Abstract

一种雾化器用曲形透明玻璃加热体及其制作方法,所述加热体包括杯状或一端封底的管状的玻璃本体(1),所述玻璃本体(1)具有曲形外表面,所述玻璃本体(1)的曲形外表面上具有经过曲面印刷所形成的发热膜,所述发热膜的热膨胀系数与所述玻璃本体(1)的热膨胀系数相匹配,所述发热膜包括一体成型的电阻发热层(2)和电极层(3),所述电极层(3)将所述电阻发热层(2)连接到电源,该玻璃加热体对玻璃材质要求低,制作工艺简单,成本低,使用方便,耐用性强,且耐高温,工作稳定可靠。
