技术领域
本发明涉及医疗技术领域,尤其涉及一种网络医院平台、用户终端及基于用户信息的远程救助方法。
背景技术
对于老人,或者患有高血压、心脑血管等疾病的人群,其身体状况不够稳定,在独自行走时极有可能因突然发病而发生意外,通常情况下,如患者在公共场所发生意外,周围的路人或其自己能做的也只是打电话求助急救中心或附近的医院;此外,在发生交通事故时,对于受伤的伤员也只能求助救护人员并等待救护人员处理。而在等待医护人员到来的过程中,由于路人或患者对紧急救助知识的缺乏,并不能对患者进行及时的紧急救助,而导致耽误救护时间或发生不可挽回的后果。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种网络医院平台、用户终端及基于用户信息的远程救助方法,能够对发生意外的患者进行及时的紧急救助,避免耽误救护时间。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种基于用户信息的远程救助方法,所述基于用户信息的远程救助方法包括如下步骤:
用户终端向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息;所述远程救助信息包括用户信息和伤员所在地的位置信息;
网络医院平台对所述用户信息进行认证,在认证通过后提供远程救助交互界面,供用户终端通过所述远程救助交互界面输入伤员当前情况;
网络医院平台根据接收到的伤员当前情况确定对应的救助措施并发送至用户终端进行显示。
优选地,所述远程救助方法还包括步骤:
网络医院平台根据伤员所在地的位置信息定位该伤员的地理位置,并将所述地理位置发送至急救中心。
优选地,所述用户信息包括登陆信息或指纹信息或面部图像信息;所述网络医院平台对所述用户信息进行认证的步骤包括:
在预设的注册账号库中对所述登陆信息中的登陆账号和登陆密码进行匹配,或者
在预设的指纹信息库中匹配是否存在与所述指纹信息相同的指纹信息,或者

确定模块,用于根据接收到的伤员当前情况确定对应的救助措施并发送至用户终端进行显示。

本发明提供一种基于用户信息的远程救助方法、网络医院平台和用户终端,在伤员发生意外时,通过用户终端直接向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息,而网络医院平台基于对用户信息认证的结果匹配对应的救助措施以提供对伤员的救助指导,能够对发生意外的患者进行及时的紧急救助,避免因耽误救护时间而发生的严重后果。

本发明第一实施例中,基于用户信息的远程救助方法包括:
步骤S10,用户终端向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息;远程救助信息包括用户信息和伤员所在地的位置信息;
本实施例中,当伤员发生意外时,周围的路人或伤员自己可通过手机等用户终端向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息,具体可通过用户终端上可与网络医院平台连接的应用程序发送,或者通过互联网访问网络医院平台,以请求远程救助。用户终端所发送的远程救助信息中可包括用户信息和伤员当前所在地的位置信息,本实施例中的用户信息可包括登陆信息或指纹信息或面部图像信息,用于在连接网络平台时认证用户身份;位置信息可用于网络医院平台进一步定位以向急救中心或就近的医院发起救助指令。
步骤S20,网络医院平台对用户信息进行认证,在认证通过后提供远程救助交互界面,供用户终端通过远程救助交互界面输入伤员当前情况;
接收到远程救助信息后,网络医院平台对其中所包含的用户信息进行认证,在用户信息通过认证后,网络医院平台向用户终端提供一远程救助交互界面,用户终端可通过该远程救助交互界面输入伤员的当前情况;本实施例中,远程救助交互界面为视频交互界面或音频交互界面或文字信息交互界面,用户可通过视频或音频或文字的方式输入伤员当前的身体状况,比如输入该伤员当前意识是否清醒、四肢活动情况、呼吸情况以及当前身体姿态等能够表达伤员目前状态的信息。
具体地,在对用户信息进行认证时,根据不同的用户信息采用相应的方法进行认证。如用户信息为登陆信息,则网络医院平台在预设的注册账号库中对登陆信息中的登陆账号和登陆密码进行匹配,判断是否存在该登陆账号,并且其所对应的登陆密码是否正确,如是,则登陆信息通过认证;如用户信息为指纹信息,则网络医院平台在预设的指纹信息库中匹配是否存在与接收到的指纹信息相同的指纹信息,如存在则登陆信息通过认证;如用户信息为面部图像信息,则网络医院平台在预设的面部图像信息库中匹配是否存在与接收到的面部图像信息匹配的面部图像信息,如存在则登陆信息通过认证。
步骤S30,网络医院平台根据接收到的伤员当前情况确定对应的救助措施并发送至用户终端进行显示。
网络医院平台根据接收到的伤员当前情况,匹配该当前情况所对应的救助措施,并将救助措施发送至用户终端,以供用户终端进行显示并根据该救助措施对伤员进行紧急救助;救助措施可以文字、音频或视频的方式进行显示,伤员自己或路人可根据该救助措施的指导对伤员进行紧急救助。
本实施例通过用户终端向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息;网络医院平台对其中包含的用户信息进行认证,在认证通过后提供远程救助交互界面,在用户终端输入伤员当前情况后,网络医院平台确定对应的救助措施并发送至用户终端进行显示。在伤员发生意外时,通过用户终端直接向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息,而网络医院平台基于对用户信息认证的结果匹配对应的救助措施以提供对伤员的救助指导,从而能够对发生意外的患者进行及时的紧急救助,避免了因耽误救护时间而发生的严重后果。

进一步地,在上述实施例中,步骤S30具体包括:
步骤S301,网络医院平台接收伤员当前情况,获取其中的关键词;
步骤S302,根据关键词,在预置的救助措施库中匹配对应的救助措施,并将救助措施发送至用户终端,供用户终端显示。
具体地,在网络医院平台接收到伤员的当前情况时,获取伤员当前情况中所包含的关键词,如伤员当前情况是通过文字形式输入,则直接根据预设的关键词匹配方式提取其中的关键词,如伤员当前情况是通过音频或视频的方式输入,则对其进行语音转化后根据预设的关键词匹配方式提取其中的关键词。提取到关键词后,在网络医院平台系统中预置的救助措施库中匹配与关键词对应的救助措施,该救助措施库中存储有各种身体情况所对应的救助措施,将救助措施发送至用户终端供其显示并对伤员进行救助。
在本发明其他实施例中,用户终端还可通过上传图片的形式输入伤员当前情况,在这种情况下,或者如伤员当前情况是通过视频方式输入时,在匹配救助措施时,可根据接收的图片或视频中的图像与救助措施库中的预存图像进行图像对比,确定与接收的图片或图像相同或相似的图片或图像后,将其对应的救助措施发送至用户终端供其显示。
如根据接收到的伤员的当前情况在救助措施库中未匹配到对应的救助措施,则向线上医生或相关联的医院发送伤员的当前情况,以供医生提供该伤员当前情况所对应的救助措施,在发送至用户终端的同时将其存储至救助措施库中。
参照图3,图3为本发明基于用户信息的远程救助方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
在上述本发明基于用户信息的远程救助方法第一实施例的基础上,在第二实施例中,远程救助方法还包括:
步骤S40,网络医院平台根据伤员所在地的位置信息定位该伤员的地理位置,并将地理位置发送至急救中心。
网络医院平台在接收到用户终端发送的远程救助信息后,根据远程救助信息中伤员所在地的位置信息,对该伤员当前所在的地理位置进行定位,确定其具体位置坐标,并将确定的地理位置发送至急救中心,以供急救中心快速到达伤员所在地。在为伤员匹配其当前情况所对应的救助措施的同时,通知急救中心,在实现对伤员达到及时的救助目的的同时,最大限度的为伤员的生命安全提供了保证。该步骤S40可在S10之后的任何时候执行,本实施例中优选在步骤S10和S20之间执行。

本实施例的网络医院平台可应用于远程救助方法,在第一实施例中,网络医院平台包括:
认证模块101,用于接收用户终端发送的包括用户信息和伤员所在地的位置信息的远程救助信息,并对用户信息进行认证;
界面提供模块102,用于在用户信息认证通过后提供远程救助交互界面,供用户终端通过远程救助交互界面输入伤员当前情况;
确定模块103,用于根据接收到的伤员当前情况确定对应的救助措施并发送至用户终端进行显示。
本实施例中,当伤员发生意外时,周围的路人或伤员自己可通过手机等用户终端向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息,该远程救助信息中可包括用户信息和伤员当前所在地的位置信息,本实施例中的用户信息可包括登陆信息或指纹信息或面部图像信息,用于在连接网络平台时认证用户身份;位置信息可用于网络医院平台进一步定位以向急救中心或就近的医院发起救助指令。
网络医院平台接收到用户终端发送的远程救助信息后,通过认证模块101对其中所包含的用户信息进行认证,在用户信息通过认证后,通过界面提供模块102向用户终端提供一远程救助交互界面,供用户终端通过该远程救助交互界面输入伤员的当前情况;本实施例中,远程救助交互界面为视频交互界面或音频交互界面或文字信息交互界面,用户可通过视频或音频或文字的方式输入伤员当前的身体状况,比如输入该伤员当前意识是否清醒、四肢活动情况、呼吸情况以及当前身体姿态等能够表达伤员目前状态的信息。
具体地,本实施例中,在对用户信息进行认证时,认证模块101根据不同的用户信息采用相应的方法进行认证。如用户信息为登陆信息,则认证模块101在预设的注册账号库中对登陆信息中的登陆账号和登陆密码进行匹配,判断是否存在该登陆账号,并且其所对应的登陆密码是否正确,如是,则登陆信息通过认证;如用户信息为指纹信息,则认证模块101在预设的指纹信息库中匹配是否存在与接收到的指纹信息相同的指纹信息,如存在则登陆信息通过认证;如用户信息为面部图像信息,则认证模块101在预设的面部图像信息库中匹配是否存在与接收到的面部图像信息匹配的面部图像信息,如存在则登陆信息通过认证。
网络医院平台的确定模块103根据接收到的伤员当前情况,匹配该当前情况所对应的救助措施,并将救助措施发送至用户终端,以供用户终端进行显示并根据该救助措施对伤员进行紧急救助。
本实施例通过在网络医院平台接收到用户终端发送的远程救助信息后对其中包含的用户信息进行认证,在认证通过后提供远程救助交互界面,在用户终端输入伤员当前情况后,网络医院平台确定对应的救助措施并发送至用户终端进行显示。在伤员发生意外时,通过用户终端直接向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息,而网络医院平台基于对用户信息认证的结果匹配对应的救助措施以提供对伤员的救助指导,从而能够对发生意外的患者进行及时的紧急救助,避免了因耽误救护时间而发生的严重后果。
进一步地,在上述实施例中,确定模块103具体用于:
接收伤员当前情况,获取其中的关键词;
根据关键词,在预置的救助措施库中匹配对应的救助措施,并将救助措施发送至用户终端,供用户终端显示。
具体地,在网络医院平台接收到伤员的当前情况时,确定模块103获取伤员当前情况中所包含的关键词,如伤员当前情况是通过文字形式输入,则直接根据预设的关键词匹配方式提取其中的关键词,如伤员当前情况是通过音频或视频的方式输入,则对其进行语音转化后根据预设的关键词匹配方式提取其中的关键词。提取到关键词后,确定模块103在网络医院平台系统中预置的救助措施库中匹配与关键词对应的救助措施,该救助措施库中存储有各种身体情况所对应的救助措施,将救助措施发送至用户终端供其显示并对伤员进行救助。
在本发明其他实施例中,用户终端还可通过上传图片的形式输入伤员当前情况,在这种情况下,或者如伤员当前情况是通过视频方式输入时,在匹配救助措施时,确定模块103可根据接收的图片或视频中的图像与救助措施库中的预存图像进行图像对比,确定与接收的图片或图像相同或相似的图片或图像后,将其对应的救助措施发送至用户终端供其显示。
如根据接收到的伤员的当前情况在救助措施库中未匹配到对应的救助措施,则向线上医生或相关联的医院发送伤员的当前情况,以供医生提供该伤员当前情况所对应的救助措施,在发送至用户终端的同时将其存储至救助措施库中。

在上述本发明网络医院平台第一实施例的基础上,第二实施例中,网络医院平台还包括:
定位模块104,用于根据伤员所在地的位置信息定位该伤员的地理位置,并将地理位置发送至急救中心。
网络医院平台在接收到用户终端发送的远程救助信息后,定位模块104根据远程救助信息中伤员所在地的位置信息,对该伤员当前所在的地理位置进行定位,确定其具体位置坐标,并将确定的地理位置发送至急救中心,以供急救中心快速到达伤员所在地。在为伤员匹配其当前情况所对应的救助措施的同时,通知急救中心,在实现对伤员达到及时的救助目的的同时,最大限度的为伤员的生命安全提供了保证。

本实施例的用户终端应用于远程救助方法,在第一实施例中,用户终端包括:
信息发送模块201,用于向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息;远程救助信息包括用户信息和伤员所在地的位置信息;
显示模块202,用于显示网络医院平台提供的远程救助交互界面,供输入伤员当前情况;以及在接收到网络医院平台根据伤员当前情况确定的救助措施后显示该救助措施。
本实施例中,当伤员发生意外时,周围的路人或伤员自己可通过手机等用户终端的信息发送模块201向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息,具体可通过用户终端上可与网络医院平台连接的应用程序发送,或者通过互联网访问网络医院平台,以请求远程救助。用户终端所发送的远程救助信息中可包括用户信息和伤员当前所在地的位置信息,本实施例中的用户信息可包括登陆信息或指纹信息或面部图像信息,用于在连接网络平台时认证用户身份;位置信息可用于网络医院平台进一步定位以向急救中心或就近的医院发起救助指令。

网络医院平台根据接收到的伤员当前情况,匹配该当前情况所对应的救助措施,并将救助措施发送至用户终端,用户终端的显示模块202进行显示并根据该救助措施对伤员进行紧急救助。本实施例中,显示模块202包括显示界面和/或语音播报单元,当救助措施是文字形式或视频形式时,在显示界面上显示救助措施,当救助措施是音频形式时,通过语音播报单元以语音方式播报该救助措施。
本实施例通过用户终端向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息;网络医院平台对其中包含的用户信息认证通过后提供远程救助交互界面,在用户终端输入伤员当前情况后,网络医院平台确定对应的救助措施并发送至用户终端进行显示。在伤员发生意外时,通过用户终端直接向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息,而网络医院平台基于对用户信息认证的结果匹配对应的救助措施以提供对伤员的救助指导,从而能够对发生意外的患者进行及时的紧急救助,避免了因耽误救护时间而发生的严重后果。

    定位模块,用于根据伤员所在地的位置信息定位该伤员的地理位置,并将所述地理位置发送至急救中心。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述确定模块具体用于:
    接收伤员当前情况,获取其中的关键词;
    根据所述关键词,在预置的救助措施库中匹配对应的救助措施,并将所述救助措施发送至用户终端,供用户终端显示。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    定位模块,用于根据伤员所在地的位置信息定位该伤员的地理位置,并将所述地理位置发送至急救中心。
  15. 一种应用于权利要求1所述的基于用户信息的远程救助方法的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端包括:
    信息发送模块,用于向网络医院平台发送远程救助信息;所述远程救助信息包括用户信息和伤员所在地的位置信息;
    显示模块,用于显示网络医院平台提供的远程救助交互界面,供输入伤员当前情况;以及在接收到网络医院平台根据所述伤员当前情况确定的救助措施后显示该救助措施。
