无线路由器设备的修复方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及宽带网络的接入领域,具体而言,涉及一种无线路由器设备的修复方法及装置。
背景技术
随着手机、Pad等智能终端的普及,用户对无线路由器的需求也越来越大。在无线路由器使用过程中用户经常会遇到无线连接不上、连接上后不能上网、数字用户线路(Digital Subscriber Line,简称DSL)协商不上,获取不到外网地址等问题,在相关技术中的解决方案通常是将单板直接重启或按下复位按键进行恢复,这些方法通常比较耗时,有些甚至会丢失用户配置信息,造成极差的用户体验。
针对相关技术中,故障无线路由器设备恢复时间长、用户体验差的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种故障无线路由器设备的修复方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中无线路由器设备恢复时间长、用户体验差的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种无线路由器设备的修复装置,包括:中央处理模块,设置为在第一预定时间段内获取无线路由设备中一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,以及根据一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态判断一个或者多个功能模块是否处于故障状态;功能恢复模块,设置为一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态为故障状态的情况下,接收修复指示,并在修复指示的触发下,对一个或者多个功能模块中的处于故障状态的功能模块进行修复。
在本发明实施例中,一个或者多个功能模块包括以下至少之一:链路模块,设置为检测和维护链路状态;网络电话(Voice over Internet Protocol,简称VOIP)模块,设置为检测和维护语音电话模块;宽带互联网视听业务(Independent Television,简称ITV)模块,设置为检测和维护交互式网络电视(Internet Protocol Television,简称IPTV)的组播状态;互联网Internet模块,设置为检测和维护广域网WAN的连接状态;接入控制服务器(Access Control Serverz,简称ACS)模块,设置为检测和维护TR069模块的工作状态。
在本发明实施例中,装置还包括:按键模块,设置为接收用户的触发指令,并将触发指令发送至中央处理模块;上述中央处理模块,设置为依据触发指令产生修复指示。
在本发明实施例中,该装置还包括:指示灯控制模块,设置为接收来自中央处理模块发送的通知消息,设置与指示灯控制模块连接的指示灯的指示状态;其中,指示状态与一个或 者多个功能模块的工作状态对应。
在本发明实施例中,指示灯控制模块还设置为以下至少之一:在一个或者多个功能模块均未处于故障状态的情况下,将指示灯设置为第一指示状态;在一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块处于故障状态的情况下,或者在中央处理模块在第一预定时间段内,未获取到一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块的工作状态的情况下,将指示灯设置为第二指示状态;在一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块处于正在修复状态的情况下,依据通知消息,将指示灯设置为第三指示状态。

根据本发明的另一实施例,提供了一种无线路由器设备的修复方法,包括:在第一预定时间段内获取无线路由设备中一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,根据一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态判断一个或者多个功能模块是否处于故障状态;在一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态为故障状态的情况下,接收修复指示,并在修复指示的触发下,对一个或者多个功能模块中的处于故障状态的功能模块进行修复。

通过本发明实施例,采用中央处理模块在第一预定时间段内获取无线路由设备中一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,以及根据工作状态判断一个或者多个功能模块是否处于故障状态;在一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态为故障状态的情况下,功能恢复模块接收修复指示,并在修复指示的触发下,对一个或者多个功能模块中的处于所述故障状态的功能模块进行修复。即对无线路由器设备中一个或者多个功能模块中的处于所述故障状态的功能模块进行修复,解决了故障无线路由器设备恢复时间长、用户体验差的问题,达到了快速恢复故障无线路由器设备的效果。

在本实施例中提供了一种无线路由器设备的修复装置,图1是根据本发明实施例的无线路由器设备的修复装置的结构框图一,如图1所示,该装置包括:
中央处理模块10,设置为在第一预定时间段内获取无线路由设备中一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,以及根据一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态判断一个或者多个功能模块是否处于故障状态;
功能恢复模块12,设置为一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态为故障状态的情况下,接收修复指示,并在修复指示的触发下,对一个或者多个功能模块中的处于故障状态的功能模块进行修复。
通过上述装置,采用对无线路由器设备中一个或者多个功能模块中的处于所述故障状态的功能模块进行修复的技术手段,与相关技术中的采用单板直接重启或按下复位按键进行恢复的方案相比,恢复时间短,在恢复过程中也不会丢失用户配置信息,进而解决了无线路由器设备恢复时间长、用户体验差的问题,进而达到了快速恢复无线路由器设备的效果。
在本实施例中,上述功能恢复模块12可以独立于上述中央处理模块10,也可以是集成于上述中央处理模块10中,但不限于此;上述工作状态可以包括以下几种:正常工作状态,故障状态,正在修复状态,无法修复状态,但不限于此。在本实施例中,一个或者多个功能模块可以包括:链路模块,设置为检测和维护链路状态;网络电话VOIP模块,设置为检测和维护语音电话模块;宽带互联网视听业务ITV模块,设置为检测和维护交互式网络电视IPTV的组播状态;互联网Internet模块,设置为检测和维护广域网WAN的连接状态;接入控制服务器ACS模块,设置为检测和维护TR069模块的工作状态。
需要说明的是,上述链路模块,可以将链路状态消息发送给上述中央处理模块10,也可以接收上述中央处理模块10发送过来的恢复消息,对该模块进行恢复;VOIP模块将VOIP模块的工作状态消息发送给上述中央处理模块10,也可以接收上述中央处理模块10发过来的恢复消息,对该VOIP模块进行恢复;TV模块检测IPTV模块工作状态并发送消息给上述中央处理模块10,也可以接收上述中央处理模块10发送过来的消息对该模块进行修复;Internet模块检测Internet工作状态消息并发送给上述中央处理模块10,也会接收上述中央处理模块10发送的恢复消息对该模块进行恢复;ACS模块将该模块的工作状态信息上报给中央处理模块10,也可以接收上述中央处理模块10发送的恢复消息对TR069模块进行恢复。

图3是根据本发明实施例的无线路由器设备的修复装置的结构框图三,如图3所示,该 装置还包括:指示灯控制模块30,设置为接收来自上述中央处理模块10发送的通知消息,设置与该指示灯控制模块30连接的指示灯的指示状态;其中,指示状态与一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态对应。将指示灯的指示状态与无线路由器设备中的功能模块的工作状态对应,不同的工作状态对应指示灯的不同的指示状态,使用户能够更加直观的获知无线路由器设备的当前工作状态。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中的指示灯可以为LED灯,指示灯的指示状态可以通过以下几种形式表示,(1)颜色,例如:设置绿色、橙色、黄色、红色分别表示无线路由器设备处于正常工作状态,故障状态,正在修复状态,无法修复状态;(2)亮度等级,例如,设置了4个亮度等级,分别表示无线路由器设备处于正常工作状态,故障状态,正在修复状态,无法修复状态;(3)闪烁频次,例如:在规定时间内指示灯闪烁不闪烁、闪烁一次、闪烁2次、闪烁3次分别表示处于正常工作状态,故障状态,正在修复状态,无法修复状态。也可以是以上几种形式的组合,但不限于此。
上述指示灯控制模块30还设置为以下:在一个或者多个功能模块均未处于故障状态的情况下,将指示灯设置为第一指示状态;在一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块处于故障状态的情况下,或者在中央处理模块10在第一预定时间段内,未获取到一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块的工作状态的情况下,将指示灯设置为第二指示状态。
在本实施例中,中央处理模块10还设置为以下至少之一:在第二预定时间段内一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块未修复成功或者在第二预定时间段内未接收到一个或者多个功能模块都修复成功的消息的情况下,向指示灯控制模块发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息用于指示指示灯控制模块将指示灯设置为第四指示状态;其中,第四指示状态用于指示无线路由器设备需要被重启;在第二预定时间段内接收到一个或者多个功能模块都修复成功的消息,向指示灯控制模块发送第二指示信息,第二指示信息用于指示指示灯控制模块将指示灯设置为第一指示状态。
在指示灯控制模块正在进行修复时,中央处理模块通过设置第二预定时间,根据在第二预定时间段内一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块未修复成功或者在第二预定时间段内未接收到一个或者多个功能模块都修复成功的消息(即对一个或者多个功能模块修复超时),判断系统是否能够成功修复,并在不能够进行修复的时候,将指示灯设置为第四指示状态,提示用户需要进行重启;如果修复成功,则将指示灯设置为第一指示状态,提示用户修复成功。因而,用户可以根据指示灯的指示状态,获取无线路由器设备的各个工作状态,并能够根据指示灯的状态,对无线路由器设备进行恢复,另外,本实施例中在无线路由器设备出现故障的时候,先进行系统修复,如果系统不能进行修复再采用重启的方式对其进行修复,明显缩短了修复时间,大大减小了在修复过程中丢失用户配置信息的可能性。
在上述实施例中,中央处理模块10,负责整个系统消息处理,并根据每个模块状态对用户进行点灯指示。指示灯控制模块30,接收中央处理模块10的指令,显示当前网络运行状态。
上述实施例提供的上述装置主要的工作原理包括:在无线路由器启动时,中央处理模块 10检测各模块状态,每个模块上报自己状态,在规定时间内未收到每个模块消息或者状态为NOK消息,发消息给指示灯控制模块30,显示当前状态为橙色,提示用户网络出现故障,需要修复。在正常使用过程中如果某个模块出现故障也会发送消息给中央处理模块10,然后中央处理模块10发消息给指示灯控制模块30提示用户出现故障,等待用户修复。
本发明实施例中还提供了一种无线路由器设备的修复方法,图4是根据本发明实施例的无线路由器设备的修复方法的流程图一,如图4所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
S400,在第一预定时间段内获取无线路由设备中一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,根据一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态判断一个或者多个功能模块是否处于故障状态;
S402,在一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态为故障状态的情况下,接收修复指示,并在修复指示的触发下,对一个或者多个功能模块中的处于故障状态的功能模块进行修复。
通过上述方法,采用对无线路由器设备中一个或者多个功能模块中的处于所述故障状态的功能模块进行修复的技术手段,与相关技术中的采用单板直接重启或按下复位按键进行恢复的方案相比,该方法恢复时间短,在恢复过程中也不会丢失用户配置信息,进而解决了无线路由器设备恢复时间长、用户体验差的问题,进而达到了快速恢复无线路由器设备的效果。

在指示灯控制模块正在进行修复时,通过设置第二预定时间,根据在第二预定时间段内一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块未修复成功或者在第二预定时间段内未接收到一个或者多个功能模块都修复成功的消息(即对一个或者多个功能模块修复超时),判断系统是否能够成功修复,并在不能够进行修复的时候,将指示灯设置为第四指示状态,提示用户需要进行重启;如果修复成功,则将指示灯设置为第一指示状态,提示用户修复成功。因而,用户可以根据指示灯的指示状态,获取无线路由器设备的各个工作状态,并能够根据指示灯的状态,对无线路由器设备进行恢复,另外,本实施例中在无线路由器设备出现故障的时候,先进行系统修复,如果系统不能进行修复再采用重启的方式对其进行修复,明显缩短了修复时间,大大减小了在修复过程中丢失用户配置信息的可能性。

按键模块A主要负责接收用户按键事件,并负责将消息发给中央处理模块B,功能恢复模块C包括各个功能模块,主要负责检查每个模块状态,并对模块进行功能修复,LED控制模 块D主要用于对用户状态进行指示,告诉用户当前状态。当出现问题时功能恢复模块C发送消息给中央处理模块B进行处理,然后中央处理模块B发送消息给LED控制模块D提示用户当前存在问题,当用户按下按键后,按键模块A发送消息给中央处理模块B,紧接着中央处理模块发送消息给功能恢复模块C,并等待消息结果,如果恢复成功LED控制模块D显示对应的颜色进行提示。
按键模块A与上述实施例中的按键模块20实现的功能和作用部分相同,中央处理模块B与上述实施例中的中央处理模块10实现的功能和作用部分相同,功能恢复模块C与上述实施例中的功能恢复模块12实现的功能和作用部分相同,LED控制模块D与上述实施例中的指示灯控制模块30实现的功能和作用部分相同。
图7是本发明实施例提供的一种优选的无线路由器设备的修复方法的流程示意图,如图7所示:
步骤701,系统刚启动时,中央处理模块F发消息给LED控制模块G,指示单板状态为系统刚启动,LED控制模块G将单板LED设置为熄灭状态;
步骤702,中央处理模块F启动3分钟定时器,等待每个模块上报状态消息,在3分钟之内如果每个模块都上报工作正常消息,表示当前所有模块均工作正常,此时中央处理模块F只需要将单板工作正常消息发送给LED控制模块G,指示当前工作正常状态,此时需要点绿色灯;
步骤703,如果收到任何一个功能模块不正常消息或者超过3分钟有任何一个功能模块没有上报消息均表示当前单板出现问题需要修复,中央处理模块F发送需要修复消息给LED控制模块G,此时LED控制模块G将灯设置为橙色提示用户当前单板出现故障;
步骤704,用户发现当前状态指示灯为橙色时,需要按下快速恢复按键对单板进行恢复,此时按键模块发送消息给中央处理模块F表示对单板进行修复处理,中央处理模块F收到修复消息后,首先发送消息给LED控制模块G指示其正在进行修复操作,LED控制模块G将灯设置为橙色闪烁状态;
步骤705,中央处理模块F根据之前收到消息状态进行分析处理,将发送消息给需要的模块进行修复,紧接着中央处理模块F再次启动2分钟定时器等诊断修复结果;
步骤706,如果收到状态不正常消息或者超时后,中央处理模块F发送消息给LED控制模块G指示其无法修复,将灯设置红色,提示用户需要重启单板;如果收到正常消息后表示修复成功,中央处理模块F发送消息给LED控制模块G指示其修复成功,设置灯为绿色灯。
按键模块与上述实施例中的按键模块20实现的功能和作用部分相同,中央处理模块F与上述实施例中的中央处理模块10实现的功能和作用部分相同,LED控制模块G与上述实施例中的指示灯控制模块30实现的功能和作用部分相同。
图8是本发明优选实施例LED控制模块G指示状态的转换示意图,如图8所示:
该图反映了整个LED控制及状态迁移流程,单板刚启动时候灯为熄灭状态,如果此时系统所有功能模块状态为正常则将灯设置为绿色,否则将灯设置为橙色状态,橙色状态表示出现故障但是可以修复,因此可以由橙色转移为橙色闪烁状态,表示系统正常修复。如果修复成功将状态迁移为绿色,否则失败了将颜色设置者红色,一旦为红色后系统不能再进行修复,需要提示用户进行重启;另一实施例绿色状态可以转化橙色状态,这个在使用过程中如果某个功能模块出现问题后会迁移为橙色状态。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,中央处理模块在第一预定时间段内获取无线路由设备中一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,以及根据工作状态判断一个或者多个功能模块是否处于故障状态;在一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态为故障状态的情况下,功能恢复模块接收修复指示,并在修复指示的触发下,对一个或者多个功能模块中的处于所述故障状态的功能模块进行修复。即对无线路由器设备中一个或者多个功能模块中的处于所述故障状态的功能模块进行修复,解决了故障无线路由器设备恢复时间长、用户体验差的问题,达到了快速恢复故障无线路由器设备的效果。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种无线路由器设备的修复装置,包括:
    中央处理模块,设置为在第一预定时间段内获取无线路由设备中一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,以及根据所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态判断所述一个或者多个功能模块是否处于故障状态;
    功能恢复模块,设置为在所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态为所述故障状态的情况下,接收修复指示,并在所述修复指示的触发下,对所述一个或者多个功能模块中的处于所述故障状态的功能模块进行修复。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述一个或者多个功能模块包括以下至少之一:
    链路模块,设置为检测和维护链路状态;
    网络电话VOIP模块,设置为检测和维护语音电话模块;
    宽带互联网视听业务ITV模块,设置为检测和维护交互式网络电视IPTV的组播状态;
    互联网Internet模块,设置为检测和维护广域网WAN的连接状态;
    接入控制服务器ACS模块,设置为检测和维护TR069模块的工作状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,
    所述装置还包括:按键模块,设置为接收用户的触发指令,并将所述触发指令发送至所述中央处理模块;
    所述中央处理模块,设置为依据所述触发指令产生所述修复指示。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    指示灯控制模块,设置为接收来自所述中央处理模块发送的通知消息,设置与所述指示灯控制模块连接的指示灯的指示状态;其中,所述指示状态与所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态对应。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,所述指示灯控制模块还设置为以下至少之一:
    在所述一个或者多个功能模块均未处于所述故障状态的情况下,将所述指示灯设置为第一指示状态;
    在所述一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块处于所述故障状态的情况下,或者在所述中央处理模块在所述第一预定时间段内,未获取到所述一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块的工作状态的情况下,将所述指示灯设置为第二指示状态;
    在所述一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块处于正在修复状态的情况下,依据所述通知消息,将所述指示灯设置为第三指示状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其中,所述中央处理模块还设置为以下至少之一:
    在第二预定时间段内所述一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块未修复成功或者在所述第二预定时间段内未接收到所述一个或者多个功能模块都修复成功的消息的情况下,向所述指示灯控制模块发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述指示灯控制模块将所述指示灯设置为第四指示状态;其中,所述第四指示状态用于指示所述无线路由器设备需要被重启;
    在第二预定时间段内接收到所述一个或者多个功能模块都修复成功的消息,向所述指示灯控制模块发送第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述指示灯控制模块将所述指示灯设置为所述第一指示状态。
  7. 一种无线路由器设备的修复方法,包括:
    在第一预定时间段内获取无线路由设备中一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,根据所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态判断所述一个或者多个功能模块是否处于故障状态;
    在所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态为所述故障状态的情况下,接收修复指示,并在所述修复指示的触发下,对所述一个或者多个功能模块中的处于所述故障状态的功能模块进行修复。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述一个或者多个功能模块包括以下至少之一:
    链路模块,设置为检测和维护链路状态;
    网络电话VOIP模块,设置为检测和维护语音电话模块;
    宽带互联网视听业务ITV模块,设置为检测和维护交互式网络电视IPTV的组播状态;
    互联网Internet模块,设置为检测和维护广域网WAN的连接状态;
    接入控制服务器ACS模块,设置为检测和维护TR069模块的工作状态。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,在接收所述修复指示之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户的触发指令,并依据所述触发指令产生所述修复指示。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,设置发光二极管指示灯的指示状态;其中,所述指示状态与所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态对应。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,根据所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,设置发光二极管指示灯的指示状态包括以下至少之一:
    在所述一个或者多个功能模块未处于所述故障状态的情况下,将所述指示灯设置为 第一指示状态;
    在所述一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块处于所述故障状态的情况下,或者在所述第一预定时间段内未获取到所述一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块的工作状态的情况下,将所述指示灯设置为第二指示状态;
    在所述一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块处于正在修复状态的情况下,将所述指示灯设置为第三指示状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括以下至少之一:
    在将所述指示灯设置为所述第三指示状态之后,在第二预定时间段内所述一个或者多个功能模块中的至少一个功能模块未修复成功或者在所述第二预定时间段内未接收到所述一个或者多个功能模块都修复成功的消息的情况下,将所述指示灯设置为第四指示状态;其中,所述第四指示状态用于指示所述无线路由器设备需要被重启;
    在第二预定时间段内接收到所述一个或者多个功能模块都修复成功的消息,将所述指示灯设置为所述第一指示状态。
  13. 一种无线路由器设备的修复装置,包括:
    判断单元,设置为在第一预定时间段内获取无线路由设备中一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态,以及根据所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态判断所述一个或者多个功能模块是否处于故障状态;
    修复单元,设置为在所述一个或者多个功能模块的工作状态为所述故障状态的情况下,接收修复指示,并在所述修复指示的触发下,对所述一个或者多个功能模块中的处于所述故障状态的功能模块进行修复。
