧卧的需求,增加枕头的舒适度。

为了实现以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
新型健康仿生枕头,包括枕头本体,所述枕头本体具有仰卧部以及对称处于仰卧部两侧的两个侧卧部,其特征在于,两个侧卧部均高于所述仰卧部,所述仰卧部包括颈枕区和头枕区,所述颈枕区凸设有颈枕,所述颈枕的上表面为与人体正常颈椎弧度相适应的弧形面,所述枕头本体的下表面上对应于颈枕区的位置凹设有第一空腔凹槽,所述第一空腔凹槽内填设有第一枕垫,所述第一空腔凹槽的槽底面为与颈枕上表面形状吻合的弧形面,所述第一枕垫的朝向第一空腔凹槽的槽底面的面为与第一空腔凹槽的槽底面形状吻合的弧形面;
所述枕头本体的下表面上分别对应于两侧卧部的位置凹设有第二空腔凹槽,两第二空腔凹槽内分别填设有第二枕垫;所述第二空腔凹槽的槽底面上凹设有面槽,所述第二枕垫的朝向第二空腔凹槽的槽底面的面上凹设有耳窝,所述耳窝与面槽位置相对应且形状一致。
所述侧卧部的枕面上设有面部贴紧槽。
所述面槽、耳窝、面部贴紧槽为圆形凹槽、椭圆形凹槽或与面部弧度吻合的弧形凹槽,所述面槽、耳窝、面部贴紧槽的最宽处的宽度为5~10cm,所述面槽、耳窝、面部贴紧槽的槽底深度为1~3cm。
所述第一空腔凹槽的槽底面和第一枕垫之间吻合夹设有弧形的颈椎枕垫,所述颈椎枕垫由硅胶制成。
所述颈椎枕垫的弧高为1.2~2.0cm,所述颈椎枕垫的跨度为8~12cm。
所述第一枕垫下方设有至少一片第一增高垫片,所述第一增高垫片与第一空腔凹槽的槽口形状、尺寸匹配;所述第二枕垫下方设有至少一片第二增高垫片,
所述第二增高垫片与第二空腔凹槽的槽口形状、尺寸匹配;所述第一增高垫片与所述第二增高垫片均是厚度为0.3~3cm的塑料板、硅胶板或橡胶板。
两侧卧部的上表面上于端头处凹设有眼角窝,所述眼角窝长6-12cm、宽4-6cm、深1-3cm。
所述枕头本体的下表上对于头枕区的位置处凹设有第三空腔凹槽,所述第三空腔凹槽为矩形凹槽,所述第三空腔凹槽的深度为1~4cm;所述第三空腔凹槽的槽底面上于靠近第一空腔凹槽的一侧凹设有头窝,所述头窝为弧形凹槽,所述头窝最宽处的宽度为6~18cm,所述头窝的槽底深度为1~3cm。
所述第一空腔凹槽的深度为10~22cm,所述第二空腔凹槽为矩形凹槽,所述第二枕垫为与第二空腔凹槽大小相符的长方体形。
所述枕头本体为乳胶制成,所述第一枕垫和第二枕垫均为记忆棉制成。

有益效果
本发明提供的新型健康仿生枕头,通过设置仰卧部和侧卧部,来适应人体仰卧和侧卧时对枕头高度不同的需求。仰卧部的颈枕区设置的弧形颈枕,完全贴合 人体颈椎弧度,适合人体颈部的生理结构,并且通过颈枕下方的第一空腔凹槽以及第一空腔凹槽内的第一枕垫,使颈枕更加柔软、舒适,枕头本体对应于侧卧部处的第二空腔凹槽以及第二空腔凹槽内的第二枕垫,使侧卧部更加柔软、舒适,从而使得整个枕头的舒适度更高。
第一空腔凹槽的槽底面和第一枕垫之间吻合夹设有弧形的颈椎枕垫,颈椎枕垫由硅胶制成,颈椎枕垫可以很好的与颈部弧度吻合可以很好的支撑颈部。
人体枕上本实用新型之后,头部置于头枕区,颈部置于颈枕区,头部距离床的高度(第一高度)是0~4cm,该高度更好的塑造挺拔的身材,同时更有利于颈椎的健康,避免颈椎病以及青少年的驼背现象。颈部颈椎弧顶距离床的高度(第二高度)大约是4~8cm,即第二高度≈第一高度+4cm,该高度低了无法依托枕颈区修复颈椎,高了会拉伸颈椎下方脊柱引起背痛,处于发育期的青少年长期过高会导致驼背,4~8cm能刚好将颈椎撑起,避免过低或过高所引发的各种问题。同时,头枕区还通过设置第三空腔凹槽和面部贴紧槽增加仰卧时头部的舒适度,增加其透气性。另外,本实用新型还在侧卧部设置面槽和耳窝,面槽和耳窝所形成的空腔凹槽,适应面部弧度,增加了耳朵部位的舒适度,增加了侧卧的睡眠舒适度。同时,还可以通过第一增高垫片和第二增高垫片来调节侧卧部的高度,来适应不同人对侧卧高度的不同需求,保证侧卧时,面部距离床的高度,即第三高度=(肩宽-两耳根间距)/2,该高度不会导致斜肩,同时,该高度不会造成肩膀的过度压迫,避免诱发肩周炎,避免导致肌肉或韧带痉挛,避免落枕,更好地提高睡眠质量和人体健康,同时还可以避免落枕。
本发明提供的新型健康仿生枕,很好的满足了人体仰卧和侧卧时的不同需求,并通过凹槽的设计增加了侧卧的舒适度,还可以通过增高垫片来调节侧卧部的高度,以适应不同人对侧卧高度的不同需求,方便、实用、有助于提高睡眠质量,有助于提高健康。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1、图2所示的新型健康仿生枕头,包括枕头本体1,枕头本体1由处在中间部位仰卧部15以及成对称关系处于仰卧部15两侧的两个侧卧部4构成,两个侧卧部4均高于仰卧部15,仰卧部15包括颈枕区3和头枕区2,颈枕区3与人体的颈部相对应,头枕区2与人体的头部相对应,也就是说,在人体采取仰卧的姿势枕上枕头本体并与仰卧部接触以后,头部与头枕区接触,颈部与颈枕区接触。颈枕区3设有颈枕,颈枕的上表面为与人体正常颈椎弧度相适应的弧形面,在枕头本体1的下表上凹设有第一空腔凹槽14,第一空腔凹槽与颈枕区3位置对应,也就是说,颈枕区3的下部是空的,在不同的实施例中第一空腔凹槽14的腔底深度可以在10~22cm之间选择;第一空腔凹槽14内填设有第一枕垫7,第一枕垫7下方设有第一增高垫片16,第一增高垫片16与第一空腔凹槽14的槽口形状、尺寸匹配,这样在压紧枕头本体的时候,第一增高垫片可以卡入第一空腔凹槽14内;第一增高垫片16的厚度可以在0.3~3cm之间选择。在不同的实施例中第一增高垫片可以是塑料板、硬纸板或乳胶板;第一空腔凹槽14的槽底面为与颈枕上表面吻合的弧形面,第一枕垫7的朝向第一空腔凹槽14槽底面的面为与第一空腔凹槽槽底面吻合的弧形面,也就是说第一枕垫7的上表面为弧形面;第一空腔凹槽14的槽底面和第一枕垫7之间夹设有与第一空腔凹槽14槽底面弧度相适应的颈椎枕垫8,颈椎枕垫8的弧高为1.2~2.0cm,颈椎枕垫8的跨度为8~12cm。颈椎枕垫8为弧形板状,颈椎枕垫8中间厚,两边薄,颈椎枕垫8由硅胶制成,硅胶材料的性质使得颈椎枕垫8的形状可以很好的维持,即便其在受到人体颈椎的挤压力以后会出现变形,但其具有维持原来形状的特性,在长期的使用过程中,人体的颈椎会按照颈椎枕垫的形状被修复,最终与颈椎枕垫的形状一致,使人体颈椎保持良好的形态。由于生活、工作习惯的影响,现在颈椎病的发病率很高,通俗的讲,颈椎病就是由于长期低头使得颈椎失去了其应有弧度,变直了。颈椎枕垫可以很好的修复颈椎的弧度,使其保持良好的形态,即便在白天颈椎被拉直出现了变形,晚上通过长时间的修复就可以使得颈椎长期保持良好的形态,避免颈椎病的发生。
枕头本体1的下表面上于两侧卧部4的位置处分别凹设有第二空腔凹槽10,第二空腔凹槽10内填设有第二枕垫5;第二枕垫5下方设置有第二增高垫片9,在不同的实施例中第二增高垫片9的厚度可以再0.3~3cm之间选择,并且其材料可以在塑料、硬纸或乳胶之间选择,也就是说第二增高垫片可以是塑料板、硬纸板或乳胶板。第二增高垫片与第二空腔凹槽10的槽口尺寸、形状匹配。第二空腔凹槽10为矩形凹槽,第二枕垫5为与第二空腔凹槽10大小相符的长方体形。第二空腔凹槽10的槽底面上凹设有面槽13,第二枕垫5朝向第二空腔凹槽10槽底面的面上与面槽13相对应的位置处凹设有耳窝6,耳窝6与面槽13的形状一致,面槽13与耳窝6合并形成一腔体。侧卧部4的枕面上凹设有面部贴紧槽17,在不同的实施例中面槽13、耳窝6、面部贴紧槽17的形式可以在圆形凹槽、椭圆形凹槽或与面部弧度吻合的弧形凹槽中选择,面槽13、耳窝6、面部贴紧槽17的最宽处的宽度可以在5~10cm之间选择,面槽13、耳窝6、面部贴紧槽17的槽底深度可以在1~3cm之间选择。
在枕头本体的下表面上于头枕区2的位置处凹设有第三空腔凹槽11,第三空腔凹槽11为长方体形凹槽,在不同的实施例中第三空腔凹槽11的深度可以在1~4cm之间选择;在第三空腔凹槽11的槽底面凹设有头窝12,头窝12的位置处在靠近第一空腔凹槽14的一侧,头窝12为弧形凹槽,在不同的实施例中头窝12最宽处的宽度可以在6~18cm之间选择,头窝12的槽底深度可以在1~3cm之间选择。枕头本体1的枕面和底面上均匀设有透气孔,在不同的实施例中透气孔直径可以在0.8~1.5mm之间选择,透气孔的深度可以在2~4cm之间选择。枕头本体由乳胶制成,第一枕垫和第二枕垫均为记忆棉制成。
在两侧卧部的上表面上分别设置一个眼角窝18,眼角窝18为一个洼陷部,两眼角窝处在枕头本体1的两个端头处,在侧卧的时候,眼角部位处在眼角窝处,减少对眼角的挤压力,研究表明,挤压是鱼尾纹的产生的主要原因之一,眼角窝的存在使得人们在侧卧的时候眼角不受挤压力,能有效减缓鱼尾纹的出现。眼角窝的长度在不同的实施例中可以在6-12cm之间选择、宽度在不同的实施例中可以在4-6cm之间选择、深度在不同的实施例中可以在1-3cm之间选择。
在不同的实施例中可以在枕头本体的下部叠设不同数目的第一增高垫片和第二 增高垫片,以此来适应不同人对不同高度的需求。
本发明提供的新型健康仿生枕头,通过设置仰卧部15和侧卧部4,来适应人体仰卧和侧卧时对枕头高度不同的需求。仰卧部15的颈枕区3设置的弧形颈枕,完全贴合人体颈椎弧度,适合人体颈部的生理结构,并且通过颈枕下方的第一空腔凹槽14和空腔凹槽内的颈椎枕垫8和第一枕垫7,使颈枕更加柔软、舒适,人体枕上之后,颈部置于颈枕区3,头部置于头枕区2,颈部距离床的高度是3~7cm,头部距离床的高度是0~4cm。同时,头枕区2还通过设置第三空腔凹槽11和头窝12增加仰卧时头部的舒适度,增加其透气性。另外,本发明还在侧卧部4设置面槽13、耳窝6和面部贴紧槽17,面槽13和耳窝6所形成的的腔体,适应面部弧度,增加了耳朵部位的舒适度,增加了侧卧的睡眠舒适度,侧卧部4枕面上设置的面部贴紧槽17更好的增加了侧卧部的舒适度。同时,还可以通过第一增高垫片16和第二增高垫片9分别调节仰卧部15颈枕区3和侧卧部4的高度,来适应不同人对侧卧高度的不同需求。本发明能够在仰卧时依托颈椎垫修复颈椎弧度,保护颈椎;侧卧时减轻耳部压力,并可因人而异,调节枕头高底,提升睡眠质量。
本实施例中的颈椎枕垫由硅胶制成,也可以由其它弹性好、不易变形的材料制成。
本实施例能同时满足人体仰卧和侧卧时对枕头高度的不同需求;仰卧时能依托颈枕修复颈椎弧度;侧卧时能分散面部和耳朵的压力,增强睡眠舒适度;可以通过枕头垫片来调节仰卧和侧卧高度,以适应不同人对仰卧和侧卧高度的需求;方便、实用、有助于提高睡眠质量,同时呵护颈肩的健康。

本发明的实施方式
新型健康仿生枕头的实施例,包括枕头本体,枕头本体由处在中间部位仰卧部以及成对称关系处于仰卧部两侧的两个侧卧部构成,两个侧卧部均高于仰卧部,仰卧部包括颈枕区和头枕区,颈枕区与人体的颈部相对应,头枕区与人体的头部相对应,也就是说,在人体采取仰卧的姿势枕上枕头本体并与仰卧部接触以后,头部与头枕区接触,颈部与颈枕区接触。颈枕区设有颈枕,颈枕的上表 面为与人体正常颈椎弧度相适应的弧形面,在枕头本体的下表上凹设有第一空腔凹,第一空腔凹槽与颈枕区位置对应,也就是说,颈枕区的下部是空的,在不同的实施例中第一空腔凹槽的腔底深度可以在10~22cm之间选择;第一空腔凹槽内填设有第一枕垫。第一空腔凹槽的槽底面为与颈枕上表面吻合的弧形面,第一枕垫的朝向第一空腔凹槽槽底面的面为与第一空腔凹槽槽底面吻合的弧形面,也就是说第一枕垫的上表面为弧形面。
枕头本体的下表面上于两侧卧部的位置处分别凹设有第二空腔凹槽,第二空腔凹槽内填设有第二枕垫。第二空腔凹槽为矩形凹槽,第二枕垫为与第二空腔凹槽大小相符的长方体形。第二空腔凹槽的槽底面上凹设有面槽,第二枕垫朝向第二空腔凹槽槽底面的面上与面槽相对应的位置处凹设有耳窝,耳窝与面槽的形状一致,面槽与耳窝合并形成一腔体。

Claims (10)

  1. 新型健康仿生枕头,包括枕头本体,所述枕头本体具有仰卧部以及对称处于仰卧部两侧的两个侧卧部,其特征在于,两个侧卧部均高于所述仰卧部,所述仰卧部包括颈枕区和头枕区,所述颈枕区凸设有颈枕,所述颈枕的上表面为与人体正常颈椎弧度相适应的弧形面,所述枕头本体的下表面上对应于颈枕区的位置凹设有第一空腔凹槽,所述第一空腔凹槽内填设有第一枕垫,所述第一空腔凹槽的槽底面为与颈枕上表面形状吻合的弧形面,所述第一枕垫的朝向第一空腔凹槽的槽底面的面为与第一空腔凹槽的槽底面形状吻合的弧形面;
    所述枕头本体的下表面上分别对应于两侧卧部的位置凹设有第二空腔凹槽,两第二空腔凹槽内分别填设有第二枕垫;所述第二空腔凹槽的槽底面上凹设有面槽,所述第二枕垫的朝向第二空腔凹槽的槽底面的面上凹设有耳窝,所述耳窝与面槽位置相对应且形状一致。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型健康仿生枕头,其特征在于,所述侧卧部的枕面上设有面部贴紧槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型健康仿生枕头,其特征在于,所述面槽、耳窝、面部贴紧槽为圆形凹槽、椭圆形凹槽或与面部弧度吻合的弧形凹槽,所述面槽、耳窝、面部贴紧槽的最宽处的宽度为5~10cm,所述面槽、耳窝、面部贴紧槽的槽底深度为1~3cm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型健康仿生枕头,其特征在于,所述第一空腔凹槽的槽底面和第一枕垫之间吻合夹设有弧形的颈椎枕垫,所述颈椎枕垫由硅胶或橡胶制成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型健康仿生枕头,其特征在于,所述颈椎枕垫的弧高为1.2~2.0cm,所述颈椎枕垫的跨度为8~12cm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的新型健康仿生枕头,其特征在于,所述第一枕垫下方设有至少一片第一增高垫片,所述第一增高垫片与第一 空腔凹槽的槽口形状、尺寸匹配;所述第二枕垫下方设有至少一片第二增高垫片,所述第二增高垫片与第二空腔凹槽的槽口形状、尺寸匹配;所述第一增高垫片与所述第二增高垫片均是厚度为0.3~3cm的塑料板、硅胶板或橡胶板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型健康仿生枕头,其特征在于,两侧卧部的上表面上于端头处凹设有眼角窝,所述眼角窝长6-12cm、宽4-6cm、深1-3cm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的新型健康仿生枕头,其特征在于,所述枕头本体的下表上对于头枕区的位置处凹设有第三空腔凹槽,所述第三空腔凹槽为矩形凹槽,所述第三空腔凹槽的深度为1~4cm;所述第三空腔凹槽的槽底面上于靠近第一空腔凹槽的一侧凹设有头窝,所述头窝为弧形凹槽,所述头窝最宽处的宽度为6~18cm,所述头窝的槽底深度为1~3cm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的新型健康仿生枕头,其特征在于,所述第一空腔凹槽的深度为10~22cm,所述第二空腔凹槽为矩形凹槽,所述第二枕垫为与第二空腔凹槽大小相符的长方体形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的新型健康仿生枕头,其特征在于,所述枕头本体为乳胶制成,所述第一枕垫和第二枕垫均为记忆棉制成。
