Description

予約管理装置、予約管理方法および予約管理プログラム
　本発明は、予約管理装置、予約管理方法および予約管理プログラムに関する。
　従来、例えばスクールや美容院等の業種・業態に特化した予約管理システムが提供されている。下記特許文献１には、自動車教習所の指導時間を予約する予約システムが開示されている。

　特許文献１に記載の予約管理システムでは、システムにおいて管理する項目が、自動車教習に関する項目に固定されている。従来の予約管理システムでは、特許文献１と同様に、提供するサービスの内容に応じて管理する項目が予めカスタマイズされ、固定されている。つまり、これまでの予約管理システムでは、異なる業種・業態のサービスに対して柔軟に適応させて利用することについてまで考慮されていない。
　本発明は、上述した課題を解決するためになされたものであり、多様な業種・業態のサービスに柔軟に適用することができる予約管理装置、予約管理方法および予約管理プログラムを提供することを目的の一つとする。
　本発明の一態様である予約管理装置は、予約を受け付ける予約受付者が使用する予約受付者端末および予約を申し込む予約申込者が使用する予約申込者端末とネットワークを介して接続可能な予約管理装置であって、少なくとも、前記予約受付者により予め定められた予約枠を利用して前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける事前設定タイプ、および／または前記予約受付者により予め定められたサービス提供時間内に予約枠を設定させて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける自由受付タイプを含む、予約受付タイプから、一つの前記予約受付タイプを前記予約受付者に選択させる手段と、少なくとも、前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目、および前記サービスを提供する際の資源となるリソースを前記予約受付者に登録させる手段と、前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して選択した前記予約受付タイプに対応する予約受付画面、ならびに前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して登録した前記メニュー項目および前記リソースを用いて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける手段と、を備える。
　前記選択させる手段は、前記予約受付者の業種・業態を、当該予約受付者にさらに選択させ、前記登録させる手段は、前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して選択した前記業種・業態に対応付けて予め設定されている、前記メニュー項目および前記リソースとしてそれぞれ登録可能な内容を、前記予約受付者に対して提示することとしてもよい。
　前記登録させる手段は、前記メニュー項目を登録させる際に、少なくとも、前記メニュー項目において前記予約申込者が選択可能な一つ以上の前記リソースをさらに登録させることとしてもよい。
　前記登録させる手段は、前記メニュー項目ごと、および前記リソースごとに、料金をさらに登録させることとしてもよい。
　本発明の一態様である予約管理方法は、予約を受け付ける予約受付者が使用する予約受付者端末および予約を申し込む予約申込者が使用する予約申込者端末とネットワークを介して接続可能なコンピュータ装置が、少なくとも、前記予約受付者により予め定められた予約枠を利用して前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける事前設定タイプ、および／または前記予約受付者により予め定められたサービス提供時間内に予約枠を設定させて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける自由受付タイプを含む、予約受付タイプから、一つの前記予約受付タイプを前記予約受付者に選択させるステップと、少なくとも、前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目、および前記サービスを提供する際の資源となるリソースを前記予約受付者に登録させるステップと、前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して選択した前記予約受付タイプに対応する予約受付画面、ならびに前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して登録した前記メニュー項目および前記リソースを用いて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付けるステップと、を実行する。
　本発明の一態様である予約管理プログラムは、予約を受け付ける予約受付者が使用する予約受付者端末および予約を申し込む予約申込者が使用する予約申込者端末とネットワークを介して接続可能なコンピュータ装置を、少なくとも、前記予約受付者により予め定められた予約枠を利用して前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける事前設定タイプ、および／または前記予約受付者により予め定められたサービス提供時間内に予約枠を設定させて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける自由受付タイプを含む、予約受付タイプから、一つの前記予約受付タイプを前記予約受付者に選択させる手段、少なくとも、前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目、および前記サービスを提供する際の資源となるリソースを前記予約受付者に登録させる手段、前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して選択した前記予約受付タイプに対応する予約受付画面、ならびに前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して登録した前記メニュー項目および前記リソースを用いて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける手段、として機能させる。
　前記予約受付タイプとして、前記予約受付者により権限が付与された前記予約申込者によって設定された募集型の予約枠を利用して、前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける募集型受付タイプをさらに含み、前記募集型受付タイプの予約枠は、予約枠を設定できる範囲かつ予約枠がまだ設定されていない範囲の中から、前記募集型の予約枠を設定するための範囲指定を、前記予約申込者から受け付け、さらに、少なくとも前記募集型の予約枠に対応する前記メニュー項目および前記募集型の予約枠に予約できる人数の指定を、前記予約申込者から受け付けることにより設定されることとしてもよい。
　前記募集型受付タイプの予約枠は、予め定められた予約対象の実施条件を満たした場合に、予約が成立することとしてもよい。
　本発明によれば、多様な業種・業態のサービスに柔軟に適用することができる。

　以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。なお、同一の要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
　図１は、本発明の一実施形態に係る予約管理装置としての予約管理サーバを含む予約管理システムの構成概略図である。同図に示すように、本実施形態における予約管理システム１は、予約管理サーバ２と、１台以上の予約受付者端末３と、１台以上の予約申込者端末４とを備える。予約受付者端末３および予約申込者端末４はそれぞれ、ネットワークＮを介して予約管理サーバ２と通信できるように構成される。
　予約受付者端末３は、サービスを提供する業者が、サービスの予約を受け付ける予約受付者として使用する端末装置である。サービスを提供する業者は、あらゆる業種・業態の業者が対象となる。
　予約申込者端末４は、サービスの提供を受けるユーザが、サービスの予約を申し込む予約申込者として使用する端末装置である。
　本実施形態では、予約受付者端末３および予約申込者端末４として、ＰＣ（パーソナルコンピュータ）を想定して説明するが、これに限定されない。予約受付者端末３および予約申込者端末４として、例えば、ノートＰＣ、タブレット端末、スマートフォン、携帯電話機、携帯情報端末（ＰＤＡ）、その他の端末装置を適宜用いることができる。
　予約管理サーバ２は、例えば、演算処理能力の高いコンピュータによって構成され、そのコンピュータにおいて所定のサーバ用プログラムが動作することにより、サーバ機能を実現するものである。ここで、予約管理サーバ２を構成するコンピュータは、必ずしも１台である必要はなく、ネットワークＮ上に分散する複数のコンピュータから構成されてもよい。
　ネットワークＮは、予約管理サーバ２と予約受付者端末３と予約申込者端末４との間で相互に情報を送受信可能な通信網を含む。ネットワークＮは、例えば、インターネット、ＬＡＮ、専用線、電話回線、企業内ネットワーク、移動体通信網、ブルートゥース（登録商標）、ＷｉＦｉ（Wireless Fidelity）、その他の通信回線、それらの組み合わせ等のいずれであってもよく、有線であるか無線であるかを問わない。
　図２に示すように、予約管理サーバ２は、例えば、プロセッサ２０と、通信インタフェース２１と、記憶資源２２とを備える。
　プロセッサ２０は、算術演算、論理演算、ビット演算等を処理する算術論理演算ユニットおよび各種レジスタから構成され、記憶資源２２に格納されているコンピュータプログラム２２０を実行することで、後述する各種機能を実現する。各種レジスタは、例えば、プログラムカウンタ、データレジスタ、命令レジスタ、汎用レジスタ等である。
　通信インタフェース２１は、ネットワークＮに接続し、ネットワークＮ上の他の端末と通信をするためのハードウェアモジュールである。通信インタフェース２１は、例えば、ＩＳＤＮモデム、ＡＤＳＬモデム、ケーブルモデム、光モデム、ソフトモデム等の変調復調装置である。
　記憶資源２２は、例えば、物理デバイスの記憶領域が提供する論理デバイスである。物理デバイスは、例えば、ディスクドライブまたは半導体メモリ等のコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体である。記憶資源２２は、複数の物理デバイスを１つの論理デバイスにマッピングして構築してもよいし、１つの物理デバイスを複数の論理デバイスにマッピングして構築してもよい。記憶資源２２には、コンピュータプログラム２２０が記憶される。
　記憶資源２２には、コンピュータプログラム２２０のほか、予約管理サーバ２の処理に用いられるオペレーティングシステムプログラム、ドライバプログラム、各種データ等が格納される。ドライバプログラムとしては、例えば、通信インタフェース２１を制御するための通信インタフェースドライバプログラム等がある。各種データとしては、例えば、予約受付用のスケジュール表（予約受付画面）の作成を支援するためのツール情報２２２や、予約受付者が登録した予約受付用のスケジュール情報２２３、予約申込者が入力した予約情報２２４等がある。
　コンピュータプログラム２２０は、所定の処理を行うためのプログラムであり、予約管理サーバ２のメインプログラムの動作中に適宜呼び出されて実行される複数のソフトウェアモジュールを備える。このソフトウェアモジュールは、それぞれ特定の処理を実行するためにモジュール化されたサブプログラムであり、例えば、プロシージャ、サブルーチン、メソッド、関数およびデータ構造等を用いて作成される。
　コンピュータプログラム２２０は、例示的に、予約管理モジュール２２１を有する。以下において、予約管理モジュール２２１を実行することで実現する機能について説明する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者のアカウント登録を受け付ける。予約受付者は、予約管理システム１の使用を開始する際に、予約受付者端末３を操作して予約管理サーバ２の所定のＷｅｂページにアクセスし、予約受付者のアカウントを登録する。アカウント登録では、例えば、ユーザＩＤ、パスワード、メールアドレス、氏名、業種・業態等、予約受付者に関する情報を登録する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、アカウント登録を行った予約受付者に対して、予約の受け付け方式を特定するための予約受付タイプを選択させる。本実施形態では、予約受付タイプとして、例示的に、事前設定タイプと自由受付タイプとを設けた場合について説明する。
　事前設定タイプは、予約受付者が事前に設定した予約枠を利用して予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける方式である。以下に具体的に説明する。
　予約受付者の業種・業態が、例えば、フィットネススタジオである場合に、予約受付者は、予約枠として、“ホットヨガ”を火曜日から日曜日の１１時から１２時に設定し、“ピラティス”を火曜日、木曜日、土曜日の１４時から１５時に設定することでスケジュール表を作成し、ネットワーク上に公開する。予約申込者は、ネットワーク上に公開されたスケジュール表に表示されている予約枠のうち、定員に空きがある予約枠を選択してサービスを予約する。
　自由受付タイプは、予約受付者が設定したサービス提供時間内に、所望の予約枠を予約申込者に設定させることで予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける方式である。以下に具体的に説明する。
　予約受付者の業種・業態が、例えば、歯科医院である場合に、予約受付者は、サービス提供時間として、歯科医院の診療時間である１０時から１７時を設定し、予約申込者に設定させる予約枠を構成する診察内容、担当医師および診察時間等を登録することで、スケジュール表を作成し、ネットワーク上に公開する。予約申込者は、ネットワーク上に公開されたスケジュール表に設定された診療時間である１０時から１７時のうち、予約が入っていない時間帯に、所望の予約枠（診察内容、担当医師および診察時間等）を設定してサービスを予約する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目、サービスを提供する際の資源（例えば、人、設備、備品等）となるリソース、およびリソースが帰属可能なリソースグループをそれぞれ予約受付者に登録させる。メニュー項目、リソースおよびリソースグループは、それぞれ一つ以上登録することができる。以下に、メニュー項目、リソースグループおよびリソースの具体例を挙げる。
　予約受付者の業種・業態がフィットネススタジオである場合には、メニュー項目として、例えば、“ホットヨガ”や“ピラティス”が該当し、リソースグループとして、例えば、“インストラクター”や“オプション”が該当し、“インストラクター”のリソースとして、例えば、各インストラクターの名前が該当し、“オプション”のリソースとして、例えば、“ヨガマット”や“タオル”が該当する。
　予約受付者の業種・業態が学習塾である場合には、メニュー項目として、例えば、“夏期講習”や“難関校受験コース”が該当し、リソースグループとして、例えば、“国語科”や“英語科”、“数学科”が該当し、リソースとして、例えば、講師の名前が該当する。
　予約受付者の業種・業態が歯科医院である場合には、メニュー項目として、例えば、“初診”や“再診”、“ホワイトニング”が該当し、リソースグループとして、例えば、“担当医師”が該当し、リソースとして、例えば、各医師の名前が該当する。
　予約受付者の業種・業態が、貸し会議室である場合には、メニュー項目として、例えば、“貸し会議室”や“貸しホール”が該当し、リソースグループとして、例えば、建物名や施設名が該当し、リソースとして、例えば、部屋番号が該当する。
　ここで、メニュー項目、リソースグループおよびリソースを予約受付者に登録させる際に、アカウント登録時に予約受付者が選択した業種・業態に対応するメニュー項目、リソースグループおよびリソースのそれぞれの内容を、登録候補として予約受付者に提示することとしてもよい。提示する登録候補は、業種・業態に対応付けて予め予約管理サーバ２の記憶資源２２に格納しておけばよい。
　なお、リソースグループは必ずしも設定する必要はなく、リソースを複数のグループに区別して管理する必要がある場合に、リソースグループを適宜設定することとしてもよい。
　また、リソースを予約受付者に登録させる際に、リソースの名称に加え、リソースに関連する情報として、例えば、同時に受付可能な予約数や、受付可能日時、受付ステータス、料金等を、併せてまたは別途登録させることができる。各項目について、以下に説明する。
　同時に受付可能な予約数は、同時に複数名の予約が可能なリソースに対して有効な項目となる。例えば、ホットヨガでは、１回のレッスンに複数名が参加できるため、リソースであるインストラクターごとに、同一枠での上限参加数を登録する。同時に受付可能な予約数は、例えば、予約受付可能な残数を予約申込者に提示する際に利用する。
　受付可能日時は、曜日や時間によって予約の受付可否が異なるリソースに対して有効な項目となる。例えば、ホットヨガでは、インストラクターごとに出勤日や出勤時間が異なるため、リソースであるインストラクターごとに、受付可能な曜日や時間帯を登録する。受付可能日時は、例えば、対象予約枠で出勤可能なインストラクターのみを予約申込者に提示する際に利用する。
　受付ステータスは、時期や在庫状況等によって予約の受付可否が変わるリソースに対して有効な項目となる。受付ステータスとして、例えば、“受付中”、“停止中”等が該当する。料金は、後述するメニュー項目ごとに設定される料金の他に、追加料金が発生するリソースに対して有効な項目となる。
　また、メニュー項目を予約受付者に登録させる際に、メニュー項目の名称に加え、メニュー項目に関連する情報として、例えば、メニュー項目の説明文や、メニュー項目の料金、メニュー項目に関連付けるリソース等を、併せてまたは別途登録させることができる。各項目について、以下に説明する。
　メニュー項目の説明文は、メニュー項目の内容を説明する文章等を格納する項目であり、予約申込者がメニュー項目を選択する際のガイド情報として利用する項目である。なお、メニュー項目の説明文を予約受付者に登録させる際に、アカウント登録時に予約受付者が選択した業種・業態に対応するメニュー項目の説明文を、登録候補として予約受付者に提示することしてもよい。
　メニュー項目の料金は、メニュー項目に対応するサービスの費用を格納する項目である。リソースごとに異なる費用が発生する場合には、その費用を上述したリソースごとに設定可能な料金に登録する。
　メニュー項目に関連付けるリソースは、予約申込者が予約をするときに、選択したメニュー項目において選択可能なリソース（そのリソースが帰属するリソースグループを含むこともできる）を提示するために利用する項目である。メニュー項目に特定のリソースを関連付けることで、メニュー項目ごとにリソースの予約状況を管理することが可能となる。メニュー項目に関連付けるリソースは、例えば、リソースのオーバーブッキングや在庫切れ等を防止する際に利用する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者が選択した予約受付タイプに対応するスケジュール表（予約管理画面）を予約受付者端末３および予約申込者端末４に表示させる。このスケジュール表の内容は、予約受付者が登録したメニュー項目、リソースグループおよびリソース、ならびにそれらに関連する情報を用いて設定される。例えば、以下のように、スケジュール表の内容を設定することができる。
　予約受付タイプが事前設定タイプである場合に、予約受付者は、メニュー項目と、そのメニュー項目に対応するサービスを提供する時間帯とを設定することで、スケジュール表に予約枠を設定する。設定したメニュー項目に関連する情報として、そのメニュー項目に関連付けるリソースが登録されている場合には、設定した予約枠内にリソースが表示される。そのリソースに関連する情報として、受付可能日時が登録されている場合には、設定した時間帯に提供可能なリソースのみが表示される。また、そのリソースに関連する情報として、同時に受付可能な予約数が登録されている場合には、設定した予約枠内に予約状況が表示される。
　予約受付タイプが自由受付タイプである場合に、予約受付者は、サービス提供時間をスケジュール表に設定する。予約申込者は、予約受付者が設定したサービス提供時間内に、所望の予約枠を設定することとなる。
　予約受付者は、スケジュール表にアクセス可能な予約受付ページのＵＲＬ（uniform resource locator）を予約申込者に公開することで、予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける。予約申込者が予約申込者端末４を操作して入力した予約に関する情報は、予約情報２２４として予約管理サーバ２の記憶資源２２に格納され、スケジュール表に反映される。予約申込者は、例えば、以下のように予約情報を入力し、予約を行うことができる。
　予約受付タイプが事前設定タイプである場合に、予約申込者は、スケジュール表に表示されている予約枠のうち、定員に空きがある予約枠を選択し、予約に必要な情報を入力することで、予約を行う。予約に必要な情報として、例えば、予約者の名前や、ユーザＩＤ等が該当する。
　予約受付タイプが自由受付タイプである場合に、予約申込者は、予約するメニュー項目およびリソースを選択し、そのメニュー項目およびリソースに対応するスケジュール表を表示させ、サービス提供時間内のうち、予約に空きがある時間帯を選択することで、予約枠を設定し、予約に必要な情報を入力することで、予約を行う。
　ここで、予約受付者端末３に表示されるスケジュール表の表示内容と、予約申込者端末４に表示されるスケジュール表の表示内容とは、同一である必要はなく、それぞれの役割に適合した内容を表示させることができる。以下に、予約受付タイプ別に、具体的に説明する。
　図３に、予約受付タイプが事前設定タイプである場合に、予約受付者端末３に表示される予約受付画面としてのスケジュール表を例示する。図３は、予約受付者の業種・業態がフィットネススタジオである場合に表示されるスケジュール表３１の一例である。このスケジュール表３１には、予約受付者により設定された複数の予約枠ａ１～ａ６，ｂ１～ｂ３が表示されている。
　各予約枠ａ１～ａ６，ｂ１～ｂ３内の上段にはメニュー項目が表示され、中段には現時点における定員に対する予約済みの人数が表示され、下段にはリソースであるインストラクターの名前が表示されている。
　例えば、予約枠ａ１は、１２月１６日（火）の１１時から１２時に、“ホットヨガ”のプログラムがスケジューリングされていて、インストラクターが“Ａ先生”であり、予約状況が定員１０名に対して９名が予約している状況であることを示す。
　また、予約枠ｂ１は、１２月１６日（火）の１４時から１５時に、“ピラティス”のプログラムがスケジューリングされていて、インストラクターが“Ｂ先生”であり、予約状況が定員１０名に対して７名が予約している状況であることを示す。
　なお、スケジュール表３１では、フィットネススタジオの営業時間である１０時から１７時以外の時間帯、および昼休みである１３時から１４時の時間帯に、予約対象外であることを示す他よりも濃い色の背景色が付されている。また、このスケジュール表３１は、週単位で表示されているが、日単位で表示させることもできる。
　図４に、予約受付タイプが事前設定タイプである場合に、予約申込者端末４に表示される予約受付画面としてのスケジュール表を例示する。図４は、予約受付者の業種・業態がフィットネススタジオである場合に表示されるスケジュール表４１の一例である。
　このスケジュール表４１では、予約申込者が選択したメニュー項目およびリソースに対応する予約枠を表示させることができる。図４では、メニュー項目選択欄Ｉ１で“ホットヨガ”が選択され、リソース選択欄Ｉ２で“Ａ先生”が選択されている。したがって、スケジュール表４１には、“ホットヨガ”かつ“Ａ先生”に対応する予約枠ａ１１，ａ３１，ａ５１が表示されている。
　各予約枠ａ１１，ａ３１，ａ５１内の上段にはメニュー項目が表示され、中段には現時点における予約受付人数の残数が表示され、下段にはリソースであるインストラクターの名前が表示されている。
　例えば、予約枠ａ１１は、１２月１６日（火）の１１時から１２時に、“ホットヨガ”のプログラムがスケジューリングされていて、インストラクターが“Ａ先生”であり、予約受付人数の残数が１名であることを示す。
　なお、スケジュール表４１では、フィットネススタジオの営業時間である１０時から１７時以外の時間帯と、昼休みである１３時から１４時の時間帯とに、予約対象外であることを示す他よりも濃い色の背景色が付されている。また、このスケジュール表４１は、週単位で表示されているが、日単位で表示させることもできる。
　図５に、予約受付タイプが自由受付タイプである場合に、予約受付者端末３に表示される予約受付画面としてのスケジュール表を例示する。図５は、予約受付者の業種・業態が歯科医院である場合に表示されるスケジュール表３２の一例である。
　このスケジュール表３２には、予約受付者によりリソースとして登録された医師ごとのスケジュールが表示される。図５には、１２月１５日（月）から１２月２１日（日）までの“Ｃ先生”および“Ｄ先生”のスケジュールがそれぞれ表示され、予約申込者により設定された複数の予約枠ｃ１～ｃ４，ｄ１～ｄ３が表示されている。
　歯科医院の診療時間である１０時から１７時のうち、予約枠ｃ１～ｃ４，ｄ１～ｄ３が未だ設定されていない時間帯が、予約可能な時間帯となる。なお、スケジュール表３２では、歯科医院の診療時間である１０時から１７時以外の時間帯に、予約対象外であることを示す他よりも濃い色の背景色が付されている。
　各予約枠ｃ１～ｃ４，ｄ１～ｄ３内の上段には予約申込者の名前が表示され、下段にはメニュー項目が表示されている。
　例えば、予約枠ｃ１は、“Ｃ先生”のスケジュールとして、１２月１５日（月）の１０時３０分から１１時までの時間帯に、予約申込者“Ｅさん”の“初診”が設定されていることを示す。
　また、予約枠ｄ１は、“Ｄ先生”のスケジュールとして、１２月１５日（月）の１２時３０分から１３時までの時間帯に、予約申込者“Ｉさん”の“再診”が設定されていることを示す。
　また、予約枠ｃ２は、“Ｃ先生”のスケジュールとして、１２月１６日（火）の１１時から１２時までの時間帯に、予約申込者“Ｆさん”の“ホワイトニング”が設定されていることを示す。
　なお、このスケジュール表３２は、週単位で表示されているが、日単位で表示させることもできる。
　図６に、予約受付タイプが自由受付タイプである場合に、予約申込者端末４に表示される予約受付画面としてのスケジュール表を例示する。図６は、予約受付者の業種・業態が歯科医院である場合に表示されるスケジュール表４２の一例である。
　このスケジュール表４２には、予約申込者が選択したメニュー項目およびリソースに対応する予約枠を表示させることができる。図６では、メニュー項目選択欄Ｉ３で“初診”が選択され、リソース選択欄Ｉ４で“Ｃ先生”が選択されている。この場合、“Ｃ先生”は、“初診”以外に、“再診”や“ホワイトニング”等も担当するため、“Ｃ先生”が重複予約されることを防止するために、“初診”以外の予約枠も表示する。したがって、スケジュール表４２には、“Ｃ先生”に対応する予約枠ｃ１１，ｃ２１，ｃ３１，ｃ４１が表示される。
　歯科医院の診療時間である１０時から１７時のうち、予約枠ｃ１１，ｃ２１，ｃ３１，ｃ４１が表示されていない時間帯が、予約可能な時間帯となる。なお、スケジュール表４２では、歯科医院の診療時間である１０時から１７時以外の時間帯に、予約対象外であることを示す他よりも濃い色の背景色が付されている。
　なお、このスケジュール表４２は、週単位で表示されているが、日単位または月単位で表示させることもできる。
　上述したように、実施形態における予約管理システム１によれば、事前設定タイプおよび自由受付タイプを含む予約受付タイプから、一つの予約受付タイプを予約受付者に選択させ、予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目と、予約受付者がサービスを提供する際のリソースとを予約受付者に登録させることができるとともに、予約受付者が選択した予約受付タイプ別の予約受付画面、および予約受付者が登録したメニュー項目およびリソースを用いて、予約申込者からの予約を受け付けることが可能となる。
　これにより、予約受付者は、自身が提供するサービスの業種・業態に見合った予約受付タイプ、メニュー項目およびリソースを任意に設定することができ、その設定した予約受付タイプ、メニュー項目およびリソースに基づいてスケジュール情報および予約情報を管理し、予約申込者からの予約を受け付けることができる。
　それゆえ、実施形態における予約管理システム１によれば、多様な業種・業態のサービスに柔軟に適用することができる予約管理システム１を提供できる。
　[変形例]
　なお、本発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において、他の様々な形で実施することができる。このため、上記実施形態はあらゆる点で単なる例示にすぎず、限定的に解釈されるものではない。例えば、上述した各処理ステップは処理内容に矛盾を生じない範囲で任意に順番を変更し、または並列に実行することができる。
　また、上述した実施形態では、予約受付者端末３や予約申込者端末４が、予約管理サーバ２のＷｅｂページにアクセスして処理を行っているが、必ずしもＷｅｂページにアクセスして処理を行う必要はない。例えば、予約受付者端末３や予約申込者端末４が、予約管理アプリケーション（以下、予約管理アプリという。）をインストールして、上述した予約管理システムでの機能を実現する場合には、予約受付者端末３や予約申込者端末４内で予約管理アプリを起動させて予約管理処理等を実行し、予約受付者端末３や予約申込者端末４内で処理されたデータを予約管理サーバ２に送信することとしてもよい。
　また、上述した実施形態では、予約申込者が予約申込者端末４を操作して予約を行う場合について説明したが、これに限定されず、例えば、予約申込者が電話で予約を行う場合や、予約申込者が来店して予約を行う場合にも本発明を適用することができる。これらの場合には、例えば、予約申込者から予約内容を入手した予約受付者が、予約受付者端末３を操作して図３または図５に例示する予約受付者用の予約受付画面から予約内容を登録することとすればよい。
　また、上述した実施形態では、予約受付タイプとして、事前設定タイプと自由受付タイプとを設けた場合について説明しているが、これら二つの予約受付タイプのみを設けることには限定されない。予約受付タイプとして、例えば、事前設定タイプと自由受付タイプとに加え、他の受付タイプをさらに設けることとしてもよいし、事前設定タイプおよび自由受付タイプのいずれか一方を設けることとしてもよい。
　他の受付タイプとして、例えば、募集型受付タイプを設けることができる。募集型受付タイプは、予約申込者が予約申込者端末４を操作して設定する募集型の予約枠を利用して、他の予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける受付タイプである。募集型の予約枠は、例えば、以下のように設定することができる。
　最初に、予約管理モジュール２２１は、募集型の予約枠設定画面を予約申込者端末４に表示させる。続いて、予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約枠を設定できる範囲であって、かつ予約枠がまだ設定されていない範囲の中から、募集型の予約枠を設定する範囲に対する指定を、予約申込者から受け付ける。予約枠を設定できる範囲は、予め予約受付者が設定する。募集型の予約枠の設定は、例えば、時間とリソースとを軸にして定まるスケジュール表を用いて設定することができる。
　続いて、予約管理モジュール２２１は、募集型の予約枠に対応するメニュー項目および募集型の予約枠に予約できる人数（定員）の指定を、予約申込者から受け付ける。メニュー項目の指定を受け付けることで、そのメニューに属するリソースやリソースグループを特定することができる。特定したリソースやリソースグループが複数存在する場合には、例えば予約申込者に複数のリソースやリソースグループを提示し、いずれかのリソースやリソースグループを指定するように促すこととしてもよい。なお、メニュー項目を指定する際に、そのメニュー項目に属するリソースやリソースグループの指定をさらに予約申込者から受け付けることとしてもよい。
　また、募集型の予約枠に対して予約できる予約申込者を特定する情報（例えばメールアドレス）を、さらに受け付けることとしてもよい。これにより、受け付けたメールアドレス宛てに、募集型の予約枠が設定された旨のメールを送信し、募集型の予約枠に対する処理等を、メールを受け取った予約申込者に限定して許可することが可能となる。募集型の予約枠に対する処理として、例えば、募集型の予約枠に対して予約する処理、募集型の予約枠に対して予約した予約申込者の個人情報等を含む予約内容を参照する処理がある。
　続いて、予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約申込者から受け付けた各種内容に基づいて募集型の予約枠を設定する。
　ここで、予約受付者は、募集型の予約枠を設定できる予約申込者を制限することができる。例えば、募集型の予約枠を設定する権限を、特定の予約申込者に付与することとしてもよい。この場合、例えば、権限を付与する予約申込者を管理するためのリストを予約受付者が作成し、このリストに基づいて予約申込者を制限することとすればよい。
　募集型の予約枠は、予約対象の実施条件を満たした場合に、予約が成立する。予約対象の実施条件として、例えば、期日までに最少実施人数以上が予約を申し込むこと等がある。予約対象の実施条件は、予約受付者が設定する。予約受付者が設定した実施条件を、予約申込者が変更できることとしてもよい。
　このように、受付タイプに募集型受付タイプをさらに設けることで、予約申込者が所望する予約枠を、その予約枠のリソースおよび時間帯が同じリソースを設定した他の予約枠の時間帯と重複しない範囲で設定することが可能となる。これにより、予約受付者によって予約枠に設定されていないリソースを、予約申込者側の主導で予約枠に設定することが可能となる。それゆえ、リソースをより有効に活用することができる。
　この出願は、２０１５年５月２５日に出願された日本出願特願２０１５－１０５６３９を基礎とする優先権を主張し、その開示の全てをここに取り込む。
　本発明に係る予約管理装置、予約管理方法および予約管理プログラムは、多様な業種・業態のサービスに柔軟に適用することに適している。

Claims (12)

  1. 　予約を受け付ける予約受付者が使用する予約受付者端末および予約を申し込む予約申込者が使用する予約申込者端末とネットワークを介して接続可能な予約管理装置であって、
    　少なくとも、前記予約受付者により予め定められた予約枠を利用して前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける事前設定タイプ、および／または前記予約受付者により予め定められたサービス提供時間内に予約枠を設定させて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける自由受付タイプを含む、予約受付タイプから、一つの前記予約受付タイプを前記予約受付者に選択させる手段と、
    　少なくとも、前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目、および前記サービスを提供する際の資源となるリソースを前記予約受付者に登録させる手段と、
    　前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して選択した前記予約受付タイプに対応する予約受付画面、ならびに前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して登録した前記メニュー項目および前記リソースを用いて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける手段と、
    　を備えることを特徴とする予約管理装置。
  2. 　前記選択させる手段は、前記予約受付者の業種・業態を、当該予約受付者にさらに選択させ、
    　前記登録させる手段は、前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して選択した前記業種・業態に対応付けて予め設定されている、前記メニュー項目および前記リソースとしてそれぞれ登録可能な内容を、前記予約受付者に対して提示する、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の予約管理装置。
  3. 　前記登録させる手段は、前記メニュー項目を登録させる際に、少なくとも、前記メニュー項目において前記予約申込者が選択可能な一つ以上の前記リソースをさらに登録させる、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１または２記載の予約管理装置。
  4. 　前記登録させる手段は、前記メニュー項目ごと、および前記リソースごとに、料金をさらに登録させる、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１～３のいずれか１項に記載の予約管理装置。
  5. 　予約を受け付ける予約受付者が使用する予約受付者端末および予約を申し込む予約申込者が使用する予約申込者端末とネットワークを介して接続可能なコンピュータ装置が、
    　少なくとも、前記予約受付者により予め定められた予約枠を利用して前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける事前設定タイプ、および／または前記予約受付者により予め定められたサービス提供時間内に予約枠を設定させて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける自由受付タイプを含む、予約受付タイプから、一つの前記予約受付タイプを前記予約受付者に選択させるステップと、
    　少なくとも、前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目、および前記サービスを提供する際の資源となるリソースを前記予約受付者に登録させるステップと、
    　前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して選択した前記予約受付タイプに対応する予約受付画面、ならびに前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して登録した前記メニュー項目および前記リソースを用いて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付けるステップと、
    　を実行することを特徴とする予約管理方法。
  6. 　予約を受け付ける予約受付者が使用する予約受付者端末および予約を申し込む予約申込者が使用する予約申込者端末とネットワークを介して接続可能なコンピュータ装置を、
    　少なくとも、前記予約受付者により予め定められた予約枠を利用して前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける事前設定タイプ、および／または前記予約受付者により予め定められたサービス提供時間内に予約枠を設定させて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける自由受付タイプを含む、予約受付タイプから、一つの前記予約受付タイプを前記予約受付者に選択させる手段、
    　少なくとも、前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目、および前記サービスを提供する際の資源となるリソースを前記予約受付者に登録させる手段、
    　前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して選択した前記予約受付タイプに対応する予約受付画面、ならびに前記予約受付者が前記予約受付者端末を介して登録した前記メニュー項目および前記リソースを用いて前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける手段、
    　として機能させることを特徴とする予約管理プログラム。
  7. 　前記予約受付タイプとして、前記予約受付者により権限が付与された前記予約申込者によって設定された募集型の予約枠を利用して、前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける募集型受付タイプをさらに含み、
    　前記募集型受付タイプの予約枠は、予約枠を設定できる範囲かつ予約枠がまだ設定されていない範囲の中から、前記募集型の予約枠を設定するための範囲指定を、前記予約申込者から受け付け、さらに、少なくとも前記募集型の予約枠に対応する前記メニュー項目および前記募集型の予約枠に予約できる人数の指定を、前記予約申込者から受け付けることにより設定される、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１～４のいずれか１項に記載の予約管理装置。
  8. 　前記募集型受付タイプの予約枠は、予め定められた予約対象の実施条件を満たした場合に、予約が成立する、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１～５のいずれか１項に記載の予約管理装置。
  9. 　前記予約受付タイプとして、前記予約受付者により権限が付与された前記予約申込者によって設定された募集型の予約枠を利用して、前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける募集型受付タイプをさらに含み、
    　前記募集型受付タイプの予約枠は、予約枠を設定できる範囲かつ予約枠がまだ設定されていない範囲の中から、前記募集型の予約枠を設定するための範囲指定を、前記予約申込者から受け付け、さらに、少なくとも前記募集型の予約枠に対応する前記メニュー項目および前記募集型の予約枠に予約できる人数の指定を、前記予約申込者から受け付けることにより設定される、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項５記載の予約管理方法。
  10. 　前記募集型受付タイプの予約枠は、予め定められた予約対象の実施条件を満たした場合に、予約が成立する、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項５または９記載の予約管理方法。
  11. 　前記予約受付タイプとして、前記予約受付者により権限が付与された前記予約申込者によって設定された募集型の予約枠を利用して、前記予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける募集型受付タイプをさらに含み、
    　前記募集型受付タイプの予約枠は、予約枠を設定できる範囲かつ予約枠がまだ設定されていない範囲の中から、前記募集型の予約枠を設定するための範囲指定を、前記予約申込者から受け付け、さらに、少なくとも前記募集型の予約枠に対応する前記メニュー項目および前記募集型の予約枠に予約できる人数の指定を、前記予約申込者から受け付けることにより設定される、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項６記載の予約管理プログラム。
  12. 　前記募集型受付タイプの予約枠は、予め定められた予約対象の実施条件を満たした場合に、予約が成立する、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項６または１１記載の予約管理プログラム。
