도 1은 단말 장치(110)로서, 스마트폰을 도시하고 있지만, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단말 장치(110)는 스마트폰 뿐만 아니라, 소정 어플리케이션을 이용하여 웹 페이지를 실행할 수 있는 데스크탑 컴퓨터, 노트북 컴퓨터, PDA, 웹 패드, 테블릿 PC 등 다양한 단말 장치(110)를 포함할 수 있다.
웹 서버(130)는 웹 페이지에 대한 단말 장치(110)의 요청이 수신되면, 단말 장치(110)로 웹 페이지를 전송한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단말 장치(110)는 웹 페이지에 대한 사용자의 입력에 따라 소정 기능을 수행할 수 있는데, 이에 대해서는 도 2를 참조하여 설명한다.

S210 단계에서, 단말 장치(110)는 웹 페이지를 화면에 디스플레이 한다. 단말 장치(110)는 웹 페이지를 웹 서버(130)로부터 수신하고, 소정 어플리케이션을 통해 웹 페이지를 단말 장치(110)의 화면에 디스플레이할 수 있다. 소정 어플리케이션은 웹 브라우져의 기능을 수행할 수 있는 어플리케이션을 포함한다.
S220 단계에서, 단말 장치(110)는 디스플레이된 웹 페이지에 대한 사용자의 스크롤 입력을 수신한다. 사용자의 스크롤 입력은 화면에 대한 터치 입력, 마우스를 이용한 입력 또는 키보드를 이용한 입력을 포함할 수 있다.

다시 도 2를 보면, S230 단계에서, 단말 장치(110)는 사용자의 스크롤 입력에 따라 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서, 웹 페이지와 함께 이동하는 웹 페이지의 소정 영역에 표시된 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 변경한다. 단말 장치(110)는 웹 페이지가 이동됨에 따라, 소정 영역에 표시된 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 점차적으로 변경할 수 있다. 사용자의 일 방향으로의 스크롤 입력에 따라 소정 영역에 표시된 제 1 이미지가 제 2 이미지로 변경된 후, 단말 장치(110)는 상기 일 방향의 반대 방향으로의 스크롤 입력이 수신된 경우, 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서 제 2 이미지를 제 1 이미지로 변경할 수도 있다.
제 1 이미지 및 제 2 이미지는 정지 이미지, 동영상 이미지 및 애니메이션 이미지 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 제 1 이미지 및 제 2 이미지는 광고주에 대한 이미지 광고, 상품 또는 서비스에 대한 구매 유도 광고를 포함하는 광고 이미지를 포함할 수 있다.
제 1 이미지와 제 2 이미지는 웹 서버(130)로부터 전송되는 웹 페이지에 포함되어 있을 수도 있고, 구현예에 따라서는, 제 1 이미지와 제 2 이미지는 단말 장치(110)에 저장된 이미지일 수도 있다. 제 1 이미지와 제 2 이미지가 단말 장치(110)에 저장된 이미지인 경우, 단말 장치(110)는 웹 페이지를 화면에 디스플레이하면서, 단말 장치(110)에 저장된 이미지 중 어느 하나의 이미지를 웹 페이지의 소정 영역에 표시하고, 스크롤 입력에 따라 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서 상기 어느 하나의 이미지를 다른 이미지로 변경할 수 있다.
제 1 이미지가 제 2 이미지로 변경되는 과정에 대해서는 도 4 및 도 5를 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단말 장치(110)는 사용자의 스크롤 입력에 따라 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서, 웹 페이지와 함께 이동하는 소정 영역에 표시된 이미지를 변경하므로, 해당 이미지에 대한 사용자의 주의력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 한정된 면적의 웹 페이지에서 하나의 영역 내에 복수의 이미지를 표시할 수 있으므로, 종래에 비해 더욱 많은 컨텐츠를 웹 페이지에 포함시킬 수 있으며, 하나의 영역을 복수의 광고주를 위한 광고 영역으로 활용할 수도 있다.
도 4(a) 내지 도 4(c)는 본 발명에 따른 이미지 표시 방법을 설명하기 위한 예시적인 도면이다.
먼저, 도 4(a)에 도시된 바와 같이, 단말 장치(110)는 소정 영역(400) 내에 제 1 이미지(410)가 표시된 웹 페이지(310)를 화면에 표시한다. 웹 페이지(310)의 소정 영역(400)은 입체 오브젝트(400)를 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 도 4(b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 단말 장치(110)는 사용자(20)의 스크롤 입력에 따라 웹 페이지(310)를 일 방향, 예를 들어 상부로 이동시키면서, 입체 오브젝트(400)를 회전시킬 수 있다. 입체 오브젝트(400)의 제 1 면에는 제 1 이미지(410)가 표시되어 있고, 제 2 면에는 제 2 이미지(420)가 표시되어 있는데, 입체 오브젝트(400)의 회전과 함께 제 1 이미지(410)로부터 제 2 이미지(420)로 점차 변경될 수 있다. 마지막으로, 도 4(c)에 도시된 바와 같이, 입체 오브젝트(400)의 제 1 면으로부터 제 2 면으로 회전이 완료되면, 제 1 이미지(410) 대신 제 2 이미지(420)가 화면에 표시될 수 있다. 구현예에 따라서는, 입체 오브젝트(400)는 세 개 이상의 면을 포함할 수 있으며, 각 면에는 각 면에 대응하는 이미지가 표시되어, 웹 페이지(310)의 이동에 따라 입체 오브젝트(400)가 회전하면서 여러 이미지들이 순차적으로 화면에 표시될 수도 있다.

전술한 바와 같이, 단말 장치(110)는 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서 소정 영역 내에 복수의 이미지를 표시할 수 있다. 이 때, 단말 장치(110)는 복수의 이미지 각각이 표시될 화면상의 영역(600a, 600b, 600c)을 미리 설정할 수 있다. 도 6을 보면, 소정 영역이 화면의 제 1 영역(600a) 내에 위치하는 경우, 제 1 이미지를 소정 영역 내에 표시하고, 소정 영역이 화면의 제 2 영역(600b) 내에 위치하는 경우, 제 2 이미지를 소정 영역 내에 표시하고, 소정 영역이 화면의 제 3 영역(600c) 내에 위치하는 경우, 제 3 이미지를 소정 영역 내에 표시할 수 있다. 소정 영역이 제 1 영역(600a)과 제 2 영역(600b) 모두에 포함되는 경우에는 소정 영역 내에서 제 1 이미지가 제 2 이미지로 변경되는 과정(도 4(b) 및 도 5(b) 참조)이 소정 영역 내에 표시될 수 있고, 소정 영역이 제 2 영역(600b)과 제 3 영역(600c) 모두에 포함되는 경우에는 소정 영역 내에서 제 2 이미지가 제 3 이미지로 변경되는 과정(도 4(b) 및 도 5(b) 참조)이 소정 영역 내에 표시될 수 있다.
도 6은 화면에 대해 설정되는 영역(600a, 600b, 600c)을 세 개로 도시하고 있지만, 영역의 개수가 다양하게 변경될 수 있다는 것은 당업자에 의해 명확하게 이해될 것이다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단말 장치(110)는 제 1 이미지와 제 2 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택된 경우, 제 1 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택되었다는 것을 나타내는 정보 및 제 2 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택되었다는 것을 나타내는 정보를 웹 서버(130)로 전송할 수 있다. 이는 제 1 이미지와 제 2 이미지가 광고 이미지인 경우, 광고주에 대한 과금액 산정의 기초로 이용하기 위함이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단말 장치(700)의 구성을 도시하는 블록도이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단말 장치(700)는 사용자 입력부(710), 통신부(730), 디스플레이(750) 및 제어부(770)를 포함한다.
먼저, 사용자 입력부(710)는 사용자로부터 입력을 수신한다. 사용자 입력부(710)는 키보드, 마우스 또는 터치 스크린을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자는 사용자 입력부(710)를 통해 웹 페이지가 디스플레이에 표시되도록 하거나, 웹 페이지를 스크롤할 수 있다.
통신부(730)는 웹 서버(130)로부터 웹 페이지를 수신한다. 예를 들어, 사용자로부터 웹 페이지 표시 요청이 있는 경우, 통신부(730)는 해당 웹 페이지를 웹 서버(130)로부터 수신하며, 또한, 통신부(730)는 웹 페이지에 포함된 광고 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택되었다는 것을 나타내는 정보를 웹 서버(130)로 전송할 수도 있다.
디스플레이(750)는 웹 페이지를 화면에 디스플레이한다. 단말 장치(700)에 저장된 소정 어플리케이션은 웹 서버(130)로부터 수신된 웹 페이지를 실행하여 디스플레이(750)의 화면에 디스플레이할 수 있다.
제어부(770)는 적어도 하나의 프로세서로 구현될 수 있으며, 사용자로부터 수신된 스크롤 입력에 따라 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서, 웹 페이지의 소정 영역에 표시된 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 변경한다. 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 변경하는 과정에 대해서는 전술하였는바, 상세한 설명을 생략한다.

S810 단계에서, 웹 서버(130)는 단말 장치(110)로부터 웹 페이지에 대한 요청을 수신한다. 웹 서버(130)는 웹 페이지를 저장할 수 있는데, 이 웹 페이지는 외부의 다른 서버로부터 수신될 수도 있고, 웹 페이지 제작자들에 의해 생성되어 웹 서버(130)에 저장될 수도 있다. 또는, 웹 페이지는 웹 서버(130)에 의해 자동적으로 생성될 수도 있다.

한편, 상술한 본 발명의 실시예들은 컴퓨터에서 실행될 수 있는 프로그램으로 작성가능하고, 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체를 이용하여 상기 프로그램을 동작시키는 범용 디지털 컴퓨터에서 구현될 수 있다.
상기 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 마그네틱 저장매체(예를 들면, 롬, 플로피 디스크, 하드디스크 등), 광학적 판독 매체(예를 들면, 시디롬, 디브이디 등) 및 캐리어 웨이브(예를 들면, 인터넷을 통한 전송)와 같은 저장매체를 포함한다.
이상과 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 단말 장치에 의한 이미지의 표시 방법에 있어서,
    웹 페이지를 화면에 디스플레이하는 단계;
    상기 디스플레이된 웹 페이지에 대한 사용자의 스크롤 입력을 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 사용자의 스크롤 입력에 따라 상기 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서, 상기 웹 페이지와 함께 이동하는 상기 웹 페이지의 소정 영역에 표시된 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 변경하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지의 표시 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 스크롤 입력은,
    상기 화면에 대한 터치 입력, 마우스를 이용한 입력 또는 키보드를 이용한 입력을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지의 표시 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 소정 영역은,
    상기 스크롤 입력에 따라 이동하면서 회전하는 입체 오브젝트를 포함하고,
    상기 제 1 이미지는 상기 입체 오브젝트의 제 1 면에 표시되고, 상기 제 2 이미지는 상기 입체 오브젝트의 제 2 면에 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지의 표시 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 변경하는 단계는,
    상기 스크롤 입력에 따라 상기 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서, 상기 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 점차적으로 변경하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지의 표시 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 이미지를 상기 제 2 이미지로 점차적으로 변경하는 단계는,
    상기 제 1 이미지를 상기 소정 영역의 일 측 방향을 따라 점차적으로 축소시키면서, 상기 제 2 이미지를 상기 소정 영역의 타 측 방향으로부터 상기 일 측 방향을 따라 점차적으로 확대시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지의 표시 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 변경하는 단계는,
    상기 웹 페이지의 소정 영역이 화면의 제 1 영역 내에 위치하면 상기 제 1 이미지를 표시하고, 상기 소정 영역이 화면의 제 2 영역 내에 위치하면 상기 제 1 이미지 대신 제 2 이미지를 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지의 표시 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 이미지와 상기 제 2 이미지는
    상기 단말 장치에 저장된 이미지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지의 표시 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 이미지와 제 2 이미지는,
    광고주의 광고 이미지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지의 표시 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 이미지의 표시 방법은,
    상기 제 1 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택되었다는 것을 나타내는 정보 및 제 2 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택되었다는 것을 나타내는 정보를 웹 서버로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지의 표시 방법.
  10. 하드웨어와 결합되어 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항의 이미지의 표시 방법을 실행시키기 위하여 매체에 저장된 컴퓨터 프로그램.
  11. 웹 페이지를 화면에 디스플레이하는 디스플레이;
    상기 디스플레이된 웹 페이지에 대한 사용자의 스크롤 입력을 수신하는 사용자 입력부; 및
    상기 사용자의 스크롤 입력에 따라 상기 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서, 상기 웹 페이지와 함께 이동하는 상기 웹 페이지의 소정 영역에 표시된 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 변경하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말 장치.
  12. 웹 서버에 의한 웹 페이지 제공 방법에 있어서,
    단말 장치로부터 웹 페이지에 대한 요청을 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 단말 장치의 요청에 따라 상기 웹 페이지를 상기 단말 장치로 제공하는 단계를 포함하되,
    상기 웹 페이지는,
    상기 웹 페이지가 상기 단말 장치의 화면에 디스플레이된 상태에서, 상기 웹 페이지에 대한 사용자의 스크롤 입력이 수신되면, 스크롤 입력에 따라 상기 웹 페이지를 이동시키면서, 상기 웹 페이지와 함께 이동하는 상기 웹 페이지의 소정 영역에 표시된 제 1 이미지를 제 2 이미지로 변경하도록 상기 단말 장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웹 페이지 제공 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 웹 페이지 제공 방법은,
    여러 단말 장치로부터 상기 제 1 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택되었다는 것을 나타내는 정보 및 상기 제 2 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택되었다는 것을 나타내는 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 제 1 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택된 횟수 및 상기 제 2 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택된 횟수에 기초하여, 상기 제 1 이미지 및 상기 제 2 이미지의 광고주에 대한 과금액을 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웹 페이지 제공 방법.
  14. 하드웨어와 결합되어 제12항 또는 제13항의 웹 페이지 제공 방법을 실행시키기 위하여 매체에 저장된 컴퓨터 프로그램.
