Abstract
本发明公开了一种控制电视播放方法，该方法包括步骤：获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的第一运动数据；接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。本发明还公开了一种控制电视播放装置。本发明实现了控制用户观看电视的时间，防止用户长时间观看电视，不利于身体健康。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电视领域，尤其涉及一种控制电视播放方法和装置。
背景技术
随着电视技术的发展，电视节目的内容也日渐多样化，给消费者带来了更多的娱乐和享受。但是，长时间观看电视，会给人们带来健康问题，比如，视力下降、超重、体力下降、腰背肌肉劳损等。特别是对于小孩子来说，自制力比较弱，容易沉溺于电视中，对电视存在依赖性，然而长时间沉溺于电视节目会导致用户对其他活动都不感兴趣，甚至不愿意活动，不愿意学习，这样会严重影响他们的身心健康。
目前市场上也有一些电视可以输出健康提示，提示用户长时间观看电视有害健康，但是这种提示并不能强制用户离开电视，控制用户观看电视的时间。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种控制电视播放方法和装置，解决不能控制用户观看电视的时间的技术问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供的一种控制电视播放方法，包括步骤：
获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；
发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的第一运动数据；
接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；
持续接收所述遥控器发送的第二运动数据，每次当接收到的所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述计时器累计运动时间以增加所述锁定屏幕的时间；
当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间；
当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕；
发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁。
优选地，所述接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据的步骤之后，还包括：
判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件；
当所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据；
输出提示消息，提示用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件；
将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息。
优选地，所述获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕的步骤之前，还包括：
预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
此外，为实现上述目的，本发明还提供一种控制电视播放方法，包括步骤：
获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；
发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的第一运动数据；
接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；
当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。
优选地，所述启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间的步骤之后，还包括：
持续接收所述遥控器发送的第二运动数据，每次当接收到的所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述计时器累计运动时间以增加所述锁定屏幕的时间；
当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间。
优选地，所述接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据的步骤之后，还包括：
判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件；
当所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据；
输出提示消息，提示用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件；
将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息。
优选地，所述当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕的步骤之后，还包括：
发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁。
优选地，所述获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕的步骤之前，还包括：
预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
此外，为实现上述目的，本发明还提供一种控制电视播放装置，所述装置包括：
锁定模块，用于获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；
发送模块，用于发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的第一运动数据；
接收模块，用于接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；
解锁模块，用于当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。
优选地，所述接收模块，还用于持续接收所述遥控器发送的第二运动数据，每次当接收到的所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述计时器累计运动时间以增加所述锁定屏幕的时间；
所述控制电视播放装置还包括处理模块，用于当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间。
优选地，所述控制电视播放装置还包括判断模块，用于判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件；
所述发送模块，还用于当所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据；
输出模块，用于输出提示消息，提示用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件；
所述发送模块，还用于将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息。
优选地，所述发送模块，还用于发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁。
优选地，所述控制电视播放装置还包括设置模块，用于预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
本发明通过当电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；发送预设指令给遥控器，接收所述遥控器根据所述预设指令采集的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。实现了当用户观看电视时间超过一定时间时，锁定屏幕，提示用户拿着遥控器做一些运动，当所述用户所做的运动达到预设条件时，且锁屏时间等于预设时间时，才解锁屏幕，控制用户观看电视的时间，防止用户长时间观看电视，不利于身体健康。

具体实施方式
应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
基于上述问题，本发明提供一种控制电视播放方法。
参照图1，图1为本发明控制电视播放方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本实施例中，所述控制电视播放方法包括：
步骤S10，获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；
电视通过WiFi、蓝牙或者红外线等方式与遥控器进行通信，所述电视还可以通过WiFi、蓝牙或者红外线等方式与手机、iPad等移动终端建立链接，进行通信。当限制用户观看时间的功能开启后，所述电视机获取其工作时间。当所述电视判定其工作时间大于预先设置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕，不响应所述遥控器发送的除待机、关机和开机之外的其它按键指令。当所述电视开启限制用户观看时间的功能之后，但是之前并没有设置所述用户的观看时间时，则采用默认的观看时间，即当所述电视侦测到其工作时间大于默认的观看时间时，锁定屏幕。当所述电视锁定屏幕时，会在其显示界面输出提示信息，提示用户已经超过观看时间了，应该停止观看电视了，提示的方法包括但不限于语音提示，通过指示灯提示或者在屏幕上输出文字进行提示。如果当所述电视判定其工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，侦测到关机的指令，则关闭所述电视，但是如果所述用户在所述电视关机的时间没有达到规定的时间，再次开机时，所述电视的屏幕还是会处于锁定状态。
步骤S20，发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的第一运动数据；
在所述电视锁定屏幕的时候，发送预设指令给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器根据所述预设指令采集所述用户的第一运动数据，并发送所述第一运动数据给所述电视。当所述遥控器接收到所述预设指令之后，同时也会输出提示信息，提示所述用户已经超过观看时间了，应该要拿着遥控器做运动了，进一步地，所述电视会在其屏幕上显示一些动作，以供所述用户根据屏幕显示的动作进行相应的运动；所述用户也可以做自己喜欢的运动，并不一定要根据所述电视的提示进行运动。当所述用户拿着所述遥控器进行运动的时候，所述遥控器通过其传感器记录所述用户的运动数据，记为第一运动数据，并将所述第一运动数据发送给所述电视。进一步地，所述用户不限制于拿着遥控器进行运动，在所述用户进行运动时，除通过所述遥控器采集用户的第一运动数据，还可以通过手机、iPad等移动终端采集用户的第一运动数据，将所述第一运动数据发送给所述电视。
步骤S30，接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；
所述电视接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，分析所述第一运动数据，得到所述用户运动时的运动幅度、运动速度等，如所述用户所做的甩臂、扩胸、扭腰等动作的运动幅度、运动速度是否在所述电视存储的对应动作的运动幅度、运动速度的范围内。当所述用户所做的甩臂、扩胸、扭腰等动作的运动幅度、运动速度在所述电视存储的对应动作的运动幅度、运动速度的范围内时，即所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，所述电视启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间，同时，输出提示信息，在所述屏幕上提示所述用户运动的动作达到标准，并将所述提示信息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示信息，提示所述用户运动的动作达到标准。所述提示方法包括但不限于语音提示，指示灯提示或者是在电视屏幕上输出文字进行提示。
步骤S40，当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。
当所述电视锁定屏幕的时间等于所述预设时间时，解锁屏幕，播放锁定屏幕时的节目。所述预设时间可以根据用户的需求而设置，如设置成10分钟，15分钟等等。
进一步的，在步骤S10之前，所述方法还包括以下步骤：
预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的的功能。
具体的，所述电视通过其用户的操作设置观看时间。所述用户可以在所述遥控器中进行操作，所述遥控器接收到所述用户设置观看时间的指令后，将所述设置观看时间的指令发送给所述电视，所述电视接收到所述设置观看时间的指令后，根据所述设置观看时间的指令设置所述用户的观看时间。所述用户还可以在所述手机或者iPad等移动终端中设置观看时间。同时，当所述电视侦测到所述用户开启限制观看时间的功能的指令时，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
本实施例通过当电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；发送预设指令给遥控器，接收所述遥控器根据所述预设指令采集的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。实现了当用户观看电视时间超过一定时间时，锁定屏幕，提示用户拿着遥控器做一些运动，当所述用户所做的运动达到预设条件时，且锁屏时间等于预设时间时，才解锁屏幕，控制用户观看电视的时间，防止用户长时间观看电视，不利于身体健康。
参照图2，图2为本发明控制电视播放方法第二实施例的流程示意图，基于第一实施例提出本发明控制电视播放方法第二实施例。
在本实施例中，所述步骤S30之后，还包括：
步骤S50，持续接收所述遥控器发送的第二运动数据，每次当接收到的所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述计时器累计运动时间以增加所述锁定屏幕的时间；
所述电视在启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间之后，持续接收所述遥控器发送的所述用户的第二运动数据。当所述电视接收到所述遥控器发送的所述用户的第二运动数据时，分析所述第二运动数据，判断所述第二运动数据是否满足所述预设条件。当所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述电视通过所述计时器累计所述用户的运动时间以增加锁定屏幕的时间。
步骤S60，当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间。
当所述电视接收到所述遥控器发送的所述用户的第二运动数据时，判定其中一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则所述电视保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变，直到下一次接收到满足所述预设条件的第二运动数据时，启动计时器继续计算所述锁定屏幕的时间；或者将所述计时器计算所述锁定屏幕的时间清零，重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间。
步骤S70，发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁。
当所述电视判定所述锁定屏幕的时间等于所述预设时间时，解锁屏幕之后，所述电视发送解锁命令给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器提示所述用户所述电视屏幕已经解锁。所述提示方法包括但不限于语音提示和指示灯提示。
本实施例通过在所述用户的第一运动数据满足预设条件之后，继续接收所述用户的第二运动数据，当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间，防止用户在所述电视开始计算锁定屏幕的时间之后就偷懒不做运动，一直等到所述锁定屏幕的时间到达预设时间解锁屏幕；同时防止用户只做一两个简单的动作，在没有达到放松身心的情况下，又重新观看电视；并在解锁屏幕之后，发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁，提高了用户体验效果。
参照图3，图3为本发明控制电视播放方法第三实施例的流程示意图，基于第一实施例提出本发明控制电视播放方法第三实施例。
在本实施例中，所述步骤S20之后，还包括：
步骤S80，接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件；
当所述电视接收到所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据时，分析所述第一运动数据，判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件，即判断所述用户所做的甩臂、扩胸、扭腰等动作的运动幅度、运动速度是否在所述电视存储的对应动作的运动幅度、运动速度的范围内。
步骤S90，当所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据；
当所述电视判定所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，即所述用户所做的甩臂、扩胸、扭腰等动作的运动幅度、运动速度未在所述电视存储的对应动作的运动幅度、运动速度的范围内时，所述电视继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据，并发送所述第一运动数据给所述电视。
步骤S110，输出提示消息，提示用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件；
当所述电视判定所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件时，输出提示信息，提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件。如所述电视在其屏幕上输出文字信息，通过所述文字来提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件，或者所述电视通过扬声器发出语音提示，提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件，或者通过指示灯显示特定的颜色提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件。
步骤S120，将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息。
所述电视将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息，提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件，如所述遥控器通过指示灯显示特定的颜色提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件，需要重新做一些运动。
本实施例通过当所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件时，发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据，防止用户偷懒，并在电视和遥控器都输出提示信息，防止用户在离开电视一定范围内，看不到电视输出的提示信息时，可以通过遥控器判断所述用户的动作是否达标，提高了用户体验效果。
本发明进一步提供一种控制电视播放装置。
参照图4，图4为本发明控制电视播放装置第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在本实施例中，所述控制电视播放装置包括：
锁定模块10，用于获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；
电视通过WiFi、蓝牙或者红外线等方式与遥控器进行通信，所述电视还可以通过WiFi、蓝牙或者红外线等方式与手机、iPad等移动终端建立链接，进行通信。当限制用户观看时间的功能开启后，所述电视机获取其工作时间。当所述电视判定其工作时间大于预先设置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕，不响应所述遥控器发送的除待机、关机和开机之外的其它按键指令。当所述电视开启限制用户观看时间的功能之后，但是之前并没有设置所述用户的观看时间时，则采用默认的观看时间，即当所述电视侦测到其工作时间大于默认的观看时间时，锁定屏幕。当所述电视锁定屏幕时，会在其显示界面输出提示信息，提示用户已经超过观看时间了，应该停止观看电视了，提示的方法包括但不限于语音提示，通过指示灯提示或者在屏幕上输出文字进行提示。如果当所述电视判定其工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，侦测到关机的指令，则关闭所述电视，但是如果所述用户在所述电视关机的时间没有达到规定的时间，再次开机时，所述电视的屏幕还是会处于锁定状态。
发送模块20，用于发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的第一运动数据；
在所述电视锁定屏幕的时候，发送预设指令给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器根据所述预设指令采集所述用户的第一运动数据，并发送所述第一运动数据给所述电视。当所述遥控器接收到所述预设指令之后，同时也会输出提示信息，提示所述用户已经超过观看时间了，应该要拿着遥控器做运动了，进一步地，所述电视会在其屏幕上显示一些动作，以供所述用户根据屏幕显示的动作进行相应的运动；所述用户也可以做自己喜欢的运动，并不一定要根据所述电视的提示进行运动。当所述用户拿着所述遥控器进行运动的时候，所述遥控器通过其传感器记录所述用户的运动数据，记为第一运动数据，并将所述第一运动数据发送给所述电视。进一步地，所述用户不限制于拿着遥控器进行运动，在所述用户进行运动时，除通过所述遥控器采集用户的第一运动数据，还可以通过手机、iPad等移动终端采集用户的第一运动数据，将所述第一运动数据发送给所述电视。
接收模块30，用于接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；
所述电视接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，分析所述第一运动数据，得到所述用户运动时的运动幅度、运动速度等，如所述用户所做的甩臂、扩胸、扭腰等动作的运动幅度、运动速度是否在所述电视存储的对应动作的运动幅度、运动速度的范围内。当所述用户所做的甩臂、扩胸、扭腰等动作的运动幅度、运动速度在所述电视存储的对应动作的运动幅度、运动速度的范围内时，即所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，所述电视启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间，同时，输出提示信息，在所述屏幕上提示所述用户运动的动作达到标准，并将所述提示信息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示信息，提示所述用户运动的动作达到标准。所述提示方法包括但不限于语音提示，指示灯提示或者是在电视屏幕上输出文字进行提示。
解锁模块40，用于当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。
当所述电视锁定屏幕的时间等于所述预设时间时，解锁屏幕，播放锁定屏幕时的节目。所述预设时间可以根据用户的需求而设置，如设置成10分钟，15分钟等等。
进一步地，所述控制电视播放装置还包括：
设置模块，用于预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的的功能。
具体的，所述电视通过其用户的操作设置观看时间。所述用户可以在所述遥控器中进行操作，所述遥控器接收到所述用户设置观看时间的指令后，将所述设置观看时间的指令发送给所述电视，所述电视接收到所述设置观看时间的指令后，根据所述设置观看时间的指令设置所述用户的观看时间。所述用户还可以在所述手机或者iPad等移动终端中设置观看时间。同时，当所述电视侦测到所述用户开启限制观看时间的功能的指令时，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
本实施例通过当电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；发送预设指令给遥控器，接收所述遥控器根据所述预设指令采集的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。实现了当用户观看电视时间超过一定时间时，锁定屏幕，提示用户拿着遥控器做一些运动，当所述用户所做的运动达到预设条件时，且锁屏时间等于预设时间时，才解锁屏幕，控制用户观看电视的时间，防止用户长时间观看电视，不利于身体健康。
参照图5，图5为本发明控制电视播放装置第二实施例的功能模块示意图，基于第一实施例提出本发明控制电视播放装置第二实施例。
在本实施例中，所述接收模块30，还用于持续接收所述遥控器发送的第二运动数据，每次当接收到的所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述计时器累计运动时间以增加所述锁定屏幕的时间；
所述电视在启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间之后，持续接收所述遥控器发送的所述用户的第二运动数据。当所述电视接收到所述遥控器发送的所述用户的第二运动数据时，分析所述第二运动数据，判断所述第二运动数据是否满足所述预设条件。当所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述电视通过所述计时器累计所述用户的运动时间以增加锁定屏幕的时间。
所述控制电视播放装置还包括：
处理模块50，用于当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间。
当所述电视接收到所述遥控器发送的所述用户的第二运动数据时，判定其中一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则所述电视保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变，直到下一次接收到满足所述预设条件的第二运动数据时，启动计时器继续计算所述锁定屏幕的时间；或者将所述计时器计算所述锁定屏幕的时间清零，重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间。
所述发送模块20，还用于发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁。
当所述电视判定所述锁定屏幕的时间等于所述预设时间时，解锁屏幕之后，所述电视发送解锁命令给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器提示所述用户所述电视屏幕已经解锁。所述提示方法包括但不限于语音提示和指示灯提示。
本实施例通过在所述用户的第一运动数据满足预设条件之后，继续接收所述用户的第二运动数据，当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间，防止用户在所述电视开始计算锁定屏幕的时间之后就偷懒不做运动，一直等到所述锁定屏幕的时间到达预设时间解锁屏幕；同时防止用户只做一两个简单的动作，在没有达到放松身心的情况下，又重新观看电视；并在解锁屏幕之后，发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁，提高了用户体验效果。
参照图6，图6为本发明控制电视播放装置第三实施例的功能模块示意图，基于第二实施例提出本发明控制电视播放装置第三实施例。
在本实施例中，所述控制电视播放装置还包括：
判断模块60，用于接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件；
当所述电视接收到所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据时，分析所述第一运动数据，判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件，即判断所述用户所做的甩臂、扩胸、扭腰等动作的运动幅度、运动速度是否在所述电视存储的对应动作的运动幅度、运动速度的范围内。
所述发送模块20，还用于当所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据。
当所述电视判定所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，即所述用户所做的甩臂、扩胸、扭腰等动作的运动幅度、运动速度未在所述电视存储的对应动作的运动幅度、运动速度的范围内时，所述电视继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据，并发送所述第一运动数据给所述电视。
输出模块70，用于输出提示消息，提示用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件；
当所述电视判定所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件时，输出提示信息，提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件。如所述电视在其屏幕上输出文字信息，通过所述文字来提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件，或者所述电视通过扬声器发出语音提示，提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件，或者通过指示灯显示特定的颜色提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件。
所述发送模块20，还用于将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息。
所述电视将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息，提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件，如所述遥控器通过指示灯显示特定的颜色提示所述用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件，需要重新做一些运动。
本实施例通过当所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件时，发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据，防止用户偷懒，并在电视和遥控器都输出提示信息，防止用户在离开电视一定范围内，看不到电视输出的提示信息时，可以通过遥控器判断所述用户的动作是否达标，提高了用户体验效果。
通过以上的实施方式的描述，本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现，当然也可以通过硬件，但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解，本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来，该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质（如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘）中，包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备（可以是手机，计算机，服务器，空调器，或者网络设备等）执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例，并非因此限制本发明的专利范围，凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换，或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域，均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (18)
- 一种控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述控制电视播放方法包括以下步骤：获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的第一运动数据；接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；持续接收所述遥控器发送的第二运动数据，每次当接收到的所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述计时器累计运动时间以增加所述锁定屏幕的时间；当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间；当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕；发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据的步骤之后，还包括：判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件；当所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据；输出提示消息，提示用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件；将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕的步骤之前，还包括：预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
- 如权利要求2所述的控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕的步骤之前，还包括：预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
- 一种控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述控制电视播放方法包括以下步骤：获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的第一运动数据；接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。
- 如权利要求5所述的控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间的步骤之后，还包括：持续接收所述遥控器发送的第二运动数据，每次当接收到的所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述计时器累计运动时间以增加所述锁定屏幕的时间；当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间。
- 如权利要求5所述的控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据的步骤之后，还包括：判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件；当所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据；输出提示消息，提示用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件；将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息。
- 如权利要求5所述的控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕的步骤之后，还包括：发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁。
- 如权利要求5所述的控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕的步骤之前，还包括：预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
- 如权利要求6所述的控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕的步骤之前，还包括：预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
- 如权利要求7所述的控制电视播放方法，其特征在于，所述获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕的步骤之前，还包括：预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
- 一种控制电视播放装置，其特征在于，所述控制电视播放装置包括：锁定模块，用于获取电视的工作时间，当所述电视的工作时间大于预置的观看时间时，锁定屏幕；发送模块，用于发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的第一运动数据；接收模块，用于接收所述遥控器发送的第一运动数据，当所述第一运动数据满足预设条件时，启动计时器开始计算锁定屏幕的时间；解锁模块，用于当所述锁定屏幕的时间等于预设时间时，解锁屏幕。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制电视播放装置，其特征在于，所述接收模块，还用于持续接收所述遥控器发送的第二运动数据，每次当接收到的所述第二运动数据满足所述预设条件时，所述计时器累计运动时间以增加所述锁定屏幕的时间；所述控制电视播放装置还包括处理模块，用于当任一次接收到的所述第二运动数据不满足所述预设条件时，则保持所述锁定屏幕的时间不变或重新计算所述锁定屏幕的时间。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制电视播放装置，其特征在于，所述控制电视播放装置还包括判断模块，用于判断所述第一运动数据是否满足所述预设条件；所述发送模块，还用于当所述第一运动数据未满足所述预设条件时，继续发送预设指令给遥控器，以供遥控器根据所述预设指令采集用户的所述第一运动数据；输出模块，用于输出提示消息，提示用户所述第一运动数据未满足预设条件；所述发送模块，还用于将所述提示消息发送给所述遥控器，以供所述遥控器输出所述提示消息。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制电视播放装置，其特征在于，所述发送模块，还用于发送解锁命令至所述遥控器，以提示用户所述屏幕已解锁。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制电视播放装置，其特征在于，所述控制电视播放装置还包括设置模块，用于预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
- 如权利要求13所述的控制电视播放装置，其特征在于，所述控制电视播放装置还包括设置模块，用于预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
- 如权利要求14所述的控制电视播放装置，其特征在于，所述控制电视播放装置还包括设置模块，用于预先设置用户的观看时间，开启限制用户观看时间的功能。
