本发明通过接收请求终端的控制消息,根据用户的个人识别消息来判断其是否享有与之请求的操作对应的权限,则可以实现利用用户的用户终端来对汽车进行操作的目的,大大提高了便利性,并且,一定程度上也提高了安全性和可靠性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图以及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明。
如图1、2所示,本发明实施例涉及一种汽车控制方法,该方法涉及请求终端、车载终端和车主终端,其中请求终端和车主终端可以为设置在家里的终端设备,例如电脑、计算机等;也可以为用户随身携带的移动终端,例如手机、平板电脑、便携式计算机等。当车主利用车主终端发送控制消息时,车主终端就是请求终端。车载终端安装在汽车上,与汽车的控制系统连接。车载终端包括通信模块和处理模块,通过通信网与请求终端和车主终端连接。
当用户没有带车钥匙,但又希望对车辆进行使用或者操作时,例如打开车门拿东西,或者发动汽车外出。用户可以利用用户终端(例如手机)通过通信 网与车载终端连接,利用车载终端来控制汽车,打开车门或发动汽车,以提高便利性,并且,也可以提高安全性。
该方法具体步骤如下:
步骤S101,请求终端获取用户的身份识别信息,判断用户是否具有与车载终端连接的权限,如果否,则提示用户无连接权限;如果是,则向车载终端发送控制信息,其中控制信息包括用户的身份识别信息和汽车控制信息。
本步骤中,用户的身份识别信息是用来唯一识别用户的信息,可以为用户的虹膜、指纹或用户名密码等信息,也可以是以上信息的一种或多种的组合,以增强安全性。以虹膜为例,利用请求终端的采集装置,采集用户的虹膜,判断预先保存在请求终端中授权用户的虹膜集合中是否包括采集的虹膜,如果包括,则判定用户具有与车载终端连接的权限;如果不包括,则判定用户不具有与车载终端连接的权限。需要说明的是,判断虹膜集合中是否包括采集的虹膜,是将采集的虹膜与虹膜集合中虹膜一一比对,判断二者是否一致,所谓的一致,是指在误差范围内是否一致,而不是指绝对的一致。
汽车控制信息中包括用户期望对汽车进行控制的具体信息,例如,打开车门信息,开启后备箱信息,锁车信息,开启或关闭灯光信息,打开或关闭车窗信息,打开或关闭雨刷器的信息,打开或关闭娱乐系统的信息(收音机、CD机或视频播放器等),打开或关闭空调信息,汽车发动点火信息等等。
步骤S102,车载终端收到请求终端发送的控制信息后,根据控制信息,以及预先保存在车载终端中的用户权限信息,判断该用户是否具有与之请求中的操作所对应的权限,如果是,则控制汽车进行对应操作,如果否,则向请求终端返回请求操作失败的消息。
本步骤中,车载终端中需要预先保存一个或多个用户的身份识别信息,并给每个用户设置与之对应的权限。以采集用户的虹膜(身份识别信息)为例,用户可以利用车载终端上设置的身份识别装置(例如虹膜识别仪)采集用户的 身份识别信息(虹膜信息),保存后,并设置与之对应的信息和权限,例如,输入与该虹膜信息对应的用户的姓名,年龄,驾照信息(没有驾照的用户该信息填写无驾照),以及为该用户设置操作权限。例如,未成年人,只能拥有打开车门、打开后备箱、锁车的权限;没有驾照的成年人除拥有打开车门、打开后备箱、锁车、打开或关闭车窗的权限之外,还可以拥有打开或关闭灯光、打开或关闭雨刷器等使用车内相关按钮的权限,但没有点火发动汽车的权限。拥有驾照的成年人除拥有打开车门、打开后备箱、锁车、打开或关闭车窗、打开或关闭灯光、打开或关闭雨刷器等权限之外,还可以拥有点火(发动汽车)的权限。车主则拥有最高权限,车主享有车载终端能够控制汽车实现其操作的所有权限;并且享有为其它用户分配操作权限的权限。车主享有权限分配自由,但是,一些特殊权限则必须符合要求,例如,点火权限只能分配给有驾照的用户,未成年的权限只能限定在打开车门、打开后备箱、锁车等操作上。
在建立用户权限数据库时,如果车载终端没有身份识别装置,则可以利用用户的请求终端上的身份识别装置来采集用户的身份信息。例如,利用请求终端的虹膜识别仪采集用户的虹膜信息,并将采集的虹膜信息发送给车载终端进行保存;或者请求终端先将采集的用户的身份识别信息(虹膜信息)发送给车主终端,在车主终端确定对该用户进行验证之后,确认增加该用户到用户权限数据库时,由车主终端再将采集的用户的身份识别信息(虹膜信息)发送给车载终端进行保存。经过车主验证后再添加用户,也可以大大提高了安全性,避免将不相关的人授权为可信用户。
本步骤进行具体控制时,具体如下:首先利用请求终端发送的控制信息中的用户身份识别信息,在车载终端保存的用户权限数据库(用户权限信息)中查找是否存在该用户,如果不存在,则判定该用户不具有对汽车进行操作的权限,则向请求终端返回请求操作失败的消息;另外,还可以增加一个步骤,即车载终端将该用户请求对汽车进行操作的信息反馈给车主终端,以提醒车主注 意,提高安全性。如果车载终端保存的用户权限数据库中包括该用户,则进一步判断分配给该用户的操作权限中是否包括该用户请求的操作权限,如果是,则控制汽车进行对应的操作;如果否,则可以通过以下两种方式中的任一种进行反馈:
1、向请求终端返回请求操作失败的消息;
2、车载终端向车主终端发送是否同意为该用户增加操作权限的询问消息,如果收到车主终端回复的确认增加操作权限的消息,则控制汽车进行对应的操作;如果收到车主终端回复的拒绝增加操作权限的消息,则向请求终端返回请求操作失败的消息。
另外,当用户具有点火权限时,在点火之前还包括:利用车载终端上设置的酒精测试仪采集用户的血液酒精浓度,当用户的血液酒精浓度大于点火阈值时,则禁止点火,即该用户喝酒后无法发动汽车;反之,则允许用户点火发动汽车。点火阈值可以根据相关法律法规进行设置,例如,根据现有法律,可以设置点火阈值(血液中的酒精含量)小于20mg/100ml。通过增加酒精检测,对血液酒精浓度超标的用户禁止点火,可以真正杜绝酒后驾车。
当汽车发动行驶后,车载终端记录该用户的持续驾驶时间,当该用户的持续驾驶时间大于第一时间阈值时,则间歇式提示用户休息,即每隔设定时间提示一次。如果该用户的持续驾驶时间大于第二时间阈值,即用户在第二时间阈值到达后任然没有熄火停车,进行休息,则持续提示用户进行休息,直至用户停车。当用户熄火停车后,则将记录的该用户的持续驾驶时间归零。设置第一时间阈值和第二时间阈值时,可以根据驾驶习惯进行设置,也可以根据驾驶员的驾龄进行设置,但无论哪种设置方式,都不能超过系统设置的最大时间,以保证用户连续驾驶一定时间之后,至少休息一次,防止用户疲劳驾驶,进一步提高安全性。另外根据驾龄设置时间阈值,还可以针对新老司机的不同特点,进行设置,以满足不同司机的休息要求。
另外,当车载终端上设置有身份识别装置时,在点火之前还包括:通过身份识别装置再次采集用户的身份识别信息,判断该用户是否拥有点火权限,如果是,则执行点火操作;如果否,则禁止进行点火操作。当用户利用暴力手段破坏控制装置,强行点火时,利用设置在车载终端上的视频采集装置,对用户进行拍照,并将拍摄的照片反馈给车主终端。车载终端上的定位模块则不断获取汽车的位置信息,并将获取的位置信息反馈给车主终端。本步骤中,点火前再次进行身份核对,主要是目的在于防盗,例如,授权用户在打开车门拿东西之后,忘记锁车,在自动锁车之前,存在其他人进入汽车的可能,如果不再次验证用户权限,汽车就可能被盗。另外,盗车者也可能采用破坏手段来强行点火,在此情况下,通过拍照和定位,则可以为抓捕偷车者和找回被盗汽车提供线索。
车载终端具体对汽车进行控制时,可以利用现有的控制原理和控制方法,只是之前由钥匙或汽车发出的控制指令,由车载终端发送给汽车的控制系统,然后再由汽车进行对应的控制操作。例如,控制车门的打开,可以将钥匙中的开车门的控制命令烧录到车载终端中,当车载终端需要执行打开车门的操作时,车载终端向汽车控制系统发送该命令,有汽车控制系统执行相应操作即可。其它控制原理类似,就不再一一举例。
图3示出了根据本发明的实施例的汽车的示意图,如图3所示,该汽车可以包括:至少一个处理器301,例如CPU,至少一个通信总线302以及存储器303;通信总线302用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;存储器303可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器303中存储一组程序代码,且处理器301用于调用存储器303中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
接收请求终端发送的控制信息,其中所述控制信息包括用户的身份识别信息和汽车控制信息;
根据所述控制信息,以及预先保存在车载终端中的用户权限信息,当判定该用户具有与所述汽车控制信息中的操作所对应的权限时,控制汽车进行对应 操作。
进一步,所述用户权限信息包括一个或多个用户的身份识别信息,以及每个用户所对应的操作权限信息。
进一步,所述车载终端采集用户的身份识别信息,并为之分配对应的操作权限信息;或者,

    接收请求终端发送的控制信息,其中所述控制信息包括用户的身份识别信息和汽车控制信息;
    根据所述控制信息,以及预先保存在车载终端中的用户权限信息,当判定该用户具有与所述汽车控制信息中的操作所对应的权限时,控制汽车进行对应操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的汽车控制方法,其特征在于,所述用户权限信息包括一个或多个用户的身份识别信息,以及每个用户所对应的操作权限信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的汽车控制方法,其特征在于,所述车载终端采集用户的身份识别信息,并为之分配对应的操作权限信息;或者,
    所述车载终端接收请求终端或车主终端发送的用户的身份识别信息,并为之分配对应的操作权限信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的汽车控制方法,其特征在于,当判定该用户不具有与所述汽车控制信息中的操作所对应的权限时,还包括:
    向请求终端返回请求操作失败的消息;或者,
    所述车载终端向车主终端发送是否同意为该用户增加操作权限的询问消息;当收到车主终端回复的同意增加操作权限的消息时,则控制汽车进行对应的操作;当收到车主终端回复的拒绝增加操作权限的消息时,则向请求终端返回请求操作失败的消息。

    接收车载终端的反馈消息,所述反馈消息包括以下消息中的一种或多种:
    1)、所述汽车当前的状态消息;

  11. 一种车载终端,其特征在于,包括:
    通信模块,用于与请求终端和车主终端进行通信;接收请求终端发送的控制信息,其中所述控制信息包括用户的身份识别信息和汽车控制信息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述控制信息,以及预先保存在车载终端中的用户权限信息,当判定该用户具有与所述汽车控制信息中的操作所对应的权限时,控制汽车进行对应操作。

    身份识别装置,用于在建立用户权限数据库和/或汽车点火之前采集用户的身份识别信息;
    所述处理模块还用于:
    在所述身份识别装置为建立用户权限数据库采集用户的身份识别信息之后,为用户分配对应的操作权限信息;以及,所述身份识别装置在汽车点火之前采集用户的身份识别信息之后,判断该用户是否拥有点火权限,如果是,则执行点火操作;如果否,则禁止进行点火操作。
  13. 如权利要求11或12所述的车载终端,其特征在于,所述车载终端还包括:
    视频采集装置,用于对用户进行拍照,并通过通信模块将拍摄的照片反馈给车主终端。

    定位模块,用于获取汽车的位置信息,并通过通信模块将获取的位置信息反馈给车主终端。

    酒精浓度采集装置,用于在点火之前采集用户的血液酒精浓度;

    当采集的用户的血液酒精浓度大于点火阈值时,则禁止点火;反之,则允许用户点火发动汽车。

    所述处理模块还用于:在汽车发动行驶后,记录该用户的持续驾驶时间;当所述持续驾驶时间大于第一时间阈值时,则控制所述语音提示模块间歇式提示用户休息;当所述持续驾驶时间大于第二时间阈值,则控制所述语音提示模块持续提示用户进行休息,直至用户熄火停车。

    当判定该用户不具有与所述汽车控制信息中的操作所对应的权限时,控制通信模块向请求终端返回请求操作失败的消息;或者,
    控制通信模块向车主终端发送是否同意为该用户增加操作权限的询问消息,如果通过通信模块收到车主终端回复的同意增加操作权限的消息,则控制汽车进行对应的操作;如果通过通信模块收到车主终端回复的拒绝增加操作权限的消息,则控制通信模块向请求终端返回请求操作失败的消息。

    所述车载终端采集用户的血液酒精浓度,当用户的血液酒精浓度大于点火阈值时,则禁止点火;反之,则允许用户点火发动汽车。
  24. 如权利要求19-22任一项所述的汽车,其特征在于,当汽车发动行驶后:
    所述车载终端记录该用户的持续驾驶时间;当所述持续驾驶时间大于第一 时间阈值时,则间歇式提示用户休息;当所述持续驾驶时间大于第二时间阈值,则持续提示用户进行休息,直至用户熄火停车。
  25. 如权利要求19-22任一项所述的汽车,其特征在于,当用户具有点火权限时,在点火之前:
    所述车载终端通过身份识别装置再次采集用户的身份识别信息,判断该用户是否拥有点火权限,如果是,则执行点火操作;如果否,则禁止进行点火操作。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行:
    利用设置在车载终端上的视频采集装置,对用户进行拍照,并将拍摄的照片反馈给车主终端;
    利用车载终端上的定位模块不断获取汽车的位置信息,并将获取的位置信息反馈给车主终端。
  27. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    身份识别模块,用于获取用户的身份识别信息;
    控制模块,用于当预先保存在请求终端中的身份识别信息中包括获取的身份识别信息时;则向车载终端发送控制信息,其中控制信息包括用户的身份识别信息和汽车控制信息。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收车载终端的反馈消息,所述反馈消息包括以下消息中的一种或多种:
    1)、所述汽车当前的状态消息;
    2)、所述车载终端拍摄的照片信息;
    3)、所述汽车的位置信息;
    4)、为没有操作权限的用户增加操作权限的询问消息。
