本发明的主要目的在于提供一种基于用户终端的就诊提示方法,旨在实现针对性的对用户进行候诊提示,从而提升就诊提示的用户体验。

本实施例的就诊提示方法基于移动终端,用户可通过移动终端上的APP与网络医院平台连接进行挂号,或采用移动终端通过互联网连接至网络医院平台进行挂号,挂号时,用户终端向用户提供一挂号界面,用户可通过该挂号界面进行选择以生成自己的挂号状态。在完成挂号后,移动终端将挂号信息发送至网络医院平台。网络医院平台接收到挂号信息后,根据挂号信息获取用户相关的挂号状态,在挂号状态中匹配该用户挂号时对应的科室和医生。本实施例中挂号信息可以为用户的挂号号码、用户的指纹信息和/或用户的面部图像信息,用户在网络医院平台注册时,可通过为用户分配唯一识别的挂号号码、通过指纹采集装置采集用户的指纹信息,以及通过图像采集装置采集用户的面部图像信息的方式,生成该用户对应的挂号信息并存储。
步骤S20,网络医院平台为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的候诊信息,候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码;
步骤S30,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,网络医院平台向用户终端发送就诊提示信息;
获取到用户挂号时的科室和医生后,网络医院平台根据该医生处的就诊情况为该用户生成对应的就诊号码,该就诊号码即为用户在其对应的医生处的排队等待号码;同时,网络医院平台获取该医生处的候诊信息,本实施例中,候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,就诊排号人数是指该医生处截止当前排队就诊的人数,当前就诊号码是指当前在该医生处就诊的用户的就诊号码。
本实施例预设一就诊排号间隔,用于提醒用户进入候诊室,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户终端发送就诊提示信息,以供用户终端提醒用户进入候诊室。例如,设置的就诊排号间隔为2,则当用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔为2时,向用户终端发送就诊提示信息;本实施例其他的优选实施例中,也可根据就诊排号人数与预设的就诊排号间隔来向用户进行就诊提示,即在就诊排号人数达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户终端发送就诊提示信息。

本发明进一步提供一种网络医院平台。
参照图8,图8为本发明网络医院平台第一实施例的结构示意图。
在本发明第一实施例中,网络医院平台包括:
匹配模块201,用于接收用户通过用户终端发送的挂号信息,根据该挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生;
获取模块202,用于为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的候诊信息,候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码;
信息发送模块203,用于在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户终端发送就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室。
本实施例在用户通过移动终端完成挂号后,移动终端将挂号信息发送至网络医院平台。网络医院平台接收到挂号信息后,通过匹配模块201根据挂号信息获取用户相关的挂号状态,在挂号状态中匹配该用户挂号时对应的科室和医生。本实施例中挂号信息可以为用户的挂号号码、用户的指纹信息和/或用户的面部图像信息,用户在网络医院平台注册时,可通过为用户分配唯一识别的挂号号码、通过指纹采集装置采集用户的指纹信息,以及通过图像采集装置采集用户的面部图像信息的方式,生成该用户对应的挂号信息并存储。
获取到用户挂号时的科室和医生后,网络医院平台的获取模块202根据该医生处的就诊情况为该用户生成对应的就诊号码,该就诊号码即为用户在其对应的医生处的排队等待号码;同时,网络医院平台获取该医生处的候诊信息,本实施例中,候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,就诊排号人数是指该医生处截止当前排队就诊的人数,当前就诊号码是指当前在该医生处就诊的用户的就诊号码。
本实施例预设一就诊排号间隔,用于提醒用户进入候诊室,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,通过信息发送模块203向用户终端发送就诊提示信息,以供用户终端提醒用户进入候诊室。例如,设置的就诊排号间隔为2,则当用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔为2时,向用户终端发送就诊提示信息;本实施例其他的优选实施例中,也可根据就诊排号人数与预设的就诊排号间隔来向用户进行就诊提示,即在就诊排号人数达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户终端发送就诊提示信息。
用户终端接收到网络医院平台发送的就诊提示信息后,显示该就诊提示信息,并通过该就诊提示信息向用户进行提醒,提醒用户进入候诊室。本实施例中,就诊提示信息可以文字界面的形式显示在用户终端的显示屏上,也可以语音播报的方式向用户进行提示。
本实施例通过网络医院平台接收用户通过用户终端发送的挂号信息,根据该挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生,并进一步为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,获取该医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息;在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,网络医院平台向用户终端发送就诊提示信息,供用户终端显示以提醒用户进入候诊室。通过网络医院平台监控医生的候诊信息,并通过与用户终端的交互对用户进行候诊提示,实现了针对性的对用户进行候诊提示,方便用户查看自己排号的诊室的候诊信息,从而提升了就诊提示的用户体验。
参照图9,图9为本发明网络医院平台第二实施例的结构示意图。
基于上述本发明网络医院平台第一实施例,在第二实施例中,网络医院平台还包括:
界面提供模块204,用于向用户终端提供显示界面,并发送获取的就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码至用户终端,以供用户终端通过显示界面进行显示。
在根据用户挂号时选择的医生为该用户生成对应的就诊号码并获取该医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息后,网络医院平台的界面提供模块204向用户终端提供一显示界面,并将获取的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息发送至用户终端,用户终端可在显示界面上显示接收到的就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码。具体显示时,用户终端可通过显示界面,以动态显示的方式在网络医院平台提供的显示界面上显示当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数;或者,用户终端以语音播报的方式播报当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数。
在获取到医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息后,向用户终端提供显示界面,并发送候诊信息至用户终端,以供用户终端动态显示或语音播报的方式向用户显示该就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,使得候诊提示更为直观,进一步提升了就诊提示的用户体验。
参照图10,图10为本发明网络医院平台第三实施例的结构示意图。
基于上述本发明网络医院平台第一实施例,在第三实施例中,网络医院平台还包括:
设置模块205,用于设置就诊排号间隔,以供在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到就诊排号间隔时提醒用户进入候诊室。
在用户挂号前,网络医院平台通过其设置模块205,根据医生所在的科室,以及各医生每天所接受的就诊人数、各医生看病的效率,设置每位医生处提醒用户进入候诊室的就诊排号间隔。这样,在获取到用户的挂号信息对应的科室和医生后,获取该医生对应的就诊排号间隔,便可在用户的就诊号码与该医生处的当前就诊号码的间隔达到就诊排号间隔时,向用户终端发送就诊提示信息,供用户终端提醒用户进入候诊室;本实施例中也可在就诊排号人数与就诊排号间隔相同时,向用户终端发送就诊提示信息,供用户终端提醒用户进入候诊室。针对每个医生设置不同的就诊排号间隔,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到就诊排号间隔时,或者就诊排号人数与就诊排号间隔相同时,通过用户终端提醒用户进入候诊室。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种基于用户终端的就诊提示方法,其特征在于,所述就诊提示方法包括以下步骤:
    网络医院平台接收用户通过用户终端发送的挂号信息,根据该挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生;
    网络医院平台为用户生成所述医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的候诊信息,所述候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码;
    在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,网络医院平台向用户终端发送就诊提示信息;
    用户终端接收所述就诊提示信息,显示所述就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的就诊提示方法,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台接收用户通过用户终端发送的挂号信息,根据该挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生的步骤之前,所述就诊提示方法还包括:
    网络医院平台设置就诊排号间隔,以供在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到所述就诊排号间隔时提醒用户进入候诊室。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的就诊提示方法,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台为用户生成所述医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的候诊信息的步骤之后,所述就诊提示方法还包括步骤:
    网络医院平台向用户终端提供显示界面,并发送获取的所述就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码至用户终端,以供用户终端通过所述显示界面进行显示。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的就诊提示方法,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台接收用户通过用户终端发送的挂号信息,根据该挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生的步骤之前,所述就诊提示方法还包括:
    网络医院平台设置就诊排号间隔,以供在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到所述就诊排号间隔时提醒用户进入候诊室。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的就诊提示方法,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台向用户终端提供显示界面,并发送获取的所述就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码至用户终端,以供用户终端通过所述显示界面进行显示的步骤之后,所述就诊提示方法还包括:
    用户终端接收所述就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,以动态显示的方式在所述显示界面上显示当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数;
    或者,用户终端接收所述就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,以语音播报的方式播报当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的就诊提示方法,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台接收用户通过用户终端发送的挂号信息,根据该挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生的步骤之前,所述就诊提示方法还包括:
    网络医院平台设置就诊排号间隔,以供在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到所述就诊排号间隔时提醒用户进入候诊室。
  7. 一种应用于权利要求1所述的就诊提示方法的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端包括:
    挂号模块,用于与网络医院平台连接并向用户提供挂号界面,在用户通过所述挂号界面挂号后向网络医院平台发送挂号信息;所述挂号信息包括用户的挂号号码、指纹信息或面部图像信息;
    提示模块,用于接收网络医院平台发送的就诊提示信息,显示所述就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室;所述就诊提示信息为网络医院平台在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时所发送。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端还包括显示模块,所述显示模块用于:
    接收网络医院平台发送的根据所述挂号信息所匹配的医生的候诊信息,在网络医院平台提供的显示界面上显示所述候诊信息;所述候诊信息包括当前就诊号码和就诊排号人数。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述显示模块具体用于:
    以动态显示的方式在网络医院平台提供的显示界面上显示当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数;
    或者,以语音播报的方式播报当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数。
  10. 一种应用于权利要求1所述的就诊提示方法的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台包括:
    匹配模块,用于接收用户通过用户终端发送的挂号信息,根据该挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生;
    获取模块,用于为用户生成所述医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的候诊信息,所述候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码;
    信息发送模块,用于在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户终端发送就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    设置模块,用于设置就诊排号间隔,以供在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到所述就诊排号间隔时提醒用户进入候诊室。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    界面提供模块,用于向用户终端提供显示界面,并发送获取的所述就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码至用户终端,以供用户终端通过所述显示界面进行显示。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    设置模块,用于设置就诊排号间隔,以供在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到所述就诊排号间隔时提醒用户进入候诊室。
