Description

一种水泥除尘系统 技术领域
本发明涉及水泥除尘装置应用技术领域,具体为一种水泥除尘系统。
背景技术
水泥工业是我国工业排尘的主要来源,粉尘排放量约为其产量的2%~3%,全国的排放总量超过千万吨,人体长期接触水泥粉尘易引起各种疾病,水泥粉尘会造成土地碱化,严重污染环境,水泥生产工艺过程中,无论是破碎、烘干还是粉磨,煅烧都会产生大量的粉尘,由于各道工序都是干操作业,因此形成了扬尘点多、面大、范围广的特点,而水泥窑尾窑头废气量约占整个水泥生产线废气量的60%,其中窑尾废气约占整个水泥生产线废气量的36%了。
对比文件1:中国专利CN202921115U描述了一种水泥粉尘清除机构,包括风箱、除尘管道、水雾喷头和驱动电机,所述除尘管道连接在风箱背部,所述驱动电机安装在风箱一侧,所述风箱的顶部设置有进风管,在风箱的一侧安装有水雾喷头,在风箱的底部开设有排水口,所述风箱的中心部位安装有连动转轴,在连动转轴上安装有扇叶,连动转轴的一端设置在风箱的外部,并通过皮带连接在驱动电机上,所述风箱的上部为圆弧形结构,所述进气管的顶部设置有顶盖,所述机构存在许多不足,如风箱上设置了太多的结构使此机构使用寿命变短,承受压力小,工作效率低等缺点。目前的水泥除尘装置窑尾废气温度高、烟气量大,比较难清理,石灰厂的粉尘处理旋风除尘器存在不足,因此,针对上述问题提出一种水泥除尘系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水泥除尘系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的 问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水泥除尘系统,包括水泥窖、通风管道、集气罩、旋风除尘器进口、旋风除尘器、旋风除尘器出口、灰斗、风机和烟囱;所述水泥窖设置在旋风除尘器的一侧,并且水泥窖通过通风管道与集气罩导通;所述集气罩设置在水泥窖的出口,并且集气罩的一端通过通风管道与旋风除尘器进口相通;所述旋风除尘器两侧设置有旋风除尘器进口和旋风除尘器出口;所述灰斗设置在旋风除尘器一端;所述风机设置在旋风除尘器的一侧,并且通过通风管道与烟囱连接;所述风机设置在旋风除尘器和烟囱之间。
其中,所述集气罩为伞形低悬结构,并且扩张角度为40°。
其中,所述通风管道两端为法兰盘式连接。
其中,所述通风管道弯节处为圆形直角结构。
其中,所述旋风除尘器为锥形结构。
其中,所述风机设置在烟囱和旋风除尘器出口之间,并且风机低于旋风除尘器出口的出口。
其中,所述旋风除尘器出口与灰斗上表面密封连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:所述集气罩为伞形低悬结构,扩张角度为40°,便于收集扩散的粉尘和散热,圆形直角弯头严格控制了管道的风速,有效防止了粉尘堆积,减小了摩擦压力损失和局部压力损失,通风管道的接头使用法兰盘式连接,使旋风除尘器各个接口连接紧密和较好的连接强度,并且检修拆卸方便,旋风除尘器它具有结构简单,体积较小,不需特殊的附属设备,造价较低,器内无运动部件,操作维修方便等优点,大幅度的减少了水泥加工的职业危害,除尘效果好,保护了环境,适合推广使用。

请参阅图1~3,本发明提供一种水泥除尘系统,包括水泥窖1、通风管道2、集气罩3、旋风除尘器进口4、旋风除尘器5、旋风除尘器出口6、灰斗7、风机8和烟囱9;所述水泥窖1设置在旋风除尘器5的一侧,并且水泥窖1通过通风管道2与集气罩3导通;所述集气罩3设置在水泥窖1的出口,并且集气罩3的一端通过通风管道2与旋风除尘器进口4相通;所述旋风除尘器5两侧设置有旋风除尘器进口4和旋风除尘器出口6;所述灰斗7设置在旋风除尘器5一端;所述风机8设置在旋风除尘器5的一侧,并且通过通风管道2与烟囱9连接;所述风机8设置在旋风除尘器5和烟囱9之间。
作为本发明的优化技术方案:所述集气罩3为伞形低悬结构,并且扩张角度为40°;所述通风管道2两端为法兰盘式连接;所述通风管道2弯节处为圆形直角结构;所述旋风除尘器5为锥形结构;所述风机8设置在烟囱9和旋风除尘器出口6之间,并且风机8低于旋风除尘器出口6的出口;所述旋风除尘器 出口6与灰斗7上表面密封连接。
本发明工作原理:所述水泥窖1将含尘气体通过通风管道2送向集气罩3,集气罩3将气体收集在一起并冷却一段时间后,通风管道2将含尘气体穿过旋风除尘器进口4到达旋风除尘器5内部,旋风除尘器5使含尘气流作旋转运动,借助于离心力将尘粒从气流中分离并捕集于器壁,再借助重力作用使尘粒落入灰斗6中,被处理过的气体在风机8的作用下快速到达烟囱9排向大气中。

  1. 一种水泥除尘系统,其中,包括水泥窖、通风管道、集气罩、旋风除尘器进口、旋风除尘器、旋风除尘器出口、灰斗、风机和烟囱,所述水泥窖设置在旋风除尘器的一侧,并且水泥窖通过通风管道与集气罩导通;所述集气罩设置在水泥窖的出口,并且集气罩的一端通过通风管道与旋风除尘器进口相通;所述旋风除尘器两侧设置有旋风除尘器进口和旋风除尘器出口;所述灰斗设置在旋风除尘器一端;所述风机设置在旋风除尘器的一侧,并且通过通风管道与烟囱连接;所述风机设置在旋风除尘器和烟囱之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水泥除尘系统,其中,所述集气罩为伞形低悬结构,并且扩张角度为40°。
