本发明一种应用显示的方法及电视机,电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中接收到的操作指令的数量,然后以其中操作指令的数量大于预设阈值的应用作为用户常用的应用,当用户通过遥控器或者其他控制设备或电视机前面板上的按键向电视机发送快捷显示指令时,电视机即能够在当前的界面上显示快捷显示应用,不需要用户切换到launcher页面,并从众多的应用中寻找到用户常用的应用,大大缩小用户查找的范围,操作快捷简便。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种应用显示的方法,参照图1,在一实施例中,该应用显示的方法包括:
步骤S101,电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中接收到的操作指令的数量;
本实施例中,电视机获取接收到的操作指令,该操作指令可以是由遥控器发出的,也可以是通过其他方式发出,例如通过其他控制设备(如智能终端)或者由用户操作电视机的前面板所触发的。
本实施例中,预定时间可以是一周、半个月或一个月等。对于安装在电视机上的每一个应用,其在运行过程中用户会根据需要进行调控,通过遥控器或者电视机的前面板等方式向电视机发送操作指令,例如在电视机播放音乐时,用户可能会进行快进、快退、上一曲、下一曲等操作,在电视机利用视频应用播放视频时,也可能会进行快进、快退、调节音量或屏幕亮度等操作。也就是说,不同的应用,用户会根据需要进行相应的操作,一般来说,对于用户经常使用的应用,会进行较多的操控,而对于用户不经常使用的应用,相对操控较少。当电视机接收到应用对应的操作指令后,将该操作指令与该应用进行记录,然后计算每一个应用对应的操作指令的数量。
步骤S102,获取所述操作指令的数量大于第一预设阈值的应用,将所述应用作为快捷显示应用;
本实施例中,将每一个应用的操作指令的数量与第一预设阈值进行比较,获取操作指令的数量大于第一预设阈值的应用,这些操作指令的数量大于第一预设阈值的应用为用户经常使用的应用,也就是本实施例中的快捷显示应用,将这些应用的包名进行存储。
本实施例中,第一预设阈值可以是电视机默认的阈值,也可以是由用户根据实际需要灵活进行修改。
优选地,本实施例可以将每个应用的操作指令的数量按照由大至小的顺序进行排序,然后从操作指令的数量最多的应用开始,取若干个应用作为快捷显示应用,例如取前三分之一的应用作为快捷显示应用。
例如,电视机统计得到以下应用的操作指令的数量:
AP_Tim_Acc_Freq(x1)=60//iqiyi app接收到的对应的操作指令数量为60;
AP_Tim_Acc_Freq(x2)=50//youku app接收到的对应的操作指令数量为50;
AP_Tim_Acc_Freq(x3)=30//yoLetv app接收到的对应的操作指令数量为30;
AP_Tim_Acc_Freq(x4)=20//yomaoyan app接收到的对应的操作指令数量为20;
可以看出,iqiyi app接收到的对应的操作指令数量最多,本实施例可以取操作指令数量最多的若干应用作为本实施例的快捷显示应用,例如取上述的爱奇艺iqiyi应用、优酷youku应用及yoLetv应用作为快捷显示应用。
步骤S103,当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令显示所述快捷显示应用。
本实施例中,当通过遥控器或者其他控制设备或电视机前面板上的按键向电视机发送快捷显示指令时,在电视机当前的界面上显示快捷显示应用。
本实施例中,如果电视机当前的界面是应用窗口所在的界面,则可以将快捷显示应用以滚动的方式叠加显示于应用窗口中,方便用户浏览。
另外,如果用户需要从当前的应用切换到某一快捷显示应用,则可以直接在这些快捷显示应用中进行查找并快速启动。当然,如果电视机当前的界面不是应用窗口所在的界面,同样可以显示快捷显示应用,进行查找并快速启动,即本实施例只要接收到快捷显示指令即可以在当前界面上显示快捷显示应用,不需要用户切换到launcher页面,并从众多的应用中寻找到用户常用的应用,大大缩小用户查找的范围,操作快捷简便。
与现有技术相比,本实施例电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中接收到的操作指令的数量,然后以其中操作指令的数量大于预设阈值的应用作为用户常用的应用,当用户通过遥控器或者其他控制设备或电视机前面板上的按键向电视机发送快捷显示指令时,电视机即能够在当前的界面上显示快捷显示应用,不需要用户切换到launcher页面,并从众多的应用中寻找到用户常用的应用,大大缩小用户查找的范围,操作快捷简便。
在一优选的实施例中,如图2所示,在上述图1的实施例的基础上,上述步骤S101包括:
步骤S1011,电视机与遥控器建立连接后,电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度;
步骤S1012,根据所述加速度统计所述操作指令的数量。
本实施例中,以遥控器对电视机进行操控,电视机与遥控器建立连接,该连接优选为无线连接,包括蓝牙连接或WIFI连接等,然后遥控器将预定时间内应用在运行过程中,遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度发送给电视机。本实施例中的遥控器内置三轴加速度传感器,电视机上的应用在运行过程中,用户使用遥控器对电视机进行操作,例如在视频应用播放视频时,用户可以操作遥控器,通过遥控器发送播放操作指令或发送暂停播放操作指令等。用户操作遥控器时,三轴加速度传感器能够感应得到遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度。一般来说,加速度的数量与操作指令的数量成正比关系,即加速度的数量越大则操作指令的数量越大。
本实施例中,当电视机接收到遥控器发送的加速度后,根据该加速度的数量可以统计到操作指令的数量,具体地:获取加速度大于第二预设阈值的加速度;统计大于第二预设阈值的加速度的数量,以统计得到的数量作为所述操作指令的数量,这样,能够在一定程度上去除由于误操作而在遥控器上产生的加速度。
例如,在电视机上启动爱奇艺应用时,电视机根据遥控器发送的加速度统计操作指令的数量:
AP_Name(x1)=iqiyi//iqiyi应用。
Acc_X(x1,0x10)=20//X轴加速度大于第二预设阈值0x10的数量,共计为20;
Acc_Y(y1,0x10)=20//Y轴加速度大于第二预设阈值0x10的数量,共计为20;
Acc_Z(z1,0x10)=20//Z轴加速度大于第二预设阈值0x10的数量,共计为20;
AP_Tim_Acc_Freq(x1)= Acc_X(x1,0x10)+Acc_Y(y1,0x10)+ Acc_Z(z1,
0x10)=60//电视机统计得到预定时间加速度的数量共计为60。
可以认为,iqiyi应用在运行过程中,在预定时间内用户使用遥控器操控电视机的次数为60次。
在一优选的实施例中,在上述图2的实施例的基础上,上述步骤S1011包括:电视机与遥控器建立连接后,接收所述遥控器发送的数据;当所述数据为加速度数据且所述数据不为零时,获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度。
本实施例中,电视机与遥控器建立连接后,通过用户的操作由遥控器主动向电视机发送数据,电视机对该数据进行判断,当判断为加速度数据并且该加速度不为0时,可以判断出遥控器中内置有加速度传感器,并且该加速度传感器处于工作状态,这时获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度。
本发明还提供一种电视机,如图3所示,在一实施例中,所述电视机包括:
第一获取模块101,用于获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中接收到的操作指令的数量;
本实施例中,电视机获取接收到的操作指令,该操作指令可以是由遥控器发出的,也可以是通过其他方式发出,例如通过其他控制设备(如智能终端)或者由用户操作电视机的前面板所触发的。
本实施例中,预定时间可以是一周、半个月或一个月等。对于安装在电视机上的每一个应用,其在运行过程中用户会根据需要进行调控,通过遥控器或者电视机的前面板等方式向电视机发送操作指令,例如在电视机播放音乐时,用户可能会进行快进、快退、上一曲、下一曲等操作,在电视机利用视频应用播放视频时,也可能会进行快进、快退、调节音量或屏幕亮度等操作。也就是说,不同的应用,用户会根据需要进行相应的操作,一般来说,对于用户经常使用的应用,会进行较多的操控,而对于用户不经常使用的应用,相对操控较少。当电视机接收到应用对应的操作指令后,将该操作指令与该应用进行记录,然后计算每一个应用对应的操作指令的数量。
第二获取模块102,用于获取所述操作指令的数量大于第一预设阈值的应用,将所述应用作为快捷显示应用;
本实施例中,将每一个应用的操作指令的数量与第一预设阈值进行比较,获取操作指令的数量大于第一预设阈值的应用,这些操作指令的数量大于第一预设阈值的应用为用户经常使用的应用,也就是本实施例中的快捷显示应用,将这些应用的包名进行存储。
本实施例中,第一预设阈值可以是电视机默认的阈值,也可以是由用户根据实际需要灵活进行修改。
优选地,本实施例可以将每个应用的操作指令的数量按照由大至小的顺序进行排序,然后从操作指令的数量最多的应用开始,取若干个应用作为快捷显示应用,例如取前三分之一的应用作为快捷显示应用。

可以看出,iqiyi app接收到的对应的操作指令数量最多,本实施例可以取操作指令数量最多的若干应用作为本实施例的快捷显示应用,例如取上述的爱奇艺iqiyi应用、优酷youku应用及yoLetv应用作为快捷显示应用。
显示模块103,用于当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令显示所述快捷显示应用。
本实施例中,当通过遥控器或者其他控制设备或电视机前面板上的按键向电视机发送快捷显示指令时,在电视机当前的界面上显示快捷显示应用。
本实施例中,如果电视机当前的界面是应用窗口所在的界面,则可以将快捷显示应用以滚动的方式叠加显示于应用窗口中,方便用户浏览。
另外,如果用户需要从当前的应用切换到某一快捷显示应用,则可以直接在这些快捷显示应用中进行查找并快速启动。当然,如果电视机当前的界面不是应用窗口所在的界面,同样可以显示快捷显示应用,进行查找并快速启动,即本实施例只要接收到快捷显示指令即可以在当前界面上显示快捷显示应用,不需要用户切换到launcher页面,并从众多的应用中寻找到用户常用的应用,大大缩小用户查找的范围,操作快捷简便。
与现有技术相比,本实施例电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中接收到的操作指令的数量,然后以其中操作指令的数量大于预设阈值的应用作为用户常用的应用,当用户通过遥控器或者其他控制设备或电视机前面板上的按键向电视机发送快捷显示指令时,电视机即能够在当前的界面上显示快捷显示应用,不需要用户切换到launcher页面,并从众多的应用中寻找到用户常用的应用,大大缩小用户查找的范围,操作快捷简便。
在一优选的实施例中,如图4所示,在上述图3的实施例的基础上,上述第一获取模块101包括:
获取单元1011,用于与遥控器建立连接后,电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度;
统计单元1012,用于根据所述加速度统计所述操作指令的数量。
本实施例中,以遥控器对电视机进行操控,电视机与遥控器建立连接,该连接优选为无线连接,包括蓝牙连接或WIFI连接等,然后遥控器将预定时间内应用在运行过程中,遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度发送给电视机。本实施例中的遥控器内置三轴加速度传感器,电视机上的应用在运行过程中,用户使用遥控器对电视机进行操作,例如在视频应用播放视频时,用户可以操作遥控器,通过遥控器发送播放操作指令或发送暂停播放操作指令等。用户操作遥控器时,三轴加速度传感器能够感应得到遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度。一般来说,加速度的数量与操作指令的数量成正比关系,即加速度的数量越大则操作指令的数量越大。

在一优选的实施例中,在上述图4的实施例的基础上,上述获取单元1011具体用于与遥控器建立连接后,接收所述遥控器发送的数据;当所述数据为加速度数据且所述数据不为零时,获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度。
本实施例中,电视机与遥控器建立连接后,通过用户的操作由遥控器主动向电视机发送数据,电视机对该数据进行判断,当判断为加速度数据并且该加速度不为0时,可以判断出遥控器中内置有加速度传感器,并且该加速度传感器处于工作状态,这时获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度。

  1. 一种应用显示的方法,其特征在于,所述应用显示的方法包括以下步骤:
    电视机与遥控器建立连接后,接收所述遥控器发送的数据;
    当所述数据为加速度数据且所述数据不为零时,获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度;
    获取加速度大于第二预设阈值的加速度;
    统计大于第二预设阈值的加速度的数量,以统计得到的数量作为所述电视机接收到的操作指令的数量;
    获取所述操作指令的数量大于第一预设阈值的应用,将所述应用作为快捷显示应用;
    当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令显示所述快捷显示应用。
  2. 权利要求1所述的应用显示的方法,其特征在于,当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令显示所述快捷显示应用的步骤包括:
    当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令将所述快捷显示应用以滚动的方式叠加显示于应用窗口中。
  3. 权利要求2所述的应用显示的方法,其特征在于,所述快捷显示应用为多个,当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令显示所述快捷显示应用的步骤还包括:
    在所述多个快捷显示应用中进行查找并快速启动对应的快捷显示应用,并将所述快捷显示应用以滚动的方式叠加显示于应用窗口中。
  4. 种应用显示的方法,其特征在于,所述应用显示的方法包括以下步骤:
    电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中接收到的操作指令的数量;
    获取所述操作指令的数量大于第一预设阈值的应用,将所述应用作为快捷显示应用;
    当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令显示所述快捷显示应用。
  5. 权利要求4所述的应用显示的方法,其特征在于,所述电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中接收到的操作指令的数量的步骤包括:
    电视机与遥控器建立连接后,电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度;
    根据所述加速度统计所述操作指令的数量。
  6. 权利要求5的应用显示的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述加速度统计所述操作指令的数量的步骤包括:
    获取加速度大于第二预设阈值的加速度;
    统计大于第二预设阈值的加速度的数量,以统计得到的数量作为所述操作指令的数量。
  7. 权利要求5的应用显示的方法,其特征在于,所述电视机与遥控器建立连接后,电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度的步骤包括:
    所述电视机与遥控器建立连接后,接收所述遥控器发送的数据;
    当所述数据为加速度数据且所述数据不为零时,获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度。
  8. 权利要求4所述的应用显示的方法,其特征在于,当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令显示所述快捷显示应用的步骤包括:
    当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令将所述快捷显示应用以滚动的方式叠加显示于应用窗口中。
  9. 权利要求8所述的应用显示的方法,其特征在于,所述快捷显示应用为多个,当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令显示所述快捷显示应用的步骤还包括:
    在所述多个快捷显示应用中进行查找并快速启动对应的快捷显示应用,并将所述快捷显示应用以滚动的方式叠加显示于应用窗口中。
  10. 种电视机,其特征在于,所述电视机包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中接收到的操作指令的数量;
    第二获取模块,用于获取所述操作指令的数量大于第一预设阈值的应用,将所述应用作为快捷显示应用;
    显示模块,用于当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令显示所述快捷显示应用。
  11. 权利要求10所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述第一获取模块包括:
    获取单元,用于与遥控器建立连接后,电视机获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度;
    统计单元,用于根据所述加速度统计所述操作指令的数量。
  12. 权利要求11所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述统计单元具体用于获取加速度大于第二预设阈值的加速度;统计大于第二预设阈值的加速度的数量,以统计得到的数量作为所述操作指令的数量。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体用于与遥控器建立连接后,接收所述遥控器发送的数据;当所述数据为加速度数据且所述数据不为零时,获取预定时间内应用在运行过程中遥控器对电视机操控时遥控器在三维方向上运动时产生的加速度。
  14. 权利要求10所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述显示模块具体用于当接收到快捷显示指令时,根据所述快捷显示指令将所述快捷显示应用以滚动的方式叠加显示于应用窗口中。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述快捷显示应用为多个,所述显示模块还用于在所述多个快捷显示应用中进行查找并快速启动对应的快捷显示应用,并将所述快捷显示应用以滚动的方式叠加显示于应用窗口中。
