扬声器模组 技术领域
本实用新型涉及扬声器技术领域,更为具体地,涉及一种扬声器模组。
背景技术
扬声器模组是便携式电子设备中的重要声学部件,用于完成电信号与声音信号之间的转换,是一种能量转换器件。扬声器模组包括后声腔,后声腔为密封的腔体,但是,若后声腔完全密封将会影响扬声器单体的振膜振动,对扬声器单体声学性能产生影响,同时扬声器单体产生的热量无法散发出去,后声腔内温度会在短时间内急剧上升,造成音圈断线,故通常会在模组的外壳的背面设计一个小的阻尼孔来连通后声腔与模组外界,用于散热和后声腔内外的气流流通,平衡声压。
随着科技的进步和社会的发展,电声产品越做越薄,在其竖向方向上,部件贴合会越来越紧密,导致阻尼孔与手机外壳紧密贴合,而失去平衡声压、散热的作用。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种扬声器模组,以解决后声腔的阻尼孔易被手机外壳堵住的问题。
本实用新型提供的扬声器模组,包括外壳和收容于外壳围成的腔体内的扬声器单体,扬声器单体将外壳围成的腔体分隔成前声腔和后声腔;其中,在外壳的侧壁上设置有用于连通后声腔与外界的阻尼孔。
此外,优选的结构是,外壳包括结合在一起的第一壳体和第二壳体,第一壳体与扬声器单体之间形成的空间为前声腔,在第一壳体与第二壳体围成的腔体内,去除前声腔所占的空间,其它空间为后声腔,阻尼孔设置在第一壳体的侧壁上。

为了解决后声腔的阻尼孔容易被手机外壳堵住的问题,本实用新型将后声腔的阻尼孔开设在扬声器模组外壳的侧壁上,使手机外壳无法接触到阻尼孔。

为了防止手机外壳堵住阻尼孔15,将阻尼孔15开设在第一壳体2的侧壁上,并且对应后声腔17的位置,也就是说,阻尼孔17开设在第一壳体2的侧壁形成后声腔17部分的任意位置,由此将手机外 壳与阻尼孔15分开,使两者处于不同的水平面上,无论手机外壳与扬声器模组在竖向上如何紧密设置,手机外壳都不会影响到阻尼孔15的散热、平衡声压的功能。
作为优选地实施方式,在阻尼孔15的开口处覆盖有阻尼网,阻尼网上贴有阻尼。
第一壳体2具有固定部4,扬声器单体5通过固定部4与第一壳体2固定,在第一壳体2的侧壁或顶部上对应前声腔16的位置开设有出声孔18,出声孔18将前声腔16与外界连通。
为了防止出声孔18进灰,在出声孔18的开孔处覆盖有防尘网。

如图6所示,扬声器单体5包括辅助系统、振动系统和磁路系统,辅助系统包括结合在一起的前盖6和后壳7,振动系统和磁路系统收容在前盖6和后壳7所围成的腔体内。
振动系统包括振膜8、音圈9和补强部10,音圈9固定在振膜8的面向第二壳体3的一侧,补强部10既可以固定在振膜8的面向第二壳体3的一侧又可以固定在振膜8背向第二壳体3的一侧,振膜8包括与补强部10固定的中心区域以及设置于中心区域边缘的折环部11,折环部11为凸起或凹陷结构;并且,振膜8与第一壳体2之间的空间形成前声腔16,在第一壳体2和第二壳体3所围成的腔体内,除去前声腔16的所占的空间,其它空间均为后声腔17,换言之,第一壳体2、第二壳体3与振膜8围成的空间形成后声腔17。综上所述,振膜8将第一壳体2和第二壳体3所围成的腔体分隔前声腔16和后声腔17。
磁路系统包括导磁轭12和固定于导磁轭12上的中心磁铁13,在中心磁铁上固定有中心华司14,导磁轭12的两端具有凸起结构,中心磁铁13、中心华司14的一体结构与导磁轭12两端的凸起结构之间的空隙形成磁间隙,音圈9设置在磁间隙中。
上述磁路系统为单磁路结构,如果磁路系统为双磁路结构,则将导磁轭12两端的凸起结构替换成边磁铁和边华司,边磁铁固定在导磁轭12上,位于中心磁铁13的两侧,而边华司固定在边磁铁上,中 心磁铁13、中心华司14的一体结构与边磁铁与边华司的一体结构之间的空隙形成磁间隙,音圈8设置在磁间隙中。
为了增大扬声器模组的腔体体积,在第一壳体2和/或第二壳体3对应扬声器单体5的位置设置有钢片,钢片既能保证外壳1的刚性,又能降低外壳1的厚度,从而增加外壳1围成的腔体的空间,提高扬声器模组的声学性能。
