   步骤S11,服务器在接收到第一终端发送的分享信息时,将分享信息发送至第二终端并接收第二终端发送的交互信息。服务器根据第一终端和第二终端的通信标识,建立第一终端为分享信息的发出端及第二终端为分享信息的接收端的通信连接关系, 实现分享信息从一个终端发送到另一终端。所述通信标识是指与第一终端盒第二终端通信的唯一标识数据(例如终端的IP)。在本实施例中,所述第一终端为所述分享信息的发出端,第二终端为所述分享信息的接收端;在本发明其他实施例中,还可以是所述第二终端为所述分享信息的发出端,第一终端为所述分享信息的接收端。
   优选地,分享信息对应的分享内容优选为直播音像,例如电视节目、电台广播,当然也可以是非直播的影视,微博等多媒体内容。第二终端侦测并响应用户对分享信息的处理控制信号(用户通过遥控操作来发送基于分享信息的指令消息);当侦测用户发出的根据分享信息立即切换频道的指令时,从分享信息中提取包含的频道信息切换频道,并向服务器发送即时响应分享信息的指令,同时即时切换频道;当侦测到用户发出根据分享信息推迟切换频道或者页面的指令信息时,向服务器发送延迟响应分享信息的指令;当侦测到用户发出的根据分享信息拒绝分享的响应指令时,向服务器发送拒绝响应分享消息的指令。
   在本实施例中,所述切换频道的方式可以是:在侦测到用户根据分享信息立即切换频道的指令时,提取分享信息中的频道名称,分析提取的频道名称对应的频道是否是有效的频道,在提取的频道名称对应的频道有效时,根据提取的频道名称找到对应的本地频道标识数字,并将当前频道切换到找到的本地频道标识数字对应的频道;在提取的频道名称对应的频道无效时,发出频道切换无效提醒。所述本地频道标识数字指终端可播放的频道的数字,终端存储有本地频道标识数字与有效频道的名称的映射表,所述映射表可存储频道是否有效的信息,所述终端通过分析提取的频道名称是否在映射表中来判断提取的频道名称对应的频道是否是有效的频道。
   在本实施例中,所述第一终端、第二终端优选为电视终端,在本发明其他实施例中,所述第一终端、第二终端还可以是其他任意能对分享信息进行响应的电子设备终端,例如个人电脑、智能手机、平板电脑等。
   步骤S12,服务器在接收到的交互信息是延迟响应指令时暂缓推送分享信息对应的分享内容。
   在本实施例中,服务器接收到的交互信息是延迟响应指令,暂缓推送分享信息对应的分享内容;
   优选地,当服务器接收到的是立即响应指令时,立即将所述分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址;当服务器接收到的是拒绝响应指令时,结束本次终端数据分享。
   优选地,分享信息对应的分享内容优选为直播音像,例如电视节目、电台广播,当然也可以是非直播的影视,微博等多媒体内容。
   步骤S13,当达到预设的条件时,服务器向第二终端发送所述分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址。
   所述预设的条件包括:服务器默认的暂缓推送定时触发、用户提交的暂缓推送定时触发,或者第二终端自行请求的触发。
   具体的,当达到预设的条件时,服务器侦测第二终端是否在线;在第二终端在线时将分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址发送给第二终端,在第二终端离线时,待第二终端在线时再将对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址发送给第二终端。
   在本实施例中,通过对终端数据云分享的控制,服务器在接收到延迟响应指令时,暂缓推送分享信息对应的分享内容时,当达到预设的条件时,再将分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址发送给第二终端。使得被分享人不会错过分享人分享的内容。   
   如图2所示,为本发明终端数据云分享的控制方法第二实施例的具体流程图。
   基于上述第一实施例,在步骤S12之后还包括:
   步骤S14,服务器录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像。服务器在录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像之后,向第一终端发送开始录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像的反馈信息。
   步骤S15,服务器侦测第一终端发送的停止录制指令。
   步骤S16,服务器在接收到所述停止录制指令时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。
   在本实施例中,优选为当服务器接收到第一终端发送的停止录制指令时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。生成待分享的音像文件的方式还可以是:服务器侦测并接收第一终端发送的分享时长控制指令,在接收到所述第一终端发送的分享时长控制时,在所述分享时长控制指令对应的分享时长到达时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件;也可以是服务器预设一录制最大时长,服务器在未接收到第一终端发送的停止录制指令,且所述录制最大时长到达时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。
   本实施例通过对终端数据云分享的控制,实现服务器在用户对接收的分享消息对应的分享内容推迟观看时,录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像,并在服务器接收到第一终端发送的停止录制指令时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件,并在达到预设的条件时,向第二终端发送所述待分享的音像文件及/或所述待分享的音像文件的链接地址,使得被分享人不会错失分享人分享的内容。   
   如图3所示,为本发明终端数据云分享的控制方法第三实施例的具体流程图。
   基于上述第二实施例,在步骤S15之后还包括:
   步骤S17,服务器在未接收到所述停止录制指令,且服务器预设的录制最大时长到达时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。
   所述录制最大时长可以是,例如时长为3小时,当服务器录制分享信息对应的分享内容的音像文件的时刻是13:00,所述录制最大时长到达时间就是16:00时,当到达录制最大时长时,服务器停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件;所述录制最大时长还可以是一个时间点15:00,当到达15:00时,服务器停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。

   步骤S19,服务器在接收到的所述分享时长控制指令对应的分享时长到达时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。在本实施例的步骤中,允许用户控制分享时长,例如用户通过时间设置下拉列表选择所需要的分享时长。
   所述分享时长可以是,例如时长为3小时,当服务器录制分享信息对应的分享内容的音像文件的时刻是13:00,所述分享时长到达时间就是16:00时,当到达录制最大时长时,服务器停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件;所述分享时长还可以是一个时间点15:00,当到达15:00时,服务器停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。
   本实施例通过对终端数据云分享的控制,实现服务器在用户对接收的分享消息对应的分享内容推迟观看时,录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像,并在服务器侦测并接收第一终端发送的分享时长控制指令,在分享时长控制指令对应的分享时长到达时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件,并在达到预设的条件时,向第二终端发送所述待分享的音像文件及/或所述待分享的音像文件的链接地址,使得被分享人不会错失分享人分享的内容。   
   如图5所示,为本发明终端数据云分享的控制方法的服务器第一实施例的结构示意图。该服务器包括:信息接发单元10及数据处理单元20。其中:所述信息接发单元10包括:信息发送子单元101、信息接收子单元102及侦测子单元103;
   所述信息发送子单元101,用于在信息接收子单元102接收到第一终端发送的分享信息时,将分享信息发送至第二终端。
   数据处理单元20根据第一终端和第二终端的通信标识,建立第一终端为分享信息的发出端及第二终端为分享信息的接收端的通信连接关系, 实现分享信息从一个终端发送到另一终端。所述通信标识是指与第一终端和第二终端通信的唯一标识数据(例如终端的IP)。在本实施例中,所述第一终端为所述分享信息的发出端,第二终端为所述分享信息的接收端;在本发明其他实施例中,还可以是所述第二终端为所述分享信息的发出端,第一终端为所述分享信息的接收端。

   在本实施例中,所述切换频道的方式可以是:在侦测到用户根据分享信息立即切换频道的指令时,提取分享信息中的频道名称,分析提取的频道名称对应的频道是否是有效的频道,在提取的频道名称对应的频道有效时,根据提取的频道名称找到对应的本地频道标识数字,并将当前频道切换到找到的本地频道标识数字对应的频道;在提取的频道名称对应的频道无效时,发出频道切换无效提醒。所述本地频道标识数字指终端可播放的频道的数字,终端存储有本地频道标识数字与有效频道的名称的映射表,所述映射表可存储频道是否有效的信息,所述终端通过分析提取的频道名称是否在映射表中来判断提取的频道名称对应的频道是否是有效的频道。在本实施例中,所述第二终端优选为电视终端,在本发明其他实施例中,所述第二终端还可以是其他任意能对分享信息进行响应的电子设备终端,例如PC、智能手机、Pad等。
   所述信息接收子单元102,用于接收第二终端发送的交互信息。
   所述数据处理单元20,用于在接收到的交互信息是延迟响应指令时,暂缓推送分享信息对应的分享内容。
   所述信息发送子单元101,还用于当达到预设的条件时,向第二终端发送所述分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址。所述预设的条件包括:服务器默认的暂缓推送定时触发、用户提交的暂缓推送定时触发,或者第二终端自行请求的触发。
   具体的,当达到预设的条件时,侦测子单元103侦测第二终端是否在线;信息发送子单元101在第二终端在线时将分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址发送给第二终端,在第二终端离线时,待第二终端在线时再将对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址发送给第二终端。
   在本实施例中,通过对终端数据云分享的控制,服务器在接收到延迟响应指令时,暂缓推送分享信息对应的分享内容时,当达到预设的条件时,再将分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址发送给第二终端。使得被分享人不会错过分享人分享的内容。

   所述数据处理单元20包括:录制子单元201及录制控制子单元202。
   所述录制子单元201,用于录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像。

   数据收发单元100,用于接收分享信息、内容与发送交互信息。
   用户交互单元200,用于侦测、接收并处理用户对分享信息的处理控制信号。在本实施例中,所述分享信息对应的分享内容优选为电视节目,在本发明其他实施例中,所述分享消息对应的分享内容还可以是其他任意终端分享的数据,例如一则微博、一段音乐或一段视频。
   频道处理单元300,用于在用户交互单元200侦测到用户根据分享信息即时切换频道的指令时,提取分享信息中的频道信息切换频道,即时响应频道切换,并向所述服务器发送即时响应分享信息的指令。
   所述数据收发单元100,还用于当在用户交互单元200侦测到用户根据分享信息推迟切换频道或者页面的指令信息时,向所述服务器发送延迟响应分享信息的指令。
   具体的,数据收发单元100接收到分享信息,用户交互单元200侦测、接收并处理用户对分享信息的处理控制信号(用户通过遥控操作来发送基于分享信息的指令消息);当侦测到用户发出的根据分享信息立即切换频道的指令时,频道处理单元300从分享信息中提取频道信息或者连接信息以切换频道或者页面,并向服务器发送即时响应分享信息的指令;数据收发单元100在用户交互单元200侦测到用户发出的根据分享信息推迟切换频道或者页面的指令信息时,向服务器发送延迟响应分享信息的指令;数据收发单元100在用户交互单元200侦测到用户发出的根据分享信息响应的拒绝指令时,向服务器发送拒绝响应分享信息的指令。
   在本实施例中,所述频道处理单元300切换频道的方式可以是:在侦测到用户根据分享信息切换频道的指令时,提取分享信息中的频道名称,分析提取的频道名称对应的频道是否是有效的频道,在提取的频道名称对应的频道有效时,根据提取的频道名称找到对应的本地频道标识数字,并将当前频道切换到找到的本地频道标识数字对应的频道;在提取的频道名称对应的频道无效时,发出频道切换无效提醒。所述本地频道标识数字指终端可播放的频道的数字,终端存储有本地频道标识数字与有效频道的名称的映射表,所述映射表可保存频道是否有效的信息,所述终端通过分析提取的频道名称是否在映射表中来判断提取的频道名称对应的频道是否是有效的频道。在本实施例中,所述第二终端优选为电视终端,在本发明其他实施例中,所述第二用户还可以是其他任意能接收分享信息的电子设备终端,例如个人电脑、智能手机、平板电脑等。
   在本实施例中,终端通过侦测用户对分享信息的操作指令,在侦测到用户发出的根据分享信息推迟切换频道或者页面的指令信息时,向服务器发送延迟响应分享信息的指令,以令服务器推迟发送分享信息对应的分享内容,以便用户后续观看,不错过分享人分享的内容。

  1. 一种终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
       服务器在接收到第一终端发送的分享信息时,将分享信息发送至第二终端并接收第二终端发送的交互信息;
       所述服务器在接收到的交互信息是延迟响应指令时暂缓推送分享信息对应的分享内容;
       当达到预设的条件时,所述服务器向第二终端发送所述分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,所述预设的条件包括:服务器默认的暂缓推送定时触发、用户提交的暂缓推送定时触发,或者第二终端自行请求的触发。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,所述服务器在接收到的响应指令是延迟响应指令时暂缓推送分享信息对应的分享内容的步骤之后,还包括:
       服务器录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像;
       侦测第一终端发送的停止录制指令,并在接收到所述停止录制指令时,所述服务器停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,所述录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像的步骤之后还包括:
       服务器在未接收到所述停止录制指令,且服务器预设的录制最大时长到达时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,所述录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像的步骤之后还包括:
       服务器侦测第一终端发送的分享时长控制指令,并在接收到的所述分享时长控制指令对应的分享时长到达时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,所述服务器侦测并接收第一终端发送的停止录制指令的步骤之前还包括:
       服务器向第一终端发送开始录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像的反馈信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,所述当达到预设的条件时,服务器向第二终端发送所述分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址的步骤还包括:
       所述服务器侦测第二终端是否在线;
       所述服务器在第二终端在线时将分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址发送给第二终端,在第二终端离线时,待第二终端在线时再将对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址发送给第二终端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,所述服务器在接收到的响应指令是延迟响应指令时暂缓推送分享信息对应的分享内容的步骤之前,还包括:
       第二终端侦测、接收并处理用户对分享信息的处理控制信号;
       当侦测到用户发出的根据分享信息即时切换频道的指令时,所述第二终端提取分享信息中的频道信息或者连接信息以切换频道或者页面并向所述服务器发送即时响应分享信息的指令;
       当侦测到用户发出的根据分享信息推迟切换频道或者页面的指令信息时,所述第二终端向所述服务器发送延迟响应分享信息的指令。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,所述当侦测到用户发出的根据分享信息即时切换频道的指令时,所述第二终端提取分享信息中的频道信息或者连接信息的步骤包括:
       在侦测到用户根据分享信息立即切换频道的指令时,所述第二终端提取分享信息中的频道名称,分析提取的频道名称对应的频道是否是有效的频道;
       在提取的频道名称对应的频道有效时,所述第二终端根据提取的频道名称找到对应的本地频道标识数字,并将当前频道切换到找到的本地频道标识数字对应的频道。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端数据云分享的控制方法,其特征在于,所述在侦测到用户根据分享信息立即切换频道的指令时,所述第二终端提取分享信息中的频道名称,分析提取的频道名称对应的频道是否是有效的频道的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
       在提取的频道名称对应的频道无效时,所述第二终端发出频道切换无效提醒。
  11. 一种适用于权利要求1所述终端数据云分享的控制方法的服务器,其特征在于,
       该服务器包括:信息接发单元及数据处理单元;其中:所述信息接发单元包括:信息发送子单元及信息接收子单元;
       所述信息发送子单元,用于在信息接收子单元接收到第一终端发送的分享信息时,将分享信息发送至第二终端;
       所述信息接收子单元,用于接收包括第二终端发送的交互信息;
       所述数据处理单元,用于在接收到的交互信息是延迟响应指令时,暂缓推送分享信息对应的分享内容;
       所述信息发送子单元,还用于当达到预设的条件时,向第二终端发送所述分享信息对应的分享内容及/或分享内容的链接地址。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述预设的条件包括:服务器默认的暂缓推送定时触发、用户提交的暂缓推送定时触发,或者第二终端自行请求的触发。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述数据处理单元包括:录制子单元及录制控制子单元,所述信息接发单元还包括:侦测子单元;
       所述录制子单元,用于录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像;
       所述侦测子单元,用于侦测并接收第一终端发送的停止录制指令;
       所述录制控制子单元,用于当接收到所述停止录制指令时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器还包括:设置单元,
       所述设置单元,用于预设一录制最长时长;
       所述录制控制子单元,还用于在未接收到所述停止录制指令,并且录制最长时长到达时,停止录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像以生成待分享的音像文件。

       所述侦测子单元,还用于侦测并接收第一终端发送的分享时长控制指令;

       所述信息发送子单元,还用于向第一终端发送开始录制所述分享信息对应的分享内容的直播音像的反馈信息。

  18. 一种适用于权利要求1所述终端数据云分享的控制方法的终端,其特征在于,该终端包括:
       数据收发单元,用于接收分享信息、内容与发送交互信息;
       用户交互单元,用于侦测、接收并处理用户对分享信息的处理控制信号;
       频道处理单元,用于在侦测到用户根据分享信息即时切换频道的指令时,提取分享信息中的频道信息切换频道,即时响应频道切换,并向所述服务器发送即时响应分享信息的指令;
       所述数据收发单元还用于当侦测到用户根据分享信息推迟切换频道或者页面的指令信息时,向所述服务器发送延迟响应分享信息的指令。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的终端,其特征在于,
       所述频道处理单元,还用于在数据收发单元侦测到用户根据分享信息切换频道的指令时,提取分享信息中的频道名称,分析提取的频道名称对应的频道是否是有效的频道;及
       在提取的频道名称对应的频道有效时,根据提取的频道名称找到对应的本地频道标识数字,并将当前频道切换到找到的本地频道标识数字对应的频道。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的终端,其特征在于,
       所述频道处理单元,还用于在提取的频道名称对应的频道无效时,发出频道切换无效提醒。
