Description

防雾清洁布 技术领域
本发明涉及防雾技术领域,特别是涉及一种防雾清洁布。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,具有隔风透光作用的玻璃应用也越来越广泛,但在温湿度发生变化时,常会发生玻璃表面起雾的现象,影响其正常功能。如雨天或冬天开车时常会发生的车窗起雾现象,会导致驾驶人员不能看清前方路况和后视镜的情况,很容易发生交通事故;如建筑玻璃窗、浴室镜子、眼镜镜片的雾化都会给生活带来很大的不便。然而,目前使用的防雾清洁布的防雾时间短,而且保存期也短,使用起来不太方便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防雾清洁布,具有良好的分散性和附着性、防雾时间长、无毒、廉价特点,而且使用方便,保存期长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防雾清洁布,包括:由超细纤维制成的清洁布本体和防雾剂,所述的清洁布本体上浸涂有防雾剂,所述的防雾剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:缓释剂2~5份,纳米稀土氧化物粒子3~7份,多元醇型非离子表面活性剂40~50份,三乙醇胺月桂酸单酯5~10份,溶剂15~25份,亲水整理剂5~10份,蒸馏水50~60份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的缓释剂为滑石粉、硅藻土或高岭土。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的纳米稀土氧化物粒子为纳米氧化镧粒子。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的多元醇型非离子表面活性剂为山梨糖醇酐单月桂酸酯、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯或山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的纳米稀土氧化物粒子的粒径为30~100nm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的溶剂为异丙醇。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的亲水整理剂为聚酯聚醚共聚型亲水整理剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的缓释剂为硅藻土,其粒径为150~230nm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的纳米稀土氧化物粒子的粒径为30~50nm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有良好的分散性和附着性、防雾时间长、无毒、廉价特点,而且使用方便,保存期长。

实施例1
一种防雾清洁布,包括:由超细纤维制成的清洁布本体和防雾剂,所述的清洁布本体上浸涂有防雾剂,所述的防雾剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:滑石粉缓释剂2份,粒径为50nm纳米氧化镧粒子3份,山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯40份,三乙醇胺月桂酸单酯5份,异丙醇溶剂15份,聚酯聚醚共聚型亲水整理剂5份,蒸馏水50份。
实施例2
一种防雾清洁布,包括:由超细纤维制成的清洁布本体和防雾剂,所述的清洁布本体上浸涂有防雾剂,所述的防雾剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:粒径为150nm硅藻土缓释剂5份,粒径为30nm纳米氧化镧粒子7份,山梨糖醇酐单月桂酸酯50份,三乙醇胺月桂酸单酯10份,异丙醇溶剂25份,聚酯聚醚共聚型亲水整理剂10份,蒸馏水60份。
实施例3
一种防雾清洁布,包括:由超细纤维制成的清洁布本体和防雾剂,所述的清洁布本体上浸涂有防雾剂,所述的防雾剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:高岭土缓释剂3份,粒径为40nm纳米氧化镧粒子5份,山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯45份,三乙醇胺月桂酸单酯7份,异丙醇溶剂20份,聚酯聚醚共聚型亲水整理剂8份,蒸馏水55份。
实施例1-实施例3制得的防雾清洁布的防雾性能和长周期储存稳定性如表1所示。

本发明防雾清洁布的有益效果是:本发明具有良好的分散性和附着性、防雾时间长、无毒、廉价特点,而且使用方便,保存期长。

  1. 一种防雾清洁布,其特征在于,包括:由超细纤维制成的清洁布本体和防雾剂,所述的清洁布本体上浸涂有防雾剂,所述的防雾剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:缓释剂2~5份,纳米稀土氧化物粒子3~7份,多元醇型非离子表面活性剂40~50份,三乙醇胺月桂酸单酯5~10份,溶剂15~25份,亲水整理剂5~10份,蒸馏水50~60份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防雾清洁布,其特征在于,所述的缓释剂为滑石粉、硅藻土或高岭土。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防雾清洁布,其特征在于,所述的纳米稀土氧化物粒子为纳米氧化镧粒子。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防雾清洁布,其特征在于,所述的多元醇型非离子表面活性剂为山梨糖醇酐单月桂酸酯、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯或山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防雾清洁布,其特征在于,所述的纳米稀土氧化物粒子的粒径为30~100nm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防雾清洁布,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为异丙醇。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防雾清洁布,其特征在于,所述的亲水整理剂为聚酯聚醚共聚型亲水整理剂。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的防雾清洁布,其特征在于,所述的缓释剂为硅藻土,其粒径为150~230nm。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的防雾清洁布,其特征在于,所述的纳米稀土氧化物粒子的粒径为30~50nm。
