技术领域
本发明涉及互联网领域,特别涉及一种推广信息投放有效性确定方法、监测服务器及终端。
背景技术
随着互联网的快速发展,通过互联网查看诸如网页、视频、音乐等多媒体信息的用户越来越多,因此,在多媒体信息中投放的推广信息也越来越多,比如,推广信息为广告。而推广信息是否被用户查看、推广信息的影响力、以及该推广信息为信息推广商带来的回馈等因素,可以用来评估推广信息投放的有效性。因此,如何确定推广信息投放有效性的方法受到了广大信息推广商的关注。
目前,信息推广商可以将推广信息嵌入到多媒体信息中进行投放,当终端打开该多媒体信息时,该终端可以向推广信息服务器发送推广信息获取请求,以从推广信息服务器中获取对应的推广信息,并显示该推广信息,使该推广信息得以曝光。同时,该终端可以在显示该推广信息的过程中,对该推广信息的曝光次数和点击次数进行统计,以及获取该终端的IP(Internet Protocol,网络互连协议)地址、该终端所在地区、该推广信息在该终端上的曝光时间等特征信息,并将统计得到的曝光次数、点击次数和特征信息发送给监测服务器,使监测服务器对该推广信息的曝光总次数、点击总次数和特征信息进行统计,并 基于该推广信息的曝光总次数、点击总次数和特征信息,确定该推广信息投放的有效性。
如果查看该推广信息的大部分用户不是该推广信息所针对的目标用户,该推广信息的受众用户可以称为目标用户,那么,通过上述方法投放推广信息时,大部分用户可能不会关注该推广信息,也不会为该信息推广商带来更多地回馈,进而导致该推广信息投放有效性确定的准确率较低。

图1是本发明实施例提供的一种推广信息投放有效性确定的系统架构图。 参见图1,该系统包括多个终端、监测服务器和推广信息服务器。该多个终端与监测服务器通过网络连接,该多个终端还与推广信息服务器通过网络连接,该多个终端的类型可以不同,比如,该多个终端的类型可以为移动终端或者固定终端;监测服务器用于对该多个终端显示的推广信息的命中曝光次数、曝光总次数和点击总次数进行统计,进而确定该推广信息投放的有效性;推广信息服务器用于存储推广信息。其中,该推广信息的曝光总次数为该推广信息被显示的总次数,该推广信息的命中曝光次数为该推广信息的曝光总次数中,被目标用户查看的次数,也即是,该推广信息的命中曝光次数为该推广信息被目标用户查看的次数。该推广信息的点击总次数为该推广信息被用户点击的次数,也即是,在该推广信息的显示过程中,用户可以对该推广信息进行点击,从而访问该推广信息的详细信息的次数。

而该推广信息可以在该多媒体信息的开头或者指定时刻进行显示,当该推广信息在该多媒体信息的开头显示时,该终端可以先显示该推广信息,当该推广信息显示完之后,再显示该多媒体信息;当该推广信息在该多媒体信息的指定时刻显示时,该终端可以先显示该多媒体信息,当该多媒体信息的显示时长达到指定时刻时,再显示该推广信息,在该推广信息显示完之后,再继续显示该多媒体信息。另外,在不同的多媒体信息中,可以投放不同的推广信息,因 此,该终端显示投放在该多媒体信息中的推广信息的操作可以为:该终端基于该多媒体信息的标识,从本地存储的多媒体信息标识与推广信息之间的对应关系中,查找对应的推广信息,如果查找到,则显示查找的推广信息。如果没有查找到,则该终端向推广信息服务器发送信息获取请求,该信息获取请求中携带该多媒体信息的标识。当该推广信息服务器接收到该信息获取请求时,该推广信息服务器从存储的多媒体信息标识与推广信息之间的对应关系中,获取对应的推广信息,并将获取的推广信息发送给该终端,使该终端显示该推广信息。
进一步地,当该终端接收到推广信息服务器发送的推广信息时,该终端还可以将该多媒体信息的标识和接收到的推广信息,存储在本地的多媒体信息标识与推广信息之间的对应关系中。
需要说明的是,一个推广信息可以对应一个多媒体信息或者多个不同的多媒体信息,因此,每当从推广信息服务器中,获取到投放在多媒体信息中的推广信息时,可以将该多媒体信息的标识和获取到的推广信息,存储在本地的多媒体信息标识与推广信息之间的对应关系中,如此,当该终端下次显示该推广信息时,无需从推广服务器中再次进行获取,可以直接从本地存储的多媒体信息标识与推广信息之间的对应关系中进行获取,减少了与推广信息服务器之间的交互次数,进而也提高了显示推广信息的速度。
另外,在本发明实施例中,多媒体信息的查看指令可以由用户通过第一指定操作触发,而第一指定操作可以为滑动操作、点击操作、语音操作等,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。
步骤402:在该推广信息的显示过程中,获取该推广信息的特征信息,该特征信息包括指定社交用户账号或者终端信息。
为了确定该推广信息投放的有效性,可以在该推广信息的显示过程中,获取该推广信息的特征信息,具体可以为:在该推广信息的显示过程中,判断终端当前是否登录有指定社交应用账号;当该终端当前登录有指定社交应用账号时,将该终端当前登录的指定社交应用账号确定为该推广信息的特征信息。
进一步地,当该终端当前没有登录有指定社交应用账号时,根据指定社交应用的域名,从网页缓存中查找对应的指定社交应用账号;如果查找到对应的指定社交应用账号,则将查找到的指定社交应用账号确定为该推广信息的特征信息;如果没有查找到对应的指定社交应用账号,则确定该终端的网页缓存被清空,或者,该终端没有登录过指定社交应用账号,此时,确定该终端的类型;当该终端的类型为固定终端时,将该终端的地址信息确定为该推广信息的特征信息;当该终端的类型为移动终端时,将该终端的移动终端标识确定为该推广信息的特征信息。
其中,根据指定社交应用的域名,从网页缓存中查找对应的指定社交应用账号的操作可以为:该终端根据指定社交应用的域名,从网页缓存中的域名与指定社交应用账号之间的对应关系中,查找对应的指定社交应用账号。
需要说明的是,如果该终端当前登录有指定社交应用账号,则可以直接将该终端当前登录的指定社交应用账号确定为该推广信息的特征信息,如此,根据该推广信息的特征信息确定查看该推广信息的用户是否为目标用户,进而可以提高确定该推广信息投放有效性的准确率。
另外,如果该终端当前没有登录指定社交应用账号,此时,该终端可以从历史记录中,获取在该终端中登录的指定社交应用账号,如上述所述,可以根据指定社交应用的域名,从网页缓存中查找对应的指定社交应用账号,而网页缓存一般为通过浏览器应用查看多媒体应用时的缓存,比如,cookie,也即是,客户端应用一般没有对应的网页缓存,比如,通过浏览器查看网页新闻时,终端中一般会包括该网页新闻的网页缓存,而通过新闻客户端查看网页新闻时,终端中一般不会包括该网页新闻的网页缓存。因此,如果当前是通过浏览器应用查看多媒体信息时,该终端可以直接根据指定社交应用的域名,从该浏览器应用的网页缓存中查找对应的指定社交应用账号。如果当前是通过客户端应用查看多媒体信息时,该终端可以查找对应的浏览器应用的网页缓存,从而根据指定社交应用的域名,从该浏览器应用的网页缓存中查找对应的指定社交应用 账号。
其中,上述提到的网页缓存是指通过网页查看多媒体信息时用于存储网页数据的缓存,当通过客户端应用查看多媒体信息时并不存在网页缓存,也即是,该网页缓存是针对于网页而言,并不是针对客户端而言,因此,不管该终端当前是通过浏览器应用查看多媒体信息,还是通过客户端应用查看多媒体信息,只要该终端查找网页缓存中的数据,都需要从浏览器应用的网页缓存中进行查找。
另外,在用户浏览网页时,如果该用户未登录该网页,那么该用户可能从该网页中获取的资源有限,而如果该用户登录该网页,那么该用户可能从该网页中获取的资源更丰富。因此,一般情况下,用户可能会通过社交应用账号登录该网页,此时,该社交应用账号就会存储在网页缓存中,进而该终端就可以根据指定社交应用的域名,从该浏览器应用的网页缓存中查找指定社交应用账号。
再者,该终端的地址信息可以为该终端的IP地址等,该终端的移动终端标识用于唯一标识该终端,该移动终端标识可以为该终端的序列号等。而移动终端的地址信息随着终端网络的移动而变化,固定终端的网络一般不会变化,因此,固定终端的地址信息也不会变化,进而对于移动终端,将该终端的移动终端标识确定为该终端的特征信息比较准确。
步骤403:将该推广信息的特征信息发送给监测服务器。
当该多个终端通过上述步骤确定该推广信息的特征信息之后,可以分别将该推广信息的特征信息发送给监测服务器,使监测服务器按照如下的步骤确定该推广信息投放的有效性。
步骤404:监测服务器接收该多个终端发送的特征信息,得到多个特征信息。
步骤405:监测服务器基于该多个特征信息,统计该推广信息的曝光总次数和点击总次数。
当该推广信息在每个终端每显示一次时,每个终端都会通过上述401-403的步骤向监测服务器发送一次特征信息,也即是,监测服务器每接收到一个特征信息,则确定该推广信息被曝光一次,因此,可以基于该多个特征信息的数量,增加该推广信息的曝光总次数,得到当前时间该推广信息的曝光总次数。比如,该推广信息的曝光总次数为300,当接收到的特征信息的数量为3,此时,将该推广信息的曝光总次数增加3,得到当前时间该推广信息的曝光总次数为303。
另外,在该推广信息的显示过程中,用户可以对该推广信息进行至少一次的点击操作,从而查看该推广信息的详细信息,因此,该特征信息中还可以包括用户的点击操作次数,此时,监测服务器可以基于每个特征信息包括的点击操作次数,统计该推广信息的点击总次数。比如,该推广信息的点击总次数为400,接收到的多个特征信息中包括的点击操作总次数为15,此时,将该推广信息的点击总次数400增加15,得到当前时间该推广信息的点击总次数为415。
步骤406:监测服务器基于该多个特征信息,确定该多个终端对应的用户属性,得到多个用户属性。
具体地,对于该多个特征信息中的每个特征信息,监测服务器基于该特征信息,确定目标指定社交应用账号;并基于目标指定社交应用账号,从存储的指定社交应用账号与用户属性之间的对应关系中,获取对应的用户属性,并将获取的用户属性确定为该终端对应的用户属性。
需要说明的是,该终端对应的用户属性是使用该终端的用户所属的群体类型,且用户信息可以用于标识用户的偏好信息、用户行为等信息。因此,在本发明实施例中,可以事先获取每个指定社交应用账号的用户信息,并将获取的用户信息进行分类,得到每个指定社交应用账号的用户属性,进而存储指定社交应用账号与用户属性之间的对应关系。比如,存储的指定社交应用账号与用户属性之间的对应关系可以如下表1所示。

第一种方式,当该特征信息为指定社交应用账号时,将该指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。
在本发明实施例中,由于监测服务器是通过目标指定社交应用账号,从存储的指定社交应用账号与用户属性之间的对应关系中,直接获取该终端对应的用户属性,因此,当该特征信息为指定社交应用账号时,可以直接将该指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。
第二种方式,当该特征信息为该终端的地址信息时,基于该地址信息,从存储的地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中,获取至少一个指定社交应用账号和该至少一个指定社交应用账号的登录次数。从该至少一个指定社交应用账号中,选择登录次数最多的指定社交应用账号;并将选择的指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。
针对第二种方式,当该特征信息为该终端的地址信息时,确定该终端的类型为固定终端,因此,该终端的地址信息一般不会变化,之后,当该终端确定目标指定社交应用账号时,该终端可以基于该地址信息,从存储的地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中,获取至少一个指定社交应用账号和该至少一个指定社交应用账号的登录次数,将该至少一个指定社交应用 账号的登录次数进行比较,从而在该至少一个指定社交应用账号中,选择登录次数最多的指定社交应用账号,登录次数最多的指定社交应用账号一般为经常使用该终端的用户,因此,可以直接将登录次数最多的指定社交应用账号确定目标指定社交应用账号。
比如,该终端的地址信息为地址1,该终端可以根据该地址信息,从如下表2所示的地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中,获取到2个指定社交应用账号分别为1354526和6253523,指定社交应用账号1354526对应的登录次数为20,指定社交应用账号6253523对应的登录次数为2,因此,选择登录次数最多的指定社交应用账号为1354526,并将该指定社交应用账号1354526确定为目标指定社交应用账号。

需要说明的是,当该终端第一次登录指定社交应用账号时,监测服务器会存储该终端的地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系,而之后,当该终端再次登录指定社交应用账号时,监测服务器可以根据该终端的地址信息,从存储的地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中,获取对应的指定社交应用账号,并将获取的指定社交应用账号和当前登录的指定社交应用账号进行比较,如果两者相同,则可以根据该地址信息和指定社交应用账号,对该地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中的登录次数进行更新。如果不同,则可以在该地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中,重新存储一条记录,也即是,该指定社交应用账号 可能在不同的终端上进行了登录。
其中,监测服务器根据该地址信息和指定社交应用账号,对该地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中的登录次数进行更新时,该监测服务器可以根据该地址信息和指定社交应用账号,从该地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中获取对应的登录次数,并将获取的登录次数增加当前登录的次数。比如,该监测服务器根据该地址信息和指定社交应用账号,从该地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中获取到对应的登录次数为2,假如当前登录的次数为1,此时,该监测服务器可以在获取的登录次数2上增加当前登录的次数1,以将该地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中对应的登录次数更新为3。
比如,当该终端登录指定社交应用账号1354526时,监测服务器会存储如上表2所示的地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系,而之后,当该终端再次登录指定社交应用账号1466252时,监测服务器可以根据该终端的地址信息,从上述表2中获取对应的指定社交应用账号为1354526,并将获取的指定社交应用账号1354526和当前登录的指定社交应用账号1466252进行比较,确定两者不同,则可以存储地址1、指定社交应用账号1466252和登录次数1之间的对应关系中,此时,上述表2的地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系可以变为下述表3。

第三种方式,当该特征信息为该终端的移动终端标识时,基于该移动终端标识,从存储的移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号与时间戳之间的对应关系中,获取至少一个指定社交应用账号和该至少一个指定社交应用账号的时间戳。从该至少一个指定社交应用账号中,选择时间戳离当前时间最近的一个指定社交应用账号;并将选择的指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。
针对第三种方式,当该特征信息为该终端的移动终端标识时,确定该终端的类型为移动终端,而移动终端的移动终端标识固定不变,且具有唯一性,因此,当该终端确定目标指定社交应用账号时,该终端可以基于该移动终端标识,从存储的移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号与时间戳之间的对应关系中,获取至少一个指定社交应用账号和该至少一个指定社交应用账号的时间戳。而移动终端中登录的指定社交应用账号一般为该移动终端的所有者的指定社交应用账号,因此,从该至少一个指定社交应用账号中,选择时间戳离当前时间最近的一个指定社交应用账号,并将选择的指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,当通过该终端每登录一次指定社交应用账号时,监测服务器中都会存储一次移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号和时间戳之间的对应关系,从而通过上述方法来确定目标指定社交应用账号。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,当通过该终端第一次登录指定社交应用账号时,监测服务器可以存储该移动终端标识与指定社交应用账号之间的对应关系,当通过该终端再次登录指定社交应用账号时,可以根据该终端的移动终端标识,将存储的移动终端标识与指定社交应用账号之间的对应关系中,对应的指定社交应用账号进行替换。之后,监测服务器确定目标指定社交应用账号时,可以直接根据该移动终端标识,从存储的移动终端标识与指定社交应用账号之间的对应关系中,获取对应的指定社交应用账号,并将获取的指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。比如,该终端的移动终端标识为标识1,当通过该终端第一次登录指定社交应用账号1354526时,监测服务器可以存储如 下表4所示的移动终端标识与指定社交应用账号之间的对应关系,当通过该终端再次登录指定社交应用账号2552368时,可以根据该终端的移动终端标识,将存储的移动终端标识与指定社交应用账号之间的对应关系中,对应的指定社交应用账号1354526替换为2552368,得到如下表5所示的移动终端标识与指定社交应用账号之间的对应关系。

针对第四种方式,该终端还可以在第一次登录指定社交应用账号时,由监测服务器存储该终端的地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系,而当该终端再次登录该指定社交应用账号时,监测服务器可以根据该移动终端标识,从存储的移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应 关系中,获取对应的指定社交应用账号,将获取的指定社交应用账号和当前登录的指定社交应用账号进行比较,如果两者相同,则可以根据该移动终端标识和指定社交应用账号,对该移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中的登录次数进行更新。如果两者不同,则可以在该移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中,重新存储一条记录,也即是,该指定社交应用账号可能在不同的终端上进行了登录。
其中,监测服务器根据该移动终端标识和指定社交应用账号,对该移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中的登录次数进行更新时,该监测服务器可以根据该移动终端标识和指定社交应用账号,从该移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中获取对应的登录次数,并将获取的登录次数增加当前登录的次数。比如,该监测服务器根据该移动终端标识和指定社交应用账号,从该移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中获取到对应的登录次数为4,假如当前登录的次数为1,此时,该监测服务器可以在获取的登录次数4上增加当前登录的次数1,以将该移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中对应的登录次数更新为5。
步骤407:监测服务器基于该多个用户属性和该推广信息的目标用户属性,统计该推广信息的命中曝光次数。
目标用户属性为该推广信息的受众用户的属性,且目标用户属性可以在监测服务器基于该多个用户属性和该推广信息的目标用户属性,统计该推广信息的命中曝光次数之前进行设置,具体为:当该监测服务器接收到属性设置指令时,显示用户属性列表;接收属性选择指令,该属性选择指令携带信息推广商从该用户属性列表中选择的用户属性;并将选择的用户属性确定为目标用户属性。比如,当该监测服务器接收到属性设置指令时,可以显示如下表6所示的用户属性列表,当接收到属性选择指令时,将该属性选择指令携带的用户属性汽车人群和旅游人群确定为目标用户属性。

步骤408:监测服务器基于该推广信息的命中曝光次数、该推广信息的曝光总次数和该推广信息的点击总次数,确定该推广信息投放的有效性。
具体地,将该推广信息的命中曝光次数除以该推广信息的曝光总次数,得到该推广信息的目标用户覆盖率,目标用户覆盖率为查看该推广信息的目标用户在所有查看该推广信息的用户中所占的比例;将该推广信息的点击总次数除以该推广信息的曝光总次数,得到该推广信息的点击率;并基于该推广信息的目标用户覆盖率和该推广信息的点击率,计算该推广信息的投放有效性指标;基于该推广信息的投放有效性指标,确定该推广信息投放的有效性。
而基于该推广信息的目标用户覆盖率和该推广信息的点击率,计算该推广信息的投放有效性指标的操作可以为:基于该推广信息的目标用户覆盖率和该推广信息的点击率,按照如下公式计算该推广信息的投放有效性指标,

在上述公式中,Y为该推广信息的投放有效性指标,L为该推广信息的目标用户覆盖率,a为目标用户覆盖率的权重,D为该推广信息的点击率。
在本发明实施例中,当推广信息处于投放初期时,目标用户的积累比推广信息的点击率重要,因此,可以将目标用户覆盖率的权重调节的较大,而随着 推广信息投放时间的推移,应该逐渐将目标用户覆盖率的权重调小,比如,在推广信息的投放后期时,该推广信息的点击率更能反应该推广信息的投放有效性,因此,可以将目标用户覆盖率的权重调小。也即是,目标用户覆盖率的权重可以随着推广信息的投放时长进行调整,而具体的调整方法可以包括多种,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。比如,可以划分多个投放时长范围,并对每个投放时长范围设置对应的目标用户覆盖率的权重,假如,将投放时长划分为0-15天、16-90天和90天之后三个范围,0-15天对应的目标用户覆盖率的权重为0.3,16-90天对应的目标用户覆盖率的权重为0.6,90天之后对应的目标用户覆盖率的权重为0.8,可以存储在如下表7所示的投放时长与权重之间的对应关系中。

通过目标用户覆盖率和该推广信息的点击率,计算该推广信息的有效性指标时,增加了计算维度,进而增加了有效性指标的计算准确率。另外,随着推广信息的投放时间,对目标用户覆盖率进行调整,更进一步地使计算的有效性指标贴合实际,更进一步增加了有效性指标的计算准确率。
其中,基于该推广信息的投放有效性指标,确定该推广信息投放的有效性的方法较多,比如,可以当该投放有效性指标大于或等于指定阈值时,确定该推广信息的有效性较高,否则,确定该推广信息的有效性较低。或者,还可以对该推广信息的投放有效性指标进行处理,进而确定该推广信息的有效性。本发明实施例对该方法不做具体限定。
在本发明实施例中,终端可以在该推广信息的显示过程中,确定该推广信 息的特征信息,而该特征信息可以包括指定社交应用账号或者终端信息,之后,监测服务器可以通过终端发送的特征信息,确定该终端对应的用户属性,并基于该终端的用户属性和目标用户属性,确定查看该推广信息的用户是否为目标用户,进而统计该推广信息的命中曝光次数,也即是,该推广信息的命中曝光次数是针对该推广信息的受众用户统计得到,使得该命中曝光次数更具针对性,进而通过该推广信息的命中曝光次数,确定该推广信息投放的有效性时的准确率较高。

请参考图7,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的监测服务器的结构示意图。所述监测服务器700包括中央处理单元(CPU)701、包括随机存取存储器(RAM)702和只读存储器(ROM)703的系统存储器704,以及连接系统存储器704和中央处理单元701的系统总线705。所述监测服务器700还包括帮助计算机内的各个器件之间传输信息的基本输入/输出系统(I/O系统)706, 和用于存储操作系统713、应用程序710和其他程序模块715的大容量存储设备707。

请参考图8,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的终端的结构方框图,终端800可以包括通信单元810、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器820、输入单元830、显示单元840、传感器850、音频电路860、WIFI(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真)模块870、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器880、以及电源890等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图8中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
通信单元810可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,该通信单元810可以为RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路、路由器、调制解调器、等网络通信设备。特别地,当通信单元810为RF电路时,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器880处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,作为通信单元的RF电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,通信单元810还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。存储器820可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器880通过运行存储在存储器820的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器820可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端800的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器820可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器820还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器880和输入单元830对存储器820的访问。
输入单元830可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。优选地,输入单元830可包括触敏表面831以及其他输入设备832。触敏表面831,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户 使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面831上或在触敏表面831附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面831可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器880,并能接收处理器880发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面831。除了触敏表面831,输入单元830还可以包括其他输入设备832。优选地,其他输入设备832可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元840可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端800的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元840可包括显示面板841,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板841。进一步的,触敏表面831可覆盖显示面板841,当触敏表面831检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器880以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器880根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板841上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图8中,触敏表面831与显示面板841是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面831与显示面板841集成而实现输入和输出功能。
终端800还可包括至少一种传感器850,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板841的亮度,接近传感器可在终端800移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板841和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关 游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于终端800还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路860、扬声器861,传声器862可提供用户与终端800之间的音频接口。音频电路860可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器861,由扬声器861转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器862将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路860接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器880处理后,经通信单元810以发送给比如另一终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器820以便进一步处理。音频电路860还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与终端800的通信。
为了实现无线通信,该终端上可以配置有无线通信单元870,该无线通信单元870可以为WIFI模块。WIFI属于短距离无线传输技术,终端800通过无线通信单元870可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图中示出了无线通信单元870,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端800的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器880是终端800的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器820内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器820内的数据,执行终端800的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器880可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器880可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器880中。
终端800还包括给各个部件供电的电源890(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器880逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源860还可以包括一个或一个以上的直 流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,终端800还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,终端还包括有一个或者一个以上的程序,这一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行,所述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行本发明实施例提供的推广信息投放有效性确定方法的指令。

    接收多个终端发送的特征信息,得到多个特征信息,所述多个特征信息为所述多个终端分别对推广信息进行监测得到,所述多个特征信息包括指定社交用户账号或者终端信息;
    基于所述多个特征信息,统计所述推广信息的曝光总次数和点击总次数;
    基于所述多个特征信息,确定所述多个终端对应的用户属性,得到多个用户属性;
    基于所述多个用户属性和所述推广信息的目标用户属性,统计所述推广信息的命中曝光次数;
    基于所述推广信息的命中曝光次数、所述推广信息的曝光总次数和所述推广信息的点击总次数,确定所述推广信息投放的有效性。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述多个特征信息,确定所述多个终端对应的用户属性,得到多个用户属性,包括:
    对于所述多个特征信息中的每个特征信息,基于所述特征信息,确定目标指定社交应用账号;
    基于所述目标指定社交应用账号,从存储的指定社交应用账号与用户属性之间的对应关系中,获取所述终端对应的用户属性。

    从所述至少一个指定社交应用账号中,选择登录次数最多的指定社交应用 账号;
    将选择的指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。

    将所述推广信息的点击总次数除以所述推广信息的曝光总次数,得到所述推广信息的点击率;
    基于所述目标用户覆盖率和所述推广信息的点击率,计算所述推广信息的投放有效性指标;
    基于所述投放有效性指标,确定所述推广信息投放的有效性。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述多个用户属性和所述推广信息的目标用户属性,统计所述推广信息的命中曝光次数之前,还包括:
    当接收到属性设置指令时,显示用户属性列表;
    接收属性选择指令,所述属性选择指令携带信息推广商从所述用户属性列表中选择的用户属性;
    将所述选择的用户属性确定为目标用户属性。
  8. 一种推广信息投放有效性确定方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当接收到对多媒体信息的查看指令时,显示投放在所述多媒体信息中的推广信息;
    在所述推广信息的显示过程中,获取所述推广信息的特征信息,所述特征信息包括指定社交用户账号或者终端信息;
    将所述特征信息发送给监测服务器,使所述监测服务器基于所述特征信息,确定所述推广信息投放的有效性。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述推广信息的显示过程中,获取所述推广信息的特征信息,包括:
    在所述推广信息的显示过程中,判断终端当前是否登录有指定社交应用账号;
    当所述终端当前登录有指定社交应用账号时,将所述终端当前登录的指定社交应用账号确定为所述推广信息的特征信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断终端当前是否登录有指定社交应用账号之后,还包括:
    当所述终端当前没有登录有指定社交应用账号时,根据指定社交应用的域名,从网页缓存中查找对应的指定社交应用账号;
    如果查找到对应的指定社交应用账号,则将查找到的指定社交应用账号确定为所述推广信息的特征信息;
    如果没有查找到对应的指定社交应用账号,则确定所述终端的类型;
    当所述终端的类型为固定终端时,将所述终端的地址信息确定为所述推广信息的特征信息;
    当所述终端的类型为移动终端时,将所述终端的移动终端标识确定为所述推广信息的特征信息。
  11. 一种监测服务器,其特征在于,所述监测服务器包括:
    一个或多个处理器,
    与所述一个或多个处理器相连接的存储器,所述存储器用于存储可由所述一个或多个处理器所执行的指令;
    所述一个或多个处理器被配置为执行所述存储器存储的指令,包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    接收多个终端发送的特征信息,得到多个特征信息,所述多个特征信息为所述多个终端分别对推广信息进行监测得到,所述多个特征信息包括指定社交用户账号或者终端信息;
    基于所述多个特征信息,统计所述推广信息的曝光总次数和点击总次数;
    基于所述多个特征信息,确定所述多个终端对应的用户属性,得到多个用 户属性;
    基于所述多个用户属性和所述推广信息的目标用户属性,统计所述推广信息的命中曝光次数;
    基于所述推广信息的命中曝光次数、所述推广信息的曝光总次数和所述推广信息的点击总次数,确定所述推广信息投放的有效性。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的监测服务器,其特征在于,包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    对于所述多个特征信息中的每个特征信息,基于所述特征信息,确定目标指定社交应用账号;
    基于所述目标指定社交应用账号,从存储的指定社交应用账号与用户属性之间的对应关系中,获取所述终端对应的用户属性。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的监测服务器,其特征在于,包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    当所述特征信息为所述终端的地址信息时,基于所述地址信息,从存储的地址信息、指定社交应用账号和登录次数之间的对应关系中,获取至少一个指定社交应用账号和所述至少一个指定社交应用账号的登录次数;
    从所述至少一个指定社交应用账号中,选择登录次数最多的指定社交应用账号;
    将选择的指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的监测服务器,其特征在于,包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    当所述特征信息为所述终端的移动终端标识时,基于所述移动终端标识,从存储的移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号与时间戳之间的对应关系中,获取 至少一个指定社交应用账号和所述至少一个指定社交应用账号的时间戳;
    从所述至少一个指定社交应用账号中,选择时间戳离当前时间最近的一个指定社交应用账号;
    将选择的指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的监测服务器,其特征在于,包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    当所述特征信息为所述终端的移动终端标识时,基于所述移动终端标识,从存储的移动终端标识、指定社交应用账号与登录次数之间的对应关系中,获取至少一个指定社交应用账号和所述至少一个指定社交应用账号的登录次数;
    从所述至少一个指定社交应用账号中,选择登录次数最多的指定社交应用账号;
    将选择的指定社交应用账号确定为目标指定社交应用账号。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的监测服务器,其特征在于,包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    将所述推广信息的命中曝光次数除以所述推广信息的曝光总次数,得到所述推广信息的目标用户覆盖率;
    将所述推广信息的点击总次数除以所述推广信息的曝光总次数,得到所述推广信息的点击率;
    基于所述目标用户覆盖率和所述推广信息的点击率,计算所述推广信息的投放有效性指标;
    基于所述投放有效性指标,确定所述推广信息投放的有效性。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的监测服务器,其特征在于,包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    当接收到属性设置指令时,显示用户属性列表;
    接收属性选择指令,所述属性选择指令携带信息推广商从所述用户属性列表中选择的用户属性;
    将所述选择的用户属性确定为目标用户属性。
  18. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    一个或多个处理器,
    与所述一个或多个处理器相连接的存储器,所述存储器用于存储可由所述一个或多个处理器所执行的指令;
    所述一个或多个处理器被配置为执行所述存储器存储的指令,包含用于执行以下操作的指令:
    当接收到对多媒体信息的查看指令时,显示投放在所述多媒体信息中的推广信息;
    在所述推广信息的显示过程中,获取所述推广信息的特征信息,所述特征信息包括指定社交用户账号或者终端信息;
    将所述特征信息发送给监测服务器,使所述监测服务器基于所述特征信息,确定所述推广信息投放的有效性。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的终端,其特征在于,包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    在所述推广信息的显示过程中,判断终端当前是否登录有指定社交应用账号;
    当所述终端当前登录有指定社交应用账号时,将所述终端当前登录的指定社交应用账号确定为所述推广信息的特征信息。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的终端,其特征在于,包含用于进行以下操作的指 令:
    当所述终端当前没有登录有指定社交应用账号时,根据指定社交应用的域名,从网页缓存中查找对应的指定社交应用账号;
    如果查找到对应的指定社交应用账号,则将查找到的指定社交应用账号确定为所述推广信息的特征信息;
    如果没有查找到对应的指定社交应用账号,则确定所述终端的类型;
    当所述终端的类型为固定终端时,将所述终端的地址信息确定为所述推广信息的特征信息;
    当所述终端的类型为移动终端时,将所述终端的移动终端标识确定为所述推广信息的特征信息。
