- a first soft capsule filing solution and a second soft capsule filling solution are prepared for the first soft capsule content and the second soft capsule content respectively.
- the first soft capsule filing solution is prepared by mixing a cranberry extract, prebiotic fibre, mint flavour, and tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is used as a solvent and has advantageous anti-microbial effects.
- the second soft capsule filing solution is prepared by mixing the cranberry extract and tea tree oil.
- the second soft capsule filling solution is supplied into a first nozzle
- the second soft capsule layer- forming solution is supplied into a second nozzle

- the first, second, third and fourth nozzles are arranged concentrically and the diameter of the nozzles gradually increases in a numerical order.
- the multi-layered soft capsule according to an embodiment of the present invention is produced by simultaneously extruding the solutions through the annular ends of the nozzles, respectively, to make a four-phase composite jet stream, followed by releasing the jet stream into a cooling solution. The resulting soft capsule is then dried.
- the soft capsules according to an embodiment of the present invention are spherical, light yellow colored gelatine capsules.

- the soft capsules according to an embodiment of the present invention have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacturing in case of storing at dry and cool place (e.g., below 25°C and 55% humidity). To ensure the viability and shelf life, it is recommended to store the soft capsules illustrating the present invention at refrigerated temperature in original sealed package.
