优选的,所述舱体靠近车头部位设置有防撞机构,所述防撞机构设置有外壳,所述外壳与舱体侧面靠近车头前部固定连接,所述外壳内设置有活动杆,所述活动杆能够相对于外壳沿车辆行驶方向滑动,所述活动杆的前端设置有橡胶垫块,所述活动杆与外壳之间设置有调节螺栓,通过调节所述活动杆与外壳的伸缩量以适应多款车型。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过在皮卡方舱的内部内置可升降的线缆支架实现馈线线缆的收纳和伸展,具有结构简单、馈线线缆收放便捷、信号传输质量好等有益效果,实现高效、灵活、低成本网络应急补盲和网络临时扩容为目标而开发的移动通信应急基站平台,可实现紧急情况下的通信保障,具有体积小、荷重比大、机动性强、密封性好、 隔热性好、安全性高、方便灵活、适应多种运载方式、成本低等特点,非常适合在基层应急救援抢险的普及使用和推广。

下面结合附图,对本实用新型作详细的说明。
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体 实施例仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1至图10所示,本实施例带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,包括由壁板组合而成的舱体1,舱体1上设置有舱门2,舱体1内设置有线缆支架3,线缆支架3包括升降杆4,升降杆4的底部为固定套管5,固定套管5设置于舱体1内部,固定套管5上设置有至少一个活动升降管6,活动升降管6能够沿竖向相对于固定套管5升降,线缆支架3上设置有馈线线缆7,馈线线缆7的一端与活动升降管6连接,本实施例中,升降杆4上设置有横向支臂,横向支臂包括一个固定支臂8和一个活动支臂9,固定支臂8与升降杆4的侧部固定连接,活动支臂9与升降杆4之间设置有销轴10,活动支臂9能够绕销轴10在竖直平面内转动;固定支臂8和活动支臂9的端部均设置有旋转支座11,旋转支座11上设置有转动轴12,转动轴12与固定支臂8或活动支臂9同向延伸,走线卡箍13通过转动轴12与旋转支座11铰接,馈线线缆7与各走线卡箍13逐一连接,本实施例中,旋转支座11包括固定板和转动板14,固定板与固定支臂8或活动支臂9的端部固定连接,转动轴12的一端与固定板连接,转动板14活动连接于转动轴12上、并能够绕转动轴12转动,走线卡箍13固定于转动板14上。
如图5所示,本实施例中,在舱体1内设置有发电机16和起吊装置,起吊装置包括吊臂17和旋转套筒18,吊臂17沿横向设置,吊臂17的一端与旋转套筒18连接,吊臂17的另一端设置有定滑轮19,旋转套筒18沿竖向设置,旋转套筒18通过轴承连接于舱体1的内侧,旋转套筒18的下方设置有卷扬机构20,卷扬机构20上设置有牵引绳21,牵引绳21依次穿过旋转套筒18和定滑轮19,牵引绳21的端部设置有吊具22。
如图6和图7所示,本实施例中舱体1的侧部设置有防撞缓冲装置,防撞 缓冲装置包括外壳23,外壳23与舱体1的侧部固定连接,外壳23内设置有活动杆24,活动杆24能够相对于外壳23沿车辆行驶方向滑动,活动杆24的前端设置有橡胶垫块25,活动杆24与外壳23之间设置有调节螺栓26,采用这样的结构,实现在转运(仓储)途中无运输起吊情况下能自行通过行走机构进行舱体的短距离移动,具有使用简单,安全可靠等特点。
本实施例中,舱体1内部还设置有机柜,舱体1朝向机柜的侧壁上设置有减震装置。
如图8至图10所示,本实施例中舱体1的顶部设置有上翻门27,舱体1内部设置有电动蜗杆,电动蜗杆连接有顶推机构28,顶推机构28的推杆29与上翻门27铰接,上翻门27上设置有供升降杆4通过的通孔,上翻门27还设置有橡胶封档30,橡胶封档30呈上小下大的锥状结构,橡胶封档30设置有上开孔和下开孔,上开孔的孔径大于升降杆4的直径,下开孔的孔径大于上翻门27的通孔的直径,上翻门27的通孔上还设置有密封胶条31,密封胶条31的内侧与升降杆4贴合,采用这样的结构,具有良好的防水性能。
在其余实施方式中,亦可采用智能控制的方式顶推上翻门7,通过一键控制,按钮启动→自动开顶小门→自动开顶门→自动升天线杆→自动关顶门→停止,或启动→自动开顶门→自动降天线杆→自动关顶门→自动关顶小门→停止。
舱体1内部设置有发电机平台,发电机平台包含起吊装置和固定平台起吊装置包括吊臂和旋转套筒,吊臂沿横向设置,吊臂的一端与旋转套筒连接,吊臂的另一端设置有定滑轮,旋转套筒沿竖向设置,旋转套筒通过轴承连接于舱体的内侧,旋转套筒的下方设置有卷扬机构,卷扬机构上设置有牵引绳,牵引绳依次穿过旋转套筒和定滑轮,牵引绳的端部设置有吊具;固定平台含导轨和 平台机架,导轨与起吊装置空间成垂直关系,导轨将平台机架沿水平方向拉伸至舱外悬停并锁固,也可将平台机架由舱外悬停状态解锁沿水平方向收至舱内并牢固固定。平台机架设置有发电机固定机构,发电机通过固定机构牢固安放在平台机架上,收至舱内时,靠近发电机舱壁开设有可封闭的通孔,将发电机尾气延长管穿过通孔与发电机尾气排放口连接,采用这样的机构可实现发电机在舱内发电,且尾气轻松排放至舱外。
采用上述结构,所述的任一种带线缆支架的通信皮卡方舱可作为应急通信保障(如自然灾害后、大型活动等);可作为卫星通信系统使用(如安装静中通、动中通、海事卫星等);可作为图像采集收集终端(如安装高清摄像头和网络终端等);可作为网络中继站;可作为综合通信站;可作为电讯中继站;可作为临时网络服务器;可作为应急供电保障;可作为临时指挥部通信平台等。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,在舱体1的底部设置有折叠式方舱升降装置,其结构记载于中国实用新型专利《折叠式方舱升降装置》,申请号为201210128635.0。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,包括由壁板组合而成的舱体,所述舱体上设置有舱门,其特征在于:所述舱体内设置有线缆支架,所述线缆支架包括升降杆,所述升降杆的底部为固定套管,所述固定套管设置于舱体内部,所述固定套管上设置有至少一个活动升降管,所述活动升降管能够沿竖向相对于固定套管升降,所述线缆支架上设置有馈线线缆,所述馈线线缆的一端与活动升降管连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,其特征在于:所述升降杆上设置有横向支臂,所述横向支臂包括一个固定支臂和一个活动支臂,所述固定支臂与升降杆的侧部固定连接,所述活动支臂与升降杆之间设置有销轴,所述活动支臂能够绕销轴在竖直平面内转动;所述固定支臂和活动支臂的端部均设置有旋转支座,所述旋转支座上设置有转动轴,所述转动轴与固定支臂或活动支臂同向延伸,所述走线卡箍通过转动轴与旋转支座铰接,所述馈线线缆与各走线卡箍逐一连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,其特征在于:所述旋转支座包括固定板和转动板,所述固定板与固定支臂或活动支臂的端部固定连接,所述转动轴的一端与固定板连接,所述转动板活动连接于转动轴上、并能够绕转动轴转动,所述走线卡箍固定于转动板上。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一所述的带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,其特征在于:所述舱体内设置有发电机和起吊装置,所述起吊装置包括吊臂和旋转套筒,所述吊臂沿横向设置,所述吊臂的一端与旋转套筒连接,所述吊臂的另一端设置有定滑轮,所述旋转套筒沿竖向设置,所述旋转套筒通过轴承连接于舱体的内侧,所述旋转套筒的下方设置有卷扬机构,所述卷扬机构上设置有牵引绳,所述牵引绳依次穿过旋转套筒和定滑轮,所述牵引绳的端部设置有吊具。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任一所述的带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,其特征在于:所述舱体的侧部设置有防撞缓冲装置,所述防撞缓冲装置包括外壳,所述外壳与舱体的侧部固定连接,所述外壳内设置有活动杆,所述活动杆能够相对于外壳沿车辆行驶方向滑动,所述活动杆的前端设置有橡胶垫块,所述活动杆与外壳之间设置有调节螺栓。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3中任一所述的带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,其特征在于:所述舱体内部还设置有机柜,所述舱体朝向机柜的侧壁上设置有减震装置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一所述的带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,其特征在于:所述舱体的顶部设置有上翻门,所述舱体内部设置有电动蜗杆,所述电动蜗杆连接有顶推机构,所述顶推机构的推杆与上翻门铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,其特征在于:所述上翻门上设置有供升降杆通过的通孔,所述上翻门还设置有橡胶封档,所述橡胶封档呈上小下大的锥状结构,所述橡胶封档设置有上开孔和下开孔,所述上开孔的孔径大于升降杆的直径,所述下开孔的孔径大于上翻门的通孔的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的带线缆支架的皮卡通信方舱,其特征在于:所述上翻门的通孔上还设置有密封胶条,所述密封胶条的内侧与升降杆贴合。
