随着生活节奏的加快,去餐厅吃饭已经是我们日常生活中餐饮、社交必不可少的部分,目前,大多数的餐厅还保留着传统的点菜方式,即人工点菜,人工写菜单的方式,随后市场了出现了服务员拿着一个手持设备点菜,虽然不需要人工手写菜单,但是还是会出现传统人工点菜的问题,即吃饭的时间大都集中在一天当中的几个时间段,到吃饭时间的高峰期,一个餐桌由一个服务员负责点菜,若某些餐桌点菜的时间过长,则会出现服务员人手不够用的情况,其他的餐桌没有服务员负责服务。为了解决此问题,从2013年开始市场上开始出现就餐者通过微信或者手机APP扫描餐桌上贴置的二维码进行点菜的技术,此种技术是通过就餐者在点餐的时候,通过手机扫描二维码,手机打开与二维码对应的网站,该网站里有该就餐餐厅的所有菜品,然后就餐者根据需要的菜品直接选择,确定后,手机将所选择的菜品信息发送至服务器,服务器将所述菜品信息发送至菜品管理终端,菜品管理终端将就餐者的菜品信息依次显示在显示屏上,或者将菜品信息打印出来。但是此种技术也会出现一个问题,有一些人曾经在一个餐厅吃过饭,手机当中存储过该餐厅中二维码信息,在家里或其他不在餐厅内就可以点菜,可常常会出现点完菜不付款的情况,这样就导致餐厅因为乱点菜而出现损失的情况。
为了规避上述乱点餐出现损失的情况,现有的技术是通过WIFI进行定位,需要就餐者的手机通过餐厅的WIFI路由器接入,才能够实现点餐,该餐厅之外的用户是点餐不了的,其实这样还是会出现一个问题,用户到一个陌生的餐 厅点餐需要先连接餐厅WIFI才可以点餐,而连接WIFI常常需要输入WIFI密码等过程,操作较繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术中出现的点餐的过程中出现的上述问题,本发明提供一种获取餐品选择信息的系统。在实际的就餐过程中,人们去餐厅就餐,最简单的需求是吃饭,第二个隐含的深层需求是宾至如归的体验,若餐厅没有任何接待或者任何迎宾人员,仅仅是就餐者自己走进餐厅,然后坐下后,自己点餐,会让顾客觉得餐厅的服务质量差,久而久之顾客便不会继续光顾,因此,在设计此获取餐品选择信息的系统的技术方案时,要考虑必须设置迎宾人员,为顾客做指引,待顾客在满意的餐桌前就坐后,顾客采用手机自由的点餐,这才是一个很好的用户体验的过程,正是遵循此思路,设计此方案,更适合实际商用,又解决了一些顾客乱点餐的问题。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种获取餐品选择信息的系统,包括至少一具有扫码模块且预授权的移动设备、一服务器、至少一个具有摄像头模块的智能手机终端、位于餐桌上且印刷有与餐厅和餐桌信息相对应的图形编码的印刷物;所述移动设备具有一无线模块,该无线模块用于将通过扫码模块扫描的图形编码发送至所述服务器,所述服务器对移动设备进行权限验证,所述权限包括所述移动终端向所述服务器请求将该移动终端发送的图形编码进行标记的权限,所述服务器将移动终端发送的图形编码进行标记;所述智能手机终端通过摄像头将图形编码拍照后将所述图形编码信息通过无线网络发送给服务器,服务器接收所述智能手机终端发送的图形编码并向智能手机终端发送与该图形编码相对应的点餐页面信息,所述智能手机终端获取用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,并将所述品类信息发送给所述服务器,所述服务器将智能手机终端发送的图形编码与已标记的图形编码进行对比;若智能手机终端发送的图形编码在服务器中已经被标记,所述服务器接受智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,且所述服 务器将该智能手机终端与该图形编码进行一对一的绑定。
进一步的,所述服务器将获取智能手机终端发送的已在服务器中被标记的图形编码的时刻与该图形编码在服务器中被标记的时刻进行差值计算,当所述差值时间在预置的时间内,所述服务器接受智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息。
进一步的,所述服务器对预授权的移动设备发送的图形编码进行标记后,在预置的时间内,所述服务器未接收到智能手机终端发送的与该被标记的图形编码相同的图形编码时,所述服务器取消所述图形编码的标记,且所述服务器解除该智能手机终端与该图形编的绑定。
进一步的,该系统还包括设置于餐厅内的餐厅主机以及接收所述主机发送视频信号的显示设备,所述服务器将所述品类信息发送给与该图形编码相对应的餐厅主机,所述餐厅主机将所述品类信息与该图形编码相对应的餐桌信息在显示设备中关联显示出来。
进一步的,所述服务器获取与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成的指令后,所述服务器取消对该图形编码的标记,且所述服务器解除该智能手机终端与该图形编的绑定。
进一步的,所述与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成的指令由与该图形编码相对应的餐厅主机发送。
进一步的,该点餐系统还包括一支付子系统,所述支付子系统获取智能手机终端发送的支付指令,所述服务器将该图形编码相对应的款项信息发送给支付子系统,所述支付子系统将智能手机终端发送的支付指令进行验证,当智能手机终端发送的支付指令通过验证后,所述支付子系统将所述支付指令中包含的支付金额与该图形编码相对应的款项信息进行比较,当智能手机终端发送的支付指令中包含的支付金额等于该图形编码相对应的款项信息时,支付子系统向服务器发送与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成的指令。
进一步的,所述服务器还包括动态图形编码生成模块,该动态编码生成模块生成的图形编码因该图形编码生成时间的变化而变化,服务器将该智能手机终端与被标记图形编码进行一对一的绑定后,所述服务器生成一动态的第一衍 生图形编码,并且向该智能手机终端发送与所述智能手机信息和被标记图形编码信息相对应的第一衍生图形编码,所述服务器获取第二智能手机终端发送的第一衍生图形编码信息并对与所述第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的智能手机信息进行验证,当生成该第一衍生图形编码信息的智能手机与已被标记的图形编码进行绑定时,所述服务器接受第二智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,同时服务器生成一动态的第二衍生图形编码,并且向第二智能手机终端发送与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的第二衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第二智能手机终端与该第二衍生图形编码进行关联。
进一步的,所述第三智能手机终端通过摄像头获取所述第二衍生图形编码并通过无线信号将该第二衍生图形编码信息发送给服务器,所述服务器对与所述第二衍生图形编码信息相对应的第一衍生图形编码进行验证,当与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应智能手机与已被标记的图形编码进行一对一绑定时,所述服务器接受第三智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,同时服务器生成一动态的第三衍生图形编码,并且向第三智能手机终端发送与第三智能手机终端和第二衍生图形编码信息相对应的第三衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第三智能手机终端与该第三衍生图形编码进行关联。
进一步的,所述服务器获取第三智能手机终端发送的第一衍生图形编码信息并对与所述第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的智能手机信息进行验证,当生成该第一衍生图形编码信息的智能手机与已被标记的图形编码进行绑定时,所述服务器接受第三智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,同时服务器生成一动态的第三衍生图形编码,并且向第三智能手机终端发送与第三智能手机终端信息和第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的第三衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第三智能手机终端与该第三衍生图形编码进行关联。
相较于现有技术,本发明提供一种基于图形编码的智能点餐系统,的主要有益效果在于:通过餐厅迎宾人员所持的移动设备首先对贴置于餐桌上的图形编码进行扫描,并将扫描的图形编码发送至服务器,服务器对所述移动终端的标识进行权限验证,服务器验证对所述移动设备的标识验证通过后,对移动设备发送的图形编码进行标记处理,之后,顾客所持的智能手机终端对同 一餐桌上的图形编码进行拍照,并将所述图形编码图片信息发送至所述服务器,所述服务器将与所述图形编码信息相对应的点餐页面信息发送至所述智能手机终端,所述智能手机将选择的菜品品类信息反馈至所述服务器,所述服务器判断所述智能终端发送的图形编码是否已经被标记,从而确定是否接受智能手机终端发送的菜品品类信息,完成点餐过程。本发明实施例的设计思路之一,通过迎宾人员对顾客引导如座,增强顾客宾至如归的感觉体验,同时,迎宾人员所持的所述移动设备对餐桌的图形编码进行扫码之后,在预置时间段内,顾客通过手机点餐有效,达到了客户不需要连接餐厅的wifi才能点餐,点餐过程更方便;有效的防止了其他随意点餐造成的经济损失的有益技术效果。

实施例1

本发明提供一种获取餐品选择信息的系统,包括服务器、位于餐桌上且印刷有与餐厅和餐桌信息相对应的图形编码;至少一个预授权的移动设备、至少一个具有摄像模块的智能手机终端。
所述移动设备包括扫码模块、控制模块和无线模块,所述扫码模块用于扫 描位于餐桌上的图形编码,并将该图形编码信息发送至所述控制模块,所述控制模块通过所述无线模块将扫码模块扫描的图形编码发送至所述服务器。所述图形编码包括餐桌编号信息,所述图形编码可以为二维码。
所述服务器包括后台通信模块、信息获取模块、权限管理模块、后台处理模块和后台控制模块;所述后台通信模块接收所述移动设备发送的图形编码,并将所述图形编码发送至所述后台处理模块;所述信息获取模块通过所述无线模块和后台通信模块建立的通信链路获取所述移动设备的标识信息,并将所述移动设备的标识信息传输至所述权限管理模块,所述权限管理模块对所述移动设备的标识码进行权限验证,所述权限为所述移动终端向所述服务器请求将该移动终端发送的图形编码进行标记的权限;若所述权限管理模块验证所述移动设备的标识码具有该权限,所述权限管理模块发出验证通过信息,并将所述验证通过信息发送至所述后台控制模块,所述后台控制模块根据所述验证通过信息控制所述后台处理模块对所述移动设备发送的图形编码进行标记处理。
所述智能手机终端包括终端摄像模块、终端通信模块和终端控制模块;所述摄像模块对所述图形编码进行拍照,并将所述图形编码的图片信息传输至所述终端控制模块,所述终端控制模块通过所述终端通信模块将所述图形编码的图片信息发送给服务器,所述服务器的后台通信模块接收所述智能手机终端发送的图形编码,并将所述图形编码发送至所述后台控制模块,所述后台控制模块根据所述图形编码将与该图形编码相对应的点餐页面信息发送给所述智能手机终端,所述智能手机终端的无线模块接收所述点餐页面信息,所述控制模块控制所述点餐页面信息显示于智能手机终端的显示模块,所述智能手机终端的接收模块接收外部输入的菜品品类选择信息,并将所述菜品品类选择信息发送至所述终端控制模块,所述终端控制模块将所述菜品选择信息通过所述终端通信模块发送至所述服务器。
所述后台通信模块将智能手机终端发送的图形编码发送至所述后台处理模块,所述后台处理模块还用于对所述智能手机终端发送的图形编码与已标记的图形编码进行对比处理;若智能手机终端发送的图形编码在服务器中已经被标记,所述后台处理模块发出已标记信息,所述控制模块根据所述已标记信息 控制所述后台通信模块接受智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的菜品品类信息,且所述服务器的后台处理模块将所述智能手机终端的标识与该图形编码建立对应关系,将该智能手机终端与该图形编码进行一对一的绑定。
若智能手机终端发送的图形编码在服务器中未被标记,所述后台处理模块发出未标记信息,所述控制模块根据所述未标记信息控制所述后台通信模块拒接接受智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的菜品品类信息。
进一步的,所述服务器还包括后台时钟模块,所述后台时钟模块用于提供时间信息,所述服务器的后台处理模块将获取智能手机终端发送的已在服务器中被标记的图形编码的时刻与该图形编码在服务器中被标记的时刻进行差值计算,当所述差值时间在预置的时间内,所述服务器的后台控制模块通过所述后台通信模块向智能手机终端发送与该图形编码相对应的点餐页面信息。所述点餐页面信息包括该餐厅所有菜品名称,与菜品名称相对应的价格信息、菜品介绍、顾客评价等信息。
本发明实施例通过餐厅迎宾人员所持的移动设备首先对贴置于餐桌上的二维码进行扫描,并将扫描的二维码发送至服务器,服务器对所述移动设备的标识进行权限验证,若服务器验证所述移动设备具有权限,所述服务器对移动设备发送的二维码进行标记处理,顾客所持的智能手机终端再对同一餐桌上的二维码进行拍照,并将所述二维码图片信息发送至所述服务器,所述服务器将智能手机终端发送的二维码信息与已标记的二维码信息进行对比,若所述智能手机终端发送的二维码与已标记的二维码信息相同,则所述服务器将对智能手机终端与该二维码建立对应关系,将智能手机终端与该二维码一对一的绑定,并向所述智能手机终端发送与所述图形编码相对应的点餐页面信息。本发明实施例的设计思路,通过迎宾人员对顾客引导如座,增强顾客宾至如归的感觉体验,同时,迎宾人员所持的所述移动设备对餐桌的二维码进行扫码之后,在预置时间段内,顾客通过手机点餐有效,本实施例达到的有益技术效果如下:客户不需要连接餐厅的wifi才能点餐,点餐过程更方便;有效的防止了他人随意点餐造成的经济损失。

在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种获取餐品选择信息的系统,所述服务器对预授权的移动设备发送的图形编码进行标记后,在预置的时间内,所述服务器的后台通信模块未接收到智能手机终端发送的与该被标记的图形编码相同的图形编码时,所述服务器的后台处理模块取消所述图形编码的标记,且所述服务器的后台处理模块解除该智能手机终端与该图形编码的对应关系,表明该图形编码对应的餐桌的顾客并没有进行点餐动作,即解除该智能手机终端与该图形编码的绑定,以使所述移动终端再次对所述图形编码进行扫描,可以使其他顾客继续进行点餐。
所述系统还包括设置于餐厅内的餐厅主机以及接收所述主机发送视频信号的显示设备,所述智能手机终端获取用户在点餐页面中选择的菜品品类信息,并将所述菜品品类信息发送给所述服务器,所述服务器的后台通信模块将所述菜品品类信息发送给与该图形编码相对应的餐厅主机,所述餐厅主机将所述菜品品类信息与该图形编码相对应的餐桌信息在显示设备中关联显示出来。可以理解的是,所述显示设备可以设置于厨房,所述显示设备显示餐桌编号信息和与餐桌编号对应的菜品品类信息,达到了厨师方便做菜和服务员根据餐桌编号信息上菜的有益技术效果。
该图形编码相对应所述主机向所述服务器发送与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成指令,所述服务器的后台通信模块接收与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成的指令后,将所述款项支付完成指令发送至所述后台控制模块,所述后台控制模块控制所述后台处理模块取消对该图形编码的标记,同时,所述服务器的后台处理模块解除该智能手机终端与该图形编的绑定。

在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种获取餐品选择信息的系统,所述点餐系统还包括一支付子系统,所述智能手机终端向所述支付子系统发送支付指令,所述支付指令包括与该智能手机终端的标识及与该标识相绑定的图形编码,所述支付子系统接收到所述智能手机终端发送的支付指令,并将所述支付 指令发送至所述服务器,所述服务器的后台通信模块接收所述支付指令,所述后台控制模块根据所述支付指令控制所述后台处理模块计算该图形编码相对应的款项信息,所述后台控制模块通过后台通信模块将后台处理模块计算的款项信息发送给所述支付子系统,所述支付子系统将智能手机终端发送的支付指令进行验证,当智能手机终端发送的支付指令通过验证后,所述支付子系统将所述支付指令中包含的支付金额与该图形编码相对应的款项信息进行比较,当智能手机终端发送的支付指令中包含的支付金额等于该图形编码相对应的款项信息时,支付子系统向服务器发送与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成的指令。
所述服务器获取与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成的指令后,所述服务器的后台控制模块根据所述款项支付完成指令控制所述后台处理模块取消对该图形编码的标记,且所述服务器解除该智能手机终端与该图形编的绑定。

本发明提供一种获取餐品选择信息的系统,包括至少一具有扫码模块且预授权的移动设备、一服务器、至少一个具有摄像模块的智能手机终端以及位于餐桌上且印刷有与餐厅和餐桌信息相对应的图形编码的印刷物;所述移动设备具有一无线模块,该无线模块用于将通过扫码模块扫描的图形编码发送至所述服务器,所述服务器对移动设备进行权限验证,所述权限包括所述移动终端向所述服务器请求将该移动终端发送的图形编码进行标记的权限;所述服务器将移动终端发送的图形编码进行标记;所述智能手机终端通过摄像模块将图形编码拍照后将所述图形编码信息通过无线网络发送给服务器,服务器接收所述智能手机终端发送的图形编码,所述服务器将智能手机终端发送的图形编码与已标记的图形编码进行对比;当智能手机终端发送的图形编码在服务器中已经被标记后,所述服务器向智能手机终端发送与该图形编码相对应的点餐页面信息,且所述服务器将该智能手机终端与该图形编码进行一对一的绑定。
进一步的,顾客在实际的就餐过程中,有多位顾客就坐于一个餐桌,常常 会有多人进行点餐的情况,若只使用一个智能手机终端进行点餐,也会给顾客带来不便,为解决此问题,所述服务器还包括动态图形编码生成模块,该动态编码生成模块生成的图形编码因该动态图形编码生成时间的变化而变化,服务器的后台处理模块将第一智能手机终端与被标记图形编码进行一对一的绑定后,所述动态编码生成模块生成一个动态的第一衍生图形编码,并且通过后台通信模块向第一智能手机终端发送与所述智能手机信息和被标记图形编码信息相对应的第一衍生图形编码。所述第一智能手机终端为与所述图形编码进行绑定的智能手机终端。
此时,若有另一位顾客也想同时点餐,另一位顾客所持的第二智能手机终端获取第一衍生图形编码,所述第二智能手机终端将所述第一衍生图形编码发送至所述服务器,所述服务器接收第二智能手机终端发送的第一衍生图形编码信息并对与所述第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的第一智能手机终端的信息进行验证,当生成该第一衍生图形编码信息的智能手机与已被标记的图形编码已经进行绑定,或者所述服务器验证所述第一衍生图形编码信息与服务器生成并发送给第一智能手机终端的第一衍生图形编码相同,所述服务器向第二智能手机终端发送与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的点餐页面信息,同时服务器生成一个动态的第二衍生图形编码,并且向第二智能手机终端发送与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的第二衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第二智能手机终端与该第二衍生图形编码进行关联。
若有第三智能手机终端需要点餐,第三智能手机终端通过摄像模块获取所述第二衍生图形编码并通过无线网络将该第二衍生图形编码信息发送给服务器,所述服务器对与所述第二衍生图形编码信息相对应的第一衍生图形编码进行验证,若与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的第一智能手机与已被标记的图形编码已经被一对一绑定,所述服务器向第三智能手机终端发送与第二衍生图形编码信息相对应的点餐页面信息,同时服务器生成一个动态的第三衍生图形编码,并且向第三智能手机终端发送与第三智能手机终端和第二衍生图形编码信息相对应的第三衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第三智能手机终端与该第三衍生图形编码进行关联。
本实施例为三个智能手机终端进行点餐,需要说明的是,多个智能手机终端进行点餐与此技术方案原理相同,若有多个智能手机终端进行点餐,通过已经与图形编码进行绑定的智能手机终端为开端,多个智能手机终端逐一线形向下一个智能手机终端传递衍生图形编码,从而多个智能手机终端获取服务器发送的点餐页面信息。

在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种获取餐品选择信息的系统,
所述服务器还包括动态图形编码生成模块,该动态编码生成模块生成的图形编码因该图形编码生成时间的变化而变化,服务器将该智能手机终端与被标记图形编码进行一对一的绑定后,所述服务器生成一动态的第一衍生图形编码,并且向该智能手机终端发送与所述智能手机信息和被标记图形编码信息相对应的第一衍生图形编码,所述服务器获取第二智能手机终端发送的第一衍生图形编码信息并对与所述第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的智能手机信息进行验证,当生成该第一衍生图形编码信息的智能手机与已被标记的图形编码进行绑定时,所述服务器向第二智能手机终端发送与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的点餐页面信息,同时服务器生成一动态的第二衍生图形编码,并且向第二智能手机终端发送与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的第二衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第二智能手机终端与该第二衍生图形编码进行关联。
所述服务器获取第三智能手机终端发送的第一衍生图形编码信息并对与所述第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的智能手机信息进行验证,当生成该第一衍生图形编码信息的智能手机与已被标记的图形编码进行绑定时,所述服务器向第三智能手机终端发送与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的点餐页面信息,同时服务器生成一动态的第三衍生图形编码,并且向第三智能手机终端发送与第三智能手机终端信息和第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的第三衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第三智能手机终端与该第三衍生图形编码进行关联。
本发明实施例为三个智能手机终端进行点餐,需要说明的是,多个智能手机终端进行点餐与此技术方案原理相同,若有多个智能手机终端进行点餐,通 过已经与图形编码进行绑定的智能手机终端为开端,多个智能手机终端均获取与图形编码进行绑定的智能手机的第一衍生图形编码,呈一点向多点发散,从而使多个智能手机终端获取服务器发送的点餐页面信息。

  1. 一种获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,包括至少一具有扫码模块且预授权的移动设备、一服务器、至少一个具有摄像头模块的智能手机终端、位于餐桌上且印刷有与餐厅和餐桌信息相对应的图形编码的印刷物;所述移动设备具有一无线模块,该无线模块用于将通过扫码模块扫描的图形编码发送至所述服务器,所述服务器对移动设备进行权限验证,所述权限包括所述移动终端向所述服务器请求将该移动终端发送的图形编码进行标记的权限,所述服务器将移动终端发送的图形编码进行标记;所述智能手机终端通过摄像头将图形编码拍照后将所述图形编码信息通过无线网络发送给服务器,服务器接收所述智能手机终端发送的图形编码并向智能手机终端发送与该图形编码相对应的点餐页面信息,所述智能手机终端获取用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,并将所述品类信息发送给所述服务器,所述服务器将智能手机终端发送的图形编码与已标记的图形编码进行对比;若智能手机终端发送的图形编码在服务器中已经被标记,所述服务器接受智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,且所述服务器将该智能手机终端与该图形编码进行一对一的绑定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器将获取智能手机终端发送的已在服务器中被标记的图形编码的时刻与该图形编码在服务器中被标记的时刻进行差值计算,当所述差值时间在预置的时间内,所述服务器接受智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器对预授权的移动设备发送的图形编码进行标记后,在预置的时间内,所述服务器未接收到智能手机终端发送的与该被标记的图形编码相同的图形编码时,所述服务器取消所述图形编码的标记,且所述服务器解除该智能手机终端与该图形编的绑定。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,该系统还包括设置于餐厅内的餐厅主机以及接收所述主机发送视频信号的显示设备,所述服务器将所述品类信息发送给与该图形编码相对应的餐厅主机,所述餐厅主机将所述品类信息与该图形编码相对应的餐桌信息在显示设备中 关联显示出来。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器获取与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成的指令后,所述服务器取消对该图形编码的标记,且所述服务器解除该智能手机终端与该图形编的绑定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,所述与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成的指令由与该图形编码相对应的餐厅主机发送。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,该点餐系统还包括一支付子系统,所述支付子系统获取智能手机终端发送的支付指令,所述服务器将该图形编码相对应的款项信息发送给支付子系统,所述支付子系统将智能手机终端发送的支付指令进行验证,当智能手机终端发送的支付指令通过验证后,所述支付子系统将所述支付指令中包含的支付金额与该图形编码相对应的款项信息进行比较,当智能手机终端发送的支付指令中包含的支付金额等于该图形编码相对应的款项信息时,支付子系统向服务器发送与该图形编码相对应的餐桌款项支付完成的指令。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还包括动态图形编码生成模块,该动态编码生成模块生成的图形编码因该图形编码生成时间的变化而变化,服务器将该智能手机终端与被标记图形编码进行一对一的绑定后,所述服务器生成一动态的第一衍生图形编码,并且向该智能手机终端发送与所述智能手机信息和被标记图形编码信息相对应的第一衍生图形编码,所述服务器获取第二智能手机终端发送的第一衍生图形编码信息并对与所述第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的智能手机信息进行验证,当生成该第一衍生图形编码信息的智能手机与已被标记的图形编码进行绑定时,所述服务器接受第二智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,同时服务器生成一动态的第二衍生图形编码,并且向第二智能手机终端发送与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的第二衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第二智能手机终端与该第二衍生图形编码进行关联。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,所述第三智能手机终端通过摄像头获取所述第二衍生图形编码并通过无线信号将该第二衍生图形编码信息发送给服务器,所述服务器对与所述第二衍生图形编码信息相对应的第一衍生图形编码进行验证,当与第一衍生图形编码信息相对应智能手机与已被标记的图形编码进行一对一绑定时,所述服务器接受第三智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,同时服务器生成一动态的第三衍生图形编码,并且向第三智能手机终端发送与第三智能手机终端和第二衍生图形编码信息相对应的第三衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第三智能手机终端与该第三衍生图形编码进行关联。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的获取餐品选择信息的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器获取第三智能手机终端发送的第一衍生图形编码信息并对与所述第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的智能手机信息进行验证,当生成该第一衍生图形编码信息的智能手机与已被标记的图形编码进行绑定时,所述服务器接受第三智能手机终端发送的用户在点餐页面中选择的品类信息,同时服务器生成一动态的第三衍生图形编码,并且向第三智能手机终端发送与第三智能手机终端信息和第一衍生图形编码信息相对应的第三衍生图形编码,且所述服务器将第三智能手机终端与该第三衍生图形编码进行关联。
