本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,包括拉杆、上连接板、设在所述上连接板上的拉杆通过孔、下连接板、设在所述下连接板上的下侧向拉杆卡槽、设在所述上连接板和所述下连接板之间的中间连接块、设在所述中间连接块上的中间侧向拉杆卡槽、设在所述拉杆上端的螺纹段、螺接在所述螺纹段上的紧固螺母、设在所述拉杆下端用于防止所述拉杆从所述下侧向拉杆卡槽中竖向脱出的防脱出部以及用于防止所述防脱出部向外侧滑出的侧向阻挡板。
采用本申请的结构,首先,中间侧向拉杆卡槽和下侧向拉杆卡槽共同构成了一个能够使得拉杆可以侧向置入的通道;当拉杆从侧向置入通道中后,再通过提升的动作,将防脱出部被竖向阻挡住;之后,通过将上端螺母拧入在拉杆上端螺纹段上,保证了拉杆不会在竖向上移动;同时,侧向阻挡板在侧向上对防脱出部进行限制,能保证拉杆不会从侧向滑出通道。
采用本竖向连接机构的钢管支撑装置和现有的结构相比,如美国专利US7080864 B2的FIG1所示,一捆钢管的吊装,需要用到几副钢管支撑装置(一般为2~4副),每副钢管支撑装置由若干根支架(相当于本申请中的钢管支撑架)及其两侧的固定部分(相当于本申请中 的竖向连接机构)组成。
其安装方式为:
首先,将各层支架和其对应的插件连接好。例如,位于最底层的支架两端连接两个底层插件;位于中间层的支架两端连接两个U型件;最上层的支架连接两个上层插件。然后,根据成捆支架的副数,将若干根底层支架放在工作平台上,保证支架的凹槽在轴向上对准,以便于放置钢管;此后在最底层的支架上放第一层钢管;然后再在第一层钢管上放置中间层的支架,然后在中间层的支架上放置钢管,如此反复,最后,放置最上层的支架。至此,钢管和支架的摆放完成。
然后进入下一步骤,固定各副支架。
根据美国专利US7080864 B2的支架,此时其要将两根螺杆从上至下依次穿过上插件,U型插件,下插件,最后拧在预装固定在下插中的螺母上,然后将顶层的螺母拧在螺杆上端,实现整个装置的锁紧。其中安装螺杆的过程其对准比较困难,需要人员在侧向拉杆机构所在的一侧操作,其次其扭矩的传导也很吃力,需要夹具夹住螺杆,使其拧入。
反之,如果换用我们的竖向连接机构,直接省去了扭动拉杆套入螺母的步骤,直接将拉杆通过侧面通道放入再提升拉紧,最后也是通过上端螺母锁紧。由于工件设计有一定余量,侧面放入不需要像螺母一样非常精确的对准,操作人员完全可以在工作台的一侧完成操作,适应了某些工厂场地有限不能在两侧操作的缺陷;而且该发明省去了用工具扳动拉杆固定到螺母上费时的操作,同时节省了工具。
作为优选,所述拉杆和所述防脱出部之间设有和所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽配合用于防止所述拉杆旋转的防旋转部。
作为优选,所述防旋转部设有和所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽配合的两个防转侧面。
作为优选,所述拉杆、所述防脱出部以及防旋转部一体成型或焊接成一体。
作为优选,所述侧向阻挡板由所述下连接板端部弯曲形成;或所述侧向阻挡板包括和所述下连接板固定连接的底板以及和所述底板连接的弯曲板。
作为优选,所述中间连接块包括连接体、设在所述连接体一端的插入体以及设在所述连接体上的一对阻挡块,所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽设在所述连接体远离所述插入体的一端;所述插入体横截面为矩形,其宽度方向的两个侧面设有沿着长度方向延伸的长槽;所述插入体端面设有凹腔。
作为优选,所述下连接板端部设有下端连接块,所述下端连接块上设有插接腔、和所述插接腔相通的开口槽、位于所述开口槽端部的端部挡边以及设在和所述开口槽相对的底部侧 面上的底部开口。
作为优选,还包括位于所述底部开口两侧的侧向挡板以及所述侧向挡板和所述插接腔侧壁形成的导向安装槽。
作为优选,所述下连接板端部设有下端连接块,所述下端连接块上设有插接腔、和所述插接腔相通的开口槽、位于所述开口槽端部的端部挡边以及和所述开口槽相对的底部凹槽,所述底部凹槽的底壁形成底部连接板。
作为优选,所述防脱出部上设有用于防止所述拉杆旋转的限位侧面。
一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述包括拉杆、上连接板、设在所述上连接板上的上侧向拉杆卡槽、下连接板、设在所述下连接板上的下侧向拉杆卡槽、设在所述上连接板和所述下连接板之间的中间连接块、设在所述中间连接块上的中间侧向拉杆卡槽、设在所述拉杆上端的螺纹段、螺接在所述螺纹段上的紧固螺母、设在所述拉杆下端用于防止所述拉杆从所述下侧向拉杆卡槽中竖向脱出的防脱出部、用于防止所述防脱出部向外侧滑出的侧向阻挡板以及用于防止所述拉杆旋转的防旋转部;所述上连接板上还设有用于防止所述紧固螺母从所述上侧向拉杆卡槽中脱出的阻挡板。
本技术方案中,上侧向拉杆卡槽、中间侧向拉杆卡槽和下侧向拉杆卡槽共同构成了一个能够使得拉杆可以侧向置入的通道;当拉杆从侧向置入通道中后,再通过提升的动作,将防脱出部被竖向阻挡住;之后,通过将上端螺母拧入在拉杆上端螺纹段上,保证了拉杆不会在竖向上移动;侧向阻挡板在侧向上对防脱出部进行限制,能保证拉杆不会从侧向滑出通道,而位于拉杆上端的紧固螺母则被阻挡板阻挡住,实现上、下两个方向上的侧向阻挡,这样的结构在安装的时候,速度更快、更方便。
作为优选,所述阻挡板包括具有开口槽的板本体以及设在所述板本体上且位于所述开口槽两侧的端部延伸板。
作为优选,所述防旋转部设置在所述拉杆和所述防脱出部之间,并具有和所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽配合的防转侧面。
作为优选,所述防旋转部包括设在防脱出部上的限位侧面。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
结构简单,制作方便,成本低廉,操作简单,省时省力。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本具体实施例仅仅是对本发明的解释,其并不是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员在阅读完本说明书后可以根据需要对本实施例做出没有创造性贡献的修改,但只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。
实施例:如图1、2、3、4所示,附图1显示的是采用本实施方式的一种钢管支撑装置,其包括多个由下至上依次平行排列的钢管支撑架以及设置在所述多个钢管支撑架两端并将所述多个钢管支撑架连接起来的两个竖向连接机构2;所述竖向连接机构2为两个,一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,所述包括拉杆201、上连接板208、设在所述上连接板208上的拉杆通过孔202、下连接板209、设在所述下连接板209上的下侧向拉杆卡槽210、设在所述上连接板208和所述下连接板209之间的中间连接块211、设在所述中间连接块211上的中间侧向拉杆卡槽212、设在所述拉杆201上端的螺纹段203、螺接在所述螺纹段203上的紧固螺母204、设在所述拉杆201下端用于防止所述拉杆201从所述下侧向拉杆卡槽210中竖向脱出的防脱出部205以及用于防止所述防脱出部205向外侧滑出的侧向阻挡板206。
上连接板208设在最上方所述钢管支撑架上;下连接板209设在最下方所述钢管支撑架上;设在所述下连接板209上的下侧向拉杆卡槽210、中间连接块211设在其余所述钢管支撑架上;中间连接块211由塑料制成;所述中间连接块211包括连接体2111、设在所述连接体2111一端的插入体2112以及设在所述连接体2111上的一对阻挡块2113,所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽212设在所述连接体2111远离所述插入体2112的一端;所述插入体2112横截面为矩形,其宽度方向的两个侧面设有沿着长度方向延伸的长槽2115;所述插入体2112端面设有凹腔2114,凹腔2114为两个。
拉杆201为硬质杆,横截面为圆形或多边形等,一般采用钢杆,拉杆通过孔202为通 孔,设在上连接板208上,上连接板208插接在最上方的支撑内芯上,下连接板插接在最下方的支撑内芯上;中间连接块211为塑料材质,插接固定在支撑内芯中,同样的,最上方的钢管支撑架上设有插入支撑内芯的上端连接块,上端连接块全部或部分为塑料材质,能够起到防护作用;最下方的钢管支撑架上设有插入支撑内芯并由塑料制成的下端连接块;中间侧向拉杆卡槽212以及下侧向拉杆卡槽210的设置,形成拉杆进入的通道,使得拉杆能够从侧向进入通道;便于安装;防脱出部205和下连接板底部之间设有一对相互配合的定位平面,这对定位平面的设置,能够保证拉杆的竖直,防止其倾斜,影响固定钢管的效果,防脱出部205的底面为球面;所述竖向连接机构2还包括用于防止所述防脱出部205向外侧滑出的侧向阻挡板206,侧向阻挡板206由下连接板端部弯折而成,或者侧向阻挡板206固定在下连接板上并且具有一个弯曲端部,侧向阻挡板206防止防脱出部205从下侧向拉杆卡槽210中滑出,进而防止拉杆下端发生倾斜;所述拉杆201和所述防脱出部205之间设有和所述下侧向拉杆卡槽210配合用于防止所述拉杆201旋转的防旋转部207,防旋转部207用来防止拉杆201旋转,便于紧固螺母安装在螺纹段203上,为了和下侧向拉杆卡槽210的两个侧面配合,所述防旋转部207设有两个防转侧面。防旋转部207在本实施方式中为矩形,还可以正多边形体,或者近似多边形体,或者是圆柱体,在外表面加工出两个防转侧面;所述拉杆、所述防脱出部以及防旋转部一体成型,或焊接成一体,不可拆卸。
下连接板209端部设有下端连接块213,下端连接块插接在下连接板的端部,由塑料或其他材料制成;见附图5,其显示的为下端连接块213结构图,下端连接块213为空心壳体的结构,其上设有插接腔2131、和插接腔相通的开口槽2132,开口槽2132用来使得拉杆穿过,在开口槽2132的端部形成端部挡边2133,在和开口槽2132相对的底部侧面上设有底部开口2134,在底部开口2134两侧形成设有两个侧向挡板2135,侧向挡板2135和空心壳体侧板之间形成导向安装槽2136,在安装的时候,下连接板伸出的端部的侧向板就插接在导向安装槽2136内;见附图6,下端连接块213还可以采用如图6的结构,为空心壳体的结构,其上设有插接腔2131、和插接腔相通的开口槽2132,开口槽2132用来使得拉杆穿过,在开口槽2132的端部形成端部挡边2133,用来阻止拉杆侧向滑出,在和开口槽2132相对(与开设开口槽所在侧面的相对应的另一个侧面)的底部侧壁向下凸起延伸,形成底部凹槽2137;底部凹槽2137的底部为底部连接板2138,保证了整个下端连接块213的整体性。
实施例2,见附图7,在本实施方式中,防旋转部207不是设置在拉杆201和所述防脱出部205之间,而是设置在防脱出部205上的限位侧面,限位侧面数量为一个或两个或三个 火四个或五个或6个,要保证至少有一个限位侧面和下连接板209的侧板配合,用来防止拉杆201旋转;其余同实施例1。
实施例3,见附图8、9;一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,所述包括拉杆201、上连接板208、设在所述上连接板208上的上侧向拉杆卡槽214、下连接板209、设在所述下连接板209上的下侧向拉杆卡槽210、设在所述上连接板208和所述下连接板209之间的中间连接块211、设在所述中间连接块211上的中间侧向拉杆卡槽212、设在所述拉杆201上端的螺纹段203、螺接在所述螺纹段203上的紧固螺母204、设在所述拉杆201下端用于防止所述拉杆201从所述下侧向拉杆卡槽210中竖向脱出的防脱出部205以及用于防止所述防脱出部205向外侧滑出的侧向阻挡板206;所述拉杆201和所述防脱出部205之间设有和所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽212配合用于防止所述拉杆201旋转的防旋转部207;所述上连接板208上还设有用于防止所述紧固螺母204从所述上侧向拉杆卡槽214中脱出的阻挡板215。防旋转部207用来防止拉杆201旋转,便于紧固螺母安装在螺纹段203上,为了和下侧向拉杆卡槽210的两个侧面配合,所述防旋转部207设有两个防转侧面。防旋转部207在本实施方式中为矩形,还可以正多边形体,或者近似多边形体,或者是圆柱体,在外表面加工出两个防转侧面;所述拉杆、所述防脱出部以及防旋转部一体成型,或焊接成一体,不可拆卸。同样的,上连接板208端部设有下端连接块213。此外,防旋转部207还可以不设置在拉杆201和所述防脱出部205之间,而是设置在防脱出部205上的限位侧面,限位侧面数量为一个或两个或三个火四个或五个或6个,要保证至少有一个限位侧面和下连接板209的侧板配合,用来防止拉杆201旋转。
所述阻挡板215包括具有开口槽的板本体以及设在所述板本体上且位于所述开口槽215两侧的端部延伸板;阻挡板215和上连接板208焊接或螺接固定,此外,阻挡板也可以采用分开的两个端部弯曲的板材制成,所述板材和上连接板208焊接或螺接固定,阻挡板也可以是和上连接板208一体成型,由上连接板208端部弯曲形成。
本实施方式和实施例1不同的地方在于,上连接板208上设置的不是通孔,而是上侧向拉杆卡槽214,并被阻挡板205限制住了,防止紧固螺母204脱出;这样的结构,使得整个侧向拉杆机构在使用的时候,拉杆可以整体的从侧向和钢管支撑架进行连接,十分方便。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:包括拉杆(201)、上连接板(208)、设在所述上连接板(208)上的拉杆通过孔(202)、下连接板(209)、设在所述下连接板(209)上的下侧向拉杆卡槽(210)、设在所述上连接板(208)和所述下连接板(209)之间的中间连接块(211)、设在所述中间连接块(211)上的中间侧向拉杆卡槽(212)、设在所述拉杆(201)上端的螺纹段(203)、螺接在所述螺纹段(203)上的紧固螺母(204)、设在所述拉杆(201)下端用于防止所述拉杆(201)从所述下侧向拉杆卡槽(210)中竖向脱出的防脱出部(205)以及用于防止所述防脱出部(205)向外侧滑出的侧向阻挡板(206)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述拉杆(201)和所述防脱出部(205)之间设有和所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽(212)配合用于防止所述拉杆(201)旋转的防旋转部(207)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述防旋转部(207)设有和所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽(212)配合的两个防转侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述拉杆(201)、所述防脱出部(205)以及防旋转部(207)一体成型或焊接成一体。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述侧向阻挡板(206)由所述下连接板(209)端部弯曲形成;或所述侧向阻挡板(206)包括和所述下连接板(209)固定连接的底板以及和所述底板连接的弯曲板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述中间连接块(211)包括连接体(2111)、设在所述连接体(2111)一端的插入体(2112)以及设在所述连接体(2111)上的一对阻挡块(2113),所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽(212)设在所述连接体(2111)远离所述插入体(2112)的一端;所述插入体(2112)横截面为矩形,其宽度方向的两个侧面设有沿着长度方向延伸的长槽(2113);所述插入体(2112)端面设有凹腔(2114)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其 特征在于:所述下连接板(209)端部设有下端连接块(213),所述下端连接块(213)上设有插接腔(2131)、和所述插接腔(2131)相通的开口槽(2132)、位于所述开口槽(2132)端部的端部挡边(2133)以及设在和所述开口槽(2132)相对的底部侧面上的底部开口(2134)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:还包括位于所述底部开口(2134)两侧的侧向挡板(2135)以及所述侧向挡板(2135)和所述插接腔(2131)侧壁形成的导向安装槽(2136)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述下连接板(209)端部设有下端连接块(213),所述下端连接块(213)上设有插接腔(2131)、和所述插接腔(2131)相通的开口槽(2132)、位于所述开口槽(2132)端部的端部挡边(2133)以及和所述开口槽(2132)相对的底部凹槽(2137),所述底部凹槽(2137)的底壁形成底部连接板(2138)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述防脱出部(205)上设有用于防止所述拉杆(201)旋转的限位侧面。
  11. 一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述包括拉杆(201)、上连接板(208)、设在所述上连接板(208)上的上侧向拉杆卡槽(214)、下连接板(209)、设在所述下连接板(209)上的下侧向拉杆卡槽(210)、设在所述上连接板(208)和所述下连接板(209)之间的中间连接块(211)、设在所述中间连接块(211)上的中间侧向拉杆卡槽(212)、设在所述拉杆(201)上端的螺纹段(203)、螺接在所述螺纹段(203)上的紧固螺母(204)、设在所述拉杆(201)下端用于防止所述拉杆(201)从所述下侧向拉杆卡槽(210)中竖向脱出的防脱出部(205)、用于防止所述防脱出部(205)向外侧滑出的侧向阻挡板(206)以及用于防止所述拉杆(201)旋转的防旋转部(207);所述上连接板(208)上还设有用于防止所述紧固螺母(204)从所述上侧向拉杆卡槽(214)中脱出的阻挡板(215)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述阻挡板(215)包括具有开口槽的板本体以及设在所述板本体上且位于所述开口槽两侧的端部延伸板。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述防旋转部(207)设置在所述拉杆(201)和所述防脱出部(205)之间,并具有和所述中间侧向拉杆卡槽(212)配合的防转侧面。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的一种用于锁定钢管支架组件的侧向拉杆机构,其特征在于:所述防旋转部(207)包括设在防脱出部(205)上的限位侧面。
