(2)本发明通过下盖对第二内腔的抵顶,可增加上盖的强度,使得锅盖整体不易受热变形,而且,更关键是,在磁性件和导磁件的吸合作用下,可对远离铰接轴的外侧边角处对上盖进行牢固吸附,在垫脚对上盖的抵顶卡位作用下,可对内侧边角进行牢固卡合,从而使上盖结合下盖形成的锅盖整体刚度更强,防止翘起变形,进而利于保持对第一内腔的密封盖合。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1~5所示的一种新型双内胆电饭锅,包括锅本体1、内胆2和锅盖3,内胆2和锅盖3均为两个,锅本体1具有两个与内胆2的形状大小相适配的第一内腔11,两第一内腔11通过一隔热板9相互分隔,两第一内腔11均具有供内胆2置入的腔口111;两锅盖3的后端分别通过铰接轴7铰接于腔口111边缘,且两铰接轴7的轴向相交;两锅盖3经铰接轴7转动至盖合腔口111时,两锅盖3的相邻边之间形成等间隔的间隙7,两锅盖3经铰接轴7转动至远离腔口111时,两锅盖3呈倒“八”字型;锅盖3的底部设有用于容纳内胆2的顶端第二内腔311,该第二内腔311的腔壁开有卡槽313,该第二内腔311内以可拆卸的方式固定有密封件4,该密封件4的周缘横向凸出有与卡槽313卡接的凸起401;两锅盖3对应的两密封件4的凸起401关于锅本体1的中心对称。
通过相交设置的铰接轴7,使两个锅盖3的闭合和打开过程可以互不干涉,因此其开盖操作简便,不易卡死,同时又能使在闭合时仅保留一定间隙7,该间隙7可设置得足够小,以保证两内胆2得以独 立隔离,维持各自的烹煮互不影响的基础上,还能最大限度地降低锅本体1的体积,以降低厨房空间的占用;与此同时,在锅本体1上开设两个第一内腔11用于内置两个内胆2,两第一内腔11通过隔热板9隔热隔离,以保持两内胆2得以独立加热工作,从而使得两个内胆2可同时烹饪使用,提升烹饪效率,而为了防止两个密封件4的安装被调换,凸起401和卡槽313的配合,以及两凸起401的对称设置,可防止密封件4被调换装配,以方便密封件4在清洁后得以快速安装,保证良好的密封效果,大大方便了使用,而且也避免了因安装错误带来的安全隐患。
当然,为了使两个内胆2可以更好地区分,防止调换,可将内胆2设置为关于锅本体1的中心对称,并将内胆2设为非正多边形或非圆形即可。
作为另一个优选的实施方式,如图5~6所示,为方便装拆清洗,并防止锅盖3受热变形而翘起,锅盖3包括上盖31和下盖32,上盖31的底部设有第二内腔311,下盖32呈圈形,该下盖32固定于上盖31底部且该下盖32的外周抵顶于第二内腔311的内壁;铰接轴7枢装于上盖31的后端,该上盖31具有靠近该铰接轴312的内侧边角316以及远离该铰接轴312的外侧边角317,外侧边角317设有导磁件(图中未示出),与外侧边角317相对的下盖32固定有与导磁件磁性吸合的磁性件321,与内侧边角316相对的下盖32凸出有垫脚322,该垫脚322与内侧边角316相抵顶。
通过下盖32对第二内腔311的抵顶,可增加上盖31的强度,使 得锅盖3整体不易受热变形,而且,更关键是,在磁性件321和导磁件的吸合作用下,可对远离铰接轴312的外侧边角317处对上盖31进行牢固吸附,在垫脚322对上盖31的抵顶卡位作用下,可对内侧边角316进行牢固卡合,从而使上盖31结合下盖32形成的锅盖3整体刚度更强,防止翘起变形,进而利于保持对第一内腔11的密封盖42合。
优选地,为进一步增强刚度,如图5所示,进一步防止锅盖3受热变形而翘起,所述下盖32中部固定有内衬盖5,该内衬盖5覆盖下盖32的圈口。
为进一步方便两锅盖3的开合,如图3、图5所示,锅本体1的顶端活动地设有按钮6,该按钮6与铰接轴7相对,该按钮6包括按压部61及由按压部61的底端伸出的扣合部62,对应地,锅盖3的前端凸出有与扣合部62勾扣配合的扣板33;两铰接轴7分别套装有扭簧8,扭簧8的一端与锅本体1固接,扭簧8的另一端分别固接两锅盖3。按下按压部61后,扣合部62将与扣板33脱离,同时在扭簧8的弹力作用下,以使锅盖3得以自动打开,以方便开盖或合盖操作。
作为本发明电饭锅的一个优选实施方式,如图5所示,两锅盖3的上盖31的内侧边角316相互毗邻,两锅盖3的上盖31的外侧边角317相互远离,所述按钮6位于锅本体1正面的顶部中央,以方便按压,扣板33位于上盖31,两锅盖3的上盖31各自通过扣板33与按钮6的扣合部62扣接。
为对两个锅盖3分别进行开合盖的控制,如图3所示,所述按压部61为相互毗邻且相互独立的两个,且两按压部61均呈沿锅本体1长度方向延伸的长条状。长条状且相互挨着的两个按压部61,可在最大限度地集中操作区域,以方便按压操作,同时长条形状又利于触碰按压。
为使两个锅盖3更好地被收容在腔口111上,以进一步有效防止两锅盖3干涉,如图5所示,每个锅盖3的边缘由一优弧形边缘34和一直线形边缘35衔接组成,两锅盖3经铰接轴7转动至盖合腔口111时,两锅盖3的直线形边缘35相邻,以更利于形成等间隔的间隙7。。
如图2所示,为对锅盖33提供稳定的铰接基础,所述锅本体1后端的边角处分设有两个凸台12,两所述铰接轴7分别可转动地装配于凸台12内,铰接轴7的两端穿接于锅盖3后端。
如图7~8所示,本例的密封件4包括由上至下层叠的固定圈41、密封盖42和用于密封内胆2开口的密封圈43,固定圈41和密封圈43均环套于密封盖42的外围,所述凸起401凸出于固定圈41的外侧面,密封盖42的形状大小与内胆2的开口相适配,密封圈43为一圆锥形圈;所述密封盖42的周缘与下盖32卡接。固定圈41可增加密封圈43和密封盖42的强度,并方便与锅盖3连接,密封圈43的圆锥形状设置利于更好地与内胆2的开口进行有效密封。
如图5、图7~8所示,为进一步方便清洗,上盖31的底部向下伸出有定位柱314,该定位柱314的下端设为卡接头315,所述密封 盖42的中部插装有与卡接头315卡接配合的卡接套421,卡接头315卡插于卡接套421内。卡接头315和卡接套421的对位卡插,也利于密封件4快速地与锅盖3完成对位装配。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型双内胆电饭锅,包括锅本体、内胆和锅盖,其特征在于:内胆和锅盖均为两个,锅本体具有两个与内胆的形状大小相适配的第一内腔,两第一内腔通过一隔热板相互分隔,两第一内腔均具有供内胆置入的腔口;两锅盖的后端分别通过铰接轴铰接于腔口边缘,且两铰接轴的轴向相交;两锅盖经铰接轴转动至盖合腔口时,两锅盖的相邻边之间形成等间隔的间隙,两锅盖经铰接轴转动至远离腔口时,两锅盖呈倒“八”字型;锅盖的底部设有用于容纳内胆的顶端第二内腔,该第二内腔的腔壁开有卡槽,该第二内腔内以可拆卸的方式固定有密封件,该密封件的周缘横向凸出有与卡槽卡接的凸起;两锅盖对应的两密封件的凸起关于锅本体的中心对称。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型双内胆电饭锅,其特征在于:锅盖包括上盖和下盖,上盖的底部设有第二内腔,下盖呈圈形,该下盖固定于上盖底部且该下盖的外周抵顶于第二内腔的内壁;铰接轴枢装于上盖的后端,该上盖具有靠近该铰接轴的内侧边角以及远离该铰接轴的外侧边角,外侧边角设有导磁件,与外侧边角相对的下盖固定有与导磁件磁性吸合的磁性件,与内侧边角相对的下盖凸出有垫脚,该垫脚与内侧边角相抵顶。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型双内胆电饭锅,其特征在于:所述下盖中部固定有内衬盖,该内衬盖覆盖下盖的圈口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型双内胆电饭锅,其特征在于:锅本体的顶端活动地设有按钮,该按钮与铰接轴轴相对,该按钮包括按压部及由按压部的底端伸出的扣合部,对应地,锅盖的前端凸出有与 扣合部勾扣配合的扣板;两铰接轴分别套装有扭簧,扭簧的一端与锅本体固接,扭簧的另一端分别固接两锅盖。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型双内胆电饭锅,其特征在于:两锅盖的上盖的内侧边角相互毗邻,两锅盖的上盖的外侧边角相互远离,所述按钮位于锅本体正面的顶部中央,扣板位于上盖,两锅盖的上盖各自通过扣板与按钮的扣合部扣接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的新型双内胆电饭锅,其特征在于:所述按压部为相互毗邻且相互独立的两个,且两按压部均呈沿锅本体长度方向延伸的长条状。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的新型双内胆电饭锅,其特征在于:每个锅盖的边缘由一优弧形边缘和一直线形边缘衔接组成,两锅盖经铰接轴转动至盖合腔口时,两锅盖的直线形边缘相邻。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的新型双内胆电饭锅,其特征在于:所述锅本体后端的边角处分设有两个凸台,两所述铰接轴分别可转动地装配于凸台内,铰接轴的两端穿接于锅盖后端。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的新型双内胆电饭锅,其特征在于:所述密封件包括由上至下层叠的固定圈、密封盖和用于密封内胆开口的密封圈,固定圈和密封圈均环套于密封盖的外围,所述凸起凸出于固定圈的外侧面,密封盖的形状大小与内胆的开口相适配,密封圈为一圆锥形圈;所述密封盖的周缘与下盖卡接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的新型双内胆电饭锅,其特征在于:所述上盖的底部向下伸出有定位柱,该定位柱的下端设为卡接头,所述 密封盖的中部插装有与卡接头卡接配合的卡接套,卡接头卡插于卡接套内。
